Hereinafter, the sheet 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The seat 1 is installed in a driver's seat of a vehicle, and includes a seat cushion 2 supported by the vehicle body, a seat back 3 coupled to the seat cushion 2, and a headrest 4 coupled to the seat back 3. . The seat 1 is configured to send a biological gas secreted from an occupant seated in the seat 1 to the air collecting chamber 5 disposed below the seat cushion 2.
The seat cushion 2 includes a frame 6 that is supported by the vehicle body and forms a skeleton of the seat cushion, a pad 7 that is supported by the frame 6, and a skin material 8 that covers the surface of the pad 7. The pad 7 is a pad main body 9 supported by the frame 6, an air distribution passage forming piece 10 laminated on a part of the upper surface of the pad main body 9, and an upper skin of the air distribution passage forming piece 10. 8 and an opening-forming piece 11 covered with 8. The air distribution passage forming piece 10 and the opening forming piece 11 are made of the same material as the pad main body 9.
The opening forming piece 11 is a plate-like member extending along the seating surface of the seat cushion 2. The opening forming piece 11 is provided with a plurality of openings 12 so as to form a row along the portion corresponding to the thigh from the buttocks of the occupant seated on the seat 1. The portion of the skin material 8 aligned with the opening 12 so that the opening 12 communicates with the vehicle interior is made of a material having air permeability such as a woven fabric, or at least a part of each opening 12. It has a hole (not shown) provided to align.
The air distribution passage forming piece 10 is a plate-like member. The air distribution passage forming piece 10 has a continuous groove provided so as to penetrate the air distribution passage forming piece 10 in the vertical direction, and the groove is sandwiched between the pad main body 9 and the opening forming piece 11. Thus, the air distribution passage 13 communicating with the opening 12 is formed. The air distribution passage 13 is provided in the rear of the two inflow portions 13a extending along the direction in which the plurality of openings 12 are arranged, a connection portion 13b for connecting the two inflow portions on the rear end side, and the connection portion. One outflow portion 13c. A plurality of openings 12 are provided, and the inflow portion 13a of the air distribution passage 13 communicates with all of the openings 12, so that a gas containing biological gas can be collected from a wide range from the occupant's buttocks to the legs. .
The pad main body 9 is provided with a communication hole 14 penetrating in the vertical direction at a position aligned with the outflow portion 13c in the vertical direction. Since the wall surface that defines the opening 12, the air distribution passage 13, and the communication hole 14 is made of a material having many voids constituting the pad 7, it is preferable that these wall surfaces be processed to be non-breathable.
The same configuration as the opening 12, the air distribution passage 13 and the communication hole 14 provided in the seat cushion 2 is also provided in the seat back 3. The opening 12 of the seat back 3 extends along the back of the occupant seated on the seat 1. Since the shape of the air distribution passage 13 and the communication hole 14 of the seat back 3 and the arrangement and orientation with respect to the opening 12 are the same as those provided in the seat cushion 2, illustration and detailed description thereof are omitted. The opening 12, the air distribution passage 13, and the communication hole 14 may be changed so as to be provided only in the seat cushion 2, or may be changed so as to be provided only in the seat back 3.
One end side of the first duct pipe 15 is connected to the communication hole 14 of the seat cushion 2. The end portion attached to the communication hole 14 of the first duct pipe 15 has a flexible bellows shape in order to facilitate attachment and to allow vibration of the seat cushion 2. It is preferable. Further, one end side of the second duct pipe 16 is connected to the communication hole 14 of the seat back 3 (not shown). The other end side of the second duct pipe 16 is connected to the intermediate portion 15a of the first duct pipe 15, and the inside of the second duct pipe 16 communicates with the inside of the first duct pipe 15, so that the seat The gas flowing in from the opening 12 of the back 3 merges with the gas flowing in from the opening 12 of the seat cushion 2.
The other end of the first duct pipe 15 is connected to a blower chamber 18 in which a blower 17 is installed. The interior of the air blowing chamber 18 and the air collecting chamber 5 is in communication with each other by connecting the third duct pipe 19 to both. The blower 17 flows gas so that the opening 12 is on the upstream side and the air collecting chamber 5 is on the downstream side.
The air distribution passage 13, the communication hole 14, the inside of the first duct pipe 15, the inside of the second duct pipe 16, the inside of the blower chamber 18, and the inside of the third duct pipe 19 are moved from the opening 12 to the air collecting chamber 5. To reach the ventilation path 20. The air collection chamber 5 is provided with a pressure valve (not shown) at the discharge port for discharging the sent gas. In the air collection chamber 5, the gas is compressed to increase the component concentration of the biological gas. It is done.
The gas detection sensor 21 is disposed in the air collecting chamber 5 and can transmit information of the detected gas to the ECU 22 provided in the vehicle. The ECU 22 analyzes the received information and outputs the analysis result to output means (not shown) installed in the vehicle interior such as a speaker (sound or alarm) or a display, or a portable or fixed type. It can be transmitted to the information terminal.
There is a relationship between a person's physical condition and illness and the odor secreted as body odor and the main component of the odor. For example, when suffering from diabetes or when body fat is burning, the body smells sweet and its main component is a ketone body (acetone). When there is a stomach disorder, the body smells like rotten eggs and its main component is hydrogen sulfide. When there is a disorder in the function of the stomach or liver, there is a body odor such as an ammonia odor, a mouse odor or a stink odor, and its main component is ammonia. People with cancer have a chemical seasoning or rotten odor, and the main components are methanethiol and VSC (volatile sulfur compounds), which contain other components, but it has not been clarified. In the case of a hangover, there is a body odor of alcohol odor, and its main component is acetaldehyde. When tired, the body smells like ammonia and its main component is ammonia. People with epilepsy are said to have a rotten smell of body odor, but the main ingredient is not clear.
The gas detection sensor 21 detects the gas component discharged from the passenger's mouth, nose, skin, anus, etc., that is, the type and concentration of the biological gas, and sends the result to the ECU 22. The ECU 22 analyzes the result, determines the health state of the occupant based on the relationship between the physical condition and symptoms as described above, and the gas component, and outputs it as necessary. As the gas detection sensor 21, for example, an electrochemical type, semiconductor type, heat ray type, infrared absorption type, artificial lipid membrane type sensor or the like can be used.
Although the amount of biological gas discharged from the skin is very small, since the opening 12 is located in the vicinity of the body surface of the seated occupant, the biological gas is relatively high in concentration before being diluted with the surrounding air. Can be obtained at By providing the opening 12 in the vicinity of the thigh and the part that should support the back that are likely to sweat, the biogas contained in the sweat can be obtained at a higher concentration. Further, since a part of the opening 12 of the seat cushion 2 is in the vicinity of the position where the occupant's buttocks are to be supported, a body gas (fart) that can obtain various biological information including various components can be obtained. It can be obtained at a high concentration. If gas chromatography is used for the gas detection sensor 21, even a trace amount of biological gas can be detected. Further, a filter may be provided in the air collecting chamber 5 to collect the detection target gas.
The gas detection sensor 21 can be installed at other positions. For example, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, it may be attached to the communication hole 14, the first duct pipe 15 (or the second duct pipe 16 or the third duct pipe 19), or may be incorporated into the blower 17. . When attached to the communication hole 14, even if the vehicle vibrates, the vibration is absorbed by the pad 7, so that the fixability is improved. When attached to the first duct pipe 15, the pipe member can be easily removed, so that the maintenance of the gas detection sensor 21 is facilitated (the same applies to the case where it is attached to the second duct pipe 16 or the third duct pipe 19). ). When incorporated in the blower 17, the power source can be shared with the blower 17. In these cases, the air collecting chamber 5 is not necessary.
The opening 12, the air passage 20, and the blower 17 are configured in common with an air ventilation system (AVS) that prevents sweating and adjusts humidity by sucking or blowing air to the surface of the seat 1. Therefore, the gas detection function and the humidity adjustment function can be efficiently provided in the vehicle. In the air ventilation system, when the air is sucked to the surface of the sheet 1 (pull type), the air is blown to the surface of the sheet 1 by using the blower 17 and the air passage 20 as they are. If the blower 17 is capable of blowing air in the opposite direction by reverse rotation, such as an axial flow type, the rotation is reversed, and if it is not the centrifugal type, switching is performed A ventilation path is provided, or another blower is installed.
Confirmation of the health condition of the occupant using the seat 1 is preferably performed at the start of the vehicle, and may be performed at predetermined intervals or continuously in order to confirm changes with the passage of driving time. . When the opening 12, the air passage 20, the blower 17, etc. also serve as an air ventilation system, an optimum air volume is set for gas detection and humidity adjustment, respectively. Alternatively, it is preferably performed at predetermined time intervals, and humidity adjustment can be performed at other times.
This is the end of the description of the specific embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be widely modified. The seat according to the present invention may be applied to a passenger seat or a rear seat of a vehicle, or may be applied to a vehicle seat other than a vehicle such as an aircraft. The position of the opening may be shifted.
