技术领域
本申请涉及终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种团体信息的获取方法及装置、交互***。
背景技术
在相关技术中,移动化团体办公平台被越来越广泛地应用于企业、教育机构、政府机关等各类团体的办公过程,不仅能够提升用户之间的沟通效率、降低沟通成本,而且能够有效提升用户的事件处理效率和办公效率。
但是,相关技术中的移动化团体办公平台聚焦于团体内部的事件管理,而对于团体之间的信息交互,则需要借助于团体之间的预关联关系,比如只有已经相互了解、建立业务关系的团体之间,才能够通过该移动化团体办公平台进行通讯、交互。
那么,对于尚未建立业务关系的团体之间,甚至团体之间尚未相互了解的情况下,相关技术中的移动化团体办公平台显然无法满足这些团体之间的信息交互需求,造成信息阻塞、沟通不畅。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种团体信息的获取方法及装置、交互***,可以在移动化团体办公平台上实现团体内部事件处理的同时,基于移动化团体办公平台与团体信息平台之间的联接互通,可以实现对团体外部事件的访问和处理,从而在同一团体的内外之间、不同团体之间实现更加便捷的信息交互。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供技术方案如下:
根据本申请的第一方面,提出了一种团体信息的交互***,包括:
服务器,所述服务器上运行有即时通讯应用的服务端,所述服务端用于维护团体信息平台;
至少一台第一类终端,所述第一类终端归属于第一团体;其中,所述第一类终端上运行有所述即时通讯应用的客户端,且所述第一类终端上运行的客户端上登录有所述第 一团体中的团体成员在所述即时通讯应用处的注册账号;所述第一类终端根据在运行的客户端的界面上检测到针对所述团体信息平台的信息上传操作,将所述第一团体的团体信息上传至所述服务器,以指示所述服务器将所述第一团体的团体信息记录于所述团体信息平台上;

由以上技术方案可见,本申请通过在移动化团体办公平台与团体信息平台之间打通,使得任意团体的团体成员均可以通过移动化团体办公平台对团体信息平台进行访问,从而对团体信息平台呈现出的其他团体的团体信息进行浏览,并进而实现团体之间的信息获取和交互,而无需受限于团体之间的预关联关系,有助于同一团体的内部事件与外部事件之间打通,以及便于在陌生团体之间实现沟通和信息交互。

图1是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种基于客户端侧的团体信息的获取方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法应用于电子设备上运行的移动化团体办公平台的客户端,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤102,在移动化团体办公平台的客户端界面中,检测到针对团体信息平台的触发操作。
在本实施例中,移动化企业办公平台不仅可以实现通讯功能,还可以作为诸多其他功能的集成化功能平台,比如对于审批事件(如请假、办公物品申领、财务等审批事件)、考勤事件、任务事件、日志事件等企业内部事件的处理,再比如订餐、采购等企业外部事件的处理,本申请并不对此进行限制。
较为具体地,移动化企业办公平台可以承载于相关技术中的即时通讯应用,比如企业即时通讯(Enterprise Instant Messaging,EIM)应用,例如Skype For

等。当然,即时通讯功能仅为移动化企业办公平台支持的通讯功能之一,该企业办公平台还能够实现更多诸如上述的其他功能,此处不再赘述。
需要指出的是:移动化企业办公平台的客户端的应用程序可以被预先安装在电子设备上,使得该客户端可以在该电子设备上被启动并运行;当然,当采用诸如HTML5技术的在线“客户端”,无需在电子设备上安装相应的应用程序,即可获得并运行该客户端。
在本实施例中,客户端可以通过多种方式检测到用户实施的触发操作。举例而言,在移动化团体办公平台的客户端界面中,可以显示出团体信息平台的访问入口,比如该访问入口可以为一级入口、二级入口或其他级别,使得当客户端检测到针对该访问入口的点击操作时,即可判定为检测到上述的触发操作。当然,客户端还可以通过检测用户语音、检测客户端界面上发生的触摸轨迹等其他方式,检测到上述的触发操作,本申请并不对此进行限制。

在本实施例中,客户端可以按照所述服务端对已注册团体在预设维度上的分类结果,对相应的团体信息进行分类展示于所述功能页面;其中,该预设维度可以包括以下至少之一:团体类别、团体所属行业、团体所处地域、团体征信状况、被关注程度等,本申请并不对此进行限制。换言之,通过由服务端对已注册团体进行分类处理(可以为预先分类,或者基于页面获取请求而实时分类),一方面无需用户在客户端上(具体即团体信息平台的功能页面上)进行手动查询或搜索操作,即可查看到其他团体的团体信息,另一方面通过团体信息的分类展示,便于用户快速确定和查看到感兴趣的团体信息,无需手动搜索或遍历翻看,有助于提升对团体信息的获取效率。
在本实施例中,客户端可以按照所述服务端对所述页面获取请求的发送方所属团体和其他已注册团体的供需关系分析结果,在所述功能页面内优先示出与所述发送方的所属团体存在供应关系和需求关系中至少之一的已注册团体的团体信息。在该实施例中,一方面,每个企业必然存在一些自身无法满足的需求,这可以由移动化团体办公平台通过对各个企业的历史数据进行大数据分析而确定出,也可以由每个企业的管理用户主动告知该移动化团体办公平台,使得移动化团体办公平台的服务端可以获知每个企业的需求情况,另一方面,每个企业必然存在自身能够提供的业务或满足的需求,同样可以基于上述的大数据分析或主动告知的方式,使得移动化团体办公平台的服务端可以获知每个企业的供应情况。那么,假定上述的页面获取请求的发送方为企业AA中的用户A(即上述的移动化团体办公平台的客户端上登录有该用户A的注册账号),服务端可以针对该企业AA的需求情况,查找出能够满足其需求的企业BB等(即与企业AA存在供应关系的已注册团体)的团体信息,使得客户端能够优先向用户A示出该企业BB等的团体信息,从而无需企业AA与企业BB等预先获知对方,即可快速实现多个企业之间的团体信息获取与通讯交互,并进一步实现团体之间的合作关系。类似地,服务端还可以针对企业AA的供应情况,查找出对该供应存在相关需求的企业CC等(即与企业AA存在需求关系的已注册团体)的团体信息,使得客户端能够优先向用户A示出该企业CC等的团体信息,从而无需企业AA与企业CC等预先获知对方,即可快速实现多个企业之间的团体信息获取与通讯交互,并进一步实现团体之间的合作关系。
在本实施例中,客户端可以按照所述服务端对来自至少一个已注册团体的对象供应 信息的统计结果,在所述功能页面内示出相应的对象供应列表。其中,对象供应信息即相应的团体能够提供的对象的信息,比如企业AA能够供应对象1、企业BB能够供应对象2等,通过将这些对象供应信息展示于对象供应列表中,便于其他团体的成员进行浏览,并通过选择和触发对象供应信息,获取相应团体的团体信息,并进一步实现与相应团体之间的交互和通讯。
在本实施例中,客户端可以按照所述服务端对来自至少一个已注册团体的对象需求信息的统计结果,在所述功能页面内示出相应的对象需求列表。其中,对象需求信息即相应的团体存在需求的对象的信息,比如企业AA需要对象3作为生产原材料、企业BB需要对象4等,通过将这些对象需求信息展示于对象需求列表中,便于其他团体的成员进行浏览,并通过选择和触发对象需求信息,获取相应团体的团体信息,并进一步实现与相应团体之间的交互和通讯。
在本实施例中,客户端可以在所述功能页面内示出所述服务端针对任一已注册团体的认可统计数据,所述认可统计数据由所述服务端根据其他已注册团体的团体成员针对所述任一已注册团体发送的认可请求进行统计得到。其中,认可统计数据可以包括以下至少之一:针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的总数量、针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的发送方的个人信息、针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的发送方的留言信息、针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的发送方的所属团体的团体信息等,当然本申请并不对此进行限制。在该实施例中,当企业AA的企业成员A发起针对企业BB的认可请求时,表明该企业成员A认可该企业BB,比如认为该企业BB提供的产品、服务优异等,从而在该企业成员A及其所属的企业AA为该企业BB进行支持和背书的情况下,尤其是当该企业成员A或企业AA具有较高的知名度和可信度时,对于其他尚未接触和了解过该企业BB的用户或团体而言,能够快速建立起对该企业BB的信任,并快速建立起与该企业BB之间的交互和关联关系,有助于加快陌生团体之间的相互了解、提升陌生团体之间的沟通效率。
进一步地,可以对认可请求的发起进行限制,比如限制所述认可请求的发送方的所属团体的认证等级达到预设等级,其中所述认证等级与所述发送方的所属团体在所述移动化团体办公平台上的注册信息的详细程度呈正相关,从而避免部分团体可能通过建立一些低等级团体进行“刷单”,确保认可统计数据的真实可靠性。
在本实施例中,客户端可以向所述服务端发送针对任一已注册团体的通讯需求信息;然后,客户端可以接收所述服务端返回的中间通讯方的联系人信息,所述中间通讯方分 别与所述通讯需求信息的发送方、所述任一已注册团体的至少一个联系人之间存在一级或多级关联关系。以中间通讯方与发送方之间的关联关系为例:当中间通讯方与发送方之间存在直接关联时,比如中间通讯方的联系方式位于发送方的通讯录中,则认为该中间通讯方与该发送方之间存在一级关联关系,而当中间通讯方未处于该发送方的通讯录中、但该发送方的通讯录中记录的某一联系人与该中间通讯方存在直接关联(比如该中间通讯方的联系方式位于该联系人的通讯录中)时,则认为该中间通讯方与该发送方之间存在二级关联关系,依次类推;中间通讯方与该任一已注册团体的至少一个联系人之间的关联关系类似,此处不再赘述。在该实施例中,通过提供中间通讯方,使得通讯需求信息的发送方与该任一已注册团体之间不再是陌生关系,而是基于该中间通讯方建立起若干层级的关联关系,相当于将陌生人社交转换为熟人社交,有助于降低通讯难度、提升通讯效率。
在本实施例中,客户端可以向所述服务端发送针对任一已注册团体的名片递送请求,所述名片递送请求用于指示所述服务端获取所述名片递送请求的发送方的联系人信息,并将所述联系人信息发送至所述任一已注册团体的管理成员,以使所述管理成员对所述联系人信息进行响应时,在所述名片递送请求的发送方与所述管理成员之间建立关联关系。在该实施例中,通过向服务端发送名片递送请求,一方面使得服务端可以将相应的联系人信息发送至相应的已注册团体的管理成员,从而便于在名片递送请求的发送方与该管理成员之间快捷地建立关联关系,另一方面可以由管理成员主动确定是否响应于接收到的联系人信息,以避免无关人员予以打扰。
在本实施例中,客户端可以在检测到针对所述功能页面中示出的任一已注册团体的团体信息的触发操作时,示出所述任一已注册团体的服务窗页面,所述服务窗页面中包含与所述任一已注册团体相关的预设处理功能的功能标识;然后,当检测到针对所述功能标识的用户操作时,该客户端可以向所述服务端发起信息交互请求,以实现针对所述预设处理功能的信息交互操作。在该实施例中,服务窗可以呈现为对应于相应团体的一个用于实现预设处理功能的窗口页面,该窗口页面中包含对应于该预设处理功能的功能标识,使得具有应用权限的用户可以通过触发该功能标识,以实现相应的预设处理功能;换言之,任一团体可以通过向其他团体呈现自身的服务窗页面,使得其他团体的团体成员对该服务窗页面中的功能标识进行触发(例如基于上述的用户操作),即可在该任一团体与其他团体之间实现针对预设处理功能的信息交互操作。
在本实施例中,所述信息交互请求可以用于指示所述服务端在所述用户操作的发起 方与所述任一已注册团体中的特定团体成员之间、或者所述发起方与所述任一已注册团体的信息处理***之间创建通讯会话,以实现基于所述通讯会话的信息交互操作。当然,除了通讯会话之外,还可以实现其他形式的信息交互操作,比如创建货品订单、查询历史订单等,本申请并不对此进行限制。
相应地,图2是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种基于服务端侧的团体信息的获取方法的流程图。如图2所示,该方法应用于移动化团体办公平台的服务端,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤202,移动化团体办公平台的服务端接收到认可请求,所述认可请求由所述移动化团体办公平台上的任一已注册团体的团体成员向其他已注册团体发起。
在一实施例中,已注册团体的团体成员可以直接发起针对其他已注册团体的认可请求,则服务端可以基于该认可请求生成其他已注册团体的认可统计数据。
在另一实施例中,服务端可以在接收到所述其他已注册团体的团体成员发出的认可邀请,且该认可邀请的目标方被配置为所述任一已注册团体的团体成员时,向该任一已注册团体的团体成员发送所述认可邀请,以由所述任一已注册团体的团体成员在所述移动化团体办公平台对应的特定客户端进行邀请提示;然后,服务端接收所述特定客户端返回的提示响应消息,所述提示响应消息中包含所述认可请求。换言之,以企业AA为例,企业AA中的用户A可以向诸如企业BB、企业CC等其他企业的团体成员发起认可邀请,以邀请其对企业AA发起认可请求,而无需企业BB、企业CC等其他企业的团体成员主动发起,有助于提升企业AA被认可的效率。
步骤204,所述服务端根据针对至少一个已注册团体的认可请求,生成针对所述至少一个已注册团体的认可统计数据。
在本实施例中,认可统计数据可以包括以下至少之一:针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的总数量、针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的发送方的个人信息、针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的发送方的留言信息、针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的发送方的所属团体的团体信息等,当然本申请并不对此进行限制。在该实施例中,当企业AA的企业成员A发起针对企业BB的认可请求时,表明该企业成员A认可该企业BB,比如认为该企业BB提供的产品、服务优异等,从而在该企业成员A及其所属的企业AA为该企业BB进行支持和背书的情况下,尤其是当该企业成员A或企业AA具有较高的知名度和可信度时,对于其他尚未接触和了解过该企业BB的用户或团体而言,能够快速建立起对该企业BB的信任,并快速建立起与该企业BB之间的交互和关联关 系,有助于加快陌生团体之间的相互了解、提升陌生团体之间的沟通效率。
步骤206,当接收到所述移动化团体办公平台的客户端发送的页面获取请求时,所述服务端向所述客户端返回团体信息平台的功能页面的页面数据,以使所述客户端将所述认可统计数据展示于所述功能页面,其中所述功能页面用于对所述移动化团体办公平台的已注册团体进行团体信息的集中展示。
在本实施例中,当所述任一已注册团体的认证等级未达到预设等级时,服务端可以忽略所述任一已注册团体的团体成员发起的认可请求,或限制所述任一已注册团体的团体成员对认可请求的发起权限;其中,所述认证等级与所述任一已注册团体在所述移动化团体办公平台上的注册信息的详细程度呈正相关,从而避免部分团体可能通过建立一些低等级团体进行“刷单”,确保认可统计数据的真实可靠性。
由以上技术方案可见,本申请通过在移动化团体办公平台与团体信息平台之间打通,使得任意团体的团体成员均可以通过移动化团体办公平台对团体信息平台进行访问,从而对团体信息平台呈现出的其他团体的团体信息进行浏览,并进而实现团体之间的信息获取和交互,而无需受限于团体之间的预关联关系,有助于同一团体的内部事件与外部事件之间打通,以及便于在陌生团体之间实现沟通和信息交互。
图3是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种团体信息的交互***的架构示意图。如图3所示,该***可以包括服务器31、网络32和若干电子设备,比如手机33、手机34、手机35和手机36等。
服务器31可以为包含一独立主机的物理服务器,或者该服务器31可以为主机集群承载的虚拟服务器,或者该服务器31可以为云服务器。在运行过程中,服务器31可以运行某一应用的服务器侧的程序,以实现该应用的相关业务功能,比如当该服务器31运行移动化团体办公平台的程序时,可以实现为该移动化团体办公平台的服务端。而在本申请的技术方案中,由服务器31运行团体信息平台,并对该团体信息平台上的团体信息进行集中管理,包括对来自各个团体的团体信息进行记录和维护,以及在多个团体之间实现团体信息的交互处理。
手机33-36只是用户可以使用的一种类型的电子设备。实际上,用户显然还可以使用诸如下述类型的电子设备:平板设备、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑(PDAs,Personal Digital Assistants)、可穿戴设备(如智能眼镜、智能手表等)等,本申请并不对此进行限制。在运行过程中,该电子设备可以运行某一应用的客户端侧的程序,以实现该应用的相关业务功能,比如上述的网络鉴权功能等。
而对于手机33-36与服务器31之间进行交互的网络32,可以包括多种类型的有线或无线网络。在一实施例中,该网络32可以包括公共交换电话网络(Public Switched Telephone Network,PSTN)和因特网。同时,手机33-36等电子设备之间也可以通过该网络32进行通讯交互,比如在任意两台电子设备之间建立单聊通讯会话;或者,若干电子设备可以参与至同一群聊通讯会话,使得任一用户可以通过自身的电子设备向该群聊通讯会话中的其他所有用户发送通讯消息,比如当该群聊通讯会话为多个团体之间的跨团体通讯会话时,这些团体中的团体成员可以通过该跨团体通讯会话进行群聊通讯。
其中,手机33-36上均运行有移动化团体办公平台的客户端,且该客户端上登录有使用者的注册账号(即在该移动化团体办公平台处的注册账号)。当手机33-34上登录的注册账号来自于团体1的团体成员时,表明该手机33-34被配置为归属于该团体1,例如所有归属于该团体1的电子设备均为“第一类终端”。而当手机35-36上登录的注册账号来自于团体2的团体成员时,表明该手机35-36被配置为归属于该团体2,例如所有归属于该团体2的电子设备均为“第二类终端”。
在广义的概念下,上述的团体1、团体2可以作为任意相互区分的两个团体,而第一类终端、第二类终端可以作为任意相互区分的两个团体分别对应的电子设备,且每一团体中的团体成员均可以通过归属于该团体的电子设备与服务器进行通讯,从而实现与团体信息平台之间的信息交互。例如,团体1中的团体成员可以通过第一类终端与服务器进行通讯,以将该团体1的团体信息上传并记录于团体信息平台中;而团体2中的团体成员可以通过第二类终端与服务器进行通讯,以获取团体信息平台对应的页面数据,从而通过在第二类终端上示出该页面数据对应的功能页面,使得该团体2中的团体成员查看该功能页面上集中展示出的该团体信息平台上记录的团体信息,比如包括上述团体1以及其他团体的团体信息,并由此获取该团体1或其他团体的团体信息。类似地,团体2的团体成员也可以将该团体2的团体信息上传并记录于团体信息平台上,并由团体1从团体信息平台上获取该团体2的团体信息,此处不再赘述。
为了便于理解,以企业即时通讯应用“企业微信”为例,假定手机33上运行有企业微信客户端、服务器31上运行有企业微信服务端,其中手机33上的企业微信客户端登录有使用者的注册账号,即手机33被配置为该使用者的企业微信客户端。下面以某一企业中的企业成员A通过手机33获取团体信息的过程为例,对本申请的技术方案进行详细说明:
在手机33上运行的企业微信客户端的客户端界面中,可以提供对团体信息平台的触 发入口。例如图4A所示,在企业微信客户端的会话列表页面(用于显示该企业微信客户端上的已登录用户即企业成员A参与的所有通讯会话页面的会话页面入口,比如图4A中的会话页面入口采用纵向排列方式进行展示)中,当检测到企业成员A对右上角的标识“+”的触发操作时,可以唤出图4A所示的临时窗口,且团体信息平台的触发入口可以表现为该临时窗口中的“企业广场”。当然,团体信息平台的触发入口还可以采用其他形式,比如在图4B所示的“工作”标签页中,除了企业微信客户端支持的“公告”、“日历”、“审批”等企业内部管理功能的图标之外,还可以增加一“企业广场”图标,以作为上述的团体信息平台的触发入口;或者,在如图4C所示的联系人页面中,除了“微信好友”、“手机通讯录”、“我的群组”之外,还可以增加一“企业广场”项目,以作为上述的团体信息平台的触发入口。
可以理解的是:团体信息平台用于对“企业微信”的所有已注册团体的团体信息进行集中展示,而当聚焦于“企业”类型的已注册团体时,相当于对“企业微信”的所有已注册企业的企业信息进行集中展示,从而构成上述的“企业广场”。
当上述的企业成员A对团体信息平台的触发入口进行触发操作后,企业微信客户端可以首先示出如图5所示的个人管理页面,该个人管理页面中包括“我关注的”标签页,用于展示该企业成员A的已关注企业的企业主页的页面入口,例如当该企业成员A关注了企业BB时,图5中示出了该企业BB的页面入口,且该“我关注的”标签页中还可以进一步示出对“阿里巴巴”、“百度”、“腾讯”等其他企业的企业主页的推荐信息,这些被推荐的企业可以为被关注度最高、被认可度最高或其他类型的企业(本申请并不对此进行限制),以便于引导企业成员A对这些被推荐企业的企业主页进行浏览和关注。
当检测到企业成员A对图5所示的“去广场看看”的触发操作时,企业微信客户端可以通过向服务器31上运行的企业微信服务端发送页面获取请求,并根据该服务端返回的页面数据,示出如图6所示的企业广场页面(即团体信息平台的功能页面),以对企业微信中的已注册团体进行团体信息的集中展示。当然,图5所示的个人管理页面并非必须,当企业成员A对如图4A-4C中任一形式的团体信息平台的触发入口进行触发操作时,企业微信客户端可以直接示出如图6所示的企业广场页面。
在企业广场页面中,通过对企业微信的已注册团体的团体信息进行展示,使得企业成员A在无需事先了解这些已注册团体的任何信息的情况下,即可通过对企业广场页面的浏览,查看到这些已注册团体的团体信息,以确定是否需要与该已注册团体进行通讯、合作等。当然,虽然企业广场页面可以对所有的已注册团体的团体信息进行展示,以供 企业成员A进行遍历浏览,但是当已注册团体的数量众多时,可能造成效率过低的问题。因此,为了提升企业成员A的浏览效率,减少或避免对无关的团体信息进行浏览,本申请提出了进一步的方案改进:
企业微信的服务端可以预先对已注册团体在预设维度上进行分类,并将包含分类结果的上述页面数据发送至手机33上的企业微信客户端,而该企业微信客户端可以基于该分类结果,对已注册团体的团体信息进行分类展示于诸如图6所示的企业广场页面中。
在一实施例中,预设维度可以包括团体所属行业,比如互联网、房地产、制造业、零售业等,使得企业微信客户端可以在如图6所示的企业广场页面中示出分别对应于互联网、房地产、制造业、零售业等行业的分类图标,并当任一分类图标被触发时,示出相应类别下的所有已注册团体。例如,当企业成员A希望委托一家互联网企业进行数据库建立时,该企业成员A可以通过触发图6所示的“互联网”图标,以浏览和查看如图7所示的互联网行业的已注册团体的团体信息,而无需浏览“房地产”等类别,从而提升对团体信息的获取效率。
在另一实施例中,预设维度可以包括被关注程度,比如企业微信服务端可以设定若干关注程度的范围区间,并按照各个已注册团体对应的被关注程度,对这些已注册团体进行分组,使得企业微信客户端可以在如图6所示的企业广场页面中示出“关注最多的企业”,即关注程度最高的范围区间内的已注册团体,并且可以按照关注程度由高到低进行排列展示。类似地,还可以示出如图6所示的“浏览最多的企业”,即当预设维度包括被浏览次数时,由企业微信服务端按照设定的若干浏览次数的范围区间对已注册团体进行分组后,由企业微信客户端示出的浏览次数最多的范围区间内的已注册团体。当然,还可以包括如图6所示的“热门企业”等,由企业微信服务端按照其他维度进行划分得到,此处不再赘述。
在又一实施例中,预设维度可以包括一些临时性的自定义维度,比如对于XX材料的采购事件,可以由企业微信服务端建立“XX采购”维度,将与“XX采购”相关的已注册团体集中于“XX采购专题”,即相当于将已注册团体分类为“与XX采购相关”、“与XX采购无关”两类,并由企业微信客户端对“与XX采购相关”的已注册团体的团体信息进行集中展示于如图8所示的“XX采购专题”页面中。类似地,企业广场页面还可以示出图6所示的“XX专场”、“XX制造……”等其他“专场”或“专题”,此处不再赘述。
此外,企业微信服务端还可以通过其他任意维度,对已注册团体进行分类处理,比 如团体类别(例如企业、学校、医院、政府机关、公安部门等)、团体所处地域(如省份、县市等)、团体征信状况(例如按照征信分数所处的分值范围,对已注册团体进行组别划分;其中,每一团体的征信数据可由企业微信的平台自行生成,或者由相关的第三方征信平台提供)。
当然,对于上述的各个预设维度,企业微信服务端除了可以按照单个预设维度对已注册团体进行分类之外,还可以同时通过多个预设维度进行更为细致的分类处理。举例而言,比如在按照“团体所属行业”进行分类后,假定企业成员A选取了“互联网”类别并转入图7所示的页面,该页面内可以包含“区域”选项,使得企业成员A可以通过触发该“区域”选项,以选取一个或多个预设区域(如国家、省份或县市等),从而筛选、展示出同时满足“互联网”类别和被选取区域的已注册团体,相当于同时通过“团体所属行业”和“团体所处地理位置”对已注册团体进行分类处理。
在如图6-8所示的页面中,可以分别对每一团体的团体信息进行概略展示。比如以“企业AA”为例,概略展示的团体信息可以包括该企业AA的图标、名称、主要业务、产品等,以及企业微信为该企业AA配置的标签信息,譬如“高级认证”表明该企业AA在企业微信上的认证等级为“高级”(认证等级与相应团体在企业微信这一移动化团体办公平台上的注册信息的详细程度呈正相关)、“V5等级”表明该企业AA的认证等级为“高级”中的第五等级、“征信90分”为该企业AA的征信分数。当然,概率展示的团体信息可以仅包含上述内容的一部分,也可以包含更多的其他内容,本申请并不对此进行限制。
当企业成员A在图6-8或其他页面中对任一团体的概略团体信息进行触发时,企业微信客户端可以对该任一团体的团体信息进行详情展示。比如,当企业AA或者该企业AA对应的概率团体信息被触发时,可以示出如图9所示的企业主页,并在该企业主页中示出该企业AA的详情团体信息(即对该企业AA的团体信息进行详情展示)。不论企业成员A与企业AA之间的关系为何,比如企业成员A归属于企业AA,或者企业成员A并不归属于企业AA,该企业成员A均可以通过企业广场查找到该企业AA或其对应的概率团体信息,并触发展示出如图9所示的企业主页。此外,当企业成员A不归属于企业AA时,可以通过触发图9所示的企业主页底部左侧的“关注”选项,将企业AA添加为该企业成员A的关注企业,则如图5所示的个人管理页面中可以示出对应于该企业AA的企业主页的页面入口;而当企业成员A归属于企业AA时,该企业成员A可以选择开启个人管理页面中的“我的企业”标签页,该标签页的内容如图10所示,例如当 该企业成员A同时归属于企业AA、企业AB时,该标签页中可以分别示出该企业AA、企业AB分别对应的企业主页的页面入口,则当检测到企业成员A对图10示出的“企业AA”进行触发时,即可直接切换至诸如图9所示的该企业AA的企业主页。
当然,并非所有已注册团体的团体信息均会展示于企业广场中。以企业AA为例,该企业AA的管理成员(即具有管理权限的企业成员,比如企业管理员等)通过企业微信客户端开启该企业AA的企业主页时,该企业主页上可以包含一管理入口(该企业AA中的其他企业成员、其他企业中的企业成员、不具有企业归属的个人等,均无法查看和操作该管理入口),比如图9所示企业主页的顶部包含一“管理”选项,即可作为该管理入口。当企业微信客户端检测到该管理入口被触发时,可以示出如图11所示的企业主页管理页面,该管理页面中包含一“将企业主页推广到企业广场”选项,而管理成员可以通过对该选项的配置操作,选择将企业AA的企业主页展示于企业广场上,或者不将企业AA的企业主页展示于企业广场上。进一步地,通过如图11所示的“已关注人员”选项,管理成员还可以查看已经关注(比如通过触发图9所示的企业主页底部的“关注”选项)该企业AA的人员,以便于该管理成员与添加关注的这些人员进行通讯,或者查看这些人员的所属团体的团体信息等。
如图9所示,在企业AA的企业主页上,包含一“认可该企业”选项,通过该选项可以实现本申请的“认可”功能。较为具体地,当任一已注册团体的团体成员对其他已注册团体的企业主页进行浏览时,比如来自企业X的企业成员A对企业AA的企业主页进行浏览,当企业微信客户端检测到该企业主页上的“认可该企业”选项被触发时,该企业微信客户端可以向企业微信服务端发送认可请求,表明该企业成员A认可了该企业AA;而企业微信服务端可以统计所有针对该企业AA发出的认可请求,并在企业AA的企业主页上展示相应的认可统计数据,比如该认可统计数据可以包括以下至少之一,当然本申请并不对此进行限制:
1)针对企业AA的认可请求的总数量。例如图9所示,当企业微信服务端接收到130条针对该企业AA的认可请求时,可以示出相应的“认可数”为130。
2)针对企业AA的认可请求的发送方的所属团体的团体信息。例如图9所示,企业微信服务端可以统计认可请求的发送方的归属团体,比如这些发送方分别来自17家企业时,可以显示为“被17家企业的130人认可”,并且示出相关企业的图标、名称等信息,比如这些企业可以为企业BB、企业CC、企业DD、企业EE等。当企业数量过多时,可以仅示出部分企业的相关信息,而其他则通过“…”予以省略,当然用户可以通过触发 “…”来查看所有企业的相关信息。
3)针对企业AA的认可请求的发送方的个人信息。虽然企业微信客户端可以将所有发送方的个人信息均展示于如图9所示的企业主页上,但是可能会占用过多的展示区域。因此,可以在检测到针对上述的“…”的触发操作后,通过如图12所示的列表页面示出这些发送方的所属企业的信息,并针对该列表页面中被选取的企业,进一步示出该企业内认可企业AA的发送方的个人信息,比如当企业BB被选取时,可以在图13所示的页面中示出该企业BB中的企业成员B1、企业成员B2等的头像、姓名、发送认可请求的时间点等个人信息,以表明企业BB中的这些企业成员均认可企业AA。
4)针对企业AA的认可请求的发送方的留言信息。如图13所示,以企业BB中的企业成员B1为例,可以在发送认可请求时,添加诸如“认可该企业”等留言信息,表明其并非随意点击或误操作,由增加其认可的可信度。当然,留言信息可以由认可请求的发送方手动输入,也可以由发送方手动选取预先生成的可用留言信息,从而简化发送方的输入操作。
通过采用上述的“认可”操作,使得被认可的团体可以由发出认可请求的人员、该人员所属的团体提供一定程度的背书和担保,那么尤其是对于一些成立时间短、名气小的团体而言,如果能够被知名人员或团体所认可,那么显然能够提升这些团体的知名度和可信度,有助于这些团体的发展、便于与其他团体之间开展合作关系。
在一实施例中,企业微信可以允许所有用户对自身所属团体之外的其他团体进行认可。在另一实施例中,企业微信可以对发出认可请求的用户进行一定限制,比如认可请求的发送方的所属团体的认证等级需要达到预设等级(比如“高级认证”;此外,还可以包括“中级认证”、“初级认证”、“未认证”等,其中认证等级为高级认证>中级认证>初级认证>未认证),其中认证等级与该发送方的所属团体在企业微信上的注册信息的详细程度呈正相关。
仍以企业AA为例,除了用户在浏览该企业AA的企业主页的过程中,主动发起对该企业AA的“认可”操作之外,还可以由该企业AA的企业成员向其他企业的企业成员发起邀请,以邀请其对该企业AA进行认可。以图9所示的企业主页为例,当检测到用户对“认可该企业”选项进行触发时,如果该用户不属于企业AA,可以由该用户发起针对该企业AA的认可请求;如果该用户为企业AA的企业成员,可以唤起对该企业AA的认可邀请流程,使得该用户可以将针对该企业AA的认可邀请发送至任一关联用户。当该用户通过企业微信服务端将认可邀请发送至该关联用户时,该关联用户可以为 该用户的企业微信好友等,而该关联用户使用的企业微信客户端可以对该认可邀请进行邀请提示,并且根据该关联用户对该邀请提示的响应操作,企业微信服务端可以接收到该关联用户使用的企业微信客户端返回的提示响应消息,且该提示响应消息中可以包含针对企业AA的认可请求。当然,该用户也可以将认可邀请分享至企业微信服务端之外的其他移动化团体办公平台或通讯应用(如即时通讯应用),则该认可邀请无需由企业微信服务端发送。
仍以图9所示的企业AA的企业主页为例。当检测到用户对底部的“联系”选项进行触发时,可以唤出图14所示的临时窗口,该临时窗口中展示的信息用于该用户与该企业AA进行通讯。例如,图14所示的临时窗口中可以直接示出该企业AA的“智能办公电话”、“企业客服”等通讯方式,也可以示出该企业AA内部的“联系人”的联系人信息,使得该用户可以通过该“智能办公电话”、“企业客服”、联系人信息等,与该企业AA内的企业成员进行通讯。
如图14所示,临时窗口内可以包括一“递名片”选项,当检测到用户对该选项的触发操作时,企业微信客户端可以向企业微信服务端发送名片递送请求,使得该服务端确定企业微信客户端上的已登录用户的联系人信息,并将该联系人信息发送至企业AA的管理成员(或其他的预设企业成员),以使得该管理成员对该联系人信息进行响应时,可使该用户与该管理成员之间建立关联关系,比如将该用户添加为该管理成员的个人好友,或者将该用户添加为该企业AA的外部联系人,且外部联系人信息可以被共享至该企业AA中其他具有浏览权限(针对外部联系人信息的浏览权限)的企业成员,以便于该用户与企业AA中的企业成员之间迅速建立关联、实现通讯。
当用户触发“联系”选项并唤出如图14所示的临时窗口时(或者,也可以在其他时刻),企业微信客户端可以向企业微信服务端发送针对企业AA的通讯需求信息,则企业微信服务端可以向该企业微信客户端返回中间通讯方的联系人信息,并表现为图14所示的临时窗口中的“中间人”。中间通讯方分别与该用户(即通讯需求信息的发送方)、企业AA内至少一个企业成员之间存在一级或多级关联关系,从而将该用户与该企业AA之间的关系由“陌生人社交”转换为“熟人社交”,有助于提升双方之间的沟通效率。例如,假定企业微信客户端上的已登录用户,在手机通讯录中存在一关联用户“小白”,则该已登录用户与用户“小白”之间存在一级关联关系,而当该用户“小白”的手机通讯录或其他通讯录中存在一用户“白白”为该企业AA的企业成员时,该用户“小白”与用户“白白”之间存在一级关联关系,则该已登录用户可以通过该用户“小白”联接 至用户“白白”,亦即该已登录用户可以通过该用户“小白”联接至企业AA,从而形成已登录用户→用户“小白”→企业AA(用户“白白”)的关系链,因而用户“小白”是已登录用户与企业AA之间的一级中间人。
类似地,如果企业微信客户端上的已登录用户的手机通讯录中存在一关联用户“小白”,用户“小白”的手机通讯录或其他通讯录中存在一用户“小黑”,而用户“小黑”的手机通讯录或其他通讯录中存在一用户“白白”,且用户“白白”为该企业AA的企业成员,那么已登录用户与用户“小白”之间存在一级关联关系、与用户“小黑”之间存在二级关联关系,用户“白白”与用户“小黑”之间存在一级关联关系、与用户“小白”之间存在二级关联关系,因而可以形成已登录用户→用户“小白”→用户“小黑”→企业AA(用户“白白”)的关系链,所以用户“小白”是已登录用户与企业AA之间的一级中间人、用户“小黑”是已登录用户与企业AA之间的二级中间人。
除了采用上述的“中间人”形式,即基于用户维度的关系传递之外,还可以基于其他维度进行关系传递,本申请并不对此进行限制。例如,可以基于企业维度进行关系传递;如图9所示,假定来自某一企业X的用户在查看该企业AA的企业主页时,该企业主页中可以包含“企业关系”,以表明该企业X(即图9中标示的“我”)与企业AA之间的企业关系,尤其是当该企业X与企业AA之间不存在直接的合作关系时,可以帮助该用户确定如何在企业X与企业AA之间建立起关联关系。譬如图9所示,通过将各个企业均标示为相应的节点,并通过相邻节点之间的“双向箭头”表明相应企业之间的关联关系,可使该用户快速确定企业X与企业AA之间的间接关联关系:假定企业X与企业BB、企业CC、企业DD等之间存在关联关系(即企业BB、企业CC、企业DD与该企业X之间为关联企业),而企业BB、企业CC等与企业AA之间存在关联关系,那么企业BB、企业CC分别与企业X之间存在一级关联关系,且该企业X基于该一级关联关系即可建立起与该企业AA之间的关联关系,从而帮助该用户在企业X与企业AA之间快速建立起关联关系;而企业DD虽然不存在与企业AA之间的直接关联关系,但是企业EE同时与企业DD、企业AA之间存在关联关系,因而该企业DD与企业X之间存在一级关联关系、企业EE与企业X之间存在二级关联关系,且该企业X基于该一级关联关系、二级关联关系即可建立起与该企业AA之间的关联关系。
当然,上述的“中间人”、“企业关系”等可以分别位于企业主页中的任意位置,也可以同时位于该企业主页中的同一位置,还可以在企业主页中结合显示出更多维度的关系传递信息,本申请并不对此进行限制。
仍以图9所示的企业AA的企业主页为例。当检测到用户对底部的“应用”选项进行触发时,可以唤出图15所示的临时窗口,该临时窗口中包含有若干预设处理功能的图标,比如“入单申请”、“共享文件”、“智能客服”等。
例如,当用户触发“入单申请”时,企业微信客户端可以示出相应的入单申请页面,并根据该用户的输入内容生成入单申请消息,然后由企业微信客户端将该入单申请消息发送至企业微信服务端进行处理,从而完成入单申请。
当用户触发“共享文件”时,企业微信客户端可以对企业微信服务端发起访问,以访问该企业AA在企业微信服务端上的共享存储空间,并查看其中的共享文件。当然,如果该共享存储空间开放了数据写入权限,那么该用户也可以向该共享存储空间内上传和存储任意文件。
当用户触发“智能客服”时,企业微信客户端可以向企业微信服务端发送智能客服请求,则企业微信服务端可以在该企业微信客户端与该企业AA的智能客服***之间建立通讯会话,而该用户可以在譬如图16所示的通讯会话页面中,与该智能客服***进行通讯。比如,该用户可以通过图16所示的通讯会话页面,向企业AA的智能客服***发送咨询消息,而智能客服***可以返回相应的咨询答复。例如,当咨询消息为“我想催发货”时,智能客服***返回的咨询答复可以包括“亲,请选择需要催发货的订单哦:”,以及示出该用户在企业AA创建的、处于尚未发货状态的订单。
在本实施例中,除了智能客服***之外,还可以在企业微信客户端与该企业AA中的客服人员之间实现跨企业的咨询沟通。例如,根据企业微信客户端发起的客服请求(对应于上述的智能客服请求),企业微信服务端可以从企业AA中的客服人员中确定出与该企业微信客户端的已登录用户进行沟通的特定客服人员,并在该特定客服人员与该企业微信客户端之间创建通讯会话,使得该特定客服人员与该已登录用户之间可以通过该通讯会话实现跨企业沟通。
进一步地,企业微信除了提供了团体内部与外部联系人之间的跨团体沟通方案(比如上述的企业微信客户端的已登录用户与企业AA的智能客服***或特定客服人员之间的通讯会话)之外,还可以提供团体内部的任务管理方案,使得团体内的团体成员可以按照任务方式进行事项处理。
例如,当已登录用户发出的咨询消息为“我想催发货”时,企业微信服务端可以确定出企业AA创建的、处于尚未发货状态的订单,并直接向企业AA中与这些订单相关的企业成员下发相应的处理任务,例如假定由企业AA内的企业成员Z负责相关订单的 发货操作,那么可以向该企业成员Z下发相应的发货任务,从而实现了企业内部与企业外部的关联、打通,有助于提升处理效率。
当然,在图16所示的咨询答复中,还可以在每一订单处示出对应的“催发货”选项,使得已登录用户可以通过触发该“催发货”选项,以实现对相应订单的催发货操作。那么,企业微信服务端可以根据被触发的订单,向企业AA中相应的企业成员Z发出发货任务;而对于未被触发的订单,企业微信服务端可以不下发任务。
在本实施例中,对于发货任务的下发方式,服务器可以向企业成员Z发送一条具有任务属性的提醒消息(如DING消息),该提醒消息的任务属性表现在:包含任务截止期限和需要在任务截止期限之前反馈相应的任务处理情况。
那么,服务器可以根据企业用户Z通过设备3反馈的任务处理情况,向企业用户B推送相应的通知消息。例如图17所示,在上述用户使用的手机33上的企业微信的消息列表页面中,可以包含企业AA的服务窗对应的功能页面入口,该功能页面入口处可以示出对上述通知消息的提示信息。那么,当该用户对该提示信息进行触发后,可以在图18所示的“企业AA服务窗”页面(即该用户与企业AA的服务窗之间的通讯会话)中,示出相应的通知消息。当然,该用户还可以对图18所示的通知消息进行触发,以跳转至企业AA的企业主页或相关功能页面中,对该通知消息的详情内容进行具体展示和查看,此处不再赘述。
当然,除了与处理任务相关的通知消息之外,服务器还可以通过企业AA的服务窗,向具有应用权限的外部联系人发送任意形式的通知消息,本申请并不对此进行限制。那么,通过企业主页,企业AA可以向所有具有应用权限的外部联系人统一执行消息推送,而无需单独与每一外部联系人通过聊天窗口进行通讯,极大地简化了操作复杂度、提升了通讯效率。
在本申请的技术方案中,当任一团体注册至企业微信时,企业微信可以获知该团体的供需状况,即该团体需要的产品或服务、该团体提供的产品或服务等。那么,通过获取和分析所有已注册团体的供需状况,该企业微信服务端可以获得各个已注册团体之间的供需关系。以企业AA为例,假定该企业AA的主要业务为“设备租赁”、“数据库建立”,产品为AAA、AAB、ABA等,而另一企业FF需要产品AAA、AAB,那么该企业AA可以被确定为与该企业FF存在供应关系,而又一企业KK可以提供产品AAA、AAB的制造原材料,则该企业AA可以被确定为与该企业KK存在需求关系。那么,企业微信客户端通过将企业AA、企业FF、企业KK等之间的供需关系进行分析后,将生 成的供需关系分析结果发送至企业AA的企业成员的企业微信客户端上,该企业AA的企业成员在查看诸如图6所示的企业广场时,企业微信客户端可以优先示出与该企业AA存在供需关系的企业FF、企业KK等的企业信息,而无需该企业成员主动翻看或查找,有助于提升存在供需关系的企业之间的通讯效率、降低沟通成本。
综上所述,本申请通过在移动化团体办公平台与团体信息平台之间打通,使得任意团体的团体成员均可以通过移动化团体办公平台对团体信息平台进行访问,从而对团体信息平台呈现出的其他团体的团体信息进行浏览,并进而实现团体之间的信息获取和交互,而无需受限于团体之间的预关联关系,有助于同一团体的内部事件与外部事件之间打通,以及便于在陌生团体之间实现沟通和信息交互。
图19示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图19,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器1902、内部总线1904、网络接口1906、内存1908以及非易失性存储器1910,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器1902从非易失性存储器1910中读取对应的计算机程序到内存1902中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成团体信息的获取装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。

    至少一台第一类终端,所述第一类终端归属于第一团体;其中,所述第一类终端上运行有所述即时通讯应用的客户端,且所述第一类终端上运行的客户端上登录有所述第一团体中的团体成员在所述即时通讯应用处的注册账号;所述第一类终端根据在运行的客户端的界面上检测到针对所述团体信息平台的信息上传操作,将所述第一团体的团体信息上传至所述服务器,以指示所述服务器将所述第一团体的团体信息记录于所述团体信息平台上;
    至少一台第二类终端,所述第二类终端归属于区别于所述第一团体的第二团体;其中,所述第二类终端上运行有所述即时通讯应用的客户端,且所述第二类终端上运行的客户端上登录有所述第二团体中的团体成员在所述即时通讯应用处的注册账号;所述第二类终端根据在运行的客户端的界面上检测到针对所述团体信息平台的信息获取操作,获取所述团体信息平台的页面数据,并根据所述页面数据在所述第二类终端运行的客户端上示出所述团体信息平台的功能页面,所述功能页面用于对所述团体信息平台上记录的团体信息进行集中展示。

    根据所述服务端返回的页面数据,示出所述团体信息平台的功能页面;其中,所述功能页面用于对所述即时通讯应用的已注册团体进行团体信息的集中展示。

    按照所述服务端对已注册团体在预设维度上的分类结果,对相应的团体信息进行分类展示于所述功能页面。

    向所述服务端发送针对任一已注册团体的名片递送请求,所述名片递送请求用于指示所述服务端获取所述名片递送请求的发送方的联系人信息,并将所述联系人信息发送至所述任一已注册团体的管理成员,以使所述管理成员对所述联系人信息进行响应时,在所述名片递送请求的发送方与所述管理成员之间建立关联关系。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测到针对所述功能页面中示出的任一已注册团体的团体信息的触发操作;
    示出所述任一已注册团体的服务窗页面,所述服务窗页面中包含与所述任一已注册团体相关的预设处理功能的功能标识;
    当检测到针对所述功能标识的用户操作时,向所述服务端发起信息交互请求,以实现针对所述预设处理功能的信息交互操作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息交互请求用于指示所述服务端在所述用户操作的发起方与所述任一已注册团体中的特定团体成员之间、或者所述发起方与所述任一已注册团体的信息处理***之间创建通讯会话,以实现基于所述通讯会话的信息交互操作。
  13. 一种团体信息的获取方法,其特征在于,包括:
    即时通讯应用的服务端接收到认可请求,所述认可请求由所述即时通讯应用上的任一已注册团体的团体成员向其他已注册团体发起;
    所述服务端根据针对至少一个已注册团体的认可请求,生成针对所述至少一个已注册团体的认可统计数据;
    当接收到所述即时通讯应用的客户端发送的页面获取请求时,所述服务端向所述客户端返回团体信息平台的功能页面的页面数据,以使所述客户端将所述认可统计数据展示于所述功能页面,其中所述功能页面用于对所述即时通讯应用的已注册团体进行团体信息的集中展示。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述即时通讯应用的服务端接收到认可请求,包括:
    所述服务端接收到所述其他已注册团体的团体成员发出的认可邀请,所述认可邀请的目标方被配置为所述任一已注册团体的团体成员;
    所述服务端向所述任一已注册团体的团体成员发送所述认可邀请,以由所述任一已注册团体的团体成员在所述即时通讯应用对应的特定客户端进行邀请提示;
    所述服务端接收所述特定客户端返回的提示响应消息,所述提示响应消息中包含所述认可请求。

    当所述任一已注册团体的认证等级未达到预设等级时,忽略所述任一已注册团体的团体成员发起的认可请求,或限制所述任一已注册团体的团体成员对认可请求的发起权限;其中,所述认证等级与所述任一已注册团体在所述即时通讯应用上的注册信息的详细程度呈正相关。
  16. 一种团体信息的获取装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一检测单元,在即时通讯应用的客户端界面中,检测到针对团体信息平台的触发 操作;
    请求单元,向所述即时通讯应用的服务端发送针对所述团体信息平台的页面获取请求;

    在所述功能页面内示出所述服务端针对任一已注册团体的认可统计数据,所述认可统计数据由所述服务端根据其他已注册团体的团体成员针对所述任一已注册团体发送的认可请求进行统计得到。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述认可统计数据包括以下至少之一:
    针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的总数量、针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的发送方的个人信息、针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的发送方的留言信息、针对所述任一已注册团体的认可请求的发送方的所属团体的团体信息。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述认可请求的发送方的所属团体的认证等级达到预设等级,其中所述认证等级与所述发送方的所属团体在所述即时通讯应用上的注册信息的详细程度呈正相关。
  23. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送单元,向所述服务端发送针对任一已注册团体的通讯需求信息;
    接收单元,接收所述服务端返回的中间通讯方的联系人信息,所述中间通讯方分别 与所述通讯需求信息的发送方、所述任一已注册团体的至少一个联系人之间存在一级或多级关联关系。
  24. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    递送单元,向所述服务端发送针对任一已注册团体的名片递送请求,所述名片递送请求用于指示所述服务端获取所述名片递送请求的发送方的联系人信息,并将所述联系人信息发送至所述任一已注册团体的管理成员,以使所述管理成员对所述联系人信息进行响应时,在所述名片递送请求的发送方与所述管理成员之间建立关联关系。
  25. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二检测单元,检测到针对所述功能页面中示出的任一已注册团体的团体信息的触发操作;
    第二示出单元,示出所述任一已注册团体的服务窗页面,所述服务窗页面中包含与所述任一已注册团体相关的预设处理功能的功能标识;
    交互单元,当检测到针对所述功能标识的用户操作时,向所述服务端发起信息交互请求,以实现针对所述预设处理功能的信息交互操作。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息交互请求用于指示所述服务端在所述用户操作的发起方与所述任一已注册团体中的特定团体成员之间、或者所述发起方与所述任一已注册团体的信息处理***之间创建通讯会话,以实现基于所述通讯会话的信息交互操作。
  27. 一种团体信息的获取装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,使即时通讯应用的服务端接收到认可请求,所述认可请求由所述即时通讯应用上的任一已注册团体的团体成员向其他已注册团体发起;
    生成单元,使所述服务端根据针对至少一个已注册团体的认可请求,生成针对所述至少一个已注册团体的认可统计数据;
    返回单元,当接收到所述即时通讯应用的客户端发送的页面获取请求时,使所述服务端向所述客户端返回团体信息平台的功能页面的页面数据,以使所述客户端将所述认可统计数据展示于所述功能页面,其中所述功能页面用于对所述即时通讯应用的已注册团体进行团体信息的集中展示。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:
    使所述服务端接收到所述其他已注册团体的团体成员发出的认可邀请,所述认可邀请的目标方被配置为所述任一已注册团体的团体成员;
    使所述服务端向所述任一已注册团体的团体成员发送所述认可邀请,以由所述任一已注册团体的团体成员在所述即时通讯应用对应的特定客户端进行邀请提示;
    使所述服务端接收所述特定客户端返回的提示响应消息,所述提示响应消息中包含所述认可请求。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    处理单元,当所述任一已注册团体的认证等级未达到预设等级时,忽略所述任一已注册团体的团体成员发起的认可请求,或限制所述任一已注册团体的团体成员对认可请求的发起权限;其中,所述认证等级与所述任一已注册团体在所述即时通讯应用上的注册信息的详细程度呈正相关。
