本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种雾化器
背景技术
传统吸烟是通过用明火点燃烟草,烟草燃烧产生烟雾以供吸烟者吸食。烟草燃烧产生的烟雾通常会含有上千种有害物质,因而,传统烟草不但给吸烟者造成严重的呼吸***疾病,还容易带来二手烟危害。
为解决传统烟草燃烧产生较多有害物质的技术问题,技术人员开发了雾化电子烟及电子烤烟,然而,所述雾化电子烟通过雾化烟液形成烟雾,以供吸烟者吸食,雾化电子烟虽然克服了传统卷烟的以上不足,能够在一定程度上满足消费者对烟草的依赖,但电子烟的烟液是由香精香料调配而成,并不是真正的卷烟产品,其烟味淡,缺乏烟草的芳香,而不能被消费者广泛地接受。现有的低温电子烤烟采用低温(100摄氏度左右)不燃烧方式加热烟丝,由于其加热温度较低,所以加热产生的危害物质少,但烟雾量明显不足。而若采用高温的温度对所述烟草进行加热,则容易将烟草考黑,碳化,且热量分布不均,容易产生部分烟草已经碳化而另一部分温度还不足的问题,因而也产生较多的有害物质。如何能够吸出烟草的芳香味又能够较大程度降低有害物质已成为烟草行业亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能够较大降低用户吸食到烟草有害物质的雾化器。
本发明提供了一种雾化器,包括雾化器本体,所述雾化器本体外表面设置有供烟雾排出以供用户吸食的烟雾出口,其特征在于,所述雾化器本体内设置有容纳腔、储油腔、雾化腔及加热组件,所述容纳腔与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾出口相连通,所述容纳腔用于放置烟草并作为第一烟雾通道,所述加热组件设置于所述雾化腔内并用于雾化所述储油腔内的烟油以形成烟雾,所述雾化腔内雾化形成的烟雾用于对所述容纳腔内的烟草进行加热,以生成混合烟雾,以使在吸烟时,所述混合烟雾通过所述第一烟雾通道流动至所述烟雾出口。
可选地,所述雾化器本体内还设置有第二烟雾通道,所述第二烟雾通道与 所述烟雾出口及所述雾化腔相连通,所述第二烟雾通道用于分流所述雾化腔内的部分烟雾并将所述部分烟雾导入至所述烟雾出口。
可选地,所述雾化器本体包括雾化器主体及吸嘴组件,所述雾化器主体用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾,所述雾化器主体内设置有所述储油腔、所述雾化腔及所述加热组件;所述吸嘴组件与所述雾化器主体可拆卸连接,所述容纳腔位于所述吸嘴组件内,所述容纳腔与所述吸嘴组件的面向所述雾化器主体的表面相连通并形成有面向所述雾化器主体的插烟腔口,当所述吸嘴组件与所述雾化器主体相连时,所述雾化器主体覆盖住所述插烟腔口;当将所述吸嘴组件与所述雾化器主体分离时,能够将烟草从所述容纳腔的插烟腔口***所述容纳腔内或将烟草从所述容纳腔内取出。
可选地,所述吸嘴组件设置有所述容纳腔的一端侧壁处设置有与所述吸嘴组件外表面相连通以作为所述第二烟雾通道的切槽,所述切槽位于雾化器主体内,所述切槽的两端分别与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾出口相连通,所述切槽设置有面向所述容纳腔并与所述容纳腔相连通的槽口;当所述容纳腔内插设有烟草时,所述烟草覆盖所述槽口,以使雾化器工作时所述雾化腔内的至少部分烟雾经所述切槽流动至所述烟雾出口。
可选地,所述吸嘴组件呈管状结构,所述烟雾出口位于所述吸嘴组件的一端,所述容纳腔的所述插烟腔口位于所述吸嘴组件的背离所述烟雾出口的一端端面上,所述切槽沿所述吸嘴组件的纵向延伸设置并贯穿所述吸嘴组件的侧壁。
可选地,所述吸嘴组件设置有若干所述切槽,且任意相邻的两个所述切槽之间设置有预设间隔,所述切槽呈条形。
可选地,所述容纳腔背向所述插烟腔口的一端设置有用于阻挡所述烟草朝远离所述插烟腔口方向运动的限位板,所述限位板的面向所述烟雾出口的一侧设置有与所述容纳腔同轴设置的第三烟雾通道,所述第三烟雾通道的一端与所述容纳腔相连通,所述第三烟雾通道的另一端与所述烟雾出口相连通,所述切槽的长度大于所述限位板至所述插烟腔口的距离,所述切槽远离所述插烟腔口的一端与所述第三烟雾通道相连通。
可选地,所述吸嘴组件插设在所述雾化器主体内的一端侧壁处设置有与所 述吸嘴组件外表面相连通并作为所述第二烟雾通道的通孔,所述通孔与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾出口相连通,以使雾化器工作时,所述雾化腔内的至少部分烟雾经所述通孔流动至所述烟雾出口。
可选地,所述容纳腔的背离所述插烟腔口的一端设置有用于阻挡所述烟草朝远离所述插烟腔口方向运动的限位板,所述限位板的面向所述烟雾出口的一侧设置有与所述容纳腔同轴设置的第三烟雾通道,所述第三烟雾通道的一端与所述容纳腔相连通,所述第三烟雾通道的另一端与所述烟雾出口相连通,所述通孔至所述插烟腔口的距离大于所述限位板至所述插烟腔口的距离,所述通孔与所述第三烟雾通道相连通。
可选地,所述吸嘴组件***所述雾化器主体的一端外周面与所述雾化器主体之间形成有间隙,所述间隙与所述通孔及所述雾化腔相连通,所述间隙用于在雾化器工作时所述雾化腔内的至少部分烟雾经所述间隙流入通孔内,再经过所述通孔流动至所述烟雾出口。
可选地,所述雾化腔与所述容纳腔之间设置有用于阻挡所述容纳腔内的烟草朝着所述雾化腔运动的隔板,所述隔板上设置有至少一个穿孔,所述穿孔与所述容纳腔及所述雾化腔相连通。
可选地,所述雾化器本体包括雾化器主体及吸嘴组件,所述雾化器主体用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾,所述雾化器主体内设置有所述储油腔、所述雾化腔及所述加热组件,所述雾化器主体的一端设置有插接槽,所述吸嘴组件的一端可拆卸的插设在所述插接槽内,所述隔板收容在所述插接槽内并与所述插接槽的槽壁可拆卸连接,以使在将所述吸嘴组件拆卸后能够将所述隔板从所述插接槽内取出。
可选地,所述隔板呈圆盘形,所述隔板的外周面套设有与所述插接槽的槽壁弹性抵接的密封圈。
可选地,所述雾化器本体包括雾化器主体及吸嘴组件,所述雾化器主体用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾,所述雾化器主体内设置有所述储油腔、所述雾化腔及所述加热组件,所述雾化器主体的一端设置有插接槽,所述吸嘴组件的一端可拆卸的插设在所述插接槽内,所述隔板收容在所述插接槽内,所述插接槽位于所述隔板与所述吸嘴组件之间形成有所述容纳腔。
可选地,所述容纳腔的背离所述插烟腔口的一端设置有用于阻挡所述烟草朝远离所述插烟腔口方向运动的限位机构。
可选地,所述限位机构为环绕所述容纳腔的腔壁设置的限位台阶。
可选地,所述容纳腔内还设置有盖设在所述容纳腔面向所述烟雾出口一端的滤网,所述滤网用于阻碍所述容纳腔内的所述烟草进入用户口腔。

可选地,所述容纳腔的背离所述吸嘴盖的一端设置有环形的限位台阶,所述限位台阶用于阻挡所述烟草朝远离所述烟雾出口方向运动,所述限位台阶面向所述吸嘴盖的表面设置有与所述通气槽及所述雾化腔相连通的用于供烟雾流动的凹槽。
可选地,所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道间隔设置,所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道之间设置有用于隔离所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道的隔离部件。
采用本发明所示的雾化器的有益效果在于,本发明通过在所述雾化器本体内设置有容纳腔、储油腔、雾化腔及加热组件,所述容纳腔与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾出口相连通,所述容纳腔用于放置烟草并作为第一烟雾通道,所述加热组件设置于所述雾化腔内并用于雾化所述储油腔内的烟油以形成烟雾,所述雾化腔内雾化形成的烟雾用于对所述容纳腔内的烟草进行加热,以生成混合烟雾,以使在吸烟时,所述混合烟雾通过所述第一烟雾通道流动至所述烟雾出口。 即本发明雾化器内的烟草仅是通过雾化腔产生的高温烟雾进行加热,无需额外的电加热器件对烟草进行烘烤,因而能够均匀地加热和较为充分地将容纳腔内烟草的芳香味蒸出来,而且烟雾量较大,避免了现有技术中通过电加热器件烘烤烟草时容易碳化而导致仍然产生较多有害物质的问题。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例提供了一种雾化器,通过本实施例所示的雾化器能够使得用户在抽吸烟雾的过程中,能够吸食到与真烟口感大致相同的味道,而且能够避免真烟燃烧时所产生的焦油对用户身体的伤害。
以下首先结合图1和图2所示对本实施例所提供的雾化器的具体结构进行示例性说明,其中,图1为本发明所提供的雾化器的一种实施例整体结构示意图,图2为本发明所提供的雾化器的一种实施例剖面结构示意图。
本实施例所示的雾化器包括雾化器本体1,所述雾化器本体1包括雾化器主体100和吸嘴组件101,其中,所述雾化器主体100用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾,所述吸嘴组件101设置有用于供烟雾排出以供用户吸食的烟雾出口102。
具体的,所述雾化器主体100内设置有储油腔103、雾化腔104及加热组件105。
更具体的,本实施例所示的用于存储烟油的所述储油腔103与所述雾化腔104导通设置,以使位于所述储油腔103内的烟油能够流动至位于所述雾化腔104内的所述加热组件105,从而使得所述加热组件105能够雾化所述储油腔103内的烟油以形成烟雾。
本实施例对所述储油腔103、雾化腔104及加热组件105的具体结构不作限定,只要位于所述雾化腔104内的加热组件105能够将位于所述储油腔103内的烟油进行雾化以生成烟雾即可。
本实施例所示的雾化器内部还设置有容纳腔,本实施例所示的容纳腔的具体结构有两种示例:
第一种,本种设置方式所示的容纳腔200设置在所述吸嘴组件101内部;
第二种,本种设置方式所示的容纳腔300设置在所述雾化器主体100内部。
首先对第一种设置方式,即所述容纳腔200进行说明:
请参见图2和图3所示为例进行说明,其中,图3为本发明所述的雾化器的另一种实施例剖面结构示意图,具体的,图2所示为所述容纳腔200内部没有设置有烟草,而图3所示的所述容纳腔200内部设置有烟草201。
本实施例所示的烟草可为现有市场上销售的常见的香烟,即在实际使用中,用户可直接将香烟插设在所述容纳腔200内部,或将香烟的一部分插设在所述容纳腔200内部。当然,也可以为自制的烟丝等,在此不作具体限定。
当然,本实施例也可直接在所述容纳腔200内部放置烟草,具体在本实施例中不作限定。
本种设置方式中的所述容纳腔200分别与所述雾化腔104及所述烟雾出口102相连通。
具体的,所述容纳腔200的第一端口203与所述雾化腔104相连通,所述容纳腔200的第二端口204与所述烟雾出口102相连通。
所述容纳腔200用于放置烟草201并作为用于流通烟雾的第一烟雾通道,具体的,所述容纳腔200内部用于插设所述烟草201,且插设有所述烟草201的所述容纳腔200内部形成有用于流通烟雾的所述第一烟雾通道。
即所述雾化腔104内的所述加热组件105所雾化的烟雾能够经由所述第一烟雾通道的导向进行流动,流动方向请参见图2和图3所示的位于所述容纳腔200内的箭头所示的方向,沿所述第一烟雾通道进行流动的烟雾的方向为沿朝向所述烟雾出口102的方向。
更具体的,以下结合图3所示对插设有烟草的雾化器在用户进行吸烟时的气流方向进行说明:
其中,图3所示的箭头方向即为本实施例所提供的雾化器的气流方向。
本实施例所示的雾化器设置有进气口106,本实施例所示的所述进气口106与所述雾化腔104导通设置,以使所述雾化器外部的气体能够经由所述进气口106流动至所述雾化腔104内部,位于所述雾化腔104内部的气流能够带动所述加热组件105所雾化的烟雾流动至所述容纳腔200内部;
本实施例所示的位于所述容纳腔200内部的烟雾具有比较高的湿度和温度,以使烟雾能够对所述容纳腔200内的烟草201进行加热,以生成混合烟雾。
所述混合烟雾沿所述第一烟雾通道的导向流动至所述烟雾出口102,以使用户通过所述烟雾出口102能够吸食到所述混合烟雾。
可选的,如图3所示,所述容纳腔200的第一端口203与所述容纳腔200的第二端口204位置相对且同轴设置。
采用本实施例所示的结构,能够使得所述雾化腔104内的烟雾全部流动至所述容纳腔200内部从而对所述烟草201进行加热,避免因所述第一端口203与所述第二端口204位置不相对或不同轴,所述雾化腔104内的烟雾无法全部流动至所述容纳腔200内部的弊端,因本实施例所示所述第一端口203与所述第二端口204位置相对且或同轴,则能够保障足量的烟雾流动至所述容纳腔 200内部,从而使得足量的烟雾能够对所述烟草201进行加热从而生成足量的所述混合烟雾。
其次,对所述第二种设置方式,即所述容纳腔300的具体结构进行说明:
以下结合图4所示进行说明,其中,图4为本发明所提供的雾化器的另一种剖面结构示意图。
在本种设置方式中,所述容纳腔300设置在所述雾化器主体100内部,位于所述雾化器主体100内部的所述容纳腔300内部设置有烟草301。
本种设置方式所示的容纳腔300的具体结构与所述容纳腔200的区别在于,所述容纳腔200设置在所述吸嘴组件101内部,而所述容纳腔300设置在所述雾化器主体100内部,所述容纳腔300的具体结构的说明以及插设有烟草301的气流导向请参见容纳腔200的具体说明,具体在本实施例中不作赘述。
需明确的是,本实施例所示的所述加热组件105为所述雾化器中唯一的加热装置,即本实施例中,对所述烟草进行加热的唯一的能量来源就为本实施例所示的所述加热组件105雾化烟油所形成的烟雾,采用本实施例所示的结构,在保障了用户能够吸食到香烟的烟雾口感的前提下,无需在所述雾化器内部增加额外的部件,降低了雾化器的生成成本和制造难度,而且降低了装配雾化器的难度,提升了装配雾化器的效率。
采用本实施例所示的雾化器的具体结构的有益效果在于:
本实施例所示的烟雾能够对位于所述容纳腔中的烟草进行加热,从而烟草被加热后能够生成与市场上销售的香烟燃烧后产生的口感相同或相近的烟气,则在用户抽吸烟雾出口时,即可吸食到包含有两种口感的混合烟雾,即混合烟雾中的一部分为所述加热组件对烟油进行雾化所生成的烟雾,另一种为与香烟燃烧后产生的口感相同或相近的烟气,从而丰富了用户吸食烟雾的口感。
本实施例所述的烟雾在对所述烟草进行加热时,虽然烟草在烟雾高温的作用下会生成与香烟燃烧后产生的口感相同或相近的烟气,但是该烟气中不包含有焦油,从而有效的避免了焦油对用户身体的危害,有效的保障了用户使用本实施例所提供的雾化器的安全。
实施例二
本实施例对实施例一所示的雾化器的具体结构进行详细的说明,需明确的是,本实施例对所述雾化器的结构的说明为可选的示例,不作限定。
首先,本实施例所示的用于对烟草进行加热的,由所述加热组件105所雾化生成的烟雾具有相当的湿度,则在烟雾对烟草进行加热时会提升所述烟草所含的水分,可见,随着用户抽吸雾化器时间的递增,则所述烟雾中的水分的含量也呈递增的趋势。
若所述烟雾中的水分的含量过高,则烟雾在对所述烟草进行加热的过程中,烟草中所含的水分会阻碍烟雾的传输,一方面,烟雾较难沿上述实施例所述的第一烟雾通道进行流动,另一方面烟雾较难带动烟草上所产生的与香烟口感相同或相近的烟气沿上述实施例所述的第一烟雾通道进行流动,从而使得用户无法顺利吸食到所述混合烟雾。
为解决上述技术问题,则结合图5所示进行说明,其中,图5为本发明所提供的雾化器的另一种实施例剖面结构示意图。
如图5所示可知,本实施例以所述容纳腔300设置在所述雾化器主体100内部为例:
所述雾化器主体100内还设置有第二烟雾通道501,所述第二烟雾通道501与所述吸嘴组件101的所述烟雾出口102及所述雾化腔104相连通。
本实施例中,所述第二烟雾通道501用于分流所述雾化腔104内的部分烟雾并将所述部分烟雾导入至所述烟雾出口102,即所述第二烟雾通道501用于将所述雾化腔104内的至少部分烟雾绕过所述容纳腔300而经所述第二烟雾通道501流动至所述吸嘴组件101的所述烟雾出口102。
即本实施例所示的所述第二烟雾通道501、所述容纳腔300分别与所述雾化腔104导通,采用本实施例所示的结构,所述加热组件105在所述雾化腔104内所雾化的烟雾分成了第一烟雾和第二烟雾,所述第一烟雾能够流动至所述容纳腔300内部,从而使得所述第一烟雾能够对位于所述容纳腔300内的烟草进行加热,加热后形成的所述混合烟雾流动至所述烟雾出口102。
而所述第二烟雾能够绕过所述容纳腔300而沿所述第二烟雾通道501的导 向流动至所述烟雾出口102。
可见,采用本实施例所示的结构,用户在所述烟雾出口102能够抽吸到所述混合烟雾以及所述第二烟雾,采用本实施例所述的结构,即便所述烟草随着雾化器使用时间的长度的递增而含有相当的水分,因设置有所述第二烟雾通道501,从而保障了所述加热组件105所雾化的至少部分烟雾能够导通至所述烟雾出口102,从而避免了烟雾被所述烟草堵住而无法传输至所述烟雾出口102的情况的出现。且通过设置所述第二烟雾通道501,分流了所述雾化腔104内所雾化的烟雾,因而不仅解决了由于所述容纳腔300的烟草在使用一段时间后因潮湿而导致烟雾出口102流出的烟雾过少,以致用户体验差的问题,而且增加了烟草味道释放的时间,较大地提高了用户体验。
本实施例对所述第二烟雾通道501的具体结构不做限定,只要所述第二烟雾能够经由所述第二烟雾通道501的导向传输至所述烟雾出口102即可。
当然,根据上述实施例可知,所述容纳腔也可设置在所述吸嘴组件101内,当所述容纳腔也可设置在所述吸嘴组件101内时,对所述第二烟雾通道的具体结构不做限定,只要流动至所述第二烟雾通道内的烟雾能够绕过设置在所述吸嘴组件101内的容纳腔以流动至所述烟雾出口102即可。
具体的,本实施例中,所述容纳腔300的腔壁处凹陷形成有沿所述容纳腔300的纵向延伸设置的通气槽310,所述通气槽310的一端与所述雾化腔104相连通,所述通气槽310的另一端与所述烟雾出口102相连通。
本实施例中,为提升所述雾化器的使用寿命,降低用户的使用成本,则参见图6和图7所示,其中,图6为本发明所提供的雾化器的一种实施例***连接结构示意图,图7为本发明所提供的雾化器的一种实施例剖面***连接结构示意图。
本实施例以所述容纳腔300设置在所述吸嘴组件101内部为例进行说明:
本实施例所示的所述吸嘴组件101与所述雾化器主体100可拆卸连接。
具体的,本实施例对所述吸嘴组件101和所述雾化器主体100可拆卸连接的方式不做限定,例如,在所述吸嘴组件101的外周面设置有凸起205,在所述雾化器主体100的内周面设置有与所述凸起205相匹配的凹槽206,从而使得所述吸嘴组件101通过相互配合的所述凹槽206和所述凸起205连接至所述 雾化器主体100上,当然,所述吸嘴组件101与所述雾化器主体100也可采用磁性吸附连接等多种方式。
所述容纳腔300位于所述吸嘴组件101内并与所述吸嘴组件100的面向所述雾化器主体100的表面相连通,所述容纳腔300面向所述雾化器主体100的一端表面形成有插烟腔口302,所述插烟腔口302用于供烟草插设进入所述容纳腔300内以及供雾化腔104内的烟雾进入所述容纳腔300内,当所述吸嘴组件101与所述雾化器主体100相连时(如图3所示),所述雾化器主体100覆盖住所述容纳腔300面向所述雾化器主体100的插烟腔口302,采用此种结构,能够有效的保障所述雾化腔104内的烟雾能够流动至位于所述容纳腔300内的烟草301,从而保障烟雾能够顺利的为所述烟草301加热。
当需要在所述雾化器里更换或添加烟草时,因所述吸嘴组件101与所述雾化器主体100之间为可拆卸连接结构,则可将所述吸嘴组件101从所述雾化器主体100上拆卸下来,为便于用户拆卸所述吸嘴组件101,则可在所述吸嘴组件101的外周面设置有摩擦纹207,本实施例对所述摩擦纹207的具体结构不作限定,只要用户通过所述摩擦纹207能够便于向所述吸嘴组件200施力即可。
当所述吸嘴组件101从所述雾化器主体100上拆卸下来时,即可将烟草301***所述容纳腔300,随后即可将已插设有所述烟草301的所述吸嘴组件200安装至所述雾化器主体100上。
当需要将所述雾化器里的烟草取出时,因所述吸嘴组件101与所述雾化器主体100之间为可拆卸连接结构,则可将所述吸嘴组件101从所述雾化器主体100上拆卸下来,即可将烟草301从所述容纳腔300内取出。
可见,采用本实施例所示的结构,便于用户更换或安装烟草,则可根据不同的用户对烟草味道需求的不同安装不同口味或品牌的烟草,满足用户个性化的需求,而且在烟草使用一定时间后,可随时更换新的烟草,从而在不更换整体雾化器的情况下,能够保障用户吸食的混合烟雾中与实体香烟口感相同或相近的烟气能够保持一定的浓度,避免混合烟雾中与实体香烟口感相同或相近的烟气浓度过低的情况,延长雾化器的使用寿命,节省了雾化器的使用成本。
以下对本实施例所提供的所述第二烟雾通道的具体结构进行说明:
以下结合图8所示对所述第二烟雾通道的一种设置方式进行说明,其中, 图8为本发明所提供的吸嘴组件的一种实施例整体结构示意图。
所述吸嘴组件101设置有所述容纳腔300的一端侧壁处设置有与所述吸嘴组件101外表面相连通以作为所述第二烟雾通道的切槽208。
当将所述吸嘴组件101安装至所述雾化器主体100上时,所述切槽208位于雾化器主体100内,所述切槽208的两端分别与所述雾化腔104及所述烟雾出口102相连通。
所述切槽208设置有面向所述容纳腔300并与所述容纳腔300相连通的槽口209。
当所述容纳腔300内插设有烟草301时,所述烟草301覆盖所述槽口209,以使雾化器工作时雾化腔104内的至少部分烟雾绕过所述烟草301经所述切槽208流动至所述烟雾出口102。
采用本实施例所示的结构,在设置所述第二烟雾通道时,无需在所述雾化器内部增加新的器件,直接在所述吸嘴组件101上开设所述切槽208即可,从而简化的制件难度,提升了雾化器的生产效率。
具体的,所述吸嘴组件101呈管状结构,所述烟雾出口102位于所述吸嘴组件101的一端,所述容纳腔300一端的插烟腔口302位于所述吸嘴组件101的背离所述烟雾出口102的一端端面上,所述切槽208沿所述吸嘴组件101的纵向延伸设置并贯穿所述吸嘴组件101的侧壁。
更具体的,如图8所示,所述切槽208呈条形。
更具体的,所述切槽208的数目可为一个或多个。
若所述切槽208的数目为多个,则任意相邻的两个所述切槽208之间设置有预设间隔,从而尽可能地将与切槽208相邻的烟草中的烟味蒸出来。本实施例对所述切槽208的具体数目以及所述预设间隔的大小不作限定。
进一步如图9所示,图9为本发明所提供的雾化器的另一种实施例剖面结构示意图。
所述容纳腔300背向所述插烟腔口302的一端设置有用于阻挡所述烟草301朝远离所述插烟腔口302方向运动的限位板303。
采用本实施例所示的所述限位板303,能够有效的阻挡所述烟草301的位置发生变化,从而使得所述烟草301稳固的设置在所述容纳腔300内部,避免 因所述烟草301位置的改变而使得用户吸食到烟草的可能。而且若没有所述限位板303的限位作用,则在所述烟草301移动到靠近所述烟雾出口102的位置,则烟雾流动到所述烟草301上时,烟雾的热度会降低,则温度降低后的烟雾无法对所述烟草301进行充分的加热,从而无法充分蒸出烟草的烟味。
所述限位板303的面向所述烟雾出口102的一侧设置有与所述容纳腔300同轴设置的第三烟雾通道304,所述第三烟雾通道304的一端与所述容纳腔300相连通,所述第三烟雾通道304的另一端与所述烟雾出口102相连通。
具体的,本实施例中所述切槽208的长度大于所述限位板303至所述插烟腔口302的距离,所述切槽208远离所述插烟腔口302的一端与所述第三烟雾通道304相连通。
采用本实施例所示的结构,能够保障混合烟雾能够顺利的导通至所述烟雾出口102,且因采用所述第三烟雾通道304,能够使得流动至所述第三烟雾通道304内的经由所述第二烟雾通道流动的烟雾和经由所述第一烟雾通道流动的混合烟雾能够在所述第三烟雾通道304内充分混合,从而使得所述烟雾出口102能够输出浓度均匀的烟雾。
以下结合图10和图11所示对所述第二烟雾通道的另一种设置方式进行说明,其中,图10为本发明所提供的吸嘴组件的一种实施例整体结构示意图。图11为本发明所提供的雾化组件的另一种实施例剖面结构示意图。
在本种设置方式中,所述吸嘴组件101插设在所述雾化器主体100内的一端侧壁处设置有与所述吸嘴组件101外表面相连通并作为所述第二烟雾通道的通孔305。
可见,烟雾能够通过作为所述第二烟雾通道的所述通孔连通至所述烟雾出口102。
具体的,所述通孔305与所述雾化腔104及所述烟雾出口102相连通,以使雾化器工作时,所述雾化腔104内的至少部分烟雾绕过所述容纳腔300经所述通孔305流动至所述烟雾出口102。
本实施例所示的所述通孔305、所述容纳腔300分别与所述雾化腔104导通,采用本实施例所示的结构,所述加热组件105在所述雾化腔104内所雾化的烟雾分成了第一烟雾和第二烟雾,所述第一烟雾能够流动至所述容纳腔300 内部,从而使得所述第一烟雾能够对位于所述容纳腔300内的烟草进行加热,加热后形成的所述混合烟雾流动至所述烟雾出口102。
而所述第二烟雾能够绕过所述容纳腔300而沿所述第二烟雾通道的导向(即经由所述通孔305)流动至所述烟雾出口102。
可见,采用本实施例所示的结构,用户在所述烟雾出口102能够抽吸到所述混合烟雾以及所述第二烟雾,采用本实施例所述的结构,即便所述烟草随着雾化器使用时间的长度的递增而含有相当的水分,因设置有所述通孔305,从而保障了所述加热组件105所雾化的至少部分烟雾能够导通至所述烟雾出口102,从而避免了烟雾被所述烟草堵住而无法传输至所述烟雾出口102的情况的出现。其中,为了使烟草的烟味尽可能的被蒸出来,所述容纳腔300的腔壁上还设置有与所述雾化腔104相连通的气孔3051。
具体的,所述容纳腔300的背离所述插烟腔口302的一端设置有用于阻挡所述烟草301朝远离所述插烟腔口302方向运动的限位板303。
本种设置方式所示的限位板303的具体说明请详见上述实施例所示,具体不作赘述。
所述限位板303的面向所述烟雾出口的一侧设置有与所述容纳腔同轴设置的第三烟雾通道304,所述第三烟雾通道304的一端与所述容纳腔300相连通,所述第三烟雾通道304的另一端与所述烟雾出口102相连通。
具体的,所述通孔305至所述插烟腔口302的距离大于所述限位板303至所述插烟腔口302的距离,所述通孔305与所述第三烟雾通道304相连通。
采用本实施例所示的结构,能够有效的保障经由所述通孔305流出的烟雾不会经过位于所述容纳腔300内的烟草301,从而使得经由所述通孔305流出的烟雾能够直接流动至所述烟雾出口102,从而避免含有水分的烟草301对烟雾的阻挡作用,从而保障用户能够吸食到烟雾。
以下对所述加热组件105在所述雾化腔104内所雾化的第二烟雾是如何流动至所述通孔305的进行说明:
具体的,所述吸嘴组件101***所述雾化器主体100的一端外周面与所述雾化器主体100之间形成有间隙306,所述间隙306与所述通孔305及所述雾化腔104相连通。
更具体的,所述间隙306用于在雾化器工作时所述雾化腔104内的至少部分烟雾绕过所述容纳腔300经所述间隙306流入通孔305内,再经过所述通孔305流动至所述烟雾出口102,即所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道间隔设置,所述容纳腔300的腔壁作为所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道之间的隔离部件。可以理解的是,作为所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道之间的隔离部件的结构在此不做具体限定,只要能够隔离所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道即可。
可选的,如图4所示,所述雾化腔104与所述容纳腔300之间设置有用于阻挡所述容纳腔300内的烟草301朝着所述雾化腔104运动的隔板307。
结合图4和图6所示,所述隔板307上设置有至少一个穿孔308,所述穿孔308与所述容纳腔300及所述雾化腔104相连通。
可见,采用本实施例所示的所述隔板307,从而使得位于所述容纳腔300内的烟草在所述隔板307的作用下,不会堵塞所述雾化腔104的朝向所述容纳腔300的腔口,从而使得所述雾化腔104内的烟雾经由所述隔板307的所述穿孔308流动至所述容纳腔300。
可选的,结合图4和图6所示,所述雾化器主体100的一端设置有插接槽601。
所述吸嘴组件101的一端可拆卸的插设在所述插接槽601内,所述隔板307收容在所述插接槽601内并与所述插接槽601的槽壁可拆卸连接,以使在将所述吸嘴组件101拆卸后能够将所述隔板307从所述插接槽601内取出。
可选的,所述隔板307呈圆盘形,所述隔板307的外周面套设有与所述插接槽601的槽壁弹性抵接的密封圈602。
可选的,所述插接槽601位于所述隔板307与所述吸嘴组件101之间形成所述容纳腔,可见,采用本实施例所示的结构能够提升所述雾化器结构的稳定。
本实施例所示的雾化器还能够避免用户吸食到烟草,则具体结构请参见图12所示,其中,图12所示为本发明所提供的雾化器的另一种实施例剖面结构示意图。
在本实施例以所述容纳腔300设置在所述雾化器主体100内部为例进行说明:
所述容纳腔300的背离所述插烟腔口302的一端设置有用于阻挡所述烟草301朝远离所述插烟腔口302方向运动的限位机构603。
采用本实施例所示的所述限位机构603,使得所述限位机构603一直会给位于所述容纳腔300内的所述烟草301一个朝向所述插烟腔口302方向的力,则使得所述烟草301不会朝远离所述插烟腔口302方向运动,从而使得从所述雾化腔104流出的烟雾能够迅速对位于所述容纳腔300内的所述烟草301进行加热,避免了烟雾热量在没有对所述烟草301进行加热之前的流失,提升了烟雾对烟草进行加热的效率。
而且所述限位机构603还能够避免烟草301运动到所述吸嘴组件101,从而有效的避免用户通过所述吸嘴组件101吸食到烟草301,保障了使用本实施例所示的雾化组件过程中的安全。
具体的,所述限位机构603可为环绕所述容纳腔300的腔壁设置的限位台阶。
本实施例对所述限位机构603的具体结构不作限定,只要所述限位机构603能够避免用户通过所述吸嘴组件101吸食到烟草301,保障了使用本实施例所示的雾化组件过程中的安全即可。
可选的,本实施例所示的所述容纳腔300内还设置有盖设在所述容纳腔300面向所述烟雾出口102一端的滤网604,所述滤网604用于阻碍所述容纳腔300中的烟草301和烟草颗粒进入用户口腔,可见,所述滤网604能够过滤掉烟草301和烟草颗粒但是能够让混合烟雾顺利的通过,从而在不影响用户对混合烟雾吸食效率的前提下,避免用户吸食到烟草和烟草颗粒的可能。
以下结合图12和图13所示对所述雾化器主体100的具体结构进行详细说明:

所述雾化器主体100包括储油组件及插设在所述储油组件内的雾化芯组件702,所述储油组件内形成有所述储油腔103。
所述雾化芯组件702包括雾化套管703、烟油吸附套705、上绝缘环706、上电极707及电热丝708。
具体的,所述雾化套管703的管壁上设置有与所述储油腔103相连通的进油孔704,所述烟油吸附套705套设在所述雾化套管703内并盖设所述进油孔704,所述电热丝708用作所述加热组件105。可以理解的是,所述加热组件105只要能够雾化烟油即可,其结构在此不做具体限定。
所述加热组件105的具体功能的说明请详见上述实施例所示。
所述电热丝708缠绕成螺旋状并至少部分套设在所述烟油吸附套705内,以雾化所述烟油吸附套705中的烟油,所述烟油吸附套705内形成有所述雾化腔104,所述上绝缘环706套设在所述雾化套管703的一端内,所述上电极707套设在所述绝缘环706内,所述电热丝708的一端与所述上电极707电连接,所述电热丝708的另一端与所述雾化套管703电连接,以通过所述上电极707及所述雾化套管703与外部电源电连接。
具体的,所述雾化套管703的背离所述上电极707的一端内套设有雾化芯盖709,所述雾化芯盖709外套设有密封垫710,所述雾化套管703外还套设有隔油套711,所述隔油套711与所述雾化套管703之间形成有用于进气的间隙,所述雾化套管703设置有所述进油孔704的表面与所述隔油套711紧密贴合并通过所述隔油套711侧壁的通孔(图中未标示)与所述储油腔相连通。

所述储油组件包括储油组件主体801及可拆卸地插设在所述储油组件主体801一端的防拆组件802。
所述储油组件主体801包括固定套8011、储油套8012、第一密封垫8013、第二密封垫8014、第一连接头8015、第二连接头8016、下绝缘环8017及下电极8018,所述储油套8012套设在所述固定套8011内,所述第一密封垫8013及所述第二密封垫8014分别盖设在所述储油套8012的两端,所述第一连接头8015及所述第二连接头8016分别插设在所述储油套8012的两端,所述下绝缘环8017插设在所述下连接头内,所述下电极8018套设在所述下绝缘环8017内,所述第一连接头8015用于与所述防拆组件802相连,所述下电极8018及所述第二连接头8016用于与外部电源电连接。可以理解的是,所述储油组 件只要能够存储烟油即可,其结构在此不作具体限定。
所述防拆组件802包括调气座803、弹性件804及活动盖805,所述调气座803的一端插设在所述储油组件主体801内并与所述储油组件主体801的所述第一连接头8015通过螺纹连接,所述调气座803的另一端延伸至所述储油组件主体801外,所述弹性件804固定在所述调气座803上并与所述活动盖805弹性抵持,以给所述活动盖805提供朝远离所述储油组件主体801方向的弹力,所述活动盖805盖设在所述防拆组件的背向所述储油组件主体801的一端上。
以下对本实施例所示的所述防拆组件具体是如何避免因误操作而使得雾化器被拆卸的进行详细说明:
结合图14至图16所示,其中,图15为本发明所提供的雾化器的一种实施例局部结构示意图,图16为本发明所提供的雾化器的一种实施例局部剖面结构示意图。
所述活动盖805设置有啮合槽806,所述调气座803的端面上设置有用于与所述啮合槽806配合的啮合齿807。
在本实施例所示的雾化器处于正常的使用状态时,所述啮合槽806距所述啮合齿807预设距离。
在所述啮合槽806距所述啮合齿807预设距离的情况下,则用户无论如何对所述雾化器进行旋拧操作,都无法执行对所述雾化器的拆卸动作,从而避免了因用户的误操作而将雾化器进行拆卸的情况的出现,而且避免了儿童在意外对雾化器进行旋拧时将所述雾化器进行拆卸,从而有效的避免了儿童吸食烟油的可能,可见,采用本实施例所示的雾化器能够提升雾化器结构的使用安全性,避免对雾化器进行意外拆卸的情况。
当需要对所述雾化器进行拆卸时,即当需要将所述调气座803从所述储油件主体拆下时,需向所述活动盖805施加朝调气座803方向的力,直至所述啮合槽806与所述啮合齿807啮合,从而通过旋转所述活动盖805以将所述调气座803从所述储油组件主体801上拆卸,即可将所述防拆组件从所述储油组件主体801上拆卸。
具体的,所述雾化芯组件702活动地插设在所述储油组件内,具体的,所 述雾化芯组件702的一端与所述防拆组件螺纹连接,更具体的,所述雾化芯组件702的隔油套711的一端与所述调气座803螺纹连接,以使在将所述防拆组件从所述储油组件主体801上取出时,所述雾化芯组件702能够连同所述防拆组件从所述储油组件主体801上取出。
采用本实施例所示的雾化器的结构,在需要拆卸所述雾化芯组件702时,则需要在所述活动盖805施加朝调气座803方向的力直至所述啮合槽806与所述啮合齿807啮合,而且需要在所述活动盖805上施加旋拧的力直至所述防拆组件从所述储油组件主体801上取出,进而使得所述防拆组件连同所述雾化芯组件702从所述801上取出。
可选的,本实施例所示的所述调气座803内形成有插接槽808,所述吸嘴组件101可拆卸地插设在所述插接槽808内。
可选的,所述调气座803内插设有通气管809,本实施例所述的所述活动盖805内侧设置有通气槽810,所述调气座803上设置有通气孔811。
当用户需要对进气量进行调节时,则可旋转活动盖805,控制活动盖805的所述通气槽810与所述调气座803的所述通气孔811之间的重合面积,即所述雾化器的进气量随着所述调气座803的所述通气孔811之间重合面积的递增而递增。
可见,采用本实施例所示的雾化器能够适用用户对烟雾浓度不同的需求,能够满足用户对烟雾个性化的需求。
以下结合图17和图18所示对所述吸嘴组件的具体结构进行说明,其中,图17为本发明所提供的雾化器的另一种实施例剖面结构示意图,图18为本发明所提供的烟草固定套的一种实施例整体结构示意图。
所述雾化器主体100包括支撑管900、第一套管901、烟油吸附件902及电极组件903,所述支撑管900插设在所述第一套管901内,所述加热组件105固定在所述支撑管900内,所述支撑管900内形成所述雾化腔104,所述支撑管900与所述第一套管901之间形成所述储油腔103,所述烟油吸附件902套设在所述支撑管900外并位于所述储油腔103内,所述加热组件105与所述电极组件903电连接,所述电极组件903的一端与所述第一套管901插接相连,所述电极组件903的另一端与延伸至所述第一套管901外并用于与外部电源电 连接;
在所述外部电源供电的情况下,所述加热组件105能够将烟油进行雾化以生成能够对所述烟草进行加热的烟雾。
所述吸嘴组件101包括第二套管904、烟草固定套905及吸嘴盖906。
所述烟草固定套905设置在所述第二套管904内,所述吸嘴盖906盖设在所述第二套管904的端面上,所述烟草固定套905内设置有所述容纳腔200及所述通气槽310,所述第一套管901与所述第二套管904为一体结构。
所述容纳腔200的背离所述吸嘴盖906的一端设置有环形的限位台阶907,所述限位台阶907用于阻挡所述烟草910朝远离所述烟雾出口102方向运动,所述限位台阶907面向所述吸嘴盖906的表面设置有与所述通气槽310及所述雾化腔104相连通的用于供烟雾流动的凹槽908。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种雾化器,包括雾化器本体,所述雾化器本体外表面设置有供烟雾排出以供用户吸食的烟雾出口,其特征在于,所述雾化器本体内设置有容纳腔、储油腔、雾化腔及加热组件,所述容纳腔与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾出口相连通,所述容纳腔用于放置烟草并作为第一烟雾通道,所述加热组件设置于所述雾化腔内并用于雾化所述储油腔内的烟油以形成烟雾,所述雾化腔内雾化形成的烟雾用于对所述容纳腔内的烟草进行加热,以生成混合烟雾,以使在吸烟时,所述混合烟雾通过所述第一烟雾通道流动至所述烟雾出口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器本体内还设置有第二烟雾通道,所述第二烟雾通道与所述烟雾出口及所述雾化腔相连通,所述第二烟雾通道用于分流所述雾化腔内的部分烟雾并将所述部分烟雾导入至所述烟雾出口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器本体包括雾化器主体及吸嘴组件,所述雾化器主体用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾,所述雾化器主体内设置有所述储油腔、所述雾化腔及所述加热组件;所述吸嘴组件与所述雾化器主体可拆卸连接,所述容纳腔位于所述吸嘴组件内,所述容纳腔与所述吸嘴组件的面向所述雾化器主体的表面相连通并形成有面向所述雾化器主体的插烟腔口,当所述吸嘴组件与所述雾化器主体相连时,所述雾化器主体覆盖住所述插烟腔口;当将所述吸嘴组件与所述雾化器主体分离时,能够将烟草从所述容纳腔的插烟腔口***所述容纳腔内或将烟草从所述容纳腔内取出。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件设置有所述容纳腔的一端侧壁处设置有与所述吸嘴组件外表面相连通以作为所述第二烟雾通道的切槽,所述切槽位于雾化器主体内,所述切槽的两端分别与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾出口相连通,所述切槽设置有面向所述容纳腔并与所述容纳腔相连通的槽口;当所述容纳腔内插设有烟草时,所述烟草覆盖所述槽口,以使雾化器工作时所述雾化腔内的至少部分烟雾经所述切槽流动至所述烟雾出口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件呈管状结构,所述烟雾出口位于所述吸嘴组件的一端,所述容纳腔的所述插烟腔口位于所述吸嘴组件的背离所述烟雾出口的一端端面上,所述切槽沿所述吸嘴组件的 纵向延伸设置并贯穿所述吸嘴组件的侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件设置有若干所述切槽,且任意相邻的两个所述切槽之间设置有预设间隔,所述切槽呈条形。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔背向所述插烟腔口的一端设置有用于阻挡所述烟草朝远离所述插烟腔口方向运动的限位板,所述限位板的面向所述烟雾出口的一侧设置有与所述容纳腔同轴设置的第三烟雾通道,所述第三烟雾通道的一端与所述容纳腔相连通,所述第三烟雾通道的另一端与所述烟雾出口相连通,所述切槽的长度大于所述限位板至所述插烟腔口的距离,所述切槽远离所述插烟腔口的一端与所述第三烟雾通道相连通。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件插设在所述雾化器主体内的一端侧壁处设置有与所述吸嘴组件外表面相连通并作为所述第二烟雾通道的通孔,所述通孔与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾出口相连通,以使雾化器工作时,所述雾化腔内的至少部分烟雾经所述通孔流动至所述烟雾出口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔的背离所述插烟腔口的一端设置有用于阻挡所述烟草朝远离所述插烟腔口方向运动的限位板,所述限位板的面向所述烟雾出口的一侧设置有与所述容纳腔同轴设置的第三烟雾通道,所述第三烟雾通道的一端与所述容纳腔相连通,所述第三烟雾通道的另一端与所述烟雾出口相连通,所述通孔至所述插烟腔口的距离大于所述限位板至所述插烟腔口的距离,所述通孔与所述第三烟雾通道相连通。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件***所述雾化器主体的一端外周面与所述雾化器主体之间形成有间隙,所述间隙与所述通孔及所述雾化腔相连通,所述间隙用于在雾化器工作时所述雾化腔内的至少部分烟雾经所述间隙流入通孔内,再经过所述通孔流动至所述烟雾出口。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化腔与所述容纳腔之间设置有用于阻挡所述容纳腔内的烟草朝着所述雾化腔运动的隔板,所述隔板上设置有至少一个穿孔,所述穿孔与所述容纳腔及所述雾化腔相连通。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器本体包括雾化器主体及吸嘴组件,所述雾化器主体用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾,所述雾化器主体内设置有所述储油腔、所述雾化腔及所述加热组件,所述雾化器主体的一端设置有插接槽,所述吸嘴组件的一端可拆卸的插设在所述插接槽内,所述隔板收容在所述插接槽内并与所述插接槽的槽壁可拆卸连接,以使在将所述吸嘴组件拆卸后能够将所述隔板从所述插接槽内取出。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述隔板呈圆盘形,所述隔板的外周面套设有与所述插接槽的槽壁弹性抵接的密封圈。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器本体包括雾化器主体及吸嘴组件,所述雾化器主体用于雾化烟油以形成烟雾,所述雾化器主体内设置有所述储油腔、所述雾化腔及所述加热组件,所述雾化器主体的一端设置有插接槽,所述吸嘴组件的一端可拆卸的插设在所述插接槽内,所述隔板收容在所述插接槽内,所述插接槽位于所述隔板与所述吸嘴组件之间形成有所述容纳腔。
  15. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔的背离所述插烟腔口的一端设置有用于阻挡所述烟草朝远离所述插烟腔口方向运动的限位机构。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述限位机构为环绕所述容纳腔的腔壁设置的限位台阶。
  17. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔内还设置有盖设在所述容纳腔面向所述烟雾出口一端的滤网,所述滤网用于阻碍所述容纳腔内的所述烟草进入用户口腔。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热组件为所述雾化器中唯一的加热装置。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器本体包括雾化器主体及吸嘴组件,所述雾化器主体包括储油组件及插设在所述储油组件内的雾化芯组件,所述储油组件内形成有所述储油腔;所述雾化芯组件包括雾化套管、烟油吸附套、电热丝、上绝缘环及上电极,所述雾化套管的管壁上设置有与所述储油腔相连通的进油孔,所述烟油吸附套套设在所述雾化套管内并盖 设所述进油孔,所述电热丝用作所述加热组件,所述电热丝缠绕成螺旋状并至少部分套设在所述烟油吸附套内,以雾化所述烟油吸附套中的烟油,所述烟油吸附套内形成有所述雾化腔,所述绝缘环套设在所述雾化套管的一端内,所述上电极套设在所述绝缘环内,所述电热丝的一端与所述上电极电连接,所述电热丝的另一端与所述雾化套管电连接,以通过所述上电极及所述雾化套管与外部电源电连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油组件包括储油组件主体及可拆卸地插设在所述储油组件主体一端的防拆组件,所述防拆组件包括调气座、弹性件及活动盖;
    所述调气座的一端插设在所述储油组件主体内并与所述储油组件主体通过螺纹连接,所述调气座的另一端延伸至所述储油组件主体外,所述弹性件固定在所述调气座上并与所述活动盖弹性抵持,以给所述活动盖提供朝远离所述储油组件主体方向的弹力,所述活动盖盖设在所述调气座的背向所述储油组件主体的一端上,所述活动盖设置有啮合槽,所述调气座上设置有用于与所述啮合槽配合的啮合齿,所述啮合槽距所述啮合齿预设距离;当需要将所述防拆组件从所述储油件主体拆下时,需向所述活动盖施加朝所述调气座方向的力直至所述啮合槽与所述啮合齿啮合,从而通过旋转所述活动盖以将所述防拆组件从所述储油组件主体上拆卸。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯组件活动地插设在所述储油组件内,所述雾化芯组件的一端与所述防拆组件螺纹连接,以使在将所述防拆组件从所述储油组件主体上取出时,所述雾化芯组件能够连同所述防拆组件从所述储油组件主体上取出。
  22. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔的腔壁处凹陷形成有沿所述容纳腔的纵向延伸设置以作为所述第二烟雾通道的通气槽,所述通气槽的一端与所述雾化腔相连通,所述通气槽的另一端与所述烟雾出口相连通。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器本体包括雾化器主体及吸嘴组件,所述雾化器主体包括第一套管、烟油吸附件、支撑管及电极组件,所述支撑管插设在所述第一套管内,所述加热组件固定在所述支 撑管内,所述支撑管内形成所述雾化腔,所述支撑管与所述第一套管之间形成所述储油腔,所述烟油吸附件套设在所述支撑管外并位于所述储油腔内,所述加热组件与所述电极组件电连接,所述电极组件的一端与所述第一套管插接相连,所述电极组件的另一端延伸至所述第一套管外并用于与外部电源电连接;所述吸嘴组件包括第二套管、烟草固定套及吸嘴盖,所述烟草固定套设置在所述第二套管内,所述吸嘴盖盖设在所述第二套管的端面上,所述吸嘴盖上设置有所述烟雾出口,所述烟草固定套内设置有所述容纳腔及所述通气槽,所述第一套管与所述第二套管为一体结构。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔的背离所述吸嘴盖的一端设置有环形的限位台阶,所述限位台阶用于阻挡所述烟草朝远离所述烟雾出口方向运动,所述限位台阶面向所述吸嘴盖的表面设置有与所述通气槽及所述雾化腔相连通的用于供烟雾流动的凹槽。
  25. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道间隔设置,所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道之间设置有用于隔离所述第一烟雾通道与所述第二烟雾通道的隔离部件。
