技术领域
本申请属于钟或表技术领域,涉及一种表耳结构。
背景技术
普通或智能手表外壳(以下简称表壳)材质可为塑料壳,可采用标准表带将表壳安装至表耳。当表耳材料与表壳材料为塑料且表耳与表壳一体加工时,受塑料模具注塑成型技术的限制,塑料表耳所在外观面可能存在较多合模线。合模线的清除相对复杂,同时会影响美观。若采用打磨喷漆的方式处理合模线,佩戴喷漆的手表可能会引起人体不适。
因此需要一种无需进行喷涂处理且外形美观的表耳结构。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的之一在于提供一种无需进行喷涂处理且外形美观的表耳结构。
本申请提供一种表耳结构,包括:开设有若干定位孔的表壳、分别插设至所述若干定位孔的表耳以及连接介质,其中,所述表耳通过所述连接介质固定在所述表壳上。
在本申请中,表耳可进行独立加工,表耳与表壳之间不会产生合模线,表耳可具有高质量的外观面。当表耳作为零件组装到表壳上时,表耳与表壳形成一体,外形美观;采用连接介质连接表壳和表耳,对手表整体的外观影响小。

如图1和图3所示,本公开的表耳结构包括表壳10、表耳20和连接介质30。在表壳10上开设有若干定位孔11。表耳20可作为一个独立零件加工,其结构与定位孔11的结构相适配。当将表耳20安装至表壳10时,表耳20可插设至定位孔11,并通过连接介质30固定在表壳10上。其中,连接介质30可设置在表壳10内。
本实施例中,表壳10作为一个基础件,在表壳10上开设具有安装和定位功能的定位孔11,可在定位孔11内设置连接介质30。当表耳20***到相应的定位孔11中时,通过连接介质30将表耳20固定在表壳10上,使表耳20和表壳10形成一个整体。例如,在生产智能手表时,表耳20可作为独立零件加工,这样,表耳20与表壳10之间不会产生合模线,表耳20可具有高质量的外观面,且表耳20的安装方便,智能手表的整体质量易于控制。另外,连接介质30设置在表壳10内,不会影响智能手表的外观,表壳10与表耳20的材料可选择相同材质或不同材质,如两者均采用塑料,或一个采用塑料、一个采用金属,或采用其他材质的材料。表耳20的材料选择灵活,便于加工。
表耳20与表壳10的连接方式可以采用胶接剂连接或紧固件31连接,使表耳20准确定位并固定在表壳10上。
一、以胶接剂作为连接介质30的实施方式:
如图2、图3所示,胶接剂可涂覆在表壳10和/或表耳20的接触面上。例如,胶接剂可以涂覆在表壳10上的定位孔11内,也可以涂覆在表耳20与表壳10的接触面上,也可以同时在定位孔11和表耳20上涂覆胶接剂,及其它可能胶接剂涂覆的组合方式。采用胶接剂连 接表耳20与表壳10,表耳20和表壳10的连接会相对牢固。定位孔11的底面与定位孔11的孔壁可形成闭合曲面。在定位孔11的孔壁与定位孔11的底面的相交处可设有一圈环形的凹槽17,凹槽17自定位孔11的底面向下凹陷。这样,凹槽17的设置可提升表耳20与定位孔11的孔壁之间的接触面面积,使二者可贴合更紧密,同时给胶接剂预留胶接空间,提高了粘结强度,使表耳20与表壳10的连接牢固。在表壳10上设置的定位孔11可采用闭合形式,以使手表具有良好的气密性和水密性。
在定位孔11内可设置定位柱12,定位柱12可部分凸出表壳10的外表面。在表耳20上可设置组装孔21。当表耳20插设至定位孔11时,定位柱12可***组装孔21内。定位柱12有助于导向和定位表耳20,使表耳20的安装位置准确。组装孔21的底面可设置成斜面。组装孔21的斜面可以调节表耳20在生产过程中的外形尺寸的形变量,确保表耳20的外观和尺寸的精确度。定位柱12的端面可设置成与组装孔21的底面相匹配的倾斜面。
在定位柱12内可开设导向孔15,导向孔15可为沉孔。在组装孔21内可凸出设置导向柱28。导向柱28可设置成规则的几何形状比如锥台形、长方体或圆柱形等,也可设置成表面平整且沿凸出方向逐渐减小的不规则形状。在导向柱28的外表面可设置切面,当表耳20插设至定位孔11时,导向柱28可***导向孔15内,以引导定位柱12与组装孔21的装配。导向柱28可提高表耳20的安装精度,以使表耳20安装后的位移偏差小。同时导向柱28也可以增加表耳20与表壳10的胶合面积。
二、以紧固件31作为连接介质30的实施方式:
如图4和图5所示,在表壳10上可开设通孔16,通孔16可贯穿定位孔11的底面。在表耳20上可开设连接孔201,连接孔201可沿通孔16的中心线方向开设。紧固件31从表壳10的内侧穿过通孔16,紧固件31可锁紧至连接孔201,将表耳20固定在表壳10上。紧固件31由表壳10内侧向外侧穿出以固定表耳20,这样,表耳20的安装固定方便,且表耳20的外侧表面光滑平整,便于用模具加工。
在定位孔11内可设置定位柱12,定位孔11可设为沉孔,定位柱12的末端可凸出表壳10的外表面。通孔16可贯穿定位柱12,通孔16的轴线平行于定位柱12的中心线。在表耳20上可开设组装孔21,连接孔201开设在组装孔21内。当表耳20插设至定位孔11时,定位柱12***组装孔21内,紧固件31穿过通孔16将表耳20锁紧安装在表壳10上。通孔16开设在定位柱12的凸出方向,由表壳10的内表面导通至外表面。表耳20上的组装孔21可与定位柱12相互配合。其中,通孔16的轴线与连接孔201的轴线共线,紧固件31穿过通孔16以连接表耳20和表壳10。定位柱12的导向性好,可使表耳20的安装位置偏移度小、准 确度高。
如图6和图7所示,在以胶接剂或紧固件31作为连接介质30的实施例中,在定位柱12上可设有定位面121,定位面121开设在定位柱12的外表面且平行于定位柱12的轴线。在组装孔21上可具有配合面211。配合面211可与定位面121相匹配。当表耳20插设至定位孔11时,定位面121与配合面211相互限定。定位柱12与组装孔21之间可以采用紧配方式,使配合面211与定位面121相互贴合。定位柱12与组装孔21之间也可以采用间隙配合,例如,可以在定位柱12与组装孔21之间设置胶接空间。配合面211与定位面121可以起到导向和限制表耳20转动的作用。
在定位孔11内还可设置若干个限位孔13,限位孔13可自定位孔11的底面向下凹陷。相应地,表耳20的底面上可凸出设置若干限位柱22。当表耳20插设至定位孔11时,限位柱22可***限位孔13。限位柱22与限位孔13对应设置,限位柱22可以协同定位柱12定位或独立定位表耳20的安装位置,避免表耳20的安装位置发生移动。
在以胶接剂作为连接介质30的实施例中,当限位柱22与限位孔13为紧配时,限位柱22可以导向和定位表耳20的安装;当限位柱22与限位孔13为间隙配合时,限位柱22还可以增加表耳20与表壳10之间的胶接面积,提高胶接强度。
在以紧固件31作为连接介质30的实施例中,无论限位柱22与限位孔13为紧配还是间隙配合,限位柱22均可以导向和定位表耳20的安装,限制表耳20的转动,提高表耳20安装的稳定性。
如图2、图4、图6和图7所示,定位孔11的孔壁可近似呈锥面状,孔壁的斜率可沿定位孔11底面向上逐渐缩小。在表耳20上可设置安装面25。当表耳20插设至定位孔11时,安装面25与定位孔11的孔壁相匹配。两表耳20相对设置在表壳10上,两者之间相互平行。例如,定位孔11的孔壁上接近表耳20方向的斜率较小,定位孔11的孔壁上远离表耳20方向的斜率较大。孔壁的斜率变化使表耳20与表壳10的贴合度更高,表耳20的平行度高。
如图2、图4和图6所示,表耳20可包括连接部24和凸起部23,连接部24的截面积大于凸起部23的截面积,两者呈喇叭状分布。凸起部23可倾斜设置在连接部24上侧,凸起部23与连接部24通过弧面过渡连接。在凸起部23上具有连接面26,在连接面26上开设有栓孔27。两表耳20安装在表壳10上,两连接面26正对设置且栓孔27的轴线共线。通过伸缩轴可将标准表带安装在两表耳20的栓孔27上。通过表耳20的安装面25与定位孔11的孔壁之间的贴合及定位柱12与组装孔21之间的定位配合,可以调节两连接面26之间的平行度和 两栓孔27之间的同轴度,以使伸缩轴的安装位置准确且表带转动灵活。
安装面25设置在连接部24的端面上,安装面25与凸起部23分设在连接部24两侧。由于连接部24的截面积大,安装面25与定位孔11的接触面积大。这样,安装面25与定位孔11的粘结力较强。
如图2和图4所示,在定位孔11的底面上凸设有若干凸台14,凸台14间隔设置在限位孔13之间。凸台14可用于调节表耳20与定位孔11的底面之间的间隙,便于胶结剂的凝结,提高胶接剂的容量和胶接剂的厚度,同时,凸台14可以调节表耳20与表壳10的接触面,使安装面25紧密贴合在定位孔11的孔壁上,提高表耳20的安装稳定性,减小表耳20与表壳10之间的缝隙。

Claims (14)

  1. 表耳结构,包括:
    开设有若干定位孔的表壳;
    分别插设至所述若干定位孔的表耳;以及
    连接介质;
    其中,所述表耳通过所述连接介质固定在所述表壳上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表耳结构,其中,
    所述定位孔内设有定位柱,
    所述表耳上开设有组装孔,
    当所述表耳插设至所述定位孔时,所述定位柱***所述组装孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的表耳结构,其中,
    在所述定位柱的外表面上开设平行于所述定位柱轴线的定位面,
    所述组装孔上设有配合面,
    当所述表耳插设至所述定位孔时,所述定位面与所述配合面相互限定。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的表耳结构,其中,
    所述定位孔内设有若干限位孔,所述限位孔自所述定位孔的底面向下凹陷,
    所述表耳上凸出设置有若干限位柱,
    当所述表耳插设至所述定位孔时,所述限位柱对应***所述限位孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的表耳结构,其中,
    所述连接介质包括胶接剂,
    所述胶接剂涂覆在所述表壳和所述表耳的接触面上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的表耳结构,其中,
    所述定位柱内开设有导向孔,
    所述组装孔内凸出设置有导向柱,
    当所述表耳插设至所述定位孔时,所述导向柱***所述导向孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的表耳结构,其中,所述定位孔的底面与所述定位孔的孔壁形成闭合曲面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的表耳结构,其中,在所述定位孔的孔壁与所述定位孔的底面的相交处设置一圈凹槽,所述凹槽自定位孔的底面向下凹陷。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的表耳结构,其中,
    所述连接介质包括紧固件,
    所述表壳上开设有通孔,
    所述表耳上开设有连接孔,其轴线与所述通孔的轴线共线,
    所述紧固件穿过通孔并锁紧至所述连接孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的表耳结构,其中,
    所述通孔贯穿所述定位柱,
    所述连接孔开设在所述组装孔内,
    当所述表耳插设至所述定位孔时,所述定位柱***所述组装孔内,所述紧固件锁紧至所述连接孔。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的表耳结构,其中,各所述表耳包括:
    连接部;和
    凸起部,其与所述连接部通过弧面过渡连接,所述凸起部上设置有连接面,所述连接面上具有栓孔,
    当两个所述表耳安装在所述表壳上,两个所述连接面正对设置且所述栓孔的轴线共线。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的表耳结构,其中,
    在所述连接部上设置安装面;
    所述凸起部与所述安装面分设在所述连接部两端;
    当所述表耳插设至所述定位孔时,所述安装面与所述定位孔的孔壁相匹配。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的表耳结构,其中,
    所述定位孔的孔壁呈锥面状,所述孔壁的斜率沿所述定位孔底面向上逐渐缩小。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的表耳结构,其中,所述定位孔的底面上凸设有若干凸台。
