本发明属于手机领域，尤其是涉及 一种关闭非适用软件时的技术信息展示方法以及手机 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 一种软件管理的方法以及手机 》 ），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种关闭非适用软件时的技术信息展示方法 ， 目的在于 针对当前智能手机软件粘性过大、容易造成用户沉溺的缺陷，提供一种科学干预手机使用、管理手机软件的方法 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种关闭非适用软件时的技术信息展示方法，包括以下步骤：
记录预设的与各软件匹配的禁用时间段；
当用户打开软件时，判断当期时间是否属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段；
若否，保持原样；
若是，关闭用户打开的软件，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种手机，包括：
记录单元，判断单元，关闭单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录预设的与各软件匹配的禁用时间段；
判断单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于当用户打开软件时，判断当期时间是否属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段；
关闭单元，其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接，用于关闭用户打开的软件；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述关闭单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
该发明在用户使用手机开启软件时，如果判出断当前是所述手机软件的禁用时间段，则手机主动关闭该软件，从而辅助用户实现合理安排软件的使用时间，避免了沉迷于玩手机而浪费时间，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

在步骤 S101 中记录预设的与各软件匹配的禁用时间段。
在本实施例中，以用户 A 的手机为例，记录预设的与各软件匹配的禁用时间段，如微信禁用时间段为' 8:00 至 12:00 '，斗地主禁用时间段为' 8:00 至 18:00 '，微博时间段为' 8:00 至 16:00 '。
在步骤 S102 中，当用户打开软件时，判断当期时间是否属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段。
当用户点亮手机，点击某一个软件时，判断当期时间是否属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段，比如用户打开微信，打算刷朋友圈时，***会判断该时间是否处于微信禁用时间段' 8:00 至 12:00 '。
在步骤 S103 中，若不属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段，保持原样。
若不属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段，如用户在晚上 20:00 打开微信，该时间并不处于微信禁用时间段' 8:00 至 12:00 '，保持原样，用户可照常使用。
在步骤 S104 中，若属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段，关闭用户打开的软件，同时向用户推送专利信息。
如用户在上午 9:00 打开微信，该时间处于微信禁用时间段' 8:00 至 12:00 '，***自动关闭微信，主动使用户放下手机，关注于当下的事务。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明在用户使用手机开启软件时，如果判出断当前是所述手机软件的禁用时间段，则手机主动关闭该软件，从而辅助用户实现合理安排软件的使用时间，避免了沉迷于玩手机而浪费时间，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录预设的与各软件匹配的禁用时间段；判断单元 22 ，当用户打开软件时，判断当期时间是否属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段；关闭单元 23 ，关闭用户打开的软件；专利信息推送单元 24 ，向用户推送专利信息。

    记录预设的与各软件匹配的禁用时间段；
    当用户打开软件时，判断当期时间是否属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段；
    若否，保持原样；
    若是，关闭用户打开的软件，同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种手机，其特征在于，所述手机包括：
    记录单元，判断单元，关闭单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
    记录单元，用于记录预设的与各软件匹配的禁用时间段；
    判断单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于当用户打开软件时，判断当期时间是否属于与用户打开的软件相匹配的禁用时间段；
    关闭单元，其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接，用于关闭用户打开的软件；
