Die Erfindung betrifft ein Federbeinlager, welches zur Anwendung in Federbeinen vorgesehen ist.
Hintergrund der Erfindung
Federbeinlager sind Teil der Radaufhängung bei Einzelradaufhängungen. Die Radaufhängung unterstützt eine angestrebte Fahrsicherheit und den Fahrkomfort, sowie ein leichtes und präzises Lenken der Räder. Die Radaufhängung soll Fahrbahngeräusche vom Aufbau fernhalten und möglichst leicht sein. Je nach Ausführung führt das Federbeinlager die Stoßdämpfer-Feder und bildet eine Stützfläche für den Stoßdämpfer-Endanschlag. Das Federbeinlager nimmt die über die Stoßdämpfer-Feder bzw. dem Stoßdämpfer übertragenen Radial- und Axialkräfte auf und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Stoßdämpfer-Feder beim Lenken und Einfedern reibungsarm und verspannungsfrei verdreht und so ohne Rückstellmoment arbeitet. Federbeinlager sind oftmals Teil der sogenannten McPherson-Federbeine. Das Federbein als solches umfasst hierbei einen teleskopartigen Stoßdämpfer mit einer in einem Zylinder beweglich geführten Kolbenstange und eine den Stoßdämpfer umgebende Stoßdämpfer-Feder, die als Fahrzeugtragfeder dient. Das Federbeinlager ist mit einer Kappe versehen, die an dem chassisseitigen Fe- derbeindom befestigt ist, sowie mit einem Führungsring, an dem die Stoßdämp-
fer-Feder abgestützt ist und durch diesen geführt wird. Der Führungsring ist gegenüber der Kappe drehbar gelagert. Das Lager ermöglicht beim Lenken ein Drehen der Feder gegenüber der Karosserie, da sich bei Lenkbewegungen das gesamte Federbein dreht.
Aus der DE 10 2006 057 559 A1 ist ein Federbeinlager bekannt, das eine Kappe aufweist und einen gegenüber der Kappe drehbaren Führungsring. Zwischen Kappe und Führungsring ist ein Axiallager angeordnet. Die Kappe und der Führungsring werden mittels einer Schnappverbindung miteinander form- schlüssig als eine Baueinheit unverlierbar zusammengefügt. Einteilig mit der Kappe ist ein Dichtelement ausgebildet, welches sich am Innen- und Außenumfang der Kappe erstreckt.
Zusammenfassung der Erfindung
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Federbeinlager zur Verfügung zustellen, welches kostengünstig herstellbar und möglichst einfach zu montieren ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst durch ein Federbeinlager mit einer Kappe und mit einem gegenüber der Kappe um eine Drehachse drehbar gelagerten Führungsring, wobei zwischen der Kappe und dem Führungsring ein Lager vorgesehen ist und die Kappe mit dem Führungsring mittels einer Schnappverbindung verbunden sind, wobei die Schnappverbindung segmentartig aus- gebildet ist.
Federbeinlager weisen eine Kappe und einen beispielsweise mittels einer Schnappverbindung verliersicher mit der Kappe verbundenen Führungsring auf. Zwischen der Kappe und dem Führungsring ist ein Lager vorgesehen. Die Kap- pe wird an einem Domlager eines Chassis eines Kraftfahrzeugs befestigt. Der Führungsring nimmt an einem äußeren Umfang ein axiales Ende einer Stoß-
dämpf er-Feder auf. Federkräfte der Stoßdämpfer-Feder werden über den Führungsring in die Kappe und von dort in das Domlager geleitet.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Federbeinlager werden die Kappe und der Füh- rungsring mittels einer Schnappverbindung miteinander verbunden. Die Schnappverbindung ist dabei segmentartig ausgebildet. Mittels einer derartigen Ausbildung wird ermöglicht, dass hierbei eine größere Überdeckung der Ver- schnappung möglich ist. Dies führt zu einer Erhöhung der Demontagekraft des Federbeinlagers. Gleichzeitig wird durch eine derartige Ausgestaltung der Er- findung eine einfache und kostengünstige Herstellung und Montage des Federbeinlagers ermöglicht.
Gemäß einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die segmentartige Schnappverbindung mittels einzelner Schnappnasen an der Kappe und mittels einer umlau- fenden Schnappnase am Führungsring ausgebildet. Das bedeutet, das an der Kappe einzelnen hakenförmige Segmente über den Umfang verteil vorgesehen sind, welche einzelne Schnappnasen ausbilden. Im Gegensatz zu der Kappe ist an dem Führungsring eine einzige umlaufende, d.h. über den gesamten Umfang, verlaufende Schnappnase vorgesehen. Zur Verbindung greifen die ein- zelnen Schnappnasen der Kappe in die umlaufende Schnappnase am Führungsring ein. Als Umfang kann sowohl der Innenumfang des Federbeinlagers als auch der Außenumfang des Federbeinlagers angesehen werden. Anhand einer derartigen Ausgestaltung ist die Schnappverbindung insgesamt elastischer Ausgebildet, welches wiederum zu einer Erhöhung der Demontagekraft führt.
Bevorzugterweise ist zwischen der Schnappverbindung und dem Lager eine Dichtung vorgesehen. Aufgrund der segmentartigen Schnappverbindung ist eine Dichtwirkung nicht mehr gewährleistet, aus diesen Gründen wird eine zu- sätzliche Dichtung zwischen Lager und der Schnappverbindung angeordnet. Hierdurch wird verhindert, dass Verschmutzungen etc. von außen in das Lager gelangen können.
Bevorzugterweise ist die Dichtung als Spaltdichtung ausgebildet. Die Spaltdichtung kann beispielsweise durch einen oder mehrere Borde, welche integral an der Kappe und/ oder Führungsring ausgebildet sind, welche sich an die Schnappverbindung anschließen ausgebildet sein. Die Borde bilden dabei eine Labyrinthdichtung aus.
Bevorzugterweise ist die Dichtung als Kontaktdichtung ausgebildet. Die Kontaktdichtung kann beispielsweise durch eine Dichtlippe ausgebildet sein, welche mit einem Bereich der Kappe und/ oder des Führungsrings schleifend in Kontakt ist. Dabei kann die Dichtlippe integral an der Kappe und/ oder dem Führungsring ausgebildet oder als separates Bauteil vorgesehen sein. Die Kontaktdichtung ist vorzugsweise aus einem weicheren Werkstoff als der Werkstoff der Kappe bzw. des Führungsringes ausgebildet.
Es ist auch eine Kombination der beiden Dichtungsarten denkbar.
Gemäß einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das in dem Federbeinlager angeordnete Lager als Wälzlager oder Gleitlager ausgebildet.
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnung
Nachfolgend wird einAusführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von einer Figur dargestellt. Es zeigt
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Federbeinlager.
Detaillierte Beschreibung der Zeichnungen Figur 1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Federbeinlager 1 . Das Federbeinlager weist eine Kappe 2 auf, sowie einen Führungsring 3, der gegenüber der Kappe 2 um eine Drehachse D herum drehbar gelagert ist. Die
Kappe 2 ist mit dem Führungsring 3 mittels einer Schnappverbindung 4verbunden. Die Kappe 2 ist an einem nicht abgebildeten Domlager eines Chassis eines Kraftfahrzeugs befestigt. Der Führungsring 3 nimmt ein axiales Ende einer nicht dargestellten Stoßdämpfer-Feder auf. Federkräfte der Stoß- dämpfer-Feder werden über den Führungsring 3 in die Kappe 2 und von dort in das Domlager geleitet.
Des Weiteren ist aus der Figur 1 zu erkennen, dass der Führungsring 3 über ein Lager 5 an der Kappe 2 axial in Richtung der Drehachse D gelagert ist. Das La- ger 5 dient der Übertragung von entlang der Drehachse D wirkenden Kräften von dem Führungsring 3 auf die Kappe 2. Das Lager 5 kann als Gleitlager oder als Wälzlager ausgebildet sein.
Die in Figur 1 gezeigte Schnappverbindung 4 ist segmentartig ausgebildet. Das bedeutet, dass an der Kappe 2 einzelne Schnappnasen 6 vorgesehen sind. Diese Schnappnasen 6 sind integral an der Kappe 2 ausgebildet und erstrecken sich in Richtung des Führungsrings 3 als einzelne Segmente, welche an einem Endbereich 7 eine hakenform aufweisen. Über den Innenumfang der Kappe 2 verteilt sind mehrere Schnappnasen 6 angeordnet.
Den anderen Teil der segmentartigen Schnappverbindung 5 bildet der Führungsring 3 aus. Dieser weißt hierzu eine einzige über den Innenumfang des Führungsrings 3 umlaufende Schnappnase 8 auf. Des Weiteren ist aus der Figur 1 ersichtlich, dass zwischen der Schnappverbindung 4 und dem Lager 5 eine Dichtung 9 vorgesehen ist. Diese Dichtung 9 kann als Kontaktdichtung oder als Spaltdichtung ausgebildet sein.

1 . Federbeinlager mit einer Kappe (2) und mit einem gegenüber der Kappe (2) um eine Drehachse (D) drehbar gelagerten Führungsring (3), wobei zwischen der Kappe (2) und dem Führungsring (3) ein Lager (5) vorgesehen ist und die Kappe (2) mit dem Führungsring (3) mittels einer Schnappverbindung (4) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnappverbindung (4) segmentartig ausgebildet ist.
2. Federbeinlager nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die segmentartige Schnappverbindung
(4) mittels einzelner Schnappnasen (6), welche an der Kappe (2) vorgesehen sind, und mittels einer umlaufenden Schnappnase (8) am Führungsring (3) ausgebildet ist.
3. Federbeinlager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zwischen der Schnappverbindung (4) und dem Lager (5) eine Dichtung (9) vorgesehen ist.
4. Federbeinlager nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Dichtung (9) als Spaltdichtung ausgebildet ist.
5. Federbeinlager nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Dichtung (9) als Kontaktdichtung ausgebildet ist.
6. Federbeinlager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Lager
(5) als Wälzlager ausgebildet ist.
7. Federbeinlager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Lager (5) als Gleitlager ausgebildet ist.
