Abstract

본 발명은 스테레오 이미지 정합 연산에서 필수적인 스테레오 이미지 보정과 Census 변환을 아날로그 도메인에서 높은 에너지 효율로 병렬적으로 처리할 수 있도록 한 CMOS 이미지 센서를 집적한 스테레오 이미지 정합 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 이미지 센서와 디지털 프로세서를 하나의 칩에 집적하여, 영상 획득과 스테레오 이미지 정합을 병렬적으로 처리하는 스테레오 이미지 정합 시스템인 것으로, 동일한 물체에 대해 서로 다른 위치에서 촬영된 스테레오 이미지의 픽셀들 위치를 서로 동일한 위치로 정합하도록, 상기 스테레오 이미지에서 어느 하나의 이미지를 기준으로 다른 스테레오 이미지를 형성하는 픽셀들의 수직방향 위치를 보정하는 픽셀과 픽셀 사이에 설치된 수직방향 위치보정 스위치를 구비한 이미지센서를 포함하여 구성된다.
