Description
特許文献2には、ウレタンからなる人体模型であって、***及び臀部など、人体において他の部分よりも比較的柔らかい部分に低反発ウレタンを用い、前記以外の部分に硬質ウレタンを用いて、実際の人体において柔らかい部分の質感を人体に近いものとした人体模型が開示されている。さらに、人体模型として、マネキン人形、医療用(触診や看護)の訓練用の人体模型が開示されている。
また、医療行為及び診療行為などの練習台として人体模型を使用する場合において、繰り返し人体模型を使用することから、耐久性を向上する要求も高まっている。

本発明のコンパウンド樹脂は、芳香族ビニル化合物由来の構造単位を主体とする重合体ブロック(A)と共役ジエン化合物由来の構造単位を主体とする重合体ブロック(B)とを有し、少なくとも1つの末端が該重合体ブロック(A)で構成されているブロック共重合体(X’)の水素添加物である水添ブロック共重合体(X)と、40℃における動粘度が25mm2/s以下のオイル(Y)とを含有し、該水添ブロック共重合体(X)100質量部に対する該オイル(Y)の含有量が450~1500質量部である。
本発明のコンパウンド樹脂は上記所定の水添ブロック共重合体(X)を含有することで優れた伸縮性と耐久性とを発現する。また水添ブロック共重合体(X)に対し所定量のオイル(Y)を含有することで、当該コンパウンド樹脂の比重が人体の比重(約1.0)に近くなり、かつ、人肌や内臓に近い質感を得ることができる。そのため本発明のコンパウンド樹脂を含む人体模型では、実際の人体の比重及び質感の両方を忠実に再現できる。
またオイル(Y)の含有量を水添ブロック共重合体(X)100質量部に対し450~1500質量部の範囲としてコンパウンド樹脂の質感を制御することができるので、本発明のコンパウンド樹脂により、人体の外皮のように硬さのある質感から、小腸、大腸のような高伸縮性かつ軟質な質感までを再現することができる。
本発明に用いる水添ブロック共重合体(X)は、芳香族ビニル化合物由来の構造単位を主体とする重合体ブロック(A)と共役ジエン化合物由来の構造単位を主体とする重合体ブロック(B)とを有し、少なくとも1つの末端が該重合体ブロック(A)で構成されているブロック共重合体(X’)の水素添加物である水添ブロック共重合体である。本発明のコンパウンド樹脂は上記特定の水添ブロック共重合体(X)を含有することで、伸縮性と耐久性とを備えた、エラストマー特性を有するコンパウンド樹脂となる。以下、ブロック共重合体(X’)を構成する重合体ブロック(A)及び重合体ブロック(B)について順に説明する。
重合体ブロック(A)は、芳香族ビニル化合物由来の構造単位を主体とする。ここで言う「主体とする」とは、重合体ブロック(A)の合計質量に基づいて芳香族ビニル化合物由来の構造単位を50質量%以上含むことをいう。該重合体ブロック(A)中の芳香族ビニル化合物由来の構造単位の含有量は、得られるコンパウンド樹脂の透明性及び機械的強度の観点から、重合体ブロック(A)の合計質量に基づいて、70質量%以上であることが好ましく、90質量%以上であることがより好ましい。上限は100質量%である。
上記芳香族ビニル化合物としては、例えばスチレン、o-メチルスチレン、m-メチルスチレン、p-メチルスチレン、α-メチルスチレン、β-メチルスチレン、2,6-ジメチルスチレン、2,4-ジメチルスチレン、α-メチル-o-メチルスチレン、α-メチル-m-メチルスチレン、α-メチル-p-メチルスチレン、β-メチル-o-メチルスチレン、β-メチル-m-メチルスチレン、β-メチル-p-メチルスチレン、2,4,6-トリメチルスチレン、α-メチル-2,6-ジメチルスチレン、α-メチル-2,4-ジメチルスチレン、β-メチル-2,6-ジメチルスチレン、β-メチル-2,4-ジメチルスチレン、o-クロロスチレン、m-クロロスチレン、p-クロロスチレン、2,6-ジクロロスチレン、2,4-ジクロロスチレン、α-クロロ-o-クロロスチレン、α-クロロ-m-クロロスチレン、α-クロロ-p-クロロスチレン、β-クロロ-o-クロロスチレン、β-クロロ-m-クロロスチレン、β-クロロ-p-クロロスチレン、2,4,6-トリクロロスチレン、α-クロロ-2,6-ジクロロスチレン、α-クロロ-2,4-ジクロロスチレン、β-クロロ-2,6-ジクロロスチレン、β-クロロ-2,4-ジクロロスチレン、o-t-ブチルスチレン、m-t-ブチルスチレン、p-t-ブチルスチレン、o-メトキシスチレン、m-メトキシスチレン、p-メトキシスチレン、o-クロロメチルスチレン、m-クロロメチルスチレン、p-クロロメチルスチレン、o-、m-又はp-ブロモメチルスチレン、シリル基で置換されたスチレン誘導体、インデン、ビニルナフタレン、ビニルアントラセン、N-ビニルカルバゾール等が挙げられる。
中でも、製造コストと物性バランスの観点から、スチレン及びα-メチルスチレンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が好ましく、スチレンがより好ましい。
重合体ブロック(A)中の芳香族ビニル化合物以外の他の不飽和単量体由来の構造単位の含有量は、重合体ブロック(A)の合計質量に基づいて、通常は好ましくは30質量%以下、より好ましくは10質量%以下である。
重合体ブロック(B)は、共役ジエン化合物由来の構造単位を主体とする。ここで言う「主体とする」とは、重合体ブロック(B)の合計質量に基づいて共役ジエン化合物に由来する構造単位を50質量%以上含むことをいう。該重合体ブロック(B)中の共役ジエン化合物に由来する構造単位の含有量は、重合体ブロック(B)の合計質量に基づいて、70質量%以上であることが好ましく、90質量%以上であることがより好ましい。上限は100質量%である。
重合体ブロック(B)を構成する共役ジエン化合物としては、例えばブタジエン、イソプレン、2,3-ジメチル-1,3-ブタジエン、1,3-ペンタジエン、1,3-ヘキサジエン等から選ばれる少なくとも1種が挙げられる。中でも、ブタジエン及びイソプレンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が好ましく、ブタジエン及びイソプレンの混合物であることがより好ましい。重合体ブロック(B)を構成する共役ジエン化合物がブタジエン及びイソプレンの混合物である場合、その混合比率には特に制限はないが、好ましくはブタジエンとイソプレンとのモル比が1/99~99/1、より好ましくは10/90~90/10、さらに好ましくは30/70~70/30の範囲である。
また、重合体ブロック(B)が2種以上の共役ジエン化合物(例えば、ブタジエンとイソプレン)に由来する構造単位から構成されている場合は、それらの結合形態は特に制限はなく、ランダム、テーパー、完全交互、一部ブロック状、ブロック、又はそれらの2種以上の組合せからなることができる。
重合体ブロック(B)においては、ビニル結合構造単位(例えば、ブタジエン単量体の場合は1,2-結合構造単位であり、イソプレン単量体の場合は1,2-結合構造単位と3,4-結合構造単位の合計)の含有量が好ましくは50モル%以下である。ビニル結合構造単位の含有量は、0~30モル%であるのがより好ましく、0~20モル%であるのがさらに好ましく、0~10モル%であるのがよりさらに好ましい。
重合体ブロック(B)中の共役ジエン化合物以外の他の重合性の単量体に由来する構造単位の含有量は、重合体ブロック(B)の合計質量に基づいて、通常は好ましくは30質量%以下、より好ましくは10質量%以下である。
水添ブロック共重合体(X)は重合体ブロック(A)と重合体ブロック(B)とを有し、少なくとも1つの末端が重合体ブロック(A)で構成されているブロック共重合体(X’)の水素添加物である。ブロック共重合体(X’)の少なくとも1つの末端が重合体ブロック(A)で構成されていると、ブロック共重合体(X’)の水素添加物である水添ブロック共重合体(X)を用いて得られるコンパウンド樹脂は引張強度等の機械的強度が高くなり、人肌や内臓などの質感を忠実に再現することができる。上記効果を得る観点からは、ブロック共重合体(X’)のすべての末端が重合体ブロック(A)で構成されていることがより好ましい。例えばブロック共重合体(X’)が直鎖状のブロック重合体である場合、その両末端が重合体ブロック(A)で構成されていることがより好ましい。
前記ブロック共重合体(X’)の末端が前記重合体ブロック(B)のみで構成されている場合、得られる水添ブロック共重合体は後述するオイル(Y)とのなじみが悪く、コンパウンド樹脂の機械的強度が十分に発現しないため質感が低下する傾向がある。
ここで、本明細書においては、同種の重合体ブロックが二官能のカップリング剤等を介して直線状に結合している場合、結合している重合体ブロック全体は一つの重合体ブロックとして取り扱われる。これに従い、上記例示も含め、本来厳密にはQ-Z-Q(Zはカップリング残基を表す)と表記されるべき重合体ブロックは、特に単独の重合体ブロックQと区別する必要がある場合を除き、全体としてQと表示される。本明細書においては、カップリング剤残基を含むこの種の重合体ブロックを上記のように取り扱うので、例えば、カップリング剤残基を含み、厳密にはA-B-Z-B-A(Zはカップリング残基を表す)と表記されるべきブロック共重合体はA-B-Aと表記され、トリブロック共重合体の一例として取り扱われる。
また、ブロック共重合体(X’)には、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲内で、重合体ブロック(A)及び重合体ブロック(B)以外の、他の重合性単量体からなる重合体ブロック(C)が存在していてもよい。この場合、重合体ブロック(C)をCで表したとき、ブロック共重合体(X’)の構造としては、A-B-C型トリブロック共重合体、A-B-C-A型テトラブロック共重合体、A-B-A-C型テトラブロック共重合体等が挙げられる。
水添ブロック共重合体(X)は、温度30℃における5質量%トルエン溶液の粘度が1,000mPa・s以下であれば、又は温度30℃における10質量%トルエン溶液の粘度が50,000mPa・s以下であれば、得られるコンパウンド樹脂の成形加工性が良好である。
なお、水添ブロック共重合体(X)として市販のブロック共重合体を用いることができる。例えば、株式会社クラレ製の「セプトン1001」、「セプトン1020」、「セプトン2002」、「セプトン2004」、「セプトン2005」、「セプトン2006」、「セプトン2063」、「セプトン2104」、「セプトン4033」、「セプトン4055」、「セプトン4077」、「セプトン4099」、「セプトンHG252」、「セプトン8004」、「セプトン8006」、「セプトン8007」、「セプトン8076」(いずれも商品名)が好ましいものとして挙げられる。
水添ブロック共重合体(X)の水素添加前のブロック共重合体(X’)は、溶液重合法、乳化重合法又は固相重合法等により製造することができる。中でも溶液重合法が好ましく、例えば、アニオン重合やカチオン重合等のイオン重合法、ラジカル重合法等の公知の方法を適用できる。中でも、アニオン重合法が好ましい。アニオン重合法を用いた水添ブロック共重合体(X)の製造では、例えば、溶媒、アニオン重合開始剤、及び必要に応じてルイス塩基の存在下、芳香族ビニル化合物、共役ジエン化合物を逐次添加して、ブロック共重合体(X’)を得、次いでブロック共重合体(X’)を水素添加することにより、水添ブロック共重合体(X)を得ることができる。
溶媒としては、アニオン重合反応に悪影響を及ぼさなければ特に制限はなく、例えば、シクロヘキサン、メチルシクロヘキサン、n-ヘキサン、n-ペンタン等の脂肪族炭化水素;ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン等の芳香族炭化水素等が挙げられる。また、重合反応は、通常、0~100℃で0.5~50時間行う。
ルイス塩基は共役ジエン化合物由来の構造単位におけるミクロ構造を制御する役割がある。かかるルイス塩基としては、例えば、ジメチルエーテル、ジエチルエーテル、テトラヒドロフラン、ジオキサン、エチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、ピリジン、N,N,N’,N’-テトラメチルエチレンジアミン、トリメチルアミン、N-メチルモルフォリン等が挙げられる。ルイス塩基は、1種を単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。
水添触媒としては、例えば、ラネーニッケル;白金(Pt)、パラジウム(Pd)、ルテニウム(Ru)、ロジウム(Rh)、ニッケル(Ni)等の金属をカーボン、アルミナ、硅藻土等の担体に担持させた不均一触媒;ニッケル、コバルト等の第8族の金属からなる有機金属化合物とトリエチルアルミニウム、トリイソブチルアルミニウム等の有機アルミニウム化合物又は有機リチウム化合物等の組み合わせからなるチーグラー系の触媒;チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム等の遷移金属のビス(シクロペンタジエニル)化合物とリチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、アルミニウム、亜鉛又はマグネシウム等の有機金属化合物の組み合わせからなるメタロセン系触媒等が挙げられる。
本発明のコンパウンド樹脂は、40℃における動粘度が25mm2/s以下のオイル(Y)(以下、単に「オイル(Y)」ともいう)を含有する。オイル(Y)の40℃における動粘度が25mm2/s以下であることにより、これを配合して得られるコンパウンド樹脂はベタツキ感がなく人肌に近い質感を有し、さらに引張応力を与えても破断し難く、形状戻り性も良好で高い耐久性を有する。当該動粘度が25mm2/sを超えるオイルを用いた場合、得られるコンパウンド樹脂は人肌に近い質感が得られず、耐久性も低下する。
上記効果を得る観点から、オイル(Y)の40℃における動粘度は好ましくは20mm2/s以下、より好ましくは15mm2/s以下、さらに好ましくは12mm2/s以下である。オイル(Y)の40℃における動粘度の下限は特に制限はないが、好ましくは0.1mm2/s以上である。
オイルの40℃における動粘度はJIS K8803:2011に準拠した方法で測定できる。
上記観点から、コンパウンド樹脂におけるオイル(Y)の含有量は、水添ブロック共重合体(X)100質量部に対して、好ましくは450~1200質量部、より好ましくは500~1100質量部、さらに好ましくは600~1000質量部、よりさらに好ましくは700~1000質量部である。
本発明のコンパウンド樹脂は、前記水添ブロック共重合体(X)、オイル(Y)以外に、本発明の効果が損なわれない範囲において、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、老化防止剤、酸化防止剤、着色剤、充填材、結晶核剤等の添加剤;水添クマロン・インデン樹脂、水添ロジン系樹脂、水添テルペン樹脂、脂環族系水添石油樹脂等の水添系樹脂;オレフィン及びジオレフィン重合体からなる脂肪族系樹脂等の粘着付与樹脂;水添ポリイソプレン、水添ポリブタジエン、水添スチレン-ブタジエンランダム共重合体、水添スチレン-イソプレンランダム共重合体、ブチルゴム、ポリイソブチレン、ポリブテン等の他の重合体を含有していてもよい。
上記の中でも、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、老化防止剤、着色剤、及び充填材からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の添加剤を含有させることが好ましい。また本発明のコンパウンド樹脂は、人体模型に用いる観点からは少なくとも紫外線吸収剤、老化防止剤、及び着色剤を含有することが好ましい。
紫外線吸収剤としては、特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、フェニルサリシレート、p-t-ブチルフェニルサリシレート、p-オクチルフェニルサリシレート等のサリチル酸系紫外線吸収剤;2,4-ジヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-4-メトキシベンゾフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-4-オクトキシベンゾフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-4-ドデシルオキシベンゾフェノン、2,2’-ジヒドロキシ-4-メトキシベンゾフェノン、2,2’-ジヒドロキシ-4,4’-ジメトキシベンゾフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-4-メトキシ-5-スルホベンゾフェノン、ビス(2-メトキシ-4-ヒドロキシ-5-ベンゾイルフェニル)メタン等のベンゾフェノン系紫外線吸収剤;2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-5’-メチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-5’-t-ブチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-3’-5’-ジ-t-ブチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-3’-t-ブチル-5’-メチルフェニル)-5-クロロベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-3’,5’-ジ-t-ブチルフェニル)-5-クロロベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-3’,5’-ジ-t-アミルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-4’-オクトキシフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、2-〔2’-ヒドロキシ-3’-(3”,4”,5”,6”-テトラヒドロフタルイミドメチル)-5’-メチルフェニル〕ベンゾトリアゾール、2,2-メチレンビス〔4-(1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチル)-6-(2H-ベンゾトリアゾール-2-イル)フェノール〕、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-5’-メタクリロキシフェニル)-2H-ベンゾトリアゾール、2,2’-メチレンビス〔4-(1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチル)-6-〔(2H-ベンゾトリアゾール-2-イル)フェノール〕〕等のベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤;2-エチルヘキシル-2-シアノ-3,3’-ジフェニルアクリレート、エチル-2-シアノ-3,3’-ジフェニルアクリレート等のシアノアクリレート系紫外線吸収剤;ニッケルビス(オクチルフェニル)サルファイド、〔2,2’-チオビス(4-t-オクチルフェノラート)〕-n-ブチルアミンニッケル、ニッケルコンプレックス-3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジル-リン酸モノエチレート、ニッケル-ジブチルジチオカルバメート等のニッケル系紫外線吸収剤等が挙げられる。
これらは単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。中でも、紫外線吸収剤としてはベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤が好ましい。
紫外線吸収剤の添加量は、コンパウンド樹脂中、通常0.1~10質量%、好ましくは0.2~5質量%の範囲である。
これらは単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
光安定剤の添加量は、コンパウンド樹脂中、通常0.1~5質量%、好ましくは0.2~3質量%の範囲である。
また、その他の老化防止剤として、ポリ(2,2,4-トリメチル-1,2-ジヒドロキノリン)、6-エトキシ-1,2-ジヒドロ-2,2,4-トリメチルキノリン、1-(N-フェニルアミノ)-ナフタレン、スチレン化ジフェニルアミン、ジアルキルジフェニルアミン、N,N’-ジフェニル-p-フェニレンジアミン、N-フェニル-N’-イソプロピル-p-フェニレンジアミン、N,N’-ジ-2-ナフチル-p-フェニレンジアミン、2-メルカプトベンズイミダゾール、2-メルカプトベンズイミダゾールの亜鉛塩、2-メルカプトメチルベンズイミダゾール、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸ニッケル、サンノック(大内新興化学(株)製)、サンタイト(精工化学(株)製)、オゾガードG(川口化学(株)製)等が挙げられる。
これらは単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。中でも、老化防止剤としてはフェノールリン系老化防止剤が好ましい。
老化防止剤の添加量は、コンパウンド樹脂中、通常0.1~10質量%、好ましくは0.5~5質量%の範囲である。
本発明のコンパウンド樹脂を人体模型に使用する場合は、例えば、肌色の顔料を含有させることができる。
着色剤の添加量は、コンパウンド樹脂中、通常0.01~10質量%、好ましくは0.1~5質量%の範囲であり、1種を単独で、又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
これらは単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
充填材の添加量は、コンパウンド樹脂中、通常0.1~15質量%、好ましくは0.5~10質量%の範囲である。
本発明のコンパウンド樹脂の製造方法は特に制限されず、上記した水添ブロック共重合体(X)、オイル(Y)、及び必要に応じ添加剤を、ミキシングロール、ニーダー、バンバリーミキサー、ブラベンダーミキサー、一軸又は二軸押出機等の混練装置を用いて溶融混練することにより行うことができる。混練は一般に100~250℃で行われる。
上記溶融混練を行った後、公知の方法で成形することにより、本発明のコンパウンド樹脂からなる成形体を製造できる。成形方法としては特に制限はなく、製造される成形体の大きさ、形状等に応じて適宜選択することができるが、例えば、射出成形、圧縮成形、注型成形、押出成形、キャスト成形、プレス成形などの成形方法を用いることができる。
本発明のコンパウンド樹脂は後述する人体模型に対し好適であるが、そのエラストマー特性や耐久性を利用して、その他の用途にも使用することができる。例えば、緩衝材、制振材、シーリング材、粘着材、放熱材、封止材、伸縮材、断熱材、防音材、遮音材、導光材、包装材、シューズ、ジャケット、プロテクター、ヘルメット、義肢、義足、マット、パッド、ベッド、マットレス、枕、車椅子、チャイルドシート、ベビーカー、携帯電話、デジタルカメラ、パソコン、ゲーム機、ナビゲーションシステム、家電、電動工具、産業用機器、ロボット、自動車、船舶、航空機、モーター、発電機、太陽電池、光ファイバーケーブル、光ファイバーコネクター、家具、文具、玩具、シューズ用中敷、窓枠、キャンドル、食品模型など、幅広い分野において有効に使用することができる。
本発明の人体模型は、前述した本発明のコンパウンド樹脂を含むことを特徴とする。当該コンパウンド樹脂は比重が人体に近く、人肌や内臓に近い質感を有し、さらに高い耐久性を有するため、人体模型に好適に用いられる。
本発明の人体模型は当該コンパウンド樹脂からなる人体模型でもよく、その一部が本発明のコンパウンド樹脂により構成された人体模型でもよい。また、本明細書における人体模型は人体の全身に係るものに限られず、人体の一部にかかる模型も包含する。
特に、本発明のコンパウンド樹脂は人肌や内臓に近い質感を有していることから、本発明の人体模型は上記コンパウンド樹脂により構成された、皮膚、脂肪、臓器、筋肉、及び血管からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの部位を含むものであることが好ましい。
人体模型の製造方法には特に制限はなく、例えば、前述の方法で製造したコンパウンド樹脂を、所望の形状を有する鋳型を用いて成形することにより製造できる。
本発明の人体模型は、より人体に近い質感及び重量感を有し、さらに高い耐久性を有していることから、医療用ファントム用途又は医療用シミュレータ用途の人体模型として好適である。
1H-NMR測定によって求めた。
・装置:核磁気共鳴装置「Lambda-500」(日本電子株式会社製)
・溶媒:重水素化クロロホルム
JIS K8803:2011に準拠した方法で、40℃におけるオイルの動粘度(mm2/s)を測定した。
各例で得られたコンパウンド樹脂の比重は、JIS Z8807:2012に準拠した方法で25℃において測定した。
各例で得られたコンパウンド樹脂の射出成形シート(横×縦×厚みが100mm×30mm×1mm)をサンプルとして、横×縦のサンプル表面を観察して、クレーターの有無で評価した。
成形性の判定基準は下記である。
◎:クレーター無し(表面が綺麗)
○:クレーター1~3か所
△:クレーター4か所以上
各例で得られたコンパウンド樹脂の射出成形シート(横×縦×厚みが100mm×30mm×1mm)をサンプルとして使用し、横の長さが200mmになるまで伸長(200%伸長)した後、元のサイズまで戻す操作を1回とし、この操作を100回、300回及び500回繰り返し行った時の、サンプル破断の有無及びサンプルの伸長幅を測定した。評価結果は、3つのサンプルで測定した値の平均値とした。
総合評価の判定基準は下記である。
◎:500回試験後のサンプルの伸長幅が0.1mm以下
○:500回試験後のサンプルの伸長幅が0.1mm超、0.2mm以下
△:500回試験後のサンプルの伸長幅が0.2mm超、0.3mm以下
×:500回試験後のサンプルの伸長幅が0.3mm超
各例で得られたコンパウンド樹脂の射出成形シート(横×縦×厚みが100mm×30mm×1mm)をサンプルとして使用し、横100mmに対して150%(150mm)及び200%(200mm)となるように伸長した状態で48時間放置した後、元のサイズまで戻した時のサンプル幅を測定した。評価結果は、3つのサンプルで測定した値の平均値とした。判定基準は下記である。
○:100mm(元の状態)
△:100mm超105mm以下(伸長幅が5mm以内)
×:105mm超(伸長幅が5mm超)
各例で得られたコンパウンド樹脂の射出成形シート(横×縦×厚みが100mm×30mm×1mm)について、下記3点について官能評価を行った。官能評価は、モニター10人の評価点数を集計し、その平均値を評価結果とした。
評価点数は次の通りである;非常に優れる(5点)、優れる(4点)、普通(3点)、あまりよくない(2点)、よくない(1点)。
(人肌感)
上記射出成形シートを指で押した反発力が人肌に近いか評価した。
(外観)
肌色の顔料を練り込んだ上記シートに対して、発色のよさを評価した。
(伸び)
上記シートを200%まで引っ張り、伸びやすさを評価した。
上記の中でも「人肌感」の評価が重要である。人肌感の評価については、4.0点以上を合格点とする。
以下に、各例で用いた各成分の詳細を示す。
〔水添ブロック共重合体(X)〕
セプトン4055(商品名)、株式会社クラレ製、ポリスチレン-ポリ(1,3-ブタジエン/イソプレン)-ポリスチレン[スチレン由来の重合体ブロック含有量:30質量%]の水素添加物である水添トリブロック共重合体、5質量%トルエン溶液粘度(30℃):90mPa・s
セプトン4033(商品名)、株式会社クラレ製、ポリスチレン-ポリイソプレン-ポリスチレン[スチレン由来の重合体ブロック含有量:30質量%]の水素添加物である水添トリブロック共重合体、10質量%トルエン溶液粘度(30℃):50mPa・s
セプトン4077(商品名)、株式会社クラレ製、ポリスチレン-ポリ(1,3-ブタジエン/イソプレン)-ポリスチレン[スチレン由来の重合体ブロック含有量:30質量%]の水素添加物である水添トリブロック共重合体、5質量%トルエン溶液粘度(30℃):300mPa・s
セプトン4099(商品名)、株式会社クラレ製、ポリスチレン-ポリ(1,3-ブタジエン/イソプレン)-ポリスチレン[スチレン由来の重合体ブロック含有量:30質量%]の水素添加物である水添トリブロック共重合体、5質量%トルエン溶液粘度(30℃):670mPa・s
CARNATION(商品名)、sonneborn社製、パラフィン系プロセスオイル、動粘度(40℃):11mm2/s
KF-50(商品名)、SEOJIN CHEMICAL社製、パラフィン系プロセスオイル、動粘度(40℃):7.5mm2/s
PW-32(商品名)、出光興産株式会社製、パラフィン系プロセスオイル、動粘度(40℃):30mm2/s
PW-90(商品名)、出光興産株式会社製、パラフィン系プロセスオイル、動粘度(40℃):90mm2/s
二軸押出機(口径46mm、L/D=46)を使用して、表1に示す配合の水添ブロック共重合体(X)及びオイル(Y)、並びに、添加剤として紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、老化防止剤、充填剤(炭酸カルシウム)、顔料を混合して、200℃で溶融混練し、コンパウンド樹脂を得た。添加剤の合計量はコンパウンド樹脂の10質量%とした。
このコンパウンド樹脂を用いて、射出成形機(200℃)で、横×縦×厚みが100mm×30mm×1mmとなるように金型で成形し、射出成形シートを作製した。
作製したシートを用いて、前記評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
水添ブロック共重合体(X)及びオイル(Y)の配合を表1に示すとおりに変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法でコンパウンド樹脂及び射出成形シートを作製し、前記評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
旭化成ワッカーシリコン株式会社製のシリコーン樹脂を、横×縦×厚みが100mm×30mm×1mmとなるように金型で成形し、射出成形シートを作製した。作製したシートを用いて、前記評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
エッチ・アンド・ケー株式会社製のウレタン樹脂を横×縦×厚みが100mm×30mm×1mmとなるように金型で成形し、射出成形シートを作製した。作製したシートを用いて、前記評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
株式会社コバヤシ製の軟質塩化ビニル樹脂を横×縦×厚みが100mm×30mm×1mmとなるように金型で成形し、射出成形シートを作製した。作製したシートを用いて、前記評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
水添ブロック共重合体(X)100質量部に対するオイル(Y)の含有量が450質量部未満である比較例1では、形状戻り性、人肌感が低下し、オイル(Y)の含有量が1500質量部を超える比較例2では引張耐久性が不十分であった。また、オイルの粘度が高い比較例3~6では引張耐久性、200%伸長後の形状戻り性が低下し、人肌感などの官能評価も実施例より低い結果となった。
Claims (8)
- 芳香族ビニル化合物由来の構造単位を主体とする重合体ブロック(A)と共役ジエン化合物由来の構造単位を主体とする重合体ブロック(B)とを有し、少なくとも1つの末端が該重合体ブロック(A)で構成されているブロック共重合体(X’)の水素添加物である水添ブロック共重合体(X)と、40℃における動粘度が25mm2/s以下のオイル(Y)とを含有し、該水添ブロック共重合体(X)100質量部に対する該オイル(Y)の含有量が450~1500質量部である、コンパウンド樹脂。
- 前記芳香族ビニル化合物がスチレンである、請求項1に記載のコンパウンド樹脂。
- 前記共役ジエン化合物がブタジエン及びイソプレンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1又は2に記載のコンパウンド樹脂。
- 前記オイル(Y)がパラフィン系プロセスオイルである、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のコンパウンド樹脂。
- さらに紫外線吸収剤を含有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のコンパウンド樹脂。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のコンパウンド樹脂を含む人体模型。
- 前記コンパウンド樹脂により構成された、皮膚、脂肪、臓器、筋肉、及び血管からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの部位を含む、請求項6に記載の人体模型。
- 医療用ファントム用途又は医療用シミュレータ用途である、請求項6又は7に記載の人体模型。
