电话号码标记的方法以及标记*** 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域，提供了一种电话号码标记的方法以及标记***。
背景技术
改革开放以来，中国的 电信 事业发展十分迅速。移动手机用户已近 5 亿，固定电话用户达到 3.5 亿，中国已成为全球用户最多的通讯大国。但是，在电信产业迅猛发展的同时，利用现代 通讯技术 和 结算方式 的便利进行的电话营销、各种诈骗犯罪活动也日益猖獗起来。
在日常生活中，经常会接到的是骚扰电话，绝对人让人深恶痛绝的，相信大家都经历过，半夜电话突然响一声就挂了，不以为然的继续想睡，刚要睡着电话又响了一声挂了，还有时候是在淘宝买东西，给了差评，卖家利用报复心理打电话辱骂， 1 个小时可以拨打几十个骚扰电话，还有电话营销，今天打来问你房子卖不卖，明天打来问你房子租不租，很多人对这种情况都表示不知道应该怎么去做，非常的困扰。最不能原谅的就是电话诈骗，电话诈骗的被骗人中，中老年人占 80% ，原因是这些人生活单调、不看社会新闻和法制新闻、被所谓热情和关注所迷惑、有发财欲望等。
警方在对电信诈骗受害人群分析后发现，受害者中 45 岁至 60 岁的中老年人约占 70% 。在这批被骗的中老年人中，女性又约占 80% 。
综上，需要针对当前无法提前对骚扰电话、诈骗电话、营销电话的号码进行防范的情况 ，需要提供一种本发明通过记录电话号码对应的类型标签，当该号码多次被用户标记时，提示该号码类型，从而使用户在接听未知电话时，提前判断号码对应的类型，免受未知电话的骚扰。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种电话号码标记的方法，目的在于 针对当前无法提前对骚扰电话、诈骗电话、营销电话的号码进行防范的情况 ，需要提供一种本发明通过记录电话号码对应的类型标签，当该号码多次被用户标记时，提示该号码类型，从而使用户在接听未知电话时，提前判断号码对应的类型，免受未知电话的骚扰。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种电话号码标记的方法，包括以下步骤：
记录电话号码被标记次数阈值及电话号码对应的类型标签；
当用户接听电话时，可标记电话号码对应的类型标签并上传至云端；
当电话号码被标记同一类型标签次数超过所述电话号码被标记次数阈值时，另一用户接收该电话号码电话时，向另一用户手机推送该号码对应的类型标签。
本发明实施例还提供了一种标记***，包括：
记录单元，标记单元，推送单元，其中：
记录单元，位于本地，用于记录电话号码被标记次数阈值及电话号码对应的类型标签；
标记单元，位于本地，其输入端与所述记录单元输出端连接，用于当用户接听电话时，可标记电话号码对应的类型标签并上传至云端；
推送单元，位于云端，用于当电话号码被标记同一类型标签次数超过所述电话号码被标记次数阈值时，另一用户接收该电话号码电话时，向另一用户手机推送该号码对应的类型标签。
 有益效果
本发明通过记录电话号码对应的类型标签，当该号码多次被用户标记时，提示该号码类型，从而使用户在接听未知电话时，提前判断号码对应的类型，免受未知电话的骚扰。

图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种电话号码标记的方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S100 中，记录电话号码被标记次数阈值及电话号码对应的类型标签。
本实施例中，记录 13888888888 电话被标记次数的值域为 10 次，对应的类型标签为'广告'，在服务器上可将标签选项固定设置为'广告'、'诈骗'、'骚扰'三种。
在步骤 S101 中，当用户接听电话时，可标记电话号码对应的类型标签并上传至云端。
在本实施例中，当用户接到 13888888888 打来的电话时，知道该来电内容为广告宣传，可选择该号码的类型为'广告'并将其上传至云端。
在步骤 S102 中，当电话号码被标记同一类型标签次数超过所述电话号码被标记次数阈值时，另一用户接收该电话号码电话时，向另一用户手机推送该号码对应的类型标签。
当 13888888888 这个号码被标记为'广告'类型超过 10 次后，第 11 个人接到该号码打过来的电话时，云端根据号码推送该号码对应的类型标签 '广告'，并在用户手机上显示号码及'广告'标签。
本发明通过记录电话号码对应的类型标签，当该号码多次被用户标记时，提示该号码类型，从而使用户在接听未知电话时，提前判断号码对应的类型，免受未知电话的骚扰。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的标记***构示意图，所述标记***包括：
记录单元 21 ，标记单元 22 ，推送单元 23 ，其中：
记录单元 21 ，位于本地，用于记录电话号码被标记次数阈值及电话号码对应的类型标签；
标记单元 22 ，位于本地，其输入端与所述记录单元 21 输出端连接，用于当用户接听电话时，可标记电话号码对应的类型标签并上传至云端；
推送单元 23 ，位于云端，其输入端与所述标记单元 22 输出端连接，用于当电话号码被标记同一类型标签次数超过所述电话号码被标记次数阈值时，另一用户接收该电话号码电话时，向另一用户手机推送该号码对应的类型标签。
其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录电话号码被标记次数阈值及电话号码对应的类型标签；标记单元 22 ，当用户接听电话时，可标记电话号码对应的类型标签并上传至云端；推送单元 23 ，当电话号码被标记同一类型标签次数超过所述电话号码被标记次数阈值时，另一用户接收该电话号码电话时，向另一用户手机推送该号码对应的类型标签。
本发明通过记录电话号码对应的类型标签，当该号码多次被用户标记时，提示该号码类型，从而使用户在接听未知电话时，提前判断号码对应的类型，免受未知电话的骚扰。

  1. 一种电话号码标记的方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    记录电话号码被标记次数阈值及电话号码对应的类型标签；
    当用户接听电话时，可标记电话号码对应的类型标签并上传至云端；
    当电话号码被标记同一类型标签次数超过所述电话号码被标记次数阈值时，另一用户接收该电话号码电话时，向另一用户手机推送该号码对应的类型标签。
  2. 一种标记***，其特征在于，所述标记***包括：
    记录单元，标记单元，推送单元，其中：
    记录单元，位于本地，用于记录电话号码被标记次数阈值及电话号码对应的类型标签；
    标记单元，位于本地，其输入端与所述记录单元输出端连接，用于当用户接听电话时，可标记电话号码对应的类型标签并上传至云端；
