技术领域
本发明涉及耳机技术领域,尤其涉及一种喇叭及耳塞式耳机。
背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,人们对生活品质的要求越来越高,消费类电子产品正朝着高品质化方向发展,这种趋势在耳机的研发、生产中尤为明显。像目前的诸多品牌的手机一样,也都在朝着防水功能发展,不仅仅再局限于可实现防水功能的耳机,还希望能够在满足防水功能的前提下,还可以进一步的提升音质效果。
目前具有防水功能的耳机采用如下技术:现有的调音技术,即为喇叭后声腔做泄声孔的设计来扩展低频,泄声孔需要通畅并且具有较高的透气量;但由于IPX7的防水材料透气量均很低,均基本为不透气型,不能达到泄声孔所要求的两个条件:一是通畅、二是要有高的透气量,而致低频效果较差。如果是仅通过增加后声腔的体积的方式来提升低频效果,则会导致产品体积增大,使产品显得笨重,破坏了产品的美观性。封闭的后声腔在喇叭工作过程中,即振膜振动时,振膜会压缩后声腔体积,造成后声腔内部压强增大,而反作用力到振膜,从而使振膜振动力减弱,而导致不能释放出足够强的低音效果。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种喇叭,能够增强振动性能增强低音效果。

其中,101a、耳机前壳,101b、耳机后壳,102、声学防水膜,103、耳塞部,104、前壳出声孔,105a、第一喇叭,105b、第二喇叭,106、后声腔,107、第三腔室,108、第二腔室,109、第一腔室,110、耳机出线孔,111、线卡,201a、振膜,201b、振膜,202、喇叭支架,203a、音圈,203b、音圈,204a、华司,204b、华司,205a、磁铁,205b、磁铁,206a、第一喇叭正极,206b、第二喇叭正极,207a、第一喇叭负极,207b、第二喇叭负极,208、气压平衡孔。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
由图1和图2可知,该喇叭包括喇叭支架202,该喇叭支架202包括呈筒状的喇叭壳体,在喇叭壳体所围成腔体内设有沿径向设置的分隔板,该分隔板将喇叭壳体所围成腔体分隔为两部分;在分隔板的两侧分别设有第一喇叭105a、第二喇叭105b,第一喇叭105a、第二喇叭105b均包括固定在分隔板上的磁路***、以及边缘部固定在对应侧喇叭壳体端部处的振动***,该磁路***包括固定在分隔板上的磁铁、与磁铁固定连接的华司,磁铁和华司与喇叭壳体之间设有磁间隙,在对应磁间隙处的分隔板上设有气压平衡孔208,在本实施例中,气压平衡孔208设有多个,呈环状阵列排列;该振动***包括环绕磁铁与华司设置的音圈、以及盖设在喇叭壳体端部的振膜,音圈与振膜的侧面固定连接。第一喇叭105a的振膜201a与喇叭壳体围成第二腔室108,第二喇叭105b的振膜201b与喇叭壳体围成第三腔室107,第二腔室108与第三腔室107通过气压平衡孔208连通。
具体的说,第一喇叭105a的磁路***包括与分隔板固定连接的磁铁205a、与磁铁205a固定连接的华司204a,第一喇叭105a的振动***包括环绕磁铁205a与华司204a设置的音圈203a、以及盖设在喇叭壳体端部的振膜201a,音圈203a与振膜201a的侧面固定连接;第二喇叭105b的磁路***包括与分隔板固定连接的磁铁205b、与磁铁205b固定连接的华司204b,第二喇叭105b的振动***包括环绕磁铁205b与华司204b设置的音圈203b、以及盖设在喇叭壳体端部的振膜201b,音圈203b与振膜201b的侧面固定连接。
在喇叭壳体的两端部的外侧均设有凸缘,振动***的边缘部固定在凸缘上,具体的说是,振膜的边缘部固定在凸缘上,在凸缘相对的两侧分别设有通孔;在靠近第一喇叭105a一侧的凸缘上对应两侧通孔处分别设有第 一喇叭正极206a、第一喇叭负极207a,第一喇叭正极206a、第一喇叭负极207a分别与音圈203a的两端电连接;在靠近第二喇叭105b一侧的凸缘上对应两侧通孔处分别设有第二喇叭正极206b、第二喇叭负极207b,分别与音圈203b的两端电连接。
工作时,分别给第一喇叭105a的音圈203a、第二喇叭105b的音圈203b通入不同极性的信号电流,电磁感应产生同方向的振动力,使第一喇叭105a的振膜201a、第二喇叭105b的振膜201b的振动方向相同,增强了振动性能提高了低音效果,提升了声学性能。
由图3可知,该耳塞式耳机包括扣合在一起的耳机前壳101a与耳机后壳101b,在耳机前壳101a与耳机后壳101b所围的空间内安装有上述喇叭,喇叭将耳机前壳101a与耳机后壳101b所围的空间分隔为前声腔和后声腔106,在耳机前壳101a上设有若干前壳出声孔104,在若干前壳出声孔104与喇叭之间设有声学防水膜102,声学防水膜102与第一喇叭105a的振膜201a之间围成第一腔室109;该喇叭的第一喇叭105a或者第二喇叭105b朝向耳机前壳101a设置,便于声音的传递,在耳机前壳101a的外侧上安装有耳塞部103,利于将耳塞式耳机安放在耳朵上。
由于在耳机前壳101a与耳机后壳101b所围的空间内安装有上述喇叭,该喇叭的第一喇叭105a的振膜201a、第二喇叭105b的振膜201b振动方向相同,增强了振动性能提高了低音效果,提升了耳塞式耳机的声学性能;同时由于在若干前壳出声孔104与喇叭之间设有声学防水膜102,在耳机后壳101b上没有设置泄声孔,增强了耳塞式耳机的防水性能。
在本实施例中,声学防水膜102的防水等级为IPX7,当然也可以根据具体工作环境选择更高的防水等级,或者低级别的防水等级。
在本实施例中,在耳机后壳101b远离耳机前壳101a的一端处设有耳机出线孔110,在耳机出线孔110上安装有柔性的线卡111,可以防止耳机线折断增长使用寿命。

Claims (8)

  1. 喇叭,其特征在于,包括喇叭支架,所述喇叭支架包括呈筒状的喇叭壳体,在所述喇叭壳体围成腔体内设有沿径向设置的分隔板;在所述分隔板的两侧分别设有第一喇叭、第二喇叭,所述第一喇叭、所述第二喇叭均包括固定在所述分隔板上的磁路***、以及边缘部固定在对应侧所述喇叭壳体端部的振动***;所述磁路***包括依次固定在所述分隔板上的磁铁和华司,所述磁铁和所述华司与所述喇叭壳体之间设有磁间隙,位于所述磁间隙位置的所述分隔板上设有气压平衡孔;所述振动***包括音圈、以及盖设在所述喇叭壳体端部的振膜,所述音圈与所述振膜的侧面固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喇叭,其特征在于,在所述喇叭壳体的两端部的外侧均设有凸缘,所述振动***的边缘部固定在所述凸缘上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的喇叭,其特征在于,在所述凸缘相对的两侧分别设有通孔,在靠近所述第一喇叭一侧的所述凸缘上对应两侧通孔处分别设有第一喇叭正极、第一喇叭负极,分别与所述第一喇叭的音圈的两端电连接;在靠近所述第二喇叭一侧的所述凸缘上对应两侧通孔处分别设有第二喇叭正极、第二喇叭负极,分别与所述第二喇叭的音圈的两端电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的喇叭,其特征在于,所述气压平衡孔设有多个。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的喇叭,其特征在于,多个所述气压平衡孔呈环状阵列排列。
  6. 耳塞式耳机,包括扣合在一起的耳机前壳与耳机后壳,其特征在于,在所述耳机前壳与所述耳机后壳所围的空间内安装有权利要求1至5任一项所述的喇叭,在所述耳机前壳上设有若干前壳出声孔,在若干所述前壳出声孔与所述喇叭之间设有声学防水膜。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的耳塞式耳机,其特征在于,所述喇叭的第一喇叭或者所述第二喇叭朝向所述耳机前壳设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的耳塞式耳机,其特征在于,在所述耳机后壳远离所述耳机前壳的一端处设有耳机出线孔,在所述耳机出线孔上安装有柔性的线卡。
