[0101] 本发明还提供了一种含此种香烟结构的雾化器, 该雾化器内部分别设置有放置 烟草并作为烟雾通道的第一容纳腔、 和用于容纳加热组件并通过加热组件对烟 油进行雾化的雾化腔, 通过在隔板上设置加热片或设置对烟草进行加热的管状 加热体, 加热组件雾化烟液形成的第一烟雾可对烟草进行再次加热从而生成混 合烟雾, 以使在吸烟吋, 混合烟雾通过烟雾通道流动至烟雾出口。 本发明设计 为两处对不同的原料进行加热的方案生成混合烟雾, 满足了不同消费者的需求 ; 本发明也可以设计为雾化器内部还设置有用于分流所述雾化腔内的部分烟雾 并将所述部分烟雾导入烟雾出口的另一烟雾通道, 该另一烟雾通道可以将雾化 后的部分烟雾不经过放置有烟草的第一烟雾通道流出, 相当于将两个不同口味 的原料通过不同的途径导入至烟雾出口, 本发明还可以进一步设计为在吸嘴内 设计为两个分离的通道形成两个不同的吸嘴通道, 如使用分隔挡板隔幵, 其中 一个吸嘴通道和第一烟雾通道相通, 另一个吸嘴通道和另一烟雾通道相通, 消 费者可以自由选择不同的吸食方式, 本发明的雾化器不仅可以让使用者体验到 电子烟液的味道同吋能体验到真烟的味道, 也可以选择吸食雾化的烟油, 选择 性和灵活性增强。 可以让使用者体验到电子烟液的味道同吋能体验到真烟的味 道, 避免抽烟吋焦油对人体的伤害。 同吋, 管状加热体可设置在雾化器主体的 第一容纳腔内, 便于更换烟草, 丰富了产品类型, 客户可根据自身的习惯选择 不同装配方式的产品, 增加了选择的灵活度。
[0102] 本发明中设置含此种香烟结构的雾化器, 由于香烟结构中的烟丝均呈条形的规 则排列, 烟支塞进吸嘴吋, 有序排布的烟丝使片状的发热片很容易***烟支的 烟丝内或放入腔体中彻底的加热, 真烟的利用率更高, 也更方便使用, 同吋解 决了现有烟支因细小的烟丝无序紧密挤压在一起, 烟支容易被电子烟烟油堵塞 , 导致无法吸烟的问题。 香烟结构可借助由柔性材料制成的壳体和烟草本体受 压吋发生弹性形变, 通过挤压变形直接插设在雾化器主体上, 同吋借助壳体自 身弹力与雾化器主体密封连接, 使用便捷, 使用一段吋间后可直接将香烟取出 进行更换, 也可采用烟丝呈条形排列的普通香烟与吸嘴可拆卸的连接, 一段吋 间后进行更换, 方便用户多次性使用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神 和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

权利要求书
一种香烟结构, 包括:
壳体 (201), 其内部设置有容纳腔 (2011), 所述容纳腔 (2011)沿所述壳 体 (201)的长度方向延伸设置, 所述容纳腔 (2011)的幵口与外部连通; 若干烟丝 (202), 其位于所述容纳腔 (2011)内;
其特征在于, 所述烟丝 (202)均呈条形并沿所述容纳腔 (2011)的长度方 向排列。
根据权利要求 1所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述烟丝 (202)呈板状 结构。
根据权利要求 1所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述容纳腔 (2011)的 长度与柱状的所述壳体 (201)的长度相同, 所述容纳腔 (2011)的幵口内 插设有用于供抽吸烟雾的吸嘴 (203)。
根据权利要求 3所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴 (203)与所述 烟丝 (202)之间设置用于供烟雾流通的间隙 (207)。
根据权利要求 3所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴 (203)内设置 至少一个烟雾通孔 (2031), 所述烟雾通孔 (2031)沿着所述吸嘴 (203)的 长度方向延伸设置且贯穿所述吸嘴 (203)的两端。
根据权利要求 5所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴 (203)为硅胶 制件, 所述吸嘴 (203)内设置一个烟雾通孔 (2031)且所述烟雾通孔 (203
1)位于所述吸嘴 (203)的中间位置。
根据权利要求 6所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 从所述烟雾通孔 (2031 )靠近或远离所述烟丝 (202)的端部径向向内延伸设置有环形的挡油壁 ( 2032)。
根据权利要求 3所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述烟丝 (202)与所述 吸嘴 (203)之间设置有用于阻碍所述烟丝 (202)朝所述吸嘴 (203)方向移 动的隔板 (205), 所述隔板 (205)上设有多个小孔, 所述小孔的截面积 不大于所述烟丝 (202)的端面面积。
根据权利要求 3所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴 (203)为多孔 材料制成的柔性体, 所述吸嘴 (203)的中间固定有刚性的空心管 (206)
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 1所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述壳体 (201)为圆筒 形的纸管。
[权利要求 11] 根据权利要求 2所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述烟丝 (202)的宽度 与所述壳体 (201)的直径的比为 1:2~4。
[权利要求 12] 根据权利要求 3所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 所述壳体 (201)与所述 吸嘴 (203)可拆卸的连接。
[权利要求 13] 一种雾化器, 包括权利要求 1所述的香烟结构, 其特征在于, 还包括 容纳所述香烟结构 (2)的第一容纳腔 A, 所述香烟结构 (2)的靠近所述烟 丝 (202)的一端***所述第一容纳腔 A, 从而与雾化器主体 (1)连接, 所 述香烟结构 (2)的另一端伸出至所述雾化器主体 (1)外。
[权利要求 14] 根据权利要求 13所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述第一容纳腔 A的内 部设置有用于加热所述烟丝 (202)的发热片 (103), 所述香烟结构 (2)的 一端***所述第一容纳腔 A吋, 所述发热片 (103)***所述容纳腔 (201 1)内所述烟丝 (202)之间的空隙中。
[权利要求 15] 根据权利要求 14所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 还包括用于雾化烟油以 形成烟雾的雾化器主体 (1), 所述雾化器主体 (1)内设置有所述第一容 纳腔 A、 雾化腔 B以及储油腔 C;
所述雾化腔 B中设置有用于雾化所述储油腔内的烟油的加热组件 (117) , 所述第一容纳腔 A容纳所述香烟结构 (2)且作为第一烟雾通道, 所述 第一容纳腔 A与所述雾化腔 B之间设置有用于阻挡所述烟丝 (202)朝着 所述雾化腔 B运动且可供烟雾通过的挡板 (104);
所述发热片 (103)的一端固定在所述挡板 (104)上并沿所述第一容纳腔 A 的纵向延伸设置;
当所述香烟结构 (2)部分地插设至所述第一容纳腔 A中吋, 所述发热片 (103)的另一端插设至任一相邻两个所述烟丝 (202)之间形成的空隙内 , 雾化腔 B、 所述第一容纳腔 A以及所述香烟结构 (2)的吸嘴 (203)上设 置的用于排出烟雾的烟雾出口之间可供烟雾相互流通, 使得所述雾化 腔 B内所述加热组件 (117)雾化烟液形成的烟雾与所述香烟结构 (2)通过 所述发热片 (103)加热生成的烟雾形成混合烟雾。
[权利要求 16] 根据权利要求 13所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 还包括用于雾化烟液以 形成烟雾的雾化器主体 (1), 所述雾化器主体 (1)内设置有所述第一容 纳腔 A、 以及与所述第一容纳腔 A相连通且用于收容加热组件 (117)的 雾化腔 B, 所述加热组件 (117)用于雾化烟液以形成第一烟雾; 所述第一容纳腔 、 雾化腔 B及所述香烟结构 (2)的吸嘴 (203)上设置的 用于排出烟雾的烟雾出口之间相互连通, 形成供烟雾流通的烟雾通道 , 烟雾通道的路径上设置有管状加热体 (300);
所述管状加热体 (300)包括: 与所述烟雾通道相适配、 且沿所述第一 烟雾的通道纵向延伸的主体部 (3011); 与所述主体部 (3011)底部相连 的、 可供烟雾通过的挡板 (104), 所述主体部 (3011)和挡板 (104)之间为 用于容置所述壳体 (201)的容纳空间; 以及形成在所述主体部 (300)内 周壁上的、 用于对所述烟丝 (202)进行加热并产生第二烟雾的发热丝 所述第一烟雾用于在通过所述挡板 (104)后, 对所述烟丝 (202)进行再 次加热, 并与所述第二烟雾混合生成混合烟雾。
[权利要求 17] 根据权利要求 16所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器主体 (1)包 括雾化组件, 所述雾化组件包括:
雾化底座 (118), 其内部形成中空的所述雾化腔 B ;
雾化套管 (116), 其套设在所述雾化底座 (118)外; 雾化芯盖 (113), 其与所述雾化套管 (116)顶部可拆卸地连接; 以及 所述加热组件 (117), 其设置在所述雾化底座 (118)内抵接所述雾化底 座 (118)内壁面;
其中, 所述加热组件 (117)包括: 用于吸附烟油的烟油吸附套 (1171), 其套设在所述雾化底座 (118)内, 并与所述雾化底座 (118)内壁面抵接 用于加热的电热丝 (1172), 其呈螺旋状盘绕并设置于所述烟油吸附套 ( 1171)内, 电热丝 (1172)用以雾化所述烟油吸附套 (1171)中的烟油。
