一种流量监控技术的权益属性提示方法以及手机，其涉及智能手机领域，方法包括：记录手机熄屏数据流量消耗阈值，记录手机须保持运行的应用程序（S101）；判断当前是否为手机熄屏状态（S102）；若否，保持原样（S103）；若是，判断当前手机数据流量消耗是否高于所述熄屏数据流量消耗阈值（S104）；若否，保持原样（S105）；若是，关闭除所述须保持运行的应用程序以外的所有手机应用程序，同时向用户推送专利信息（S106）。该方法通过监控用户手机在熄屏状态下是否存在数据流量消耗较高的情况，一旦监测到手机流量消耗较高，则关闭不必要的应用程序，从而达到主动为用户节省手机数据流量的效果，并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

Description

一种流量监控技术的权益属性提示方法和手机 技术领域
本发明属于智能手机领域，尤其是涉及 一种流量监控技术的权益属性提示方法以及手机 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请 / 权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权 / 申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权 / 申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《一种控制手机流量消耗的方法和手机》），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种流量监控技术的权益属性提示方法 ， 目的在于 针对当前手机流量收费高、很多应用程序会后台偷跑流量的缺陷，提供一种手机锁屏状态下，关闭持续消耗流量的程序的方法 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种流量监控技术的权益属性提示方法，包括以下步骤：
记录手机熄屏数据流量消耗阈值，记录手机须保持运行的应用程序；
判断当前是否为手机熄屏状态；
若否，保持原样；
若是，判断当前手机数据流量消耗是否高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值；
若否，保持原样；
若是，关闭除所述须保持运行的应用程序以外的所有手机应用程序，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种手机，包括：
记录单元，熄屏判断单元，流量消耗判断单元，程序关闭单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录手机熄屏数据流量消耗阈值，记录手机须保持运行的应用程序；
熄屏判断单元，用于判断当前是否为手机熄屏状态；
流量消耗判断单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述熄屏判断单元的输出端连接，用于判断当前手机数据流量消耗是否高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值；
程序关闭单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述流量消耗判断单元的输出端连接，用于关闭除所述须保持运行的应用程序以外的所有手机应用程序；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述程序关闭单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
该发明通过监控用户手机在熄屏状态下是否存在数据流量消耗较高的情况，一旦监测到手机流量消耗较高，则关闭不必要的应用程序，从而达到主动为用户节省手机数据流量的效果，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种流量监控技术的权益属性提示方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录手机熄屏数据流量消耗阈值，记录手机须保持运行的应用程序。
在本实施例中，以用户 A 的手机为例，将记录手机熄屏数据流量消耗阈值为每分钟 500Kb ，记录手机须保持运行的应用程序为'微信'和'邮箱'。
在步骤 S102 中，判断当前是否为手机熄屏状态。
本步骤判断当前是否为手机熄屏状态。
在步骤 S103 中，若当前手机不是熄屏状态，保持原样。
当前手机不是熄屏状态，说明用户正在使用手机，不需节省数据流量。
在步骤 S104 中，若当前手机是熄屏状态，判断当前手机数据流量消耗是否高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值。
当前手机为熄屏状态，需要判断是否有后台程序在持续耗费流量，因此本步骤需要判断当前手机数据流量消耗是否高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值。
在步骤 S105 中，若不高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值，保持原样。
如上一步骤中，假设当前用户 A 手机数据流量消耗为每分钟 20Kb ，不高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值，保持原样即可。
在步骤 S106 中，若高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值，关闭除所述须保持运行的应用程序以外的所有手机应用程序，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本步骤中，假设当前用户 A 手机数据流量消耗为每分钟 650Kb ，高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值每分钟 500Kb ，则关闭除所述须保持运行的应用程序 ' 微信 ' 和'邮箱'以外的所有手机应用程序，为用户节省数据流量。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过监控用户手机在熄屏状态下是否存在数据流量消耗较高的情况，一旦监测到手机流量消耗较高，则关闭不必要的应用程序，从而达到主动为用户节省手机数据流量的效果，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种手机的结构示意图，该用户推荐***包括：
记录单元 21 ，熄屏判断单元 22 ，流量消耗判断单元 23 ，程序关闭单元 24 ，专利信息推送单元 25 ， 其中：
记录单元 21 ，用于记录手机熄屏数据流量消耗阈值，记录手机须保持运行的应用程序；
熄屏判断单元 22 ，用于判断当前是否为手机熄屏状态；
流量消耗判断单元 23 ，其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述熄屏判断单元 22 的输出端连接，用于判断当前手机数据流量消耗是否高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值；
程序关闭单元 24 ，其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述流量消耗判断单元 23 的输出端连接，用于关闭除所述须保持运行的应用程序以外的所有手机应用程序；
专利信息推送单元 25 ，其输入端与所述程序关闭单元 24 的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录手机熄屏数据流量消耗阈值，记录手机须保持运行的应用程序；熄屏判断单元 22 ，判断当前是否为手机熄屏状态；流量消耗判断单元 23 ，判断当前手机数据流量消耗是否高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值；程序关闭单元 24 ，关闭除所述须保持运行的应用程序以外的所有手机应用程序；专利信息推送单元 25 ，向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种流量监控技术的权益属性提示方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    记录手机熄屏数据流量消耗阈值，记录手机须保持运行的应用程序；
    判断当前是否为手机熄屏状态；
    若否，保持原样；
    若是，判断当前手机数据流量消耗是否高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值；
    若否，保持原样；
    若是，关闭除所述须保持运行的应用程序以外的所有手机应用程序，同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种手机，其特征在于，所述手机包括：
    记录单元，熄屏判断单元，流量消耗判断单元，程序关闭单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
    记录单元，用于记录手机熄屏数据流量消耗阈值，记录手机须保持运行的应用程序；
    熄屏判断单元，用于判断当前是否为手机熄屏状态；
    流量消耗判断单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述熄屏判断单元的输出端连接，用于判断当前手机数据流量消耗是否高于所述息屏数据流量消耗阈值；
    程序关闭单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述流量消耗判断单元的输出端连接，用于关闭除所述须保持运行的应用程序以外的所有手机应用程序；
    专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述程序关闭单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
