技术领域
本发明涉及通信设备领域,特别涉及一种机柜。
背景技术
通信机柜站点在布放之后,随着站点的开通率、渗透率的提高和业务容量的增加,当机柜的容量不能满足使用需求时,需要对机柜进行扩容。
目前常用的机柜扩容方法有:
一、在原有机柜站点周边新建站点实现扩容。该方法多在机柜站点初期布放时采用,而应用于机柜扩容时,由于该方法需要新选站址和申请电力,一般申请周期长达6个月,并且可能涉及需要新建水泥基础和挖埋进线管道,其安装过程复杂,所以导致新建站点扩容的周期长、建设成本高,在进行机柜扩容时一般不作为首选方案。
二、在现有机柜的一侧挂接扩展机柜实现扩容。因侧挂的扩展机柜会导致原有机柜的侧门无法打开,该扩容方法在一些需要进行打开侧门操作的机柜上无法实现;且当机柜靠墙安装时,若扩展机柜挂接于机柜靠近墙面的一侧,有可能造成安装空间不足或操作空间不足的问题。
三、在现有机柜的顶部安装扩展机柜,该方法增加了机柜的高度,不便于对顶部的扩展机柜进行操作,且不便于布设进线孔。
四、在现有机柜内部改造升级扩容,该方法受限于现有机柜原有结构,难以实现快速布放。
综上可知,现有技术中对机柜进行扩容的方法均难以快速有效的实现机柜的扩容,降低了机柜的使用便利性,因此,如何在现有的机柜上实现快速有效的容量扩充已成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种机柜,该机柜的扩容方式较为简便且使用便利性较高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下的技术方案:

结合第一方面,在第七种可能的实现方式中,所述机柜本体和与所述机柜本体对应的每个机柜扩容组件中的转接支架之间设有用于密封防水的第一密封机构;
每个机柜扩容组件中,所述转接支架和所述扩展机柜之间设有用于密封防水的第二密封机构。
结合上述第七种可能的实现方式,在第八种可能的实现方式中,所述第一密封机构包括设置于所述机柜本体的每个扩展侧,和/或,设置于与所述机柜本体对应的每个机柜扩容组件中的转接支架的第一转接部的第一胶条,所述第二密封机构包括设置于每个机柜扩容组件中的所述转接支架的第二连接部,和/或,设置于所述扩展机柜的第二连接部的第二胶条。
结合第一方面、上述第一种可能的实现方式、上述第二种可能的实现方式、上述第三种可能的实现方式、上述第四种可能的实现方式、上述第五种可能的实现方式、上述第六种可能的实现方式、上述第七种可能的实现方式、上述第八种可能的实现方式,在第九种可能的实现方式中,每个机柜扩容组件还包括底座,在所述扩展机柜处于所述锁定状态时,所述底座位于所述扩展机柜的底部。
结合上述第九种可能的实现方式,在第十种可能的实现方式中,每个机柜扩容组件中,所述底座和所述转接支架上设有用于向所述扩展机柜内部进线的通孔。
根据第一方面提供的机柜,上述机柜中,在需要进行机柜本体的扩容时,将机柜本体中的任一扩展侧的侧门由该扩展侧的第一连接部上拆下,并将与该扩展侧对应的机柜扩容组件中的转接支架的第一转接部与该扩展侧第一连接部配合连接,以使转接支架安装于扩展侧,再将该机柜扩容组件中的扩展机柜的第二连接部与转接支架的第二转接部配合连接,以使扩展机柜安装于转接支架,即可将机柜扩容组件安装于机柜本体,实现机柜本体的扩容。该扩容方式利用机柜本体上用于安装侧门的第一连接部进行机柜扩容组件的安装,不需新建机柜站点且扩容时不受机柜本体内部结构影响,安装方式较为简便,提高了机柜本体扩容的安装效率;同时,由于扩展机柜具有锁定状态和开合状态,在扩展机柜处于开合状态时,扩展机柜可绕其所在的机柜扩容组件对应的扩展侧的一个侧边、或绕机柜扩容组件中的第二转接部的一个侧边相对于机柜本体旋转,在机柜应用于靠墙安装场景时提高了机柜的使用便利性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本申请实施例作进一步地详细描述。
参见图1所示,图1是本实施例提供的一种机柜的结构示意图,该机柜包括机柜本体10和一个机柜扩容组件20,参见图2所示,图2是机柜本体10的结构示意图,机柜本体 10具有一个扩展侧11,该扩展侧11具有第一连接部111和通过第一连接部111可拆卸连接的侧门112,具体实施中,扩展侧11至少为一个,根据实际需求还可设置多个扩展侧11,以进一步扩展机柜22本体10的容量;
每个扩展侧11对应一个机柜扩容组件20,每个机柜扩容组件20包括图1中所示的转接支架21和扩展机柜22,参见图3所示,图3是转接支架21的结构示意图,本实施例中,转接支架21为框架结构,且包括分别设置于转接支架21相对的两侧的第一转接部211和第二转接部212;参见图4所示,图4是扩展机柜22的结构示意图,扩展机柜22包括第二连接部221,本实施例中,第二连接部221具有连通扩展机柜22内部的开口;
参见图5所示,图5是机柜的各个部件之间的连接关系示意图,每个扩展侧11的侧门112在未与第一连接部111连接时,与扩展侧11对应的机柜扩容组件20中的第一转接部211可与第一连接部111配合连接;;第二连接部221可与第二转接部212配合连接,以使第二转接部212与扩展机柜22配合连接;
参见图1、图6、图7所示,每个机柜扩容组件20中,扩展机柜22具有锁定状态和开合状态,图1所示中的扩展机柜22处于锁定状态,扩展机柜22相对于机柜本体10位置固定;
图6是扩展机柜22处于开合状态时机柜的结构示意图,图6所示的扩展机柜22处于开合状态(扩展机柜22未示出),转接支架21可绕机柜扩容组件20对应的扩展侧11的一个侧边相对于机柜本体10旋转,从而可使安装于转接支架21上的扩展机柜22绕机柜扩容组件20对应的扩展侧11的一个侧边相对于机柜本体10旋转;
图7是扩展机柜22处于开合状态时机柜的另一种结构示意图,图7所示的扩展机柜22处于开合状态,扩展机柜22机柜可绕扩容组件中的第二转接部212的一个侧边相对于机柜本体10旋转。
本实施例提供的机柜中,在需要进行机柜本体10的扩容时,将机柜本体10中的任一扩展侧11的侧门112由该扩展侧11的第一连接部111上拆下,并将与该扩展侧11对应的机柜扩容组件20中的转接支架21的第一转接部211与该扩展侧11第一连接部111配合连接,以使转接支架21安装于扩展侧11,再将该机柜扩容组件20中的扩展机柜22的第二连接部221与转接支架21的第二转接部212配合连接,以使扩展机柜22安装于转接支架21,即可将机柜扩容组件20安装于机柜本体10,实现机柜本体10的扩容。该扩容方式利用机柜本体10上用于安装侧门112的第一连接部111进行机柜扩容组件20的安装,不需新建机柜站点且扩容时不受机柜本体10内部结构影响,安装方式较为简便,提高了机柜本体10扩容的安装效率;同时,由于扩展机柜22具有锁定状态和开合状态,在扩展机柜22处于开合状态时,扩展机柜22可绕其所在的机柜扩容组件20对应的扩展侧11的一个侧边、或绕机柜扩容组件20中的第二转接部212的一个侧边相对于机柜本体10旋转,在机柜应用于靠墙安装场景时提高了机柜的使用便利性。
为实现转接支架21与机柜本体10之间的活动连接,一种具体实施方式中,参见图2所示,每个扩展侧11中,第一连接部111包括分别设置于扩展侧11的两个相对的侧边的第一铰链机构1111和第一锁定机构1112,参见图3所示,与扩展侧11对应的机柜扩容组件20中,每个第一转接部211包括分别设置于第一转接部211所在一侧的两个相对的侧边的第二铰链机构2111和第二锁定机构2112,参见图5所示,第二铰链机构2111用于与第一铰链机构1111可拆卸连接,第二锁定机构2112用于与第一锁定机构1112连接;具 体实施中,第一铰链机构1111和第二铰链机构2111可采用可拆卸连接结构实现,例如采用分别设置于第一连接部111和第一转接部211上、且可互相插接的插孔插柱结构;第一锁定机构1112和二锁定机构可采用在配合连接时能够进行锁定的结构实现,例如第一锁定机构1112可为侧门112的门锁,第二锁定机构2112可为能够与该门锁进行锁定配合的插扣;
参见图6所示,在对应设置的扩展侧11和机柜扩容组件20中,在第一铰链机构1111与第二铰链机构2111连接、且第一锁定机构1112和第二锁定机构2112未连接时,转接支架21可绕第一铰链机构1111和第二铰链机构2111所在的侧边旋转,从而可使安装于转接支架21上的扩展机柜22绕第一铰链机构1111和第二铰链机构2111所在的侧边旋转,以适应对机柜安装空间有条件限制的使用场景,例如机柜的靠墙安装使用场景,同时还可使扩展机柜22和机柜本体10的内部露出,进行对扩展机柜22或机柜本体10内部的操作。
参见图2所示,在机柜本体10不需要进行扩展时,每个扩展侧11中的侧门112的一端可与第一铰链机构1111连接、侧门112的另一端可与第一锁定机构1112连接,以使机柜本体10封闭或打开侧门112以对机柜本体10内部进行操作,具体地,侧门112可包括如图2中所示的可与第一锁定机构1112连接的侧门锁定机构1122,在第一锁定机构1112为门锁时,侧门锁定机构1122可为能够与门锁配合连接且可进行锁定的门锁插扣,侧门112还包括可与第一铰链机构1111可拆卸连接的侧门铰链1121,侧门铰链1121可采用与第一转接部211上的第二铰链机构2111相同的结构。
为实现转接支架21与扩展机柜22之间的活动连接,一种具体实施方式中,参见图3所示,每个转接支架21中,第二转接部212包括分别设置于第二转接部212所在一侧的两个相对的侧边的第三铰链机构2121和第三锁定机构2122,与转接支架21对应的扩展机柜22中,每个第二连接部221包括分别设置于第二转接部212所在一侧的两个相对的侧边的第四铰链机构2211和第四锁定机构2212,参见图5所示,第三铰链机构2121可与第四铰链机构2211活动连接,第三锁定机构2122可与第四锁定机构2212连接;具体实施中,第三铰链机构2121和第四铰链机构2211可与第一铰链机构1111和第二铰链机构2111采用相同的可拆卸连接结构实现,例如采用分别设置于第二连接部221和第二转接部212上、且可互相插接的插孔插柱结构;第三锁定机构2122和四锁定机构可采用在配合连接时能够进行锁定的结构实现,例如采用门锁、插闩等结构;
参见图7所示,在对应设置的转接支架21和扩展机柜22中,在第三铰链机构2121与第四铰链机构2211连接、且第三锁定机构2122和第四锁定机构2212未连接时,转接支架21可绕第三铰链机构2121和第四铰链机构2211所在的侧边旋转,以适应对机柜安装空间有条件限制的使用场景,例如机柜的靠墙安装使用场景,同时还可使扩展机柜22和机柜本体10的内部露出,进行对扩展机柜22或机柜本体10内部的操作。
第一铰链机构1111、第二铰链机构2111、第三铰链机构2121和第四铰链机构2211在机柜中的分布方式可有如下两种方式:
一种具体实施方式中,在对应的扩展侧11和机柜扩容组件20中,第一铰链机构1111、第二铰链机构2111、第三铰链机构2121和第四铰链机构2211位于同一侧;该方式中扩展机柜22只可在四个铰链机构所在的一侧进行旋转;
另一种具体实施方式中,参见图6和图7所示,在对应的扩展侧11和机柜扩容组件20中,第一铰链机构1111和第二铰链机构2111位于同一侧,第三铰链机构2121和第四 铰链机构2211位于与第一铰链机构1111和第二铰链机构2111相对的一侧。该方式中扩展机柜22可在第一铰链机构1111和第二铰链机构2111所在的一侧进行旋转,也可在第三铰链机构2121和第四铰链机构2211所在的一侧进行旋转。
一种具体实施方式中,为便于对第三锁定机构2122和第四锁定机构2212进行操作,第三锁定机构2122和第四锁定机构2212可由扩展机柜22的内部进行连接或分离,也可由扩展机柜22的外部进行连接或分离,或第三锁定机构2122和第四锁定机构2212由扩展机柜22的内部和外部均可实现连接或分离。
参见图4和图8所示,每个扩展机柜22包括一个柜门222和与柜门222对应设置的柜门锁定机构2221,具体实施中,柜门222至少为一个,也可根据实际需求设置多个柜门222,柜门锁定机构2221可为门锁或插闩;图4中的柜门222处于锁定状态,图8中的柜门222处于打开状态;
柜门锁定机构2221可由扩展机柜22的外部进行开启或锁定,也可由扩展机柜22的内部进行开启或锁定,或均可由扩展机柜22的内部和外部进行开启或锁定。为提高柜门222的使用安全性,柜门222上可设置如图4和图8中所示的权限锁2222,该权限锁2222只可由扩展机柜22的内部打开,因此在扩展机柜22使用时,拥有机柜本体10的开启权限的使用者才可由扩展机柜22内部打开权限锁2222,进而打开扩展机柜22的柜门222,提高了扩展机柜22的使用安全性。
为提高机柜的密封性能,降低机柜在使用过程中进水的概率,一种具体实施方式中,参见图8所示,图8是机柜的局部放大图,机柜本体10和对应的每个机柜扩容组件20中的转接支架21之间设有用于密封防水的第一密封机构12;每个机柜扩容组件20中,转接支架21和扩展机柜22之间设有用于密封防水的第二密封机构223。
具体地,第一密封机构13包括设置于机柜本体10的每个扩展侧11,和/或,设置于每个转接支架21的第一转接部211的第一胶条;
第二密封机构223包括设置于每个转接支架21的第二连接部221,和/或,设置于每个扩展机柜22的第二连接部221的第二胶条。
参见图1和图9所示,图9是本实施例提供的机柜扩容组件内部进线方式示意图,为对扩展机柜22进行支撑且保护扩展机柜22底部的线缆,一种具体实施方式中,每个机柜扩容组件20还包括底座23,在扩展机柜22处于锁定状态时,底座23位于扩展机柜22的底部。
具体实施中,底座23的内部形成有容置扩展机柜22底部线缆的容置空间,在机柜的使用过程中,线缆可收纳于底座23中并与外界环境隔开,可降低线缆因外露而造成损坏的概率;同时,底座23可由扩展机柜22的底部支撑扩展机柜22,提高扩展机柜22与转接支架21之间的连接稳定性;在机柜的使用过程中,底座23可防止机柜附近的行人的脚部伸入扩展机柜而造成的安全隐患;此外,底座23还可提高机构的整体美观度。
为便于扩展机柜22的进线,底座设有用于向扩展机柜22内部进线的通孔,参见图3所示,转接支架21上也设有用于向扩展机柜22内部进线的通孔213,扩展机柜22在使用过程中,参见图9所示,线缆01可由底座和转接支架21上的通孔进入扩展机柜22内部。
以下,对本申请中的部分用语进行解释说明,以便与本领域技术人员理解。
多个,是指两个或两个以上。
另外,需要理解的是,在本申请的描述中,“第一”、“第二”等词汇,仅用于区分 描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性,也不能理解为指示或暗示顺序。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请实施例的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请实施例的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种机柜,其特征在于,包括具有至少一个扩展侧的机柜本体,以及至少一个机柜扩容组件,每个扩展侧对应一个机柜扩容组件,其中:
    每个扩展侧包括第一连接部、以及与所述第一连接部可拆卸连接的侧门;
    每个机柜扩容组件包括转接支架和扩展机柜,所述转接支架相对的两侧分别设置有第一转接部和第二转接部,所述扩展机柜具有第二连接部;
    针对每个扩展侧,在未与对应的侧门连接时,所述第一连接部与对应的转接支架的所述第一转接部与配合连接,且所述转接支架的所述第二转接部与所述扩展机柜通过第二连接部配合连接;
    针对每个机柜扩容组件,所述扩展机柜具有锁定状态和开合状态,在所述扩展机柜处于所述锁定状态时,所述扩展机柜与所述机柜本体固定连接;在所述扩展机柜处于所述开合状态时,所述扩展机柜可绕对应的扩展侧的一个侧边、或绕对应的转接支架的所述第二转接部的一个侧边相对于所述机柜本体旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机柜,其特征在于,每个扩展侧中,所述第一连接部包括第一铰链机构和第一锁定机构,所述第一铰链机构和第一锁定机构分别设置于所述扩展侧的两个相对的侧边;
    与每个扩展侧对应的机柜扩容组件中,每个转接支架的所述第一转接部包括第二铰链机构和第二锁定机构,所述第二铰链机构和所述第二锁定机构分别设置于所述第一转接部的两个相对的侧边;所述第二铰链机构用于与所述第一铰链机构可拆卸连接,所述第二锁定机构用于与所述第一锁定机构连接;
    在对应设置的一组扩展侧和机柜扩容组件中,在所述第一铰链机构与所述第二铰链机构连接、且所述第一锁定机构和所述第二锁定机构未连接时,所述转接支架可绕所述第一铰链机构和所述第二铰链机构所在的侧边旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的机柜,其特征在于,每个扩展侧中,所述侧门的一端可与所述第一铰链机构可拆卸连接、所述侧门的另一端可与所述第一锁定机构连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的机柜,其特征在于,每个转接支架中,所述第二转接部包括第三铰链机构和第三锁定机构,所述第三铰链机构和所述第三锁定机构分别设置于所述第二转接部的两个相对的侧边上;
    与每个转接支架对应的扩展机柜中,所述第二连接部包括第四铰链机构和第四锁定机构,所述第四铰链机构和所述第四锁定机构分别设置于所述第二转接部的两个相对的侧边上,所述第四铰链机构用于与所述第三铰链机构活动连接,所述第四锁定机构用于与所述第三锁定机构连接;
    在对应设置的一组转接支架和扩展机柜中,在所述第三铰链机构与所述第四铰链机构连接、且所述第三锁定机构和所述第四锁定机构未连接时,所述转接支架可绕所述第三铰链机构和所述第四铰链机构所在的侧边旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的机柜,其特征在于,在对应的扩展侧和机柜扩容组件中,所述第一铰链机构、所述第二铰链机构、所述第三铰链机构和所述第四铰链机构位于同一侧;或;
    在对应的扩展侧和机柜扩容组件中,所述第一铰链机构和所述第二铰链机构位于同一 侧,所述第三铰链机构和所述第四铰链机构位于与所述第一铰链机构和所述第二铰链机构相对的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的机柜,其特征在于,在对应的转接支架和扩展机柜中,所述第三锁定机构和所述第四锁定机构可由所述扩展机柜的内部,和/或,所述扩展机柜的外部进行连接或分离。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的机柜,其特征在于,每个扩展机柜包括至少一个柜门,还包括与每个柜门对应设置的柜门锁定机构,每个柜门锁定机构可由所述扩展机柜的外部,和/或,所述扩展机柜的内部开启或锁定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的机柜,其特征在于,所述机柜本体和对应的每个转接支架之间设有用于密封防水的第一密封机构;
    每个机柜扩容组件中,所述转接支架和所述扩展机柜之间设有用于密封防水的第二密封机构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的机柜,其特征在于,所述第一密封机构包括设置于所述机柜本体的每个扩展侧,和/或,设置于与所述机柜本体对应的每个机柜扩容组件中的转接支架的第一转接部的第一胶条,所述第二密封机构包括设置于每个机柜扩容组件中的所述转接支架的第二连接部,和/或,设置于所述扩展机柜的第二连接部的第二胶条。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的机柜,其特征在于,每个机柜扩容组件还包括底座,在所述扩展机柜处于所述锁定状态时,所述底座位于所述扩展机柜的底部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的机柜,其特征在于,每个机柜扩容组件中,所述底座和所述转接支架上设有用于向所述扩展机柜内部进线的通孔。
