宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线 技术领域
本发明涉及面料整纬机械,特别涉及一种宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线。
背景技术
随着室内装潢装饰行业快速向墙纸、墙布发展的趋势,人们对市场上的墙布复合机提出了更高的要求,现有的墙布复合机生产的墙布最大幅度只有两米左右,在对室内进行装潢装饰的过程中,如遇大宽幅墙面,只能通过拼接实现,现有的墙布经纬不齐、需要通过整纬装置进行整纬,现有的整纬装置只能够对宽幅布进行粗整,不能够进行精整。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述问题,提供了一种宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线,包括初整装置以及精整装置,所述的初整装置包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有导布辊、绷布器、整纬辊装置、弯辊,墙布经导布辊、绷布器、导布辊、整纬辊、导布辊、弯辊、导布辊连接到精整装置,所述的整纬辊装置包括整纬支架,在所述的整纬支架上设置有整纬辊,在所述的整纬辊的两端通过滑块以及整纬辊推动气缸与整纬支架相连接,所述的弯辊为一个包括一个弓形结构的芯轴,在芯轴上设有一个弓形的轴套,所述的芯轴固定,弓形轴套可绕所述 的芯轴旋转;所述的精整装置包括两组机械手装置,两组机械手装置分别设置在墙布传动方向的左右端,每组机械手装置包括至少6个前后设置的机械手,所述的机械手包括推动气缸、连接滑块以及半圆板,所述的推动气缸通过连接滑块带动半圆板上下运动。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的弯管上还设置有一个调节手轮。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的弓形的轴套的长度与弓形轴套的下凹高度比为360:7。
有益效果:
本发明提供的宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线,通过设置粗整装置和精整装置相结合,能够对宽幅墙布进行比较紧密的整纬,提高了宽幅布的质量,将精整装置采用前后设置的多个机械手进行局部的整纬,能够对宽幅布的各个局部点都能够覆盖,进一步提高了整纬的精度。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1所示的一种宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线,包括初整装置以及精整装置,所述的初整装置包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有导布辊1、绷布器2、整纬辊装置、弯辊6,墙布经导布辊1、绷布器2、导布辊1、整纬辊3、导布辊1、弯辊6、导布辊1连接到精整装置。
所述的整纬辊装置包括整纬支架,在所述的整纬支架上设置有整纬辊3,在所述的整纬辊3的两端通过滑块7以及整纬辊推动气缸4与整纬支架相连接,通过气缸推动滑块带动整纬辊3两侧上下高度的调节,通过整纬辊3两侧高度的偏差来实现粗整。经过整纬辊3粗整后的宽幅墙布再通过导布辊1传送到弯辊6上进行处理。
所述的弯辊6为一个包括一个弓形结构的芯轴61,在芯轴上设有一个弓形的轴套62,所述的芯轴61固定,弓形轴套62可绕所述的芯轴61旋转;弓形的轴套62的长度与弓形轴套62的下凹高度比为360:7,在本实施例中轴套的62的长度为3.6m,轴套下凹的高度为70mm。通过弯辊6来将经粗整后的宽幅墙布进行抹平。在所述的弯管6上还设置有一个调节手轮5。通过调节手轮5来调节弯管6的高度。
所述的精整装置包括两组机械手装置,第一机械手装置8和第二机械手装置9,两组机械手装置分别设置在墙布传动方向的左右端, 每组机械手装置包括至少6个前后设置的机械手,在本实施例中,第一机械手装置8包括7个机械手,第二机械手装置包括6个机械手,如图2所示,第一机械手装置的7个机械手和第二机械手装置的6个机械手错开设置,这样能够保证在宽幅布传动过程中,机械手能够将整个宽幅布的宽度方向覆盖住。所述的机械手包括推动气缸10、连接滑块11以及半圆板12,所述的推动气缸10通过连接滑块11带动半圆板12上下运动。在宽幅布传动过程中,经粗整后,传送到精整装置进行精整,在精整过程中,发现哪个局部点的纬线不齐,则通过对应的机械手动作,通过半圆板12向下压一下即可。通过多个机械手即可实现精整。
本发明提供的宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线,通过设置粗整装置和精整装置相结合,能够对宽幅墙布进行比较紧密的整纬,提高了宽幅布的质量,将精整装置采用前后设置的多个机械手进行局部的整纬,能够对宽幅布的各个局部点都能够覆盖,进一步提高了整纬的精度。

  1. 一种宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线,其特征在于:包括初整装置以及精整装置,所述的初整装置包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有导布辊(1)、绷布器(2)、整纬辊装置、弯辊(6),墙布经导布辊(1)、绷布器(2)、导布辊(1)、整纬辊(3)、导布辊(1)、弯辊(6)、导布辊(1)连接到精整装置,所述的整纬辊装置包括整纬支架,在所述的整纬支架上设置有整纬辊(3),在所述的整纬辊(3)的两端通过滑块(7)以及整纬辊推动气缸(4)与整纬支架相连接,所述的弯辊(6)为一个包括一个弓形结构的芯轴(61),在芯轴上设有一个弓形的轴套(62),所述的芯轴(61)固定,弓形轴套(62)可绕所述的芯轴(61)旋转;所述的精整装置包括两组机械手装置,两组机械手装置分别设置在墙布传动方向的左右端,每组机械手装置包括至少6个前后设置的机械手,所述的机械手包括推动气缸(10)、连接滑块(11)以及半圆板(12),所述的推动气缸(10)通过连接滑块(11)带动半圆板(12)上下运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线,其特征在于:在所述的弯管(6)上还设置有一个调节手轮(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宽幅墙布自动整纬复合生产线,其特征在于:所述的弓形的轴套(62)的长度与弓形轴套(62)的下凹高度比为360:7。
