一种智能定时器开关(100)包括主控电路(102)、接口电路(103)、供电电路(104)和显示电路(105);其中,主控电路(102)用于实现定时器开关(100)的条件控制;接口电路(103)用于连接带有压缩机的电器设备、对电器设备的运行状态进行采集以提供给主控电路(102)并且接受主控电路(102)的控制信号以对电器设备进行开关控制;供电电路(104)用于将市电变压为主控电路(102)、接口电路(103)、和显示电路(105)所需的电压。在时间到达设定的供电时间时,智能定时器开关(100)延时一段时间再开启继电器,给设备供电;在时间到达设定的断电时间前,提前检测电器的运行状态,待压缩机停机后,断开继电器,给设备断电。该智能定时器开关(100)能够定时对电器设备进行开关,在开关时通过条件判断对电器设备进行保护。

Description

智能定时器开关 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能定时器开关。
背景技术
在很多场所,因条件限制或者其它因素,在一些时间段(如夜间)会定时停电,停电后所在范围内所有用电设施将被强制停电,其中也包括一些冰箱、冰柜等家用电器;冰箱、冰柜等电器上的压缩机在工作过程中若被强制停电,会造成损伤,长期如此,会导致压缩机烧坏。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中问题,本发明提供了一种智能定时器开关,能够定时对电器设备进行开关,在开关时通过条件判断对电器设备进行保护。本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种智能定时器开关,包括主控电路、接口电路、供电电路和显示电路;其中,主控电路用于实现定时器开关的条件控制;接口电路用于连接带有压缩机的电器设备、对电器设备的运行状态进行采集以提供给主控电路并且接受主控电路的控制信号以对电器设备进行开关控制;供电电路用于将市电变压为主控电路、接口电路、和显示电路所需的电压;显示电路用于在主控电路的控制下显示定时器的相关信息。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述主控电路包括主控IC,主控IC接受使用者的定时设置以及复位信号;主控IC输出信号给显示电路以显示定时的信息;主控IC接收接口电路所采集的电器设备的运行状态信号,通过主控IC的运算后发出控制信号以控制接口电路中的继电器的通/断。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述接口电路包括继电器、运行状态信号采集芯片以及插座;电气设备的插头***插座,继电器根据主控电路的控制信号连通或者断开市电的供电,运行状态信号采集芯片对电器设备的运行状态进行采集。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述主控电路的控制逻辑如下:
(1)在时间到达设定的供电时间时,智能定时器开关判断延时是否达到第一预设时间,压缩机停机后第一预设时间内不宜重新开机工作,因此不会立刻供电,待第一预设时间达到时,开启继电器,给设备供电;
(2)在时间到达设定的断电时间前,提前检测电器的运行状态,智能定时器开关判断压缩机是否停机,压缩机工作时不宜直接断电,因此不会立刻断电,待压缩机停机后,断开继电器,给设备断电。
作为本发明的进一步改进,压缩机的启动及停止状态,通过检查电流大小进行判断:压缩机启动时,其电流很大,停止时待机电流非常微小。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够定时对电器设备进行开关,在开关时通过条件判断对电器设备进行保护,本发明节能环保,设计制造方便,实现方式简单,便于推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
本发明设计一款智能定时器开关,将该开关插在现有插座上,再将冰箱、冰柜等带有压缩机的电器插在开关上,根据需求设定电器工作的供电时间及断电时间,在供电及断电时,先进行条件判断,在条件允许的条件下供电及断电,最大程度内降低对电器设备的破坏。
如附图1所述,本发明的智能定时器开关100,包括主控电路102、接口电路103、供电电路104和显示电路105。主控电路用于实现定时器开关的条件控制;接口电路用于连接带有压缩机的电器设备、对电器设备的运行状态进行采集以提供给主控电路并且接受主控电路 的控制信号以对电器设备进行开关控制;供电电路用于将市电变压为主控电路、接口电路、和显示电路所需的电压;显示电路用于在主控电路的控制下显示定时器的相关信息。
附图2是主控电路的电路图。主控电路的主控IC可采用PMC232-20芯片。主控电路由供电电路的VDD进行供电;主控IC接受使用者的定时设置以及复位信号(参见附图2中的SET按钮和TONE按钮);主控IC输出信号给显示电路以显示定时等信息;主控IC接收接口电路所采集的电器设备的运行状态信号Cur,通过主控IC的运算后发出控制信号PowerCtrl以控制接口电路中的继电器的通/断。
附图3是接口电路的电路图。接口电路包括继电器、运行状态信号采集芯片以及插座。电气设备的插头***插座,继电器根据主控电路的控制信号连通或者断开市电的供电,运行状态信号采集芯片对电器设备的运行状态进行采集,得到信号Cur以输出给主控电路。
附图4是供电电路的电路图,供电电路将市电变压为5V的直流电VDD。附图5是显示电路的电路图,显示电路接收主控电路的输出信号,然后在显示屏上显示出时间、状态代码等信息。
主控电路的控制逻辑如下:
(1)在时间到达设定的供电时间时,智能定时器开关判断延时是否达到第一预设时间(例如30秒),压缩机停机后第一预设时间内不宜重新开机工作,因此不会立刻供电,待第一预设时间达到时,开启继电器,给设备供电。
(2)在时间到达设定的断电时间前,提前检测电器的运行状态,智能定时器开关判断压缩机是否停机(压缩机的启动及停止状态,通过检查电流大小进行判断:压缩机启动时,其电流很大,停止时待机电流非常微小),压缩机工作时不宜直接断电,因此不会立刻断电,待压缩机停机后,断开继电器,给设备断电。
本发明能够定时对电器设备进行开关,在开关时通过条件判断对电器设备进行保护,本发明节能环保,设计制造方便,实现方式简单,便于推广。

  1. 一种智能定时器开关,其特征在于:所述智能定时器开关包括主控电路、接口电路、供电电路和显示电路;其中,主控电路用于实现定时器开关的条件控制;接口电路用于连接带有压缩机的电器设备、对电器设备的运行状态进行采集以提供给主控电路并且接受主控电路的控制信号以对电器设备进行开关控制;供电电路用于将市电变压为主控电路、接口电路、和显示电路所需的电压;显示电路用于在主控电路的控制下显示定时器的相关信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能定时器开关,其特征在于:所述主控电路包括主控IC,主控IC接受使用者的定时设置以及复位信号;主控IC输出信号给显示电路以显示定时的信息;主控IC接收接口电路所采集的电器设备的运行状态信号,通过主控IC的运算后发出控制信号以控制接口电路中的继电器的通/断
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能定时器开关,其特征在于:所述接口电路包括继电器、运行状态信号采集芯片以及插座;电气设备的插头***插座,继电器根据主控电路的控制信号连通或者断开市电的供电,运行状态信号采集芯片对电器设备的运行状态进行采集。
