3)压印胶辊24(压印胶辊24为两个,分别装在A面凹版印刷机构2和B面凹版印刷机构4)通过涡轮电机与直线导辊实现水平上升下降与凹版辊22贴合,进行印刷;
4)需要发泡的标记刻于凹版辊22上,通过压印胶辊24与凹版辊22的贴合将发泡标记转移至产品(锂电池铜铝箔)上;
5)调节压印胶辊24与凹版辊22的距离;
6)将所需要生产的产品用专用车装于放卷机构1依次将产品穿带;
7)穿带完成后,启动主机运行,当产品经过A面凹版印刷机构2时,相应的压印胶辊24使其与凹版辊22贴合,然后开始转移发泡胶水到产品上,接着到达挤压涂布头26的位置,此时挤压涂布头26对产品进行涂布,涂布之后经过烘箱3进行烘干,发泡后的材料(发泡后的材料是胶与锂电池正负极材料)透过吸尘嘴9进行回收;然后进入B面凹版印刷机构4对产品另一面压印和涂 布,其压印和涂布的原理同第一面相同,涂布完成的产品也进过烘箱3,最后再经过纠偏***直至收卷架53整齐收卷完成。

  1. 一种双面发泡印刷机,其特征在于:包括放卷机构、A面凹版印刷机构、烘箱、B面凹版印刷机构和收卷机构,将需要印刷的卷料安装在所述放卷机构,该卷料通过所述A面凹版印刷机构、所述烘箱和所述B面凹版印刷机构的工作后收卷于所述收卷机构,所述A面凹版印刷机构和所述B面凹版印刷机构均包括储胶料盒、凹版辊、版辊刮刀、压印胶辊、传动辊和挤压涂布头,所述凹版辊对应于所述储胶料盒设置,所述压印胶辊与所述凹版辊并列,且所述压印胶辊与所述凹版辊之间存在间隙,所述版辊刮刀与所述凹版辊接触,所述挤压涂布头对应于所述传动辊。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双面凹版印刷机,其特征在于:所述间隙的可调节范围为1-5mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双面凹版印刷机,其特征在于:所述储胶料盒内装有发泡胶水,所述凹版辊与所述发泡胶水接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双面凹版印刷机,其特征在于:所述放卷机构包括依次设置的放卷架、放卷张力控制机构和放卷纠偏机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双面凹版印刷机,其特征在于:还包括第一接料平台,所述第一接料平台设置于所述放卷纠偏机构和所述A面凹版印刷机构之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的双面凹版印刷机,其特征在于:所述烘箱包括箱体、排风机和多个发热装置,所述排风机设置于所述箱体的顶部,所述箱体内具有第一烘干腔和第二烘干腔,所述第一烘干腔和所述第二烘干腔均与所述排风机连通,多个所述发热装置分别设置于所述第一烘干腔和所述第二烘干腔的内部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的双面凹版印刷机,其特征在于:所述收卷机构包括依次设置的收卷张力控制机构、收卷纠偏机构和收卷架。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的双面凹版印刷机,其特征在于:还包括第二接料平台,所述第二接料平台设置于所述收卷张力控制机构和所述收卷纠偏机构之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的双面凹版印刷机,其特征在于:还包括用于吸收卷料上废物的吸尘嘴。
