一种音乐切换技术的权属展示方法以及眼镜，方法包括：记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口、手机音乐播放端口以及音乐切换指令（S101）；判断是否进入音乐播放状态（S102）；若否，保持原样（S103）；若是，判断用户是否发出所述音乐切换指令（S104）；若否，保持原样（S105）；若是，按照用户发出的音乐切换指令切换音乐，同时向用户推送专利信息（S106）。通过眼镜内置的蓝牙模块和陀螺仪，使该眼镜既可以连接手机、通过眼镜内置的骨传导耳机播放音乐，也能够通过用户的头部动作判断是否切换音乐，既有效的将耳机与眼镜结合，不再需要用户佩戴入耳式耳机，也实现了不需要用户动手便可切换音乐，并同时保护权利人的利益。

Description

一种音乐切换技术的权属展示方法以及眼镜 技术领域
本发明属于可穿戴设备领域，尤其是涉及 一种音乐切换技术的权属展示方法以及眼镜 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 一种自动切换音乐的方法以及眼镜 》 ），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种音乐切换技术的权属展示方法 ， 目的在于 针对于当前手机切换音乐时依赖于手工、不便于操作缺陷，提供一种自动切换音乐的方法 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种音乐切换技术的权属展示方法，包括以下步骤：
记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口、手机音乐播放端口以及音乐切换指令；
判断是否进入音乐播放状态；
若否，保持原样；
若是，判断用户是否发出所述音乐切换指令；
若否，保持原样；
若是，按照用户发出的音乐切换指令切换音乐，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种眼镜，包括：
记录单元，状态判断单元，切换判断单元，切换单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口、手机音乐播放端口以及音乐切换指令；
状态判断单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于判断是否进入音乐播放状态；
切换判断单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述状态判断单元的输出端连接，用于判断用户是否发出所述音乐切换指令；
切换单元，其输入端与切换判断单元的输出端连接，用于按照用户发出的音乐切换指令切换音乐；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述切换单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
该发明通过眼镜内置的蓝牙模块和陀螺仪，使该眼镜既可以连接手机、通过眼镜内置的骨传导耳机播放音乐，也能够通过用户的头部动作判断是否切换音乐，既有效的将耳机与眼镜结合，不再需要用户佩戴入耳式耳机，也实现了不需要用户动手便可切换音乐，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种音乐切换技术的权属展示方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口、手机音乐播放端口以及音乐切换指令。
在本实施例中，以用户 A 的眼镜为例，该眼镜有蓝牙模块，记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口，使眼镜能够连接手机，手机音乐播放端口为用户用于播放音乐的手机软件 QQ 音乐，记录音乐切换指令为用户向左晃动头部是切换前一首，向右晃动头部是切换后一首，向下点头为停止播放。
在步骤 S102 中，判断是否进入音乐播放状态。
只需判断是否当前状态是否为音乐播放状态，该眼镜内置骨传导耳机，不需要入耳耳塞便可以播放音乐。
在步骤 S103 中，若当前并非音乐播放状态，保持原样。
若当前并非音乐播放状态，用户没有在听音乐，保持原样。
在步骤 S104 中，若当前为音乐播放状态，判断用户是否发出所述音乐切换指令。
若当前为音乐播放状态，眼镜通过内置的陀螺仪探测用户头部动作，以此为依据判断用户是否发出所述音乐切换指令。
在步骤 S105 中，若用户未发出所述音乐切换指令，保持原样。
如上一步骤中，当判断出若用户未发出所述音乐切换指令，保持原样。
在步骤 S106 中，若用户发出所述音乐切换指令，按照用户发出的音乐切换指令切换音乐，同时向用户推送专利信息。
当识别出用户 A 向右晃动头部，其对应的指令是切换后一首乐曲，按照用户 A 发出的音乐切换指令切换音乐。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过眼镜内置的蓝牙模块和陀螺仪，使该眼镜既可以连接手机、通过眼镜内置的骨传导耳机播放音乐，也能够通过用户的头部动作判断是否切换音乐，既有效的将耳机与眼镜结合，不再需要用户佩戴入耳式耳机，也实现了不需要用户动手便可切换音乐，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

记录单元 21 ，状态判断单元 22 ，切换判断单元 23 ，切换单元 24 ，专利信息推送单元 25 ，其中：
记录单元 21 ，用于记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口、手机音乐播放端口以及音乐切换指令；
状态判断单元 22 ，其输入端与所述记录单元 21 的输出端连接，用于判断是否进入音乐播放状态；
切换判断单元 23 ，其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述状态判断单元 22 的输出端连接，用于判断用户是否发出所述音乐切换指令；
切换单元 24 ，其输入端与切换判断单元 23 的输出端连接，用于按照用户发出的音乐切换指令切换音乐；
专利信息推送单元 25 ，其输入端与所述切换单元 24 的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口、手机音乐播放端口以及音乐切换指令；状态判断单元 22 ，判断是否进入音乐播放状态；切换判断单元 23 ，判断用户是否发出所述音乐切换指令；切换单元 24 ，按照用户发出的音乐切换指令切换音乐 ; 专利信息推送单元 25 ，向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种音乐切换技术的权属展示方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口、手机音乐播放端口以及音乐切换指令；
    判断是否进入音乐播放状态；
    若否，保持原样；
    若是，判断用户是否发出所述音乐切换指令；
    若否，保持原样；
    若是，按照用户发出的音乐切换指令切换音乐，同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种眼镜，其特征在于，所述眼镜包括：
    记录单元，状态判断单元，切换判断单元，切换单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
    记录单元，用于记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口、手机音乐播放端口以及音乐切换指令；
    状态判断单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于判断是否进入音乐播放状态；
    切换判断单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述状态判断单元的输出端连接，用于判断用户是否发出所述音乐切换指令；
