一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,包括上桶体(1)、压圈(2)以及下桶体(3),上桶体(1)包括桶盖(11)、桶头(12)、中体座(19)、转臂(13)、转轴(14)以及感应驱动装置(15),所述桶头(12)的后端内侧设置有一凹陷空腔(121),所述转轴(14)从凹陷空腔(121)的左右侧壁穿过,所述转臂(13)的一端与转轴(14)固定连接,转臂(13)的另一端与桶盖(11)固定连接;所述感应驱动装置(15)设置在桶头(12)与中体座(19)扣合后的内部空间内,感应驱动装置(15)的输出端与转轴(14)的一端部传动连接,以驱动转轴(14)带动转臂(13)旋转。该垃圾桶结构设计合理、紧凑,装拆方便,便于生产安装和维护;开盖方式新颖,并将感应驱动装置(15)与垃圾桶装垃圾部位隔离开来,在使用时具有防水、防潮性能。

Description

一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶。
背景技术:
现有的感应式垃圾桶大都桶盖开盖方式单一,多是转轴直接穿过桶盖然后铰接在桶头上,这种方式开盖时转轴后侧的桶盖部分要占用桶头的空间,难以设计出简洁美观的效果,并且更换装拆桶盖也较麻烦,另外防水性能也比较差,且感应垃圾桶在使用过程中难免会遇到维修的需要,所以要求维修更换零件要简单方便,在家中使用的垃圾桶,外形复杂的桶也会增加人的疲劳感,而垃圾中的潮气对感应垃圾桶上的电路板和机械零部件会造成一定侵蚀,缩短感应垃圾桶使用寿命。如专利号为:03217227.3《智能型自动翻盖垃圾桶》,桶盖的开启靠传动杆顶起,传动杆一端与桶盖连接,另一端与齿轮连接,这种结构就无法使齿轮与垃圾桶装垃圾的内部空间隔离,造成防水、防潮性能比较差。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对以上不足之处,提供一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,不仅结构设计合理、紧凑,而且开盖结构新颖,并具有防水、防潮功能的。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是,一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,包括上桶体、压圈以及下桶体,所述上桶体包括桶盖、桶头、中体座、转臂、转轴以及感应驱动装置,所述桶头的后端内侧设置有一凹陷空腔,所述转轴从凹陷空腔的左右侧壁穿过,所述转臂的一端与转轴固定连接,转臂的另一端与桶盖固定连接;所述感应驱动装置设置在桶头与中体座扣合后的内部空间内,感应驱动装置的输出端与转轴的一端部传动连接,以驱动转轴带动转臂旋转。
进一步的,所述转臂呈U形状结构,转臂位于所述凹陷空腔端开设有一圆孔,所述转轴穿过圆孔并经螺丝锁紧。
进一步的,所述转轴的两端部分别位于桶头与中体座扣合后的内部空间内,转轴的一端固定连接有一扇形齿轮,转轴的另一端部套接有一扭簧,所述扭簧的一端抵接在桶头的内表面上,以平衡桶盖的重力。
进一步的,所述感应驱动装置包括电路板、由电路板驱动旋转的电机,所述电机的输出轴经减速器连接有输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮与扇形齿轮相啮合。
进一步的,所述压圈包括外压圈和内压圈,所述外压圈设于上桶体与下桶体之间,上桶体与下桶体通过外压圈过度套接;所述内压圈设于外压圈的内侧,当下桶体内套入垃圾袋时,垃圾袋的开口边沿向下翻折并从外压圈与内压圈之间的间隙穿过。
进一步的,所述凹陷空腔的左右侧壁分别设置有一转轴支撑座,所述转轴的两端分别经轴承固设在转轴支撑座上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型结构设计合理、紧凑,装拆方便,便于生产安装和维护;开盖方式新颖,并将感应驱动装置与垃圾桶装垃圾部位隔离开来,在使用时具有防水、防潮性能,同时使用齿轮传动,具有传动扭矩恒定,传动效率高、使用寿命长等优点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
如图1~6所示,本实用新型一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,包括上桶体1、 压圈2以及下桶体3,所述上桶体1包括桶盖11、桶头12、中体座19、转臂13、转轴14以及感应驱动装置15,所述桶头12的后端内侧设置有一凹陷空腔121,所述转轴14从凹陷空腔121的左右侧壁穿过,所述转臂13的一端与转轴14固定连接,转臂13的另一端与桶盖11通过螺丝固定连接;所述感应驱动装置15设置在桶头12与中体座19扣合后的内部空间内,感应驱动装置15的输出端与转轴14的一端部传动连接,以驱动转轴14带动转臂13旋转,转臂13带动桶盖11打开。
本实施例中,所述转臂13呈U形状结构,转臂13位于所述凹陷空腔121端开设有一圆孔131,如图8所示,所述转轴14穿过圆孔131并经螺丝锁紧;转臂13在桶盖11关闭时隐藏于凹陷空腔121内,且在开盖过程中不与桶头12干涉,使得产品更加美观。
本实施例中,所述转轴14的两端部分别位于桶头12与中体座19扣合后的内部空间内,转轴14的一端固定连接有一扇形齿轮16,转轴14的另一端部套接有一扭簧17,所述扭簧17的一端抵接在桶头12的内表面上,以平衡桶盖11的重力。
所述感应驱动装置15以及转轴14的两端部均设于桶头12与中体座19扣合后的内部空间,与垃圾桶装垃圾部位隔离开来,在使用时具有防水、防潮性能。
本实施例中,所述感应驱动装置15包括电路板151、由电路板151驱动旋转的电机152,所述电机152的输出轴经减速器153连接有输出齿轮1531,所述输出齿轮1531与扇形齿轮16相啮合,当障碍物靠近电路板151上的红外线感应器1511时,感应驱动装置被触发后,电路板15驱动电机152转动,电机152通过带动减速器153内的齿轮转动,输出齿轮1531带动转轴14上的扇形齿轮16旋转,转轴14驱使转臂13旋转,进而带动桶盖11打开,如图7和图9所示。
本实施例中,所述压圈2包括外压圈21和内压圈22,所述外压圈21设于上桶体1与下桶体3之间,上桶体1与下桶体3通过外压圈21过度套接,可以使上桶体1和下桶体3的外侧表面位于同一平面上,使整体产品浑然一体,整洁美观;所述内压圈22设于外压圈21的内侧,当下桶体3内套入垃圾袋4时,垃圾袋4的开口边沿向下翻折并从外压圈21与内压圈22之间的间隙穿过,避免垃圾袋外露,如图10所示。
本实施例中,所述凹陷空腔121的左右侧壁分别设置有一转轴支撑座18,所述转轴14的两端分别经轴承固设在转轴支撑座18上。
本实施例未描述部份与现有技术相同。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本实用新型的涵盖范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,其特征在于:包括上桶体、压圈以及下桶体,所述上桶体包括桶盖、桶头、中体座、转臂、转轴以及感应驱动装置,所述桶头的后端内侧设置有一凹陷空腔,所述转轴从凹陷空腔的左右侧壁穿过,所述转臂的一端与转轴固定连接,转臂的另一端与桶盖固定连接;所述感应驱动装置设置在桶头与中体座扣合后的内部空间内,感应驱动装置的输出端与转轴的一端部传动连接,以驱动转轴带动转臂旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述转臂呈U形状结构,转臂位于所述凹陷空腔端开设有一圆孔,所述转轴穿过圆孔并经螺丝锁紧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述转轴的两端部分别位于桶头与中体座扣合后的内部空间内,转轴的一端固定连接有一扇形齿轮,转轴的另一端部套接有一扭簧,所述扭簧的一端抵接在桶头的内表面上,以平衡桶盖的重力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述感应驱动装置包括电路板、由电路板驱动旋转的电机,所述电机的输出轴经减速器连接有输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮与扇形齿轮相啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述压圈包括外压圈和内压圈,所述外压圈设于上桶体与下桶体之间,上桶体与下桶体通过外压圈过度套接;所述内压圈设于外压圈的内侧,当下桶体内套入垃圾袋时,垃圾袋的开口边沿向下翻折并从外压圈与内压圈之间的间隙穿过。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带转臂的感应翻盖垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述凹陷空腔的左右侧壁分别设置有一转轴支撑座,所述转轴的两端分别经轴承固设在转轴支撑座上。
