Description

一种选择网络切片的方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种选择网络切片的方法及装置。
背景技术
网络切片技术是将一个物理网络分成多个网络切片实例,每个网络切片实例按照业务场景的需要进行网络功能的定制裁剪及相应网络功能的编排管理,通过定制网络和管理,更好地满足消费者和企业每个服务的个性化需求,实现多种业务共享一套宽带网络基础设施的同时保持业务实现的相对独立。其中,个性化需求包括覆盖区域、持续时间、容量、速度、延迟、可靠性、安全性以及可用性等。每一个网络切片实例可以视为一个核心网络架构,网络切片实例可应用于移动宽带、多媒体、大规模机器类通信和关键机器类通信。
现有技术中,在同一公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)下,用户设备(User Equipment,UE)可以只接入一个网络切片实例,也可以接入多个网络切片实例,同时使用多个网络切片实例提供的不同服务。而在归属地路由(home routed)漫游场景下,当UE漫游到拜访公共陆地移动网络(Visit Public Land Mobile Network,VPLMN)时,UE请求的服务需要由VPLMN和归属公共陆地移动网络(Home Public Land Mobile Network,HPLMN)共同提供,在支持网络切片技术的场景下,UE请求的服务需要由VPLMN和HPLMN的两个切片实例共同提供。
这种支持网络切片技术的UE漫游场景下,需要提供一种网络切片选择方法,使得两个PLMN能够选择合适的网络切片实例为UE提供服务,保证支持网络切片技术场景下漫游UE的用户体验。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种选择网络切片的方法及装置,解决了UE在漫游场景下,UE请求的服务需要由VPLMN与HPLMN共同选择合适的网络切片为UE提供服务的问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提出一种选择网络切片的方法,该方法包括:
VPLMN的第一切片选择功能(Slice Selection Function,SSF)设备接收UE发送的第一业务请求消息,所述第一SSF设备根据所述第一业务请求消息获取用户设备UE的漫游信息,并根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE选择第一网络切片实例。
在一种可能的设计中,所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE选择第一网络切片实例之后,还包括:
所述第一SSF设备向HPLMN的第二SSF设备发送网络切片选择请求,所述第一SSF设备接收所述第二SSF设备发送的切片选择应答消息,其中,所述网络切片选择请求用于请求所述HPLMN的所述第二SSF设备为所述UE在所述HPLMN中选择第二网络切片实例,所述切片选择应答消息中包括所述第二SSF设备在所述HPLMN中为所述UE选择的第二网络切片实例的信息,所述第二网络切片实例的信息用于指示所述第一网络切片实例中的第一SM功能寻址到所述第二SM功能,与所述第二SM功能交互建立会话连接。
本发明实施例中,第一SSF设备为UE在VPLMN中选择第一网络切片实例,第二SSF设备为UE在HPLMN中选择第二网络切片实例,所述第一网络切片实例与所述第二网络切片实例共同为UE提供服务。
在一种可能的设计中,所述VPLMN的第一SSF设备接收到UE发送的第一业务请求消息之前,还包括:所述第一SSF设备接收到所述UE的附着请求,所述第一SSF设备根据所述UE的国际移动用户识别码(International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,IMSI),向所述UE的HPLMN中的用户签约数据库,查询所述UE的签约信息,所述第一SSF设备根据所述签约信息、和所述附着请求中携带的信息、以及HPLMN ID或指示所述UE为 漫游用户的指示信息,确定所述UE需要的移动性管理MM功能,所述第一SSF设备将附着请求消息发送给所述MM功能。
在一种可能的设计中,所述UE的漫游信息包括:指示所述UE为漫游用户的指示信息,和/或所述UE的归属公共陆地移动网络身份识别号码HPLMN ID。
在一种可能的设计中,所述第一SSF设备接收所述第一业务请求消息后,根据UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例的切片类型。在一种可能的设计中,所述第一SSF设备接收所述第一业务请求消息后,根据UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例,或根据UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例、以及所述第一网络切片实例中的网络功能。
本发明实施例中,第一网络切片实例与第一网络切片实例中的网络功能具有设定的对应关系。

如图1所示,用户设备UE通过演进的陆地无线接入网(Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network,E-UTRAN)接入演进分组核心网(Evolved Packet Core,EPC),在EPC归属地路由的漫游架构中,UE使用VPLMN的服务网关(Serving Gateway,S-GW),建立VPLMN的S-GW网元到HPLMN的分组数据网关(PDN Gateway,P-GW)之间的S8承载,由HPLMN的P-GW建立与外部的PDN连接。
本申请中所涉及到的用户设备UE可以包括各种具有无线通信功能的手持设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备,以及各种形式的用户设备(User Equipment,UE);切片选择功能(Slice Selection Function,SSF),用于在HPLMN、和VPLMN中进行网络切片实例选择;移动性管理(Mobility Management,MM)功能,表示HPLMN与VPLMN中网络切片实例能实现的功能;第一会话管理(Session Management,SM)功能,用于建立HPLMN中网络切片实例与VPLMN中网络切片实例的会话连接。为方便描述,本申请中,上面提到的设备统称为用户设备或UE。
本发明实施例提供了一种选择网络切片实例的方法,如图2所示,该方法包括以下过程:
S21、VPLMN的第一SSF设备接收第一业务请求消息。
S22、所述第一SSF设备,根据所述第一业务请求消息获取用户设备UE的漫游信息。
S23、所述第一SSF设备根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE选择第一网络切片实例。
本发明实施例中,在步骤S23之后,还包括:所述第一SSF设备向HPLMN的第二SSF设备发送网络切片选择请求,所述网络切片选择请求用于请求所 述HPLMN的所述第二SSF设备为所述UE在所述HPLMN中选择一个第二网络切片实例;所述第一SSF设备接收所述第二SSF设备发送的切片选择应答消息,所述切片选择应答消息中包括所述第二SSF设备在所述HPLMN中为所述UE选择的第二网络切片实例的信息,所述第二网络切片实例的信息用于指示所述第一网络切片实例中的第一SM功能寻址到所述第二SM功能,与所述第二SM功能交互建立会话连接。

本发明实施例中,所述VPLMN的第一SSF设备接收到UE发送的第一业务请求消息可以是携带了请求业务类型的UE附着请求,用于请求注册到网络并请求网络为所述业务建立会话连接。所述附着请求还可以是在所述VPLMN的第一SSF设备接收到UE发送的第一业务请求消息之前发送的,所述UE附着于所述VPLMN的初始附着流程,如图3所示:
步骤301、UE发送初始附着请求消息,请求注册到网络。
步骤302、第一SSF设备接收到接入网(Access Network,AN)转发的初始附着请求消息,根据所述UE的国际移动用户识别码IMSI,向所述UE的HPLMN中的用户签约数据库,查询所述UE的签约信息,完成UE验证。
步骤303、所述第一SSF设备根据所述签约信息、和所述附着请求中携带的信息、以及HPLMN ID或所述UE为漫游用户,确定所述UE需要的移动性管理MM功能。
步骤304、所述第一SSF设备将初始附着请求消息发送给所述MM功能。
步骤305、所述MM功能选择认证和授权AU功能执行认证和切片授权过程。
步骤306、所述MM功能发送附着接受消息到所述SSF设备,其中,所述附着接受消息中携带所述UE的临时标识(Temporary ID)。

本发明实施例中,所述VPLMN的第一SSF设备接收到的UE发送的第一业务请求消息也可以是会话建立请求消息,用于请求网络为UE请求的业务建立会话连接。
本发明实施例中,在VPLMN中选择第一网络切片实例,在HPLMN中选择第二网络切片实例,所述第一网络切片实例与所述第二网络切片实例共同为UE提供服务,是VPLMN与HPLMN中各功能交互实现的,下面以四个实施例对第一网络切片实例与第二网络切片实例的选择、以及交互的过程进行详细说明。
实施例一、当VPLMN通过第一SSF设备直接向HPLMN中的第二SSF设备发送网络切片选择请求时,VPLMN与HPLMN的交互过程,如图4所示:
步骤401、UE发送第一业务请求消息至VPLMN中的AN节点,所述第一业务请求消息中至少包括UE的标识、服务类型service type或接入点名称(Access Point Name,APN),所述UE的标识可以是UE的临时标识,也可以是UE的IMSI。
步骤402、所述AN节点基于UE的标识将该第一业务请求消息转发给VPLMN的MM功能。
步骤403、所述MM功能将第一业务请求消息转发给VPLMN中的第一SSF设备,并指示VLPMN SSF设备该UE请求的业务是归属地路由home-routed类型,其中,所述MM功能根据UE的签约数据确定UE是一个漫游用户,并根据service type或APN确定该UE请求的业务类型是home-routed类型。
步骤404、第一SSF设备根据UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述 UE选择第一网络切片实例,其中,所述UE的漫游信息包括:指示所述UE为漫游用户的指示信息,和/或所述UE的归属公共陆地移动网络身份识别号码HPLMN ID;其中,所述第一SSF设备根据UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE选择第一网络切片实例,包括所述第一SSF设备根据UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例的切片类型,或者根据UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例,或者根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例、以及所述第一网络切片实例中的网络功能,所述第一网络切片实例中的网络功能,包括移动性管理MM功能,和/或第一会话管理SM功能。
步骤405、VPLMN的第一SSF设备向HPLMN的第二SSF设备发送网络切片选择请求,其中,所述网络切片选择请求中携带所述UE请求的service type(或APN),UE的标识,所述第一网络切片实例的切片类型,可选的,所述网络切片选择请求中还携带VPLMN ID,所述UE的标识是UE的IMSI。
步骤406、HPLMN的第二SSF设备在用户签约数据库中获取UE的签约信息。

可选的,所述网络切片选择请求包括:第一网络切片实例的切片类型。
可选的,所述网络切片选择请求还包括:VPLMN ID。
可选的,所述第一网络切片选择请求还包括:所述第一网络切片实例ID和/或所述第一网络切片实例中的第一SM功能的标识,其中,所述第一网络切片实例ID和/或所述第一网络切片实例中的第一SM功能的标识用于指示所述第二网络切片实例中的第二SM功能寻址到所述第一SM功能,与所述第一SM功能交互建立会话连接。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种选择网络切片的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    拜访公共陆地移动网络VPLMN的第一切片选择功能SSF设备接收第一业务请求消息;
    所述第一SSF设备根据所述第一业务请求消息获取用户设备UE的漫游信息;
    所述第一SSF设备根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE选择第一网络切片实例。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE的漫游信息包括:指示所述UE为漫游用户的指示信息,和/或所述UE的归属公共陆地移动网络身份识别号码HPLMN ID。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一SSF设备根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE选择第一网络切片实例,包括:
    所述第一SSF设备根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例的切片类型。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一SSF设备根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE选择第一网络切片实例,包括:
    所述第一SSF设备根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例;或者
    所述第一SSF设备根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例、以及所述第一网络切片实例中的网络功能。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络切片实例中的网络功能,包括:
    移动性管理MM功能,和/或第一会话管理SM功能。
  6. 如权利要求1、2或5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一SSF设备根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE选择第一网络切片实例之后,还包括:
    所述第一SSF设备向归属公共陆地移动网络HPLMN的第二SSF设备发送网络切片选择请求,所述网络切片选择请求用于请求所述HPLMN的所述第二SSF设备为所述UE在所述HPLMN中选择第二网络切片实例;
    所述第一SSF设备接收所述第二SSF设备发送的切片选择应答消息,所述切片选择应答消息中包括所述第二网络切片实例的信息,其中,所述第二网络切片实例的信息用于指示所述第一网络切片实例中的第一SM功能寻址到所述第二SM功能,与所述第二SM功能交互建立会话连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络切片选择请求包括所述第一网络切片实例的切片类型。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络切片选择请求还包括拜访公共陆地移动网络身份识别号码VPLMN ID。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二网络切片实例的信息,包括:
    所述第二网络切片实例的切片类型,和/或所述第二网络切片实例ID,和/或所述第二网络切片实例的第二SM功能的标识。
  10. 一种选择网络切片的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    归属公共陆地移动网络HPLMN的第二切片选择功能SSF设备接收网络切片选择请求,所述网络切片选择请求携带用户设备UE的拜访地网络的信息;
    所述第二SSF设备接收所述网络切片选择请求后,在所述HPLMN中根据所述UE的拜访地网络的信息为所述UE选择第二网络切片实例;
    所述第二SSF设备发送切片选择应答消息,所述切片选择应答消息中包括所述第二网络切片实例的信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述拜访地网络的信息, 包括:
    第一网络切片实例的切片类型,和/或拜访公共陆地移动网络身份识别号码VPLMN ID。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二SSF设备在所述HPLMN中根据所述UE的拜访地网络的信息为所述UE选择第二网络切片实例,包括:
    所述第二SSF设备根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述HPLMN中为所述UE确定第二网络切片实例的切片类型。
  13. 如权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于所述第二SSF设备在所述HPLMN中根据所述UE的拜访地网络的信息为所述UE选择第二网络切片实例,包括:
    所述第二SSF设备在所述HPLMN中根据所述UE的拜访地网络的信息为所述UE确定第二网络切片实例;或者
    所述第二SSF设备在所述HPLMN中根据所述UE的拜访地网络的信息为所述UE确定第二网络切片实例、以及所述第二网络切片实例中的网络功能。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二网络切片实例中的网络功能,包括:
    第二会话管理SM功能。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述HPLMN的第二SSF设备接收网络切片选择请求,包括:
    所述HPLMN的所述第二SSF设备接收拜访公共陆地移动网络VPLMN的第一SSF设备发送的网络切片选择请求。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述HPLMN的第二SSF设备接收网络切片选择请求,包括:
    所述HPLMN的所述第二SSF设备接收所述第一网络切片实例的第一SM功能发送的网络切片选择请求。
  17. 一种选择网络切片的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    拜访公共陆地移动网络VPLMN的第一会话管理SM功能接收第二业务请求消息,所述第二业务请求消息用于请求第一业务,并指示第一SM功能为所述第一业务建立会话连接;
    所述第一SM功能向归属公共陆地移动网络HPLMN的第二切片选择功能SSF设备发送网络切片选择请求,所述网络切片选择请求用于指示所述第二SSF设备为用户设备UE在所述HPLMN中选择第二网络切片实例;
    所述第一SM功能接收所述第二SSF设备发送的切片选择应答消息,所述切片选择应答消息中包括所述第二网络切片实例的信息。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络切片选择请求包括:所述第一网络切片实例ID,和/或所述第一网络切片实例中的第一SM功能的标识,其中,所述第一网络切片实例ID和/或所述第一网络切片实例中的第一SM功能的标识用于指示所述第二网络切片实例中的第二SM功能寻址到所述第一SM功能,与所述第一SM功能交互建立会话连接。
  19. 一种选择网络切片的装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收第一业务请求消息;
    第一处理单元,用于根据所述第一业务请求消息获取用户设备UE的漫游信息,并根据所述UE的漫游信息在拜访公共陆地移动网络VPLMN中为所述UE选择第一网络切片实例。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一处理单元具体用于:
    根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例的切片类型。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一处理单元具体用于:
    根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例;或
    根据所述UE的漫游信息在所述VPLMN中为所述UE确定第一网络切片实例、以及所述第一网络切片实例中的网络功能。
  22. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第一发送单元,用于向归属公共陆地移动网络HPLMN的第二切片选择功能SSF设备发送网络切片选择请求,所述网络切片选择请求用于请求所述HPLMN的所述第二SSF设备为所述UE在所述HPLMN中选择第二网络切片;
    所述第一接收单元,还用于接收所述第二SSF设备发送的切片选择应答消息,所述切片选择应答消息中包括所述第二网络切片实例的信息,其中,所述第二网络切片实例的信息用于指示所述第一网络切片实例中的第一会话管理SM功能寻址到所述第二SM功能,与所述第二SM功能交互建立会话连接。
  23. 一种选择网络切片的装置,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    第二接收单元,用于接收网络切片选择请求,所述网络切片选择请求携带用户设备UE的拜访地网络的信息;
    第二处理单元,用于所述第二接收单元接收所述网络切片选择请求后,在归属公共陆地移动网络HPLMN中根据所述UE的拜访地网络的信息为所述UE选择第二网络切片实例;
    第二发送单元,用于发送切片选择应答消息,所述切片选择应答消息中包括所述第二网络切片实例的信息。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二处理模块具体用于:
    所述第二接收单元在所述HPLMN中根据所述UE的拜访地网络的信息为所述UE确定第二网络切片实例的切片类型。
  25. 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二处理模块具体用于:
    所述第二接收单元在所述HPLMN中根据所述UE的拜访地网络的信息为所述UE确定第二网络切片实例;
    或在所述HPLMN中根据所述UE的拜访地网络的信息为所述UE确定第二网络切片实例、以及所述第二网络切片实例中的网络功能。
  26. 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二接收模块具体用于:
    接收拜访公共陆地移动网络VPLMN的第一切片选择功能SSF设备发送的网络切片选择请求。
  27. 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二接收模块具体还用于:
    接收所述第一网络切片实例的第一会话管理SM功能发送的网络切片选择请求。
  28. 一种选择网络切片实例的装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    第三接收单元,用于接收第二业务请求消息,所述第二业务请求消息用于请求第一业务,并指示第一会话管理SM功能为所述第一业务建立会话连接;
    第三发送单元,用于向归属公共陆地移动网络HPLMN的第二切片选择功能SSF设备发送网络切片选择请求,所述网络切片选择请求用于指示所述第二SSF设备为用户设备UE在所述HPLMN中选择第二网络切片实例;
    所述第三接收单元,还用于接收所述第二SSF设备发送的切片选择应答消息,所述切片选择应答消息中包括所述第二网络切片实例的信息。
