现代化大机器生产的瓶装或罐装果汁虽然可以保存时间较长,但不可避免的需要添加其他原料,并使用防腐工艺以延长保质期,新鲜度无法保证。家用的小型榨汁机虽然可以保证食材的新鲜,但出汁率低,清洗费时费力,只能适合少量人的家庭使用。根据上述出现的问题,一些运营商在城市一些地铁站、公交站或其他公共场所设置了满足大部分用户饮用橙汁的需求的榨汁机设备,为用户提供了便利的同时保证了橙汁的新鲜度,然而,目前榨汁机设备是独立存在的,没有对榨汁机设备端的数据进行采集并分析,无法及时获得每台榨汁机设备的销量信息,根据销量信息对榨汁机设备进行位置调整;同时也不能提供与榨橙汁有关的信息给用户以提供选择或进行其它活动。

本申请的一个目的是提供一种数据采集和分析的方法及设备,解决的问题现有技术中缺少对榨橙汁用户设备端进行的数据采集的问题以及对榨橙汁用户设备的优化。

与现有技术相比,本申请通过在榨橙汁用户设备端采集用户每次消费时的消费信息,其中,所述消费信息包括榨橙汁用户设备编号、榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置、消费时间、购买杯数、购买方式信息、交易标识信息、用户标识信息和用户图像信息中的一种或任意组合;接着,将所述消费信息传输至网络设备,使得榨橙汁用户设备不再是独立存在运行,弥补了在榨橙汁用户设备端采集用户的相关消费信息的空缺,为后续网络设备对消费信息的分析提供大量数据来源。进一步地,网络设备接收用户每次消费时的消费 信息,对消费信息进行分析,得到相应的分析结果,随后,将所得到的分析结果反馈至所述榨橙汁用户设备或移动终端设备,以便运营管理人员或用户根据榨橙汁用户设备或移动终端设备的反馈信息进行对应的处理方案,为用户提供更便利、更高质量的服务。

具体地,在步骤S11中,采集用户每次消费时的消费信息,其中,所述消费信息包括榨橙汁用户设备编号、榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置、消费时间、购买杯数、购买方式信息、交易标识信息、用户标识信息和用户图像信息中的一种或任意组合;在一实施例中,当用户在某台榨橙汁用户设备上购买橙汁时,榨橙汁用户设备上都会产生一条消费记录即消费信息,此消费记录包括用户本次消费所在机器编号及该机器的当前地理位置、用户本次消 费时间、本次购买的杯数、本次用户使用的购买方式、本次交易标识(如订单号)、用户标识、通过前置摄像头采集的用户图像信息。例如,用户在编号为M的榨汁设备上进行购买橙汁,使用支付宝账户作为用户标识,以区分不同用户,则产生的消费记录为支付宝账户为Z的用户在地理位置为d处编号为M的榨汁设备上购买了m杯橙汁,消费时间为n分钟,开始消费时的当前时间为xxx:xx:x,交易订单号为s,并通过前置摄像头拍摄该用户的图像信息。在此,榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置可用经纬度表示,上述榨橙汁用户设备上产生的一条消费记录的内容仅为本申请的举例,也可包括上述榨橙汁用户设备编号、榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置、消费时的当前时间、消费所用的时间、购买杯数、购买方式信息、交易标识信息、用户标识信息和用户图像信息中的一种或任意组合,如若采用用户电子账户或第三方支付方式的账户作为用户标识时,在用户的购买方式中如果一直选择现金支付,则消费信息中可不包括用户标识信息。
具体地,在步骤S12中,将所述消费信息传输至网络设备。在此,每个榨橙汁用户设备将所采集的每个用户每次消费时产生的消费信息通过网络传输至网络设备,为网络设备对榨橙汁用户设备端进行用户消费信息的分析提供数据来源。
优选地,所述购买方式信息包括:现金、实体会员卡、电子会员卡、第三方支付方式。在此,用户在榨橙汁用户设备上进行购买橙汁时,在设备的显示界面上可灵活选择购买方式,如选择现金支付则进行投币,若用户有会员卡,则选择实体会员卡或是电子会员卡进行消费,也可以通过第三方支付方式如支付宝、微信、QQ进行支付。提供多种购买方式的选择通道,方便用户自主的灵活选择自己喜欢的方式进行消费,提高了用户体验,且通过对购买方式信息的采集可对榨橙汁设备进行进一步地优化,如选择第三方支付方式进行消费的比较多,则可对榨橙汁设备上的用户控制界面中的第三方支付方式的榨汁流程进行优化,可进行提高购买橙汁速度,或可以增强用户的个 人信息的安全保障。另外,也可根据采集的购买方式信息为用户推荐使用同一支付方式的共同爱好者,以进行用户间的互动。
优选地,上述方法中,将所述消费信息传输至网络设备之后,还包括:步骤S13,从所述网络设备获取根据所述消费信息得到的分析结果;步骤S14,根据所述分析结果确定榨橙汁用户设备端对应的处理方案。在此,榨橙汁用户设备将所采集的消费信息传输至网络设备,通过网络设备的数据分析得到分析结果,可根据反馈的分析结果对榨橙汁用户设备进行优化或为用户提供相关服务。

优选地,分析装置22用于,按照所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的用户标识信息对所有消费信息进行归类,得到每个用户标识信息对应的多条消费信息的归类结果;对所述归类结果中每条消费信息中的购买方式信息进行统计,得到用户使用频次最高的购买方式的分析结果。在一具体实施例中,根据用户标识信息确定用户标识为w3的消费信息进行归类,得到对应的n3条消费信息,将该n3条消费信息中的购买方式信息进行统计,得到使用现金支付所产生的消费信息为a1条,使用第三方支付方式中的微信进行购买橙汁时所产生的消费信息为a2条,使用第三方支付方式中的支付宝进行购买橙汁时所产生的消费信息为a3条,其中a1+a2+a3=n3,通过比较得到a2>a3>a1,则可认为该用户使用频次最高的购买方式为微信支付,将该用户使用频次最高的购买方式为微信支付的分析结果反馈至移动终端设备,可向该用户的微信账号推荐同样偏爱使用微信支付的其他用户,以进行用户间的互动。需要说明的是,对所述归类结果中每条消费信息中的购买方式信息进行统计,得到用户使用 频次最高的购买方式的分析结果的同时也会得到该用户对应的其他购买方式的信息的分析结果,不仅可以向榨橙汁用户设备或移动终端设备反馈用户使用频次最高的购买方式的分析结果,也可以反馈其他相关的购买方式的分析结果。
综上所述,通过在榨橙汁用户设备端的数据采集,采集用户每次消费时的消费信息;并将所采集的消费信息传输至网络设备,使得榨橙汁用户设备不再是独立存在运行,弥补了在榨橙汁用户设备端采集用户的相关消费信息的空缺,为后续网络设备对消费信息的分析提供大量数据来源。网络设备接收用户每次消费时的消费信息,对消费信息进行分析,得到相应的分析结果,随后,将所得到的分析结果反馈至所述榨橙汁用户设备或移动终端设备,以便运营管理人员或用户根据榨橙汁用户设备或移动终端设备的反馈信息进行对应的处理方案,为用户提供更便利、更高质量的服务。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
需要注意的是,本申请可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)、通用目的计算机或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本申请的软件程序可以通过处理器执行以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本申请的软件程序(包括相关的数据结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本申请的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。
另外,本申请的一部分可被应用为计算机程序产品,例如计算机程序指令,当其被计算机执行时,通过该计算机的操作,可以调用或提供根据本申请的方法和/或技术方案。而调用本申请的方法的程序指令,可能被存 储在固定的或可移动的记录介质中,和/或通过广播或其他信号承载媒体中的数据流而被传输,和/或被存储在根据所述程序指令运行的计算机设备的工作存储器中。在此,根据本申请的一个实施例包括一个装置,该装置包括用于存储计算机程序指令的存储器和用于执行程序指令的处理器,其中,当该计算机程序指令被该处理器执行时,触发该装置运行基于前述根据本申请的多个实施例的方法和/或技术方案。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种榨橙汁用户设备端数据采集的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    采集用户每次消费时的消费信息,其中,所述消费信息包括榨橙汁用户设备编号、榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置、消费时间、购买杯数、购买方式信息、交易标识信息、用户标识信息和用户图像信息中的一种或任意组合;
    将所述消费信息传输至网络设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述购买方式信息包括:现金、实体会员卡、电子会员卡、第三方支付方式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将所述消费信息传输至网络设备之后,还包括:
    从所述网络设备获取根据所述消费信息得到的分析结果;
    根据所述分析结果确定榨橙汁用户设备端对应的处理方案。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,根据所述分析结果确定榨橙汁用户设备端对应的处理方案,包括以下至少任一项:
    当所述网络设备反馈榨橙汁用户设备在其当前地理位置的销量信息的分析结果时,根据所述销量信息调整所述榨橙汁用户设备的地理位置布局,其中,所述销量信息根据所述榨橙汁用户设备编号及所述购买杯数确定;
    当所述网络设备反馈用户特征信息的分析结果时,根据所述用户特征信息判定消费群体,其中,所述用户特征信息由所述用户图像信息确定;
    当所述网络设备反馈用户活动区域信息的分析结果时,根据所述用户活动区域信息向所述用户推送所述用户活动区域内的商品信息,其中,所述用户活动区域信息根据所述用户的多条消费信息中榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置确定;
    当所述网络设备反馈用户对橙汁偏爱程度的分析结果时,根据所述用户偏爱程度向所述用户推送关联产品,其中,所述用户偏爱程度根据所述用户的消费信息的数量及每条消费信息中购买的杯数确定;
    当所述网络设备反馈用户使用频次最高的购买方式的分析结果时,根据所述用户使用频次最高的购买方式向所述用户推荐使用相同购买方式的其他用户,其中,所述用户使用频次最高的购买方式根据所述用户的多条消费信息及每条消费信息中购买方式信息确定。
  5. 一种网络设备端数据分析的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    从榨橙汁用户设备端获取用户每次消费时的消费信息,其中,所述消费信息包括榨橙汁用户设备编号、榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置、消费时间、购买杯数、购买方式信息、交易标识信息、用户标识信息和用户图像信息中的一种或任意组合;
    对所述消费信息进行分析,得到分析结果;
    将所述分析结果反馈至所述榨橙汁用户设备或移动终端设备。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述购买方式信息包括:现金、实体会员卡、电子会员卡、第三方支付方式。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,对所述消费信息进行分析,得到分析结果,包括:
    按照所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的榨橙汁用户设备编号对所有消费信息进行归类,得到每个榨橙汁用户设备对应的多条消费信息的归类结果;
    根据所述归类结果中每条消费信息中的购买杯数,得到所述每个榨橙汁用户设备在其当前地理位置的销量信息的分析结果。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,对所述消费信息进行分析,得到分析结果,包括:
    根据所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的用户图像信息,得到用户特征信息的分析结果。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,对所述消费信息进行分析,得到分析结果,包括:
    按照所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的用户标识信息对所有消费信息进行归类,得到每个用户标识信息对应的多条消费信息的归类结果;
    根据所述归类结果中的每条消费信息中的榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置,得到每个用户标识信息对应的用户活动区域信息的分析结果。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,对所述消费信息进行分析,得到分析结果,包括:
    按照所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的用户标识信息对所有消费信息进行归类,得到每个用户标识信息对应的多条消费信息的归类结果;
    根据所述归类结果中消费信息的条数及每条消费信息中的购买的杯数,得到所述每个用户标识信息对应的用户对橙汁偏爱程度的分析结果。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,对所述消费信息进行分析,得到分析结果,包括:
    按照所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的用户标识信息对所有消费信息进行归类,得到每个用户标识信息对应的多条消费信息的归类结果;
    对所述归类结果中每条消费信息中的购买方式信息进行统计,得到用户使用频次最高的购买方式的分析结果。
  12. 一种数据采集的榨橙汁用户设备,其中,所述榨橙汁用户设备包括:
    采集装置,用于采集用户每次消费时的消费信息,其中,所述消费信息包括榨橙汁用户设备编号、榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置、消费时间、购买杯数、购买方式信息、交易标识信息、用户标识信息和用户图像信息中的一种或任意组合;
    传输装置,用于将所述消费信息传输至网络设备。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的榨橙汁用户设备,其中,所述购买方式信息包括:现金、实体会员卡、电子会员卡、第三方支付方式。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的榨橙汁用户设备,其中,所述榨橙汁用户设备还包括:
    获取装置,用于从所述网络设备获取根据所述消费信息得到的分析结果;
    处理装置,用于根据所述分析结果确定榨橙汁用户设备端对应的处理方案。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的榨橙汁用户设备,其中,所述处理装置用于以下至少任一项:
    当所述网络设备反馈榨橙汁用户设备在其当前地理位置的销量信息的分析结果时,根据所述销量信息调整所述榨橙汁用户设备的地理位置布局,其中,所述销量信息根据所述榨橙汁用户设备编号及所述购买杯数确定;
    当所述网络设备反馈用户特征信息的分析结果时,根据所述用户特征信息判定消费群体,其中,所述用户特征信息由所述用户图像信息确定;
    当所述网络设备反馈用户活动区域信息的分析结果时,根据所述用户活动区域信息向所述用户推送所述用户活动区域内的商品信息,其中,所述用户活动区域信息根据所述用户的多条消费信息中榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置确定;
    当所述网络设备反馈用户对橙汁偏爱程度的分析结果时,根据所述用户偏爱程度向所述用户推送关联产品,其中,所述用户偏爱程度根据所述用户的消费信息的数量及每条消费信息中购买的杯数确定;
    当所述网络设备反馈用户使用频次最高的购买方式的分析结果时,根据所述用户使用频次最高的购买方式向所述用户推荐使用相同购买方式的其他用户,其中,所述用户使用频次最高的购买方式根据所述用户的多条消费信息及每条消费信息中购买方式信息确定。
  16. 一种数据分析的网络设备,其中,所述网络设备包括:
    接收装置,用于从榨橙汁用户设备端获取用户每次消费时的消费信息,其中,所述消费信息包括榨橙汁用户设备编号、榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置、消费时间、购买杯数、购买方式信息、交易标识信息、用户标识信息和用户图像信息中的一种或任意组合;
    分析装置,用于对所述消费信息进行分析,得到分析结果;
    反馈装置,用于将所述分析结果反馈至所述榨橙汁用户设备或移动终端设备。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的网络设备,其中,所述购买方式信息包括:现金、实体会员卡、电子会员卡、第三方支付方式。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的网络设备,其中,所述分析装置用于:
    按照所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的榨橙汁用户设备编号对所有消费信息进行归类,得到每个榨橙汁用户设备对应的多条消费信息的归类结果;
    根据所述归类结果中每条消费信息中的购买杯数,得到所述每个榨橙汁用户设备在其当前地理位置的销量信息的分析结果。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的网络设备,其中,所述分析装置用于:
    根据所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的用户图像信息,得到用户特征信息的分析结果。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的网络设备,其中,所述分析装置用于:
    按照所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的用户标识信息对所有消费信息进行归类,得到每个用户标识信息对应的多条消费信息的归类结果;
    根据所述归类结果中的每条消费信息中的榨橙汁用户设备的当前地理位置,得到每个用户标识信息对应的用户活动区域信息的分析结果。
  21. 根据权利要求16所述的网络设备,其中,所述分析装置用于:
    按照所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的用户标识信息对所有消费信息进行归类,得到每个用户标识信息对应的多条消费信息的归类结果;
    根据所述归类结果中消费信息的条数及每条消费信息中的购买的杯数,得到所述每个用户标识信息对应的用户对橙汁偏爱程度的分析结果。
  22. 根据权利要求16所述的网络设备,其中,所述分析装置用于:
    按照所述榨橙汁用户设备发送的用户标识信息对所有消费信息进行归类,得到每个用户标识信息对应的多条消费信息的归类结果;
    对所述归类结果中每条消费信息中的购买方式信息进行统计,得到用户使用频次最高的购买方式的分析结果。
