电加热低温卷烟是一种以电力为热源,加热烟草物质,产生尼古丁烟雾的低温卷烟。传统的电加热低温卷烟在抽吸时,总粒相物在最初抽吸期间较低,但其趋于逐步提高直至最终,给消费者带来烟气强度逐渐增加的感觉。加热腔采取一体式加热方式抽吸常规卷烟时,烟气起始极弱,而后迅速上升,然后随着抽吸口数的增加,烟气量显著降低。这主要是因为其利用前几口抽吸达到最佳温度,使烟草制品产生高浓度气溶胶,然而随着抽吸进程,气溶胶产生殆尽。与常规卷烟相比,烟气释放量不可控,不同抽吸口数之间感官差异较大,吸食后期,感官特性趋于减弱。

在其中一个实施例中,多个烟草段242中的烟料244的成分不同。可以根据需要调整各个烟草段242的成分,使口感更好。例如,不同烟草段242采用不同品种的烟料244,使吸食过程中口味香型变化,丰富吸食体验。在一实施例中,多个烟草段242中的烟料244中含有的能够产生分解温度较低的烟气成分的烟草成分的比例,由靠近烟嘴240的一端向远离烟嘴240的方向逐渐减小。由于远离烟嘴240处的烟草段242产生的烟气会流经靠近烟嘴240的烟草段242,靠近烟嘴240的烟草段242虽然已经释放过烟气,但是在后续带有一定热量的烟气进入时,仍然会有少量的低温分解烟气释放出来,因此,将其成分的比例由靠近烟嘴240的一端向远离烟嘴240的方向逐渐减小,更利于提高烟气口感的一致性。
再参见图1、图2,在其中一个实施例中,吸烟装置100一般还包括为加热锅140供电的电源组件160,电源组件160可以在壳体120外部与壳体120连接,在其他实施例中,电源组件160也可以位于壳体120内部。或者吸烟装置100本身不具备电源组件160,吸烟装置100与外部的电源组件160可拆卸连接,实现为加热锅140供电。
为了更精准的控制和监测加热锅140的温度,在其中一个实施例中,加热锅140还包括多个温度感测器152,每个加热元件142上至少设置一个温度感测器152。在一实施例中,加热锅140还包括隔热垫圈154,隔热垫圈154位于相邻的加热元件142之间,以避免加热元件142之间导热而相互影响。
在一实施例中,吸烟装置100还可以包括控制器,控制器设置在容纳腔内,控制器用于控制对多个加热元件142独立供电。温度感测器152可以与控制器通信连接,控制器可以根据温度感测器152测试到的温度控制对加热元件142供电,以更准确的调整加热元件142的温度。
在其中一个实施例中,壳体120的内壁和加热锅140的外壁之间形成有预热通道156,预热通道156的一端连通进气口122,另一端连通进气孔148。当吸食烟制品200时,外部的空气由进气口122进入预热通道156,被加热锅140的外壁预热之后,经进气孔148进入容置腔144,而进入烟制品200。设计预热通道156,一方面可以降低加热锅140的外壁的温度,进而降低壳体120的温度,防止烫手,另一方面可以高效利用加热锅140的热量,避免能量浪费。
在一实施例中,壳体120呈圆管状,加热元件142也可以呈圆管状,烟制品200可以受热更均匀,进气口122和***口146均位于壳体120的一端开口处。进一步的,在吸烟装置100具备电源组件160的实施例中,电源组件160可以位于壳体120的另一端,整体结构安排更合理,方便握持使用。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种烟制品,包括:
    烟嘴,以及
    烟杆,所述烟杆的一端与所述烟嘴连接;所述烟杆包括多个依次连接的烟草段,所述烟草段包括烟料和相变材料,所述相变材料设置在所述烟料中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述相变材料为固-固相变材料或固-液相变材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟制品,其特征在于,还包括用于容纳所述相变材料的容纳器,所述相变材料为固-液相变材料,所述相变材料位于所述容纳器内,所述容纳器为熔点高于或等于500℃的导热材质。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述容纳器的材质为铝箔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述容纳器的数量为多个,多个所述容纳器均匀分布于每个烟草段的所述烟料中。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述容纳器为熔点高于或等于500℃的导热材质。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述相变材料的固液相变温度为200℃至500℃。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述相变材料的固液相变温度为240℃至350℃。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烟制品,其特征在于,多个所述烟草段中的所述烟料的成分不同。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烟制品,其特征在于,多个所述烟草段中的所述烟料中含有的能够产生分解温度较低的烟气成分的烟草成分的比例,由靠近所述烟嘴的一端向远离所述烟嘴的方向逐渐减小。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述烟制品还包括隔热层,所述隔热层位于相邻的两个所述烟草段之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述隔热层还位于所述烟嘴和与所述烟嘴连接的所述烟草段之间。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述烟嘴为过滤嘴。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述相变材料为硝酸钠。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的烟制品,其特征在于,所述相变材料为颗粒状或丝状。
  16. 一种吸烟***,包括:
    吸烟装置,所述吸烟装置包括加热锅,所述加热锅包括多个依次连接的加热元件,每一加热元件开设有加热腔,多个所述加热元件的所述加热腔形成用于容纳所述烟制品的容置腔;多个所述加热元件独立控制温度,且从所述***口往所述进气孔的方向顺序加热;以及
    如权利要求1至15中任意一项所述的烟制品,所述烟杆***所述容置腔内,多个所述烟草段与多个所述加热元件一一对应。
