优选的,上壳体和下壳体之间通过至少两个同轴的铰链相连,相邻的两个铰链之间的空间形成连接通道。

有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其通过连接通道把上壳体和下壳体中的腔体相连通,使得上壳体和下壳体中的烤盘能够在连接通道内相对齐,通过这种方式能够使得两者的烤盘之间间隙相对现有技术的结构缩小很多甚至可以实现两个烤盘的无缝对接,这样烹烤装置在烘烤前放好原料于烤盘中后,盖合过程不会有原料掉出烤盘而进入到机体内;在轴线不高于平铺位置的烤盘的顶面设置下,盖合后两个烤盘之间会紧密连接甚至存在有过盈配合,这提高了盖合后烤盘的密封性,在烘烤食物的过程中,原料不会从两个烤盘之间掉出,烹烤装置容易清洗且不易损坏,不会浪费原料且烹烤装置的使用寿命延长。

具体实施方式
一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,包括有相铰接的上壳体1和下壳体2,上壳体1和下壳体2中均设置有腔体3,腔体3内设置有烤盘5,上壳体1和下壳体2中的腔体3通过连接通道4相连通,上壳体1和下壳体2中烤盘5的端部在连接通道4内相对齐,上壳体1和下壳体2相对旋转的轴线位于上壳体1和下壳体2的烤盘5之间,轴线不高于烤盘5的顶面。
如图1-图8所示,上壳体1和下壳体2的旋转角度可以是至少180度,通过至少180度的相对旋转,上壳体1和下壳体2能够从相互盖合旋转到相互平铺,在相互盖合时上壳体1和下壳体2中的腔体3相向设置并形成一个整体容腔,在整体容腔内两者的烤盘5能够相互盖合形成用于食物烘烤的密封空间。在相互平铺时上壳体1和下壳体2中的腔体3通过连接通道4相连通;上壳体1和下壳体2之间可以通过至少两个同轴的铰链8相连,相邻的两个铰链8之间的空间可以形成连接通道4;上壳体1和下壳体2靠近上壳体1和下壳体2相对旋转的轴线的侧壁9可以低于轴线的高度,轴线和侧壁9之间的空间可以形成连接通道4。
如图1、图2、图3和图10所示,设置在上壳体1和下壳体2中的两个烤盘5能够进入连接通道4,并且两个烤盘5能够在连接通道4相对齐,对齐的释义可以是使两个以上事物配合或接触得整齐,也可以是将两个、两个以上、应互相平行或应相互成行的部件排到正确的位置或方向;具体可以是在连接通道4内,两个烤盘5能够相互靠近,两者之间的间隙可以是不大于5mm,间隙的设置可以是用于两个烤盘5相对旋转时避免两者相碰撞,尤其是在两者相对旋转的轴线低于烤盘5的顶面时;两个烤盘5相对旋转的轴线和烤盘5的顶面之间的距离可以是不大于2mm,两个烤盘5相对旋转的轴线稍微低于烤盘5的顶面能够使得烤盘5在盖合后有过盈配合,能够更好地密封,配合两个烤盘5之间的间隙,还可以有效防止两个烤盘5相对旋转时的碰撞。
如图2、图3和图10所示所示,通过连接通道4的设置,两个烤盘5之间间隙相对现有技术的结构缩小很多甚至可以实现两个烤盘5的无缝对接;两个烤盘5相对旋转的轴线和两个烤盘5的顶面处于同一水平面,两个烤盘5之间即可在连接通道4内无缝对接;这样烹烤装置在烘烤前放好原料于烤盘5中后,盖合过程不会有原料掉出烤盘5而进入到机体内;在轴线不高于平铺位置的烤盘5的顶面设置下,盖合后两个烤盘5之间会紧密连接甚至存在有过盈配合,这提高了盖合后烤盘5的密封性,在烘烤食物的过程中,原料不会从两个烤盘5之间掉出,烹烤装置容易清洗且不易损坏,不会浪费原料且烹烤装置的使用寿命延长。
如图3-图6所示,为了提高上壳体1和下壳体2中烤盘5盖合后的密封性,两个烤盘5相对旋转的轴线可以低于烤盘5的顶面,这样在两个烤盘5盖合后会有过盈挤压,使得两个烤盘5配合更紧密。考虑到烤盘5在多次的过盈挤压下可能会有磨损,可以在上壳体1和/或下壳体2中设置有向上顶起烤盘5的弹性件11,弹性件11的设置给予了盖合后缓冲两个烤盘5之间挤压力的能力,使得两个烤盘5之间弹性挤压,在保证盖合后两个烤盘5之间密封性好的前提下减小两个烤盘5之间的磨损量。通过弹性件11的预紧力可以使得在上壳体1和下壳体2中装配好的烤盘5的顶面高于两个烤盘5相对旋转的轴线,从而在盖合后使得两个烤盘5配合更紧密,密封性更好。
弹性件11可以是设置在烤盘5与上壳体1、烤盘5与下壳体2之间的压簧,上壳体1和下壳体2上均设置有能够套在压簧外的固定座。弹性件11还可以是扭簧,扭簧的一端可以固定在上壳体1或下壳体2的侧壁9上,扭簧另一端连接烤盘5。
如图4、图6、图7和图8所示,一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,还可以包括有使烤盘5可装卸地连接上壳体1和/或下壳体2的扣件7。扣件7的设置可以配合弹性件11控制烤盘5移动的行程,扣件7可以包括有限制烤盘5运动行程的限位部。限位部可以包括有设置在烤盘5上的滑槽71、能够在滑槽71内滑动的滑块72,上壳体1和下壳体2上均设置有滑块72。扣件7还可以包括有置在上壳体1和下壳体2上的若干定位孔76以及设置在烤盘5上对应定位孔76的定位凸块77。滑块72可以通过杠杆74旋转的方式进出滑槽71,杠杆74的一端可以连接有拉簧73,拉簧73的另一端可以固定在上壳体1或下壳体2上,拉簧73用于提供滑块72常态下位于滑槽71内的预紧力,杠杆74的另一端可以连接有按钮75,按钮75按钮75,按钮75推动杠杆74的力可以是和拉簧73的预警力同向。
通过杠杆74的转动使得拉簧73拉长,滑块72能够从滑槽71内转出。通过滑槽71和滑块72可以相互分离的设置,使得烤盘5能够从上壳体1或下壳体2上取出,便于烤盘5的更换。通过滑块72和滑槽71的相对滑动,使得烤盘5在弹性件11的挤压下能够在设定行程内移动,行程的控制为了防止烤盘5从上壳体1或下壳体2中弹出。
如图2所示,上壳体1和下壳体2中的烤盘5上均可以设置有凸筋10,。根据食物烘烤的类型不同,比如对于华夫饼、三明治、土司以及其他饼形的饼干,选用的烤盘5中凸筋10的形状不一,凸筋10的形状根据烘烤食物的实际需求来决定。凸筋10可以是高于烤盘5的顶面,凸筋10在上壳体1和下壳体2旋转盖合后相互交错,交错后的凸筋10可以是紧密贴合,通过交错贴合的方式使得两个烤盘5相盖合后,凸筋10环绕形成的每个内腔密封性能都很好,食物烘烤的效率更高;凸筋10可以是平行于烤盘5的顶面,在弹性件11的预紧力下,凸筋10能够过盈挤压配合,提升烤盘5盖合后的密封性能。
如图4、图6、图7和图9所示,扣件7可以包括有设置在上壳体1和下壳体2上的若干定位孔76以及设置在烤盘5上对应定位孔76的定位凸块77。定位凸块77可以设置在烤盘5的侧部,定位孔76对应定位凸块77设置。在通过滑块72配合滑槽71来固定烤盘5前,可以先使定位凸块77穿过定位孔76,来限制烤盘5的位置,然后再逐渐把烤盘5压入上壳体1和下壳体2的腔体3中,使得滑块72配合滑槽71卡扣住烤盘5。在定位凸块77和定位孔76的配合下,烤盘5的装配更加快速。
如图1、图2和图4所示,上壳体1和下壳体2之间可以通过至少两个同轴的铰链8相连,相邻的两个铰链8之间的空间形成连接通道4。使用铰链8作为上壳体1和下壳体2之间的连接部件,上壳体1和下壳体2之间的铰接不需要有实际的转轴存在,从而节省了上壳体1和下壳体2连接位置的空间,给予足够的空间形成连接通道4,用于放置整体盘。
铰链8可以具有阻尼力,上壳体1和下壳体2盖合后,通过锁扣保持上壳体1和下壳体2的相对位置固定能够便于封闭式烘烤,在烘烤完成之后,松开锁扣,通过铰链8自身的阻尼力能够把上壳体1弹起,然后两个烤盘5分离,烤盘5内的蒸汽能够散开,即烘烤完成后上壳体1和下壳体2的分离可以不需要人手操作完成,避免了人手被烫伤。铰链8的阻尼力可以通过设置在铰链8内的扭簧来提供。
如图5所示,上壳体1和下壳体2相靠近的侧壁9可以低于上壳体1和下壳体2相对旋转的轴线,轴线和侧壁9之间的空间形成连接通道4,烤盘5设置在上壳体1和下壳体2相靠近的侧壁9与轴线之间,可以通过侧壁9来承托烤盘5,烤盘5的底部还可以设置容置侧壁9进入的条形槽,在安装烤盘5时可以起到辅助定位的作用。
如图4、图5、图9和图10所示,腔体3内位于烤盘5的下方可以设置有发热组件6。发热组件6可以是在烤盘5下方贴合烤盘5的发热盘,发热盘中缠绕有发热管;也可以是直接设置在烤盘5下方的发热管以及固定发热管的支架。当发热组件6包括发热盘和发热管时,发热盘包括有用于放置发热管的槽体,发热盘可以通过弹性件11的压力紧贴烤盘5;发热盘的高度可以是高于上壳体1和下壳体2相靠近的侧壁9,这样发热盘可以在弹性件11的作用下,在更换烤盘5的过程中保持紧贴发热盘,并且弹性件11能够在烤盘5固定完成之后给予烤盘5向上的预紧力,配合固定烤盘5的扣件7能够使得烤盘5在安装完成后稳固在上壳体1和下壳体2上;此时,扣件7包括的滑槽71可以是竖向的条形,滑块72可以在滑槽71内竖向移动,便于调整烤盘5相对于上壳体1和下壳体2的位置,便于烤盘5的快速拆装。
发热组件6可以低于上壳体1和下壳体2相对旋转的轴线,轴线和发热组件6之间的空间形成连接通道4,可以通过发热组件6中的发热盘来支承烤盘5,在上壳体1和下壳体2处于平铺展开的状态时,上壳体1和下壳体2中的发热盘能够同时在弹性件11的作用下弹性支撑烤盘5,使得发热盘的热量能够快速均匀的传递到烤盘5上。
烹烤装置,针对不同类型的烹烤方式,可以包括有用于控制发热组件6的发热量的电源模块和温度控制模块;基于烹烤过程的实际温度来控制发热组件6的发热量,还可以包括有温度感应模块。
电源模块可以通过蓄电池供应发热组件6的工作所需的电能;还可以通过供电电路来提供发热组件6工作所需的电能,此时烹烤装置通过插头引导市电,通过转换器把市电的交流电转化成稳定的直流电来完成烹烤装置中用电部件所需电能的供应。
温度感应模块可以包括有设置在上壳体1、下壳体2或烤盘5中的温度传感器,温度传感器可以是通用的热电阻或热电偶式的,通过温度传感器感应的实时温度数据,可以反馈该数据给温度控制模块,然后通过控制电源模块的输出电压来控制发热组件6的发热量;温度感应模块还可以包括有设置在发热组件6供电电路上的双金属片温控器,在温度传感器感应到烹烤实时温度处于危险值时,双金属片温控器断开供电电路,使得发热组件6断电。
烹烤装置,可以包括有显示模块,显示模块包括有LED显示器,LED显示器上根据烹烤组件当前所处的烹烤模式进行显示,对实时温度进行监控。考虑到不同的烹烤模式下,发热组件6所需的发热量不同,每种模式对应一个相对最佳的温度区间,该对应烹烤模式的恒温控制可以是先通过在上壳体1或者下壳体2上设置有功能按键,通过按压功能按键来切换烹烤模式,在切换烹烤模式的同时,温度控制模块会根据实际的烹烤方式对应的最佳温度值来控制发热组件6的发热量,在烹烤过程中通过温度传感器反馈的温度信号进行修正,使得烹烤过程趋于温度恒定。
烹烤装置,可以包括有蜂鸣器,蜂鸣器能够在烹烤完成之后对使用者进行提示,烹烤的时间可以是人工设置的,此时蜂鸣器在人工设置的时间完结后对使用者进行提示。蜂鸣器还可以连接温度传感器,在烹烤过程中,烤盘5内的实际温度高于设定值时或者温度传感器出现故障时,蜂鸣器能够发出警报提示使用者,显示模块上也可以设置对应故障发生的警报灯。
烹烤装置,可以包括有散热模块,散热模块可以是通过电源模块驱动的散热风机,散热风机可以设置在上壳体1和下壳体2的腔体3中,优选的设置腔体3位于发热组件6和上壳体1或下壳体2之间的空间中,上壳体1或下壳体2上可以设置有散热口。散热模块用于把发热组件6滞留在上壳体1或下壳体2内的热量快速排出,通过空气的循环流动还能够除去烹烤组件内的湿气和异味。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,包括有相铰接的上壳体(1)和下壳体(2),上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)中均设置有腔体(3),腔体(3)内设置有烤盘(5),上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)中的腔体(3)通过连接通道(4)相连通,上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)中烤盘(5)的端部在连接通道(4)内相对齐,上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)相对旋转的轴线位于上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)的烤盘(5)之间,所述轴线不高于烤盘(5)的顶面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,所述上壳体(1)和/或下壳体(2)中设置有向上顶起烤盘(5)的弹性件(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,还包括有使烤盘(5)可装卸地连接上壳体(1)和/或下壳体(2)的扣件(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,所述扣件(7)包括有限制烤盘(5)运动行程的限位部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,所述限位部包括有设置在烤盘(5)上的滑槽(71)、能够在滑槽(71)内滑动的滑块(72),上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)上均设置有滑块(72)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,所述上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)中的烤盘(5)上均设置有高于烤盘(5)顶面的凸筋(10),所述凸筋(10)在上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)旋转盖合后相互交错。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,所述上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)之间通过至少两个同轴的铰链(8)相连,相邻的两个铰链(8)之间的空间形成连接通道(4)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,所述上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)靠近所述轴线的侧壁(9)低于所述轴线的高度,所述轴线和侧壁(9)之间的空间形成连接通道(4)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,所述上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)的烤盘(5)之间的间隙不大于5mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘无缝对接的烹烤装置,其特征在于,所述轴线和烤盘(5)的顶面之间的距离不大于2mm。
