Claims (8)
- 円筒内周面に螺旋溝を有する螺旋筒と、
筒状に形成されて前記螺旋筒の内部に配置され、軸線方向に延在する複数のスリットを有し、軸線回りに該螺旋筒に対して相対回転可能かつ軸線方向への移動が規制されるように構成された中筒と、
棒状物を保持可能に形成され、前記中筒に対して相対的に軸線方向への移動が可能に構成された棒状物ホルダと、を備え、
前記棒状物ホルダは、
前記棒状物の端面を受ける受部を有する底板と、軸線方向に延在して該棒状物の外側面を支持する棒状物支持部を有し、前記中筒のスリットに摺動可能に係合された複数の摺動片部と、該摺動片部の各々から径方向外側に向けて突出して前記螺旋筒の螺旋溝に摺動可能に係合された複数の突出部と、を有し、
該摺動片部を支持する該底板の該摺動片部の支持基部の各々には、径方向と交差する方向に延在する薄肉部が形成される
ことを特徴とする棒状物繰り出し容器。 - 前記棒状物ホルダの薄肉部は、前記底板に凹溝を形成することで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の棒状物繰り出し容器。
- 前記棒状物ホルダの棒状物支持部の先端部の各々は、該棒状物支持部の先端方向に向かうに従って該棒状物ホルダの開口の内径が大きくなるように構成された導入傾斜面を有するようにテーパー部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の棒状物繰り出し容器。
- 前記中筒の後端部に取り付けられ、前記棒状物ホルダの軸線方向への移動を規制するカバーリングをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一に記載の棒状物繰り出し容器。
- 前記カバーリングは、前記棒状物ホルダの摺動片部と当接して前記棒状物ホルダの軸線方向への移動を規制することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の棒状物繰り出し容器。
- 前記カバーリングには、外径方向に向けて弾性支持された係止爪が形成され、該カバーリングの係止爪が前記中筒の内側から該中筒の内周面に対して外径方向に弾性支持された状態で係止されることで該中筒に該カバーリングが組み付けられたことを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の棒状物繰り出し容器。
- 前記棒状物ホルダの棒状物支持部は、該棒状物ホルダの摺動片部と比較して軸線方向により突出するように形成され、前記カバーリングは、該棒状物支持部が貫通可能に形成される貫通溝を有することを特徴とする請求項4乃至請求項6の何れか一に記載の棒状物繰り出し容器。
- 前記棒状物は、横断面が三角形状に形成された字消しであり、3つの前記棒状物ホルダの棒状物支持部が形成されて該字消しの横断面の三角形状の辺部分の各々を支持するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか一に記載の棒状物繰り出し容器。
