Abstract

Clothes dryers are one of life's everyday needs, and the invention relates to an innovative, new method consisting in heating laundry with microwaves, reducing pressure and condensing vapour. For this purpose, the invention comprises a laundry-heating compartment equipped with a clothes dryer, and a vapour-condensation compartment disposed above the laundry-heating compartment, the internal space of both compartments occupying a single space separated from the exterior, with the pressure being controlled with a decompression pump. By providing the above-mentioned three drying conditions, the laundry dries in record time using little energy. The drying process takes place as follows: laundry that has been dried by means of centrifugation is spread out in the microwave-based heating compartment; the temperature programme is selected and the device is switched on; the device begins to heat the laundry to a specific temperature, and subsequently reduces the pressure to the desired level, such that the water evaporates from the laundry, rising up into the upper vapour-condensation compartment; the process continues until the moisture sensor registers that there is no more moisture; the device switches off automatically and the laundry is dried in a record time of between 5 and 10 minutes.

Cette technique sert également à la collecte des gouttes d'eau et leur décharge au bac n°. 18 de la figure 1 du tableau 1 de 1, contrairement aux sèche-linges conventionnels qui ne comportent pas une grille métallique d'évacuation et l'élimination d'humidité. La barrière métallique est inclinée à un angle de 10 °, ce qui permet la circulation rapide et décharge des eaux l'évacuation qui tombent sur les plaques en plastique. La barrière métallique de la présente invention est fixe et donc, elle ne racle pas le linge à sécher et ne cause pas son usure et peluche, mais sert à l'élimination de sa fragilité, contrairement aux sèche-linges conventionnels.
