Description

对于车辆尤其是新能源车如纯电动车辆而言,车辆前围区域无变速器和传动轴,因此车辆前地板上方、车辆前围的下部区域没有中通道总成,车辆前围与前地板的连接处薄弱,部件较多且连接工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供用于车辆尤其是新能源车的前围加强件设计。
本发明的目的还在于实现车辆前围,车辆前地板以及两侧侧边纵梁之间的连接。
本发明的目的还在于强化前围下部区域的刚度与强度。
本发明的目的还在于实现与电池快换接口匹配安装。
本发明的目的还在于在碰撞时保护电池盒并保护乘员舱生存空间。
本发明的目的还在于在偏碰撞时平衡两侧侧边纵梁两端的扭转力,防止单侧侧边纵梁侵入量过大,威胁乘员舱空间。
本发明的目的还在于解决或至少缓解现有技术中存在的其他问题。
