一种静音吹风机,包括一外壳、一发热丝、一电机、一旋转件及一消音件,所述发热丝、电机、旋转件、消音件收容于所述外壳内,所述外壳两端分别设有至少一出风口及至少一入风口,所述发热丝位于所述至少一出风口一侧,所述发热丝和所述电机固定于所述外壳,所述电机与所述旋转件连接,所述消音件位于所述外壳的入风口附近并固定于所述外壳,所述静音吹风机还包括一稳压区,所述稳压区位于所述发热丝和电机之间,以保持风的压力。
优选的,所述稳压区包括一第一延伸部、一外凸部及一第二延伸部,所述外凸部沿所述第一延伸部向外侧延伸并与所述第二延伸部连接,所述外壳内的截面沿着所述第一延伸部到第二延伸部的方向有逐渐变大又逐渐变小的趋势。
优选的,所述静音吹风机还包括一导风件,所述导风件固定于所述外壳内,所述导风件位于所述稳压区与所述旋转件之间。

优选的,所述静音吹风机还包括一手柄,所述手柄与所述外壳连接,所述手柄还包括一开关,所述开关与所述电机电连接。
优选的,所述消音件呈圆环状,材质为泡沫海绵。
优选的,所述至少一入风口为多个小孔,均匀分布于所述外壳一侧,所述至少一入风口环绕于所述消音件。
相比现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
通过所述消音件可以解决噪音大的问题,风通过所述稳压区时,使风混合均匀并保持压力。

所述外壳10包括一出风口11、多个入风口12及一装配架13,所述出风口11和入风口12分别位于相对两侧,所述装配架13内部形成一空腔。所述入风口12为多个小孔,均匀分布于所述外壳10一侧并环绕于所述消音件50,优选的,所述入风口12也可分布于所述外壳底部,使降低噪音的效果更好。
所述旋转件40包括一旋转轴41及若干旋转叶42,所述旋转叶42均匀分布于所述旋转轴外侧,所述旋转轴41与所述电机30连接。所述旋转叶42呈圆弧状,带有一定曲率,沿倾斜角度均匀分布于所述旋转轴41一侧。
所述消音件50呈圆环状或半圆形,材质为泡沫吸音绵,吸收噪音减少对别人的影响。
所述导风件60包括若干导风叶61及一收容部62,所述导风叶62均匀围绕于所述收容部61外侧,所述导风叶61呈片状,两所述导风叶61之间形成一导风区63。所述导风叶61呈圆弧状,带有一 定曲率,沿倾斜角度均匀分布于所述收容部62一侧。
所述静音吹风机100还可包括一镜子,所述镜子可折叠固定于所述外壳10顶部,方便人们使用。
请参阅图5,所述稳压区70包括一第一延伸部71、一外凸部72及一第二延伸部73,所述外凸部72沿第一延伸部71向外侧延伸并与所述第二延伸部73连接,所述外壳内的截面沿着所述第一延伸部71到第二延伸部72的方向逐渐变大又逐渐变小的趋势。
组装所述静音吹风机100时,所述旋转件40和所述导风件60收容于所述装配架13,所述消音件50固定于所述装配架13,优选的,所述消音件50位于所述外壳的入风口12附近,一方面降低电机30及内部气流的噪音,另一方面降低入风口12处的噪音,所述装配架13位于所述稳压区70与所述消音件50之间。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种静音吹风机,包括一外壳、一发热丝、一电机、一旋转件及一消音件,所述发热丝、电机、旋转件、消音件收容于所述外壳内,所述外壳两端分别设有至少一出风口及至少一入风口,所述发热丝位于所述至少一出风口一侧,所述发热丝和所述电机固定于所述外壳,所述电机与所述旋转件连接,其特征在于:所述消音件位于所述外壳的入风口附近并固定于所述外壳,所述静音吹风机还包括一稳压区,所述稳压区位于所述发热丝和电机之间,以保持风的压力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的静音吹风机,其特征在于:所述稳压区包括一第一延伸部、一外凸部及一第二延伸部,所述外凸部沿所述第一延伸部向外侧延伸并与所述第二延伸部连接,所述外壳内的截面沿着所述第一延伸部到第二延伸部的方向有逐渐变大又逐渐变小的趋势。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的静音吹风机,其特征在于:所述静音吹风机还包括一导风件,所述导风件固定于所述外壳内,所述导风件位于所述稳压区与所述旋转件之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的静音吹风机,其特征在于:所述导风件包括一收容部及若干导风叶,所述导风叶均匀围绕于所述收容部外侧,所述电机收容于所述收容部内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的静音吹风机,其特征在于:所述导风叶呈片状,两所述导风叶之间形成一导风区,所述导风叶呈圆弧状,沿倾斜角度均匀分布于所述收容部一侧。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的静音吹风机,其特征在于:所述外壳还包括一装配架,所述旋转件和所述导风件收容于所述装配架,所述消音 件固定于所述装配架,所述装配架位于所述稳压区与所述消音件之间。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的静音吹风机,其特征在于:所述旋转件包括一旋转轴及若干旋转叶,所述旋转叶均匀分布于所述旋转轴外侧,所述旋转轴与所述电机连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的静音吹风机,其特征在于:所述静音吹风机还包括一手柄,所述手柄与所述外壳连接,所述手柄还包括一开关,所述开关与所述电机电连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的静音吹风机,其特征在于:所述消音件呈圆环状或半圆形,材质为泡沫吸音绵。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的静音吹风机,其特征在于:所述至少一入风口为多个小孔,所述至少一入风口均匀分布于所述外壳一侧或分布于所述外壳底部,所述至少一入风口环绕于所述消音件,所述静音吹风机还包括一导风件,所述导风件与所述旋转件应用于所述静音吹风机。
