Description

一种平衡车车轮固定机构和平衡车 【技术领域】
本发明涉及平衡车领域,更具体的说,涉及一种平衡车车轮固定机构和平衡车。
【背景技术】
电动平衡车,又叫体感车、思维车,其运作原理主要是建立在一种被称为“动态稳定”的基本原理上,利用车体内部的陀螺仪和加速度传感器,来检测车体姿态的变化,并利用伺服控制***,精确地驱动电机进行相应的调整,以保持***的平衡。
现有的电动平衡车一般有两种,一种是车体上具有一个操作杆,使用者站在电动平衡车的脚踏平台上对操作杆进行操作,从而前进、后退及停止,这样的控制也称“手控”。另一种是车体由两部分组成,左部分和右部分之间通过转动机构实现相互转动,从而实现“脚控”。
现有的平衡车车轮比较占用地方,在不使用的时候需要占用较大的空间。且车轮容易滚动,而平衡车又没有停车刹车装置,因此也容易走位。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便收纳的平衡车车轮固定机构和平衡车。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明公开了一种平衡车车轮固定机构,包括车体;所述车体底部设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有固定件和连接件;所述固定件固定设置在凹槽底部;所述连接件一端与固定件活动连接;另一端与车轮的轮轴部件活动连接;所述凹槽在固定件两侧都有连接件的容纳空间。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明还公开了一种平衡车,包括本发明所述的平衡车车轮固定机构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果是:本发明采用连接件连接轮轴,连接件 本身也可以围绕凹槽内的固定件转动,两端可转动的结构,可以确保车轮在折叠状态下能完全收纳到车体底部,进一步缩小平衡车在车轮折叠状态下的收纳面积。凹槽的存在可以降低车轮折叠状态下整车的厚度。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开了一种平衡车,所述平衡车包括一种车轮固定机构。所述车轮固定机构包括车体;所述车体底部设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有固定件和连接件;所述固定件固定设置在凹槽底部;所述连接件一端与固定件活动连接;另一端与车轮的轮轴部件活动连接;所述凹槽在固定件两侧都有连接件的容纳空间。
本发明采用连接件连接轮轴,连接件本身也可以围绕凹槽内的固定件转动,两端可转动的结构,可以确保车轮在折叠状态下能完全收纳到车体底部,进一步缩小平衡车在车轮折叠状态下的收纳面积。凹槽的存在可以降低车轮折叠状态下整车的厚度。

下面参考图1至图6描述本发明实施例的平衡车车轮固定机构和平衡车。
车轮30固定机构包括车体20;所述车体20底部设有凹槽22,所述凹槽22内设有固定件23和连接件24;所述固定件23固定设置在凹槽22底部;所述连接件24一端与固定件23活动连接;另一端与车轮30的轮轴31部件活动连接;所述凹槽22在固定件23两侧都有连接件24的容纳空间。
连接件24为对称结构,两端分别设有缺口,缺口分别设有转轴25;所述固定件23嵌入缺口内,所述固定件23设有与转轴25配合的通孔。对称结构可以防止生产过程中反接。
轮轴31部件包括轴体32,所述轴体32一端设有转接部;所述转接部与轴体32相反的一面设有与连接件24活动连接的支撑部34。所述支撑部34嵌入缺口内,所述固定件23设有与转轴25配合的通孔。一般来说,轮轴31都是比较细的,不容易实现可转动的固定结构,通过转接部可以增加转轴25部分的接触面积,一方面容易跟连接件24固定,另一方面在轮子展开状态与车体20侧面接触定位,在车轮30运行的时候提高稳定性。
转接部为一圆台33;所述支撑部34固定在圆台33偏离轴心的位置。支撑部34偏离轴心,在平衡车运行状态时,由于重力和人体压力的左右,支撑部34会自然运行到最低点,形成稳态定位结构,此时,支撑部34上方的圆盘部分有更多的面积与车体20侧面接触,这样车轮30在垂直方向有圆盘定位,水平位置有底部的连接件24支撑,双面支撑可以有效分散车轮30的承重,更稳固耐用。
凹槽22尾部设有容纳所述圆台33的豁口26。这样在车轮30折叠状态下,圆盘可以嵌入到豁口26内,降低整体厚度。
可选的,平衡车还包括控制平衡车转向的车杆10;所述车杆10包括与车体20活动连接的固定杆11,与固定杆11转动连接的连接杆12;与连接杆12转动连接的支撑杆13;当处于完全折叠状态时,所述支撑杆13端部与车体20接触定位。这种结构可以让车杆10横卧,实现腿控的功能。
连接杆12呈平板状。连接杆12水平放置,呈平板状可以当凳子使用。
支撑杆13顶部15为弧面;所述车体20上设有与弧面配合的凹坑21;顶部15两侧设有可折叠的把手16。这样可以确保车杆10在折叠状态下既能保持有效支撑,又能保障车杆10灵活转动,更好地进行腿控。
固定杆11包括与车体20活动连接的第一杆17,嵌套在第一杆17内可伸缩的第二杆18;所述连接杆12与第二杆18顶端转动连接。要实现腿控,最好保障在折叠状态下,连接杆12的高度超过人体膝盖高度,而固定杆11可伸缩,可以方便不同身高的人使用。
当然,本发明的车轮30固定结构也可以应用于无车杆,通过左右踏板转动的平衡车上。

  1. 一种平衡车车轮固定机构,其特征在于,包括车体;所述车体底部设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有固定件和连接件;所述固定件固定设置在凹槽底部;所述连接件一端与固定件活动连接;另一端与车轮的轮轴部件活动连接;所述凹槽在固定件两侧都有连接件的容纳空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡车车轮固定机构,其特征在于,所述连接件为对称结构,两端分别设有缺口,缺口分别设有转轴;所述固定件嵌入缺口内,所述固定件设有与转轴配合的通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡车车轮固定机构,其特征在于,所述轮轴部件包括轴体,所述轴体一端设有转接部;所述转接部与轴体相反的一面设有与连接件活动连接的支撑部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡车车轮固定机构,其特征在于,所述转接部为一圆台;所述支撑部固定在圆台偏离轴心的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的平衡车车轮固定机构,其特征在于,所述凹槽尾部设有容纳所述圆台的豁口。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的平衡车车轮固定机构,其特征在于,所述平衡车还包括控制平衡车转向的车杆;所述车杆包括与车体活动连接的固定杆,与固定杆转动连接的连接杆;与连接杆转动连接的支撑杆;当处于完全折叠状态时,所述支撑杆端部与车体接触定位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的平衡车车轮固定机构,其特征在于,所述连接杆呈平板状。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的平衡车车轮固定机构,其特征在于,所述支撑杆顶部为弧面;所述车体上设有与弧面配合的凹坑;顶部两侧设有可折叠的把手。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的平衡车车轮固定机构,其特征在于,所述固定杆包括与车体活动连接的第一杆,嵌套在第一杆内可伸缩的第二杆;所述连接杆 与第二杆顶端转动连接。
  10. 一种平衡车,包括如权利要求1-9任一所述的平衡车车轮固定机构。
