在上述方案中,因为外轨为条形结构,其若直接卡接在洗衣机的箱体侧壁上会使洗衣机 及该外轨的结构复杂,不利于本发明提供简洁方便的洗衣机的目的。因此,本发明中,所述的外轨只在前端和后端设置连接结构,从而简化了抽屉滑轨的安装结构,提高了工作效率,节约了大量劳动力。
优选的,所述的后立柱和前立柱分别设置有卡接结构,前立柱上的卡接结构和后立柱的卡接结构均限制外轨向下的活动,前立柱的卡接结构限制外轨前端向向下和向抽屉抽出/推入方向的活动,所述后立柱的卡接结构限制外轨后端向下和向抽屉推入/抽出方向的活动。
在上述方案中,因为外轨是长条形结构,所以在对其前后端分别进行固定时,其前端和后端都需要收到向上的支持力,否则不能保证该外轨处于水平位置。另一方面,前立柱和后立柱相互配合要保证该外轨在水平方向是固定的,防止外轨会随着抽屉的抽出和推入而发生位置变化。
优选的,所述后立柱上设置有第一卡槽,所述前立柱上设置有第二卡槽,所述外轨的后端设置有第一卡爪,所述外轨的前端设置有第二卡爪,第一卡爪卡接在第一卡槽内,第一卡槽限制外轨的后端在上下方向和向抽屉推入方向的活动,所述的第二卡爪卡接在第二卡槽内,第二卡槽限制外轨的前端向下和向抽屉抽出方向的活动。
优选的,所述第一卡槽的开口朝向抽屉抽出方向设置,所述第二卡槽的开口朝上设置,所述的第一卡爪由外轨后端的外侧表面凸出并对应第一卡槽的开口向抽屉推入方向弯折延伸,所述的第一卡爪水平插接在第一卡槽内,所述的第二卡爪由外轨前端的外侧表面凸出并向下弯折延伸,所述的第二卡块由上到下卡接在第二卡槽内。
在上述方案中,虽然固定外轨的技术方案很多,但是卡爪和卡槽的配合关系不同则在外轨的安装中,难易程度也不同。为了降低本发明外轨的安装结构,后立柱上的第一卡槽的开口朝向抽屉抽出方向设置,而为了在抽屉抽出方向上限制外轨的自由端,则位于洗衣机前侧的前立柱上的第二卡槽开口朝上设置,通过此结构设计,外轨的安装程序大幅度降低,且不失稳定性。具体的,在实际的安装中,将外轨的后端的第一卡爪向抽屉推入的方向水平插接在后立柱上的第一卡槽内,而外轨的前端的第二卡爪则由上至下插接在第二卡槽内,第二卡槽在抽屉抽出的方向上设置有阻挡外轨滑出的阻挡结构。
优选的,所述前立柱上对应第二卡槽设有避让口,所述外轨贴合前立柱,其第一卡爪穿过所述的避让孔与第一卡槽卡接,所述第二卡爪穿过所述的避让孔与第二卡槽卡接。
在上述方案中,因为在具体的外轨安装过程中,外轨需要首先沿洗衣机箱体侧壁伸入洗衣机内部,在此过程中,需要工作人员掌握外轨后端的位置,保证外轨的第一卡爪与立柱上的第一卡槽相配合,该过程不易掌握第一卡槽的位置,从而使得安装过程相对不易。因此, 本发明中,所述前立柱上对应第二卡槽设有避让口,所述外轨贴合前立柱,其第一卡爪穿过所述的避让孔与第一卡槽卡接,所述第二卡爪穿过所述的避让孔与第二卡槽卡接。可见,该避让口的设置方便了外轨的安装,避让口还具有导向和标识的作用,安装人员可根据避让口的位置快速定位安装外轨。
优选的,所述前立柱和后立柱均为U形结构,U形结构包括内侧面、外侧面和连接内侧面及外侧面的连接面,所述前立柱的U形开口和后立柱的U形开口相向设置;
所述前立柱顶部设置所述的避让口和第二卡槽,所述的后立柱的中部对应第二卡槽设置有第一卡槽;
优选的,所述的后立柱高于前立柱,前立柱顶部内侧面和与内侧面连接的部分连接面上共同开设有豁口形成了所述的避让口和所述的第二卡槽,所述的后立柱U形结构的内侧面对应第二卡槽的水平位置向一侧凹陷形成了所述的第一卡槽,所述的外轨水平固定在第一卡槽和第二卡槽之间。
优选的,所述内轨的前端和后端分别卡接固定在抽屉的侧面上;
在上述方案中,内轨优选也通过卡接结构与抽屉固定,为了减低内轨与抽屉之间的卡接结构的复杂度,本发明中,内轨的前端和后端分别与抽屉卡接固定。
优选的,所述抽屉的侧面前端设置有定位柱,后端设置有卡槽,所述内轨的前端开设有卡口,内轨的后端设置有卡爪,内轨后端的卡爪卡接在抽屉后端的卡槽内,所述抽屉的定位柱插接在内轨前端的卡口内,从而实现了内轨和抽屉的固定。
优选的,所述抽屉的卡槽与内轨的卡爪相向设置,当卡爪完全卡接在卡槽内,则抽屉的定位柱***内轨的卡口内;
在上述方案中,内轨上的卡爪与卡口的距离根据抽屉上卡槽与定位柱之间的距离设置。当内轨的后端的卡爪卡接在抽屉的卡槽内时,则抽屉上的定位柱恰好可***内轨的卡口内,因为抽屉的卡槽限制内轨在洗衣机两侧方向的活动,而卡口限制内轨在上下和抽屉抽出/推入的方向的自由度。
优选的,所述内轨的前端还设置有螺钉孔,所述的抽屉的侧面对应也设置有螺钉孔,两螺钉孔通过螺钉连接以进一步固定内轨和抽屉。
在上述方案中,内轨和抽屉之间通过螺钉固定是可选项,当然的,为了确保内轨和抽屉的连接稳定,可进一步通过螺钉固定内轨和抽屉。
本发明中,洗衣机抽屉的滑轨是通过无钉式的固定方式进行固定,其安装固定程序简单,且易拆卸。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图1-图5所示,本发明提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括壳体和设置壳体内的抽屉1,抽屉的四周设置有加强筋13。
本发明中,所述的抽屉1可设置在洗衣机的顶部或设置在洗衣机的底部位置,可存放一些洗涤用品,方便了人们的生活。
所述抽屉1通过滑轨组件与壳体连接以抽出/推入壳体,所述滑轨组件包括连接在洗衣机上的外轨3和连接在抽屉1上的内轨2,所述外轨3卡接固定在壳体上,和/或所述内轨2卡接固定在抽屉1上。
优选的,所述的壳体包括框架,所述的外轨3卡接固定在所述的框架上。
进一步的,所述的框架包括设置在壳体四角的立柱,所述外轨3的前端和后端分别卡接 在位于壳体同一侧的前立柱4和后立柱5上。本发明中,外轨3的两端分别固定在前立柱4和后立柱5上,此结构中,只在外轨3的两端设置与前立柱4和后立柱5配合的卡接结构,而在外轨3的中间部分并不设置任何固定连接结构,从而简化了外轨3的结构。另一方面,洗衣机的箱体内壁比较薄弱,而外轨3需要承受整个抽屉的重量,如果将外轨3直接卡接在洗衣机箱体内壁上,则洗衣机箱体内壁强度可能达不到使用要求,尤其是洗衣机在洗涤过程中,会发生震动,则外轨3和洗衣机箱体的负荷更大,容易发生损坏,减少洗衣机的寿命。因此,本发明中将外轨3固定在洗衣机的前立柱和后立柱上,从而增强了外轨3和抽屉的稳定性。优选的,所述的前立柱4和后立柱5为硬质材料制作,比如不锈钢。
优选的,所述的后立柱5和前立柱4均限制外轨3向下的活动,所述的前立柱4和后立柱5配合共同限制外轨3在抽屉抽出和推入方向上的活动。因为本发明中,外轨3为长条形结构,为了将外轨3水平固定,则外轨3的两端都需要受到向上的支撑作用,以限制外轨3两端向下方的活动。否则不能保证该外轨3处于水平位置。而因为外轨3会与内轨2配合,其需要支撑抽屉1的重量,因此,至于外轨3上的活动可以限制也可以不限制。优选的,本发明中后立柱上的第二卡槽限制外轨3后端向上的活动。
在一实施例中,所述后立柱5上设置有第一卡槽51,所述前立柱4上设置有第二卡槽41,所述外轨3的后端设置有第一卡爪31,所述外轨3的前端设置有第二卡爪32,第一卡爪31卡接在第一卡槽51内,第一卡槽51限制限制外轨3的后端在上下方向和向抽屉1推入方向的活动,所述的第二卡爪32卡接在第二卡槽41内,第二卡槽41限制第二卡爪32向下和向抽屉1抽出方向的活动。
具体的,所述第一卡槽51的开口朝抽屉1抽出方向设置,所述第二卡槽41的开口朝上设置,所述的第一卡爪31由外轨3后端的外侧表面凸出并对应第一卡槽51的开口向抽屉1推入方向弯折延伸,所述的第一卡爪31水平插接在第一卡槽51内,所述的第二卡爪32由外轨3前端的外侧表面凸出并向下弯折延伸,所述的第二卡块由上到下卡接在第二卡槽41内。
通过上述结构设计,则在洗衣机上安装外轨3时,首先将外轨3的后端伸入洗衣机内部并直接水平的将第一卡爪31对准第一卡槽51,将第一卡爪31推入第一卡槽51内,第一卡爪31抵接在第一卡槽51的槽底或者第一卡爪的根部卡接在第一卡槽上,从而完成了外轨3后端的固定,后立柱5上的第一卡槽51限制了第一卡爪31在向抽屉推入方向以及向上下方向的活动,在当第一卡爪31与第一卡槽51配合后,接着,将外轨3的前端的第二卡爪对准前立柱4上的第二卡槽41,由上到下卡接在第二卡槽41内,其中,该第二卡槽41具有阻挡第二卡爪32向抽屉1抽出方向活动的侧壁。进一步的,该第二卡槽41底部还具有限位块, 第二卡爪32插接进入第二卡槽41内后,其端部抵接在该限位块上,第二卡槽41限制外轨3向抽屉1抽出方向和向下的活动。通过第一卡槽51和第二卡槽41的设置可稳定的固定住外轨3而不需要通过螺钉固定外轨3和洗衣机的前后立柱5。
本发明中,所述的第一卡爪31卡接在第一卡槽51内,第一卡爪31与外轨3表面之间的间距与第一卡槽槽壁的厚度相匹配,同时,第二卡爪32与外轨的表面之间的距离与第二卡槽槽壁的厚度相匹配。如此设置,则第一卡槽51和第二卡槽41分别限制外轨3两端在洗衣机左右两侧方向上的活动。因为第一卡爪31与第一卡槽51槽壁之间不具有间隙,第二卡爪32与第二卡槽41的槽壁之间不具有间隙,则当洗衣机在洗涤时,尤其是洗衣机在漂洗过程时,洗衣机会发生晃动,但是因为前述的结构,则外轨3和洗衣机前立柱和后立柱之间相互配合形成为一体,此时,洗衣机的晃动不会造成抽屉或外轨与洗衣机箱体侧壁之间发生碰撞。从而避免造成该洗衣机在洗涤过程中噪音大,且洗衣机的抽屉结构容易损坏的问题。
现有技术中,滑轨组件的外轨通过螺钉紧固到洗衣机箱体内壁上,或者在洗衣机箱体内壁增加一个转接件来达到固定滑轨的目的。该种做法浪费材料,而且在洗衣机相对封闭的空间内,安装方式过于复杂,为了方便打螺钉,需要洗衣机箱体留出足够的操作空间,一旦出现问题必须由专业的维修人员进行维护,费时费力;若洗衣机箱体内壁比较薄弱,滑轨固定后强度达不到使用要求。
本发明针对目前洗衣机抽屉滑轨组件的固定方式,提出了无钉式的抽屉滑轨固定方式,本法发明可解决洗衣机抽屉安装浪费材料,安装复杂,维修麻烦的问题。
在一实施例中,所述前立柱4上对应外轨3内侧的第一卡爪31和第二卡爪32开设有避让口6,所述外轨3贴合前立柱4,其第一卡爪31穿过所述的避让孔与第一卡槽51卡接,所述第二卡爪32穿过所述的避让孔与第二卡槽41卡接。该本实施例中,设置避让口6方便了对外轨3的安装,在具体的安装过程中,只需将外轨3贴合立柱内侧,将第一卡爪31的位置与豁口对齐后,直接将外轨3推入洗衣机箱体内,当第二卡爪32也通过该豁口后,其第一卡爪31会直接插接入第一卡槽51内,可见豁口的设计具有引导定位的作用,该结构设计比起其他的卡接结构,使得该内轨2的安装更加方便快捷。
在一实施例中,所述前立柱4和后立柱5均为U形结构,U形结构包括内侧面8、外侧面9和连接内侧面8及外侧面9的连接面10,所述前立柱4的U形开口和后立柱5的U形开口相向设置;所述前立柱4顶部设置所述的避让口6和第二卡槽41,所述的后立柱5的中部对应第二卡槽41设置有第一卡槽51;优选的,所述的后立柱5高于前立柱4,前立柱4顶部内侧面8和与内侧面8连接的部分连接面10上共同开设有豁口形成了所述的避让口6和所述 的第二卡槽41,所述的后立柱5U形结构的内侧面8对应第二卡槽41的水平位置向一侧凹陷形成了所述的第一卡槽51,所述的外轨3水平固定在第一卡槽51和第二卡槽41之间。因为需要在前立柱4上设置避让口6,且外轨3前端的第二卡爪32需要由上到下插接在第二卡槽41内,基于此安装方式,则需要在前立柱U形结构的顶部设置第二卡槽41和避让口6,而外轨3需要水平安装,且第一卡槽51与第一卡爪31之间通过水平插接固定方式连接,因此,后立柱5的高度需要大于前立柱4的高度,而第一卡槽51不能设置在后立柱5的顶部而是设置在后立柱5上对应前立柱4上第二卡槽41的位置上,比如靠近后立柱5中部的位置。
本发明中,考虑到洗衣机在洗涤过程中会发生晃动,为了减少晃动对抽屉的影响,本发明中,优选将抽屉设置在洗衣机的底部位置,位于洗衣滚筒的下方位置。本发明中洗衣机包括洗涤部分和设置在洗涤部分之下的抽屉部分。因为本发明中,外轨3的第二卡爪32由上到下卡接在前立柱4的第二卡槽41内,则第二卡槽41不能够限制第二卡爪32向上的活动,但是该第二卡槽41设置在前立柱4的顶端,则此时可由该洗衣机的洗涤部分底部限制外轨3前端向上的活动,而后立柱的第一卡槽51因为没有设置在端部而是设置在后立柱的中部位置,则该第一卡槽51可限制外轨后端在上下方向的活动。如此设置,则第一卡槽51和第二卡槽41均能够在上下方向上限制外轨的活动,从而防止了在洗衣机工作中,抽屉和外轨与洗衣机发生碰撞的问题。
另一方面,上述各实施例中提供了外轨3卡接固定在洗衣机上的技术方案,进一步的,内轨2的固定方式也可设置为卡接结构。具体的,内轨2的前端和后端分别卡接固定在抽屉1的侧面上。
在一实施例中,所述抽屉1的侧面前端设置有定位柱12,后端设置有卡槽,所述内轨2的前端开设有卡口22,内轨2的后端设置有卡爪,内轨2后端的卡爪卡接在抽屉1后端的卡槽内,所述抽屉1的定位柱12插接在内轨2的卡口22内,从而实现了内轨2和抽屉1的固定。在本实施例中,内轨2上的卡口22和卡爪之间的长度和位置关系对应抽屉1上定位柱12和卡槽之间长度及位置关系,当内轨2的卡爪卡接在抽屉1的卡槽内时,内轨2上的卡口22恰好与抽屉1上的定位柱12相对,抽屉1上的定位柱12卡接在内轨2的卡口22内,固定该卡口22。即所述抽屉1的卡槽与内轨2的卡爪相向设置,当卡爪完全卡接在卡槽内,则抽屉1的定位柱12恰好可***内轨2的卡口22内。
在上述实施例的基础上,所述外轨3的前端进一步还设置有螺钉孔7,所述的抽屉1的侧面对应也设置有螺钉孔,两螺钉孔通过螺钉连接以进一步固定内轨2和抽屉1。内轨2和抽屉1之间通过螺钉固定是可选项,当然的,为了确保内轨2和抽屉1的连接稳定,可进一 步通过螺钉固定内轨2和抽屉1。
本发明中,洗衣机抽屉的滑轨是通过无钉式的固定方式进行连接固定,其安装固定程序简单,且易拆卸。
需要进行说明的是:本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可单独实施,也可相互组合实施。本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可适用滚筒洗衣机,也可适用于波轮洗衣机。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括壳体和设置壳体内的抽屉,所述抽屉通过滑轨组件与壳体连接以抽出/推入壳体,所述滑轨组件包括连接在洗衣机上的外轨和连接在抽屉上的内轨,其特征在于,所述外轨卡接固定在壳体上,和/或所述内轨卡接固定在抽屉上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的壳体包括框架,所述的外轨卡接固定在所述的框架上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的框架包括设置在壳体四角的立柱,所述外轨的前端和后端分别卡接在位于壳体同一侧的前立柱和后立柱上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的后立柱和前立柱分别设置有卡接结构,所述的前立柱的卡接结构限制外轨前端向下和向抽屉抽出/推入方向的活动,所述后立柱的卡接结构限制外轨后端向下和向抽屉推入/抽出方向的活动。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述后立柱上设置有第一卡槽,所述前立柱上设置有第二卡槽,所述外轨的后端设置有第一卡爪,所述外轨的前端设置有第二卡爪,第一卡爪卡接在第一卡槽内,第一卡槽限制外轨的后端在上下方向和向抽屉推入方向的活动,所述的第二卡爪卡接在第二卡槽内,第二卡槽限制外轨的前端向下和向抽屉抽出方向的活动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一卡槽的开口朝向抽屉抽出方向设置,所述第二卡槽的开口朝上设置,所述的第一卡爪由外轨后端的外侧表面凸出并对应第一卡槽的开口向抽屉推入方向弯折延伸,所述的第一卡爪水平插接在第一卡槽内,所述的第二卡爪由外轨前端的外侧表面凸出并向下弯折延伸,所述的第二卡块由上到下卡接在第二卡槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述前立柱上对应第二卡槽设有避让口,所述外轨贴合前立柱,其第一卡爪穿过所述的避让孔与第一卡槽卡接,所述第二卡爪穿过所述的避让孔与第二卡槽卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求3-7任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述前立柱和后立柱均为U形结构,U形结构包括内侧面、外侧面和连接内侧面及外侧面的连接面,所述前立柱的U形开口和后立柱的U形开口相向设置;
