本发明实施例提供一种社交信息交互方法及装置,涉及通信技术领域,能够使得可穿戴设备自动完成与其他设备之间的社交信息交互,无需用户选择信息交互目标,从而增大社交信息的传输范围。该方法包括:第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧,所述第一探测帧中包括社交标识,所述社交标识用于表征所述第一可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求;所述第一可穿戴设备接收到通信设备发送的连接建立请求消息后,建立与所述通信设备之间的社交信息交互连接,所述通信设备为接收到所述第一探测帧的设备;所述第一可穿戴设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述通信设备进行社交信息交互。该方法应用于可穿戴设备中。

Description

一种社交信息交互方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种社交信息交互方法及装置。
背景技术
随着智能传感器技术的快速发展,智能手环、智能手表等可穿戴设备逐渐普及。目前,可穿戴设备普遍都是通过用户的手机中应用程序(英文:Application,缩写:App)绑定,由手机中的App进行控制,与手机进行信息交互,包括接收手机的控制指令,向手机传输检测数据等。有的可穿戴设备也具备碰一碰交友功能,通过将两个可穿戴设备(例如,可穿戴设备A和B)相互触碰,以使得可穿戴设备A和B分别将预先保存的个人信息发送至云端服务器,由云端服务器通过定位技术检测与可穿戴设备A距离最近的可穿戴设备,即可穿戴设备B,并将可穿戴设备A发送的个人信息发送至可穿戴设备B。同理,云端服务器通过定位技术检测到可穿戴设备A为与可穿戴设备B距离最近的可穿戴设备,并将可穿戴设备B发送的个人信息发送至可穿戴设备A,完成这两个可穿戴设备的信息交互。
然而,在上述信息交互方法中,可穿戴设备只能与手机,或者与用户选的固定目标进行信息交互,信息交互范围较小,当用户需要扩大信息传输的范围时时,需要由用户选择多个信息交互目标,因此,不利于信息的推广。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种社交信息交互方法及装置,使得可穿戴设备能够自动完成与其他设备之间的社交信息交互,无需用户选择信息交互目标,从而增大社交信息的传输范围。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种社交信息交互方法,该方法包括:第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧,该第一探测帧中包括社交标识,该社交标识用于表征第一可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求;该第一可穿戴设备接收到通信设备发送的连接建立请求消息后,建立与该通信设备之间的连接,并通过该社交信息交互连接与该通信设备进行社交信息交互,该通信设备为接收到该第一探测帧的设备。
通过本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法,第一可穿戴设备能够通过广播信息广播携带社交标识的第一探测帧,以使得任何接收到第一探测帧的通信设备都能够识别该具备社交信息交互需求的第一可穿戴设备,并与第一可穿戴设备建立社交信息交互连接,从而通过该社交信息连接完成与第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互。由于任何接收到第一可穿戴设备发送的第一探测帧的通信设备,都可以与第一可穿戴设备完成社交信息交互,而无需用户特意选择信息交互目标,因此,增大了社交信息的传输范围。
可选的,上述社交信息交互方法还包括:第一可穿戴设备接收第二可穿戴设备广播的第二探测帧。
可选的,第一可穿戴设备通过社交信息交互连接与通信设备进行社交信息交互之后,上述社交信息交互方法还包括:第一可穿戴设备发送提示信息给用户,该提示信息用于提示该用户第一可穿戴设备接收到通信设备中保存的社交信息。
通过该可选方式,可以使得用户能够及时获知第一可穿戴设备收到的社交信息。
可选的,上述社交信息交互方法还包括:第一可穿戴设备对该第一可穿戴设备的工作模式进行随机切换,其中,当该第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换到从模式时,该第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧,当该第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换到主模式时,该第一可穿戴设备接收第二可穿戴设备广播的第二探测帧。
可选的,第一可穿戴设备对该第一可穿戴设备的工作模式进行随机切换,包括:该第一可穿戴设备生成随机数,该随机数为偶数; 该第一可穿戴设备将该第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换为从模式。
可选的,第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧,包括:该第一可穿戴设备在预设时间段内检测到工作模式为主模式的通信设备,该第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧。
可选的,第一可穿戴设备对该第一可穿戴设备的工作模式进行随机切换,包括:该第一可穿戴设备生成随机数,该随机数为奇数;该第一可穿戴设备将该第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换为主模式。
可选的,该方法还包括:第一可穿戴设备在预设时间段内未检测到工作模式为从模式的第二可穿戴设备,该第一可穿戴设备重新生成随机数。
通过上述五种可选的方式,使得该第一可穿戴设备在无法支持同时收发广播帧的情况下,能够随机切换工作模式,以使得第一可穿戴设备能够接收第二可穿戴设备广播的第二探测帧,也能广播第一探测帧。
可选的,第一可穿戴设备通过社交信息交互连接与通信设备进行信息交互之前,该方法还包括:该第一可穿戴设备对该通信设备进行鉴权;该第一可穿戴设备确定该通信设备不合法,该第一可穿戴设备断开该第一可穿戴设备与该通信设备之间的社交信息交互连接,或者,该第一可穿戴设备则通过社交信息交互连接与该通信设备进行社交信息交互,包括:该第一可穿戴设备确定该通信设备合法,该第一可穿戴设备通过该社交信息交互连接与该通信设备进行社交信息交互。
通过上述可选方式,能够保证第一可穿戴设备在通信过程中的安全。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种社交信息交互方法,该方法包括:通信设备接收第一可穿戴设备广播的第一探测帧,该探测帧中携带社交标识,该社交标识用于表征该第一可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求;该通信设备根据该社交标识建立与该第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接;该通信设备通过该社交信息交互连接 与该第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互。
通过本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法,通信设备通过接收携带社交标识的第一探测帧,识别具备社交信息交互需求的第一可穿戴设备,并与该第一可穿戴设备建立社交信息交互连接,从而自动完成与第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互。由于通信设备接收到任何一个具备社交信息交互需求的可穿戴设备广播的探测帧,该通信设备都可以与该可穿戴设备自动完成社交信息交互,因此,增大了社交信息的传输范围。
可选的,通信设备为第二可穿戴设备,该通信设备通过社交信息交互连接与第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互之后,该方法还包括:该第二可穿戴设备向服务设备发送标识信息,该标识信息为该第二可穿戴设备通过该社交信息交互连接与该第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互时,该第一可穿戴设备发送给该第二可穿戴设备的;该第二可穿戴设备接收并保存该服务设备发送的与该标识信息对应的社交信息。
其中,与该标识信息对应的社交信息对应的信息可以包括交友信息和广告信息,通过该可选方式,使得第二可穿戴设备在向服务设备请求与标识信息对应的交友信息时,服务设备同时向第二可穿戴设备发送广告信息,从而达到传输广告信息的目的。

其中,与该标识信息对应的信息可以包括交友信息和广告信息,通过本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法,服务设备能够在第二可穿戴设备请求与标识信息对应的交友信息时,同时向第二可穿戴设备发送广告信息,从而达到传输广告信息的目的。
第四方面,本发明实施例提供一种可穿戴设备,包括:广播单元,用于广播第一探测帧,该第一探测帧中包括社交标识,该社交标识用于表征该第一可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求;建立单元,用于在接收到通信设备发送的连接建立请求消息后,建立该可穿戴设备与该通信设备之间的社交信息交互连接,该通信设备为接收到该第一探测帧的设备;信息交互单元,用于通过该建立单元建立的该社交信息交互连接与该通信设备进行社交信息交互。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
如图1所示,本发明实施例涉及一种可穿戴设备100(例如智能手表),该智能手表100可以通过无线方式与网络侧基站200,或 者与一个手机300进行无线通信。例如,该智能手表100可以通过自身的射(Radio Frequency,RF)电路和天线,通过无线通信链路400发送无线信号给基站200,请求基站200进行无线网络业务处理该智能手表100的具体业务需求;又例如,智能手表100可以通过自身的蓝牙与手机300进行匹配,匹配成功后与手机通过蓝牙通信链路500进行数据通信,当然也可以通过其他无线通信方式与手机进行数据通信,比如射频识别技术,近距离无线通信技术等。另外,该智能手表100也可以通过自身的各种传感器检测外界环境的变化。
本发明实施例所提供一种基于可穿戴设备的社交信息交互方法,用户无需选择社交信息交互目标,可穿戴设备可以广播携带社交标识的探测帧,以使得任何接收到该探测帧的通信设备都可以识别该可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求,并与该可穿戴设备完成社交信息交互,从而增大了社交信息的传输范围。
为了便于描述,在本发明实施例中,将广播携带社交标识的第一探测帧的可穿戴设备称为第一可穿戴设备,第一可穿戴设备可以根据本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法,与任何接收到第一探测帧的通信设备进行社交信息交互,其中,通信设备可以为接收到第一探测帧的其他可穿戴设备,也可以为服务设备。在本发明实施例中,将接收到第一探测帧的其他可穿戴设备称为第二可穿戴设备。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,用于区分不同的描述对象,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。且在本发明实施例中,第一可穿戴设备同时具备第二可穿戴设备的功能,第二可穿戴设备也同时具备第一可穿戴设备的功能,即第二可穿戴设备也能够发送第二探测帧,第一可穿戴设备也能接收第二探测帧。
本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法,可以应用于多种可穿戴设备与通信设备进行信息交互的应用场景中,下面,将结合三种可能的信息交互***,对本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法进 行示例性的说明。
示例性的,本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法,可以应用于如图2所示的社交信息交互***,该社交信息交互***包括第一可穿戴设备和第二可穿戴设备,第一可穿戴设备和第二可穿戴设备之间能够自动完成社交信息交互。
具体的,基于图2,如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法可以包括:
S101、第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧,该第一探测帧中包括社交标识。
其中,该社交标识用于表征第一可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求,将该社交标识设置在第一探测帧中,第一可穿戴设备可以通过广播信道广播该第一探测帧,以使得能够通过该广播信道接收到该第一探测帧的第二可穿戴设备根据该社交标识确定第一可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求,进而与第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互。
在一个示例中,第一探测帧可以是目前可穿戴设备支持广播的广播帧,例如,基于无线保真(英文:Wireless Fidelity,缩写:WIFI)通信的信标(英文:beacon)帧,基于传统蓝牙通信或者低功耗蓝牙(英文:Bluetooth Low Energy,缩写:BLE)通信的广播报文等。该社交标识可以设置在上述广播帧中的可扩展字段中,或者是上述广播帧中允许自定义的字段中,或者是根据实际需要设置在上述广播帧的其他指定字段中。
在一个示例中,该第一探测帧也可以为新定义的广播帧,用于广播该社交标识。
在一个示例中,该第一探测帧中还可以包括第一可穿戴设备的身份标识,当某个第二可穿戴设备接收到第一探测帧后,第二可穿戴设备可以根据该身份标识确定该第一探测帧是第一可穿戴设备广播的,并在确定该第一探测帧中包括社交标识时,确定可以与第一可穿戴设备交换社交信息。
S102、第二可穿戴设备接收第一可穿戴设备广播的第一探测帧。

在一个示例中,第二可穿戴设备通过广播信道接收到第一探测帧,并通过解析指定的字段,确定该字段中包括社交标识后,第二可穿戴设备可以根据该社交标识向第一可穿戴设备发送连接建立请求消息,以建立第一可穿戴设备与第二可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接。

需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,第一可穿戴设备通过该社交信息交互连接与第二可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互,可以包括如下三种情况:
(1)第一可穿戴设备通过该社交信息交互连接向第二可穿戴设备发送第一社交信息,第二可穿戴设备接收并保存该第一社交信息。
(2)第二可穿戴设备通过该社交信息交互连接向第一可穿戴设备发送第二社交信息,第一可穿戴接收并保存该第二社交信息。
(3)第一可穿戴设备通过该社交信息交互连接向第二可穿戴设备发送第一社交信息,第二可穿戴设备接收并保存该第一社交信息;同时,第二可穿戴设备通过该社交信息交互连接向第一可穿戴设备发送第二社交信息,第一可穿戴接收并保存该第二社交信息。
其中,第一社交信息可以为使用该第一可穿戴设备的用户(假设为第一用户)希望传输的社交信息,该第一社交信息可以包括第一交友信息和/或第一广告信息。第一可穿戴设备可以通过该第一可 穿戴设备能够支持的消息格式,向第二可穿戴设备发送第一社交信息。
示例性的,第一交友信息可以包括第一用户的个性介绍、第一用户的联系电话、或者第一用户在各类交友平台上注册的账号等。第一广告信息可以包括第一用户希望推广的产品信息、商家信息、店面信息、业务信息或者各类优惠活动信息、演出活动信息等。
第二社交信息可以为使用第二可穿戴设备的用户(假设为第二用户)希望传输的信息,该第二社交信息可以包括第二交友信息、第二广告信息,或者第二交友信息和第二广告信息。第二可穿戴设备可以通过该第二可穿戴设备能够支持的消息格式,向第一可穿戴设备发送第二社交信息。

在本发明实施例中,当第一用户需要传输第一社交信息时,第一用户即可将第一社交信息保存在第一可穿戴设备中,并广播携带社交标识的第一探测帧。当任何一个通过广播信道接收到该第一探测帧,并从第一探测帧的指令字段中解析出社交标识的第二可穿戴设备,建立与第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接后,第一可穿戴设备即可通过该社交信息交互连接向第二可穿戴设备发送第一社交信息。若第一用户不需要传输第一社交信息,但第一用户希望获取其他用户的社交信息,第一可穿戴设备也可以广播携带社交标识的第一探测帧,当第二可穿戴设备接收到该第一探测帧,并建立与第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接后,第一可穿戴设备即可接收第二可穿戴设备通过该社交信息交互连接发送的第二社交信息。
当第二用户需要传输第二社交信息时,第二用户即可将第二社交信息保存在第二可穿戴设备中。当第二可穿戴设备在广播信道中 接收到任何一个具备社交信息交互需求的第一可穿戴设备广播的第一探测帧,第二可穿戴设备都可以建立第二可穿戴设备与第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接,并通过该社交信息交互连接向第一可穿戴设备发送第二社交信息。若第二用户不需要传输第二社交信息时,但第二用户希望获取其他用户的社交信息,第二可穿戴设备在建立与其他具备社交信息交互需求的可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接后,接收其他具备社交信息交互需求的可穿戴设备通过该社交信息交互连接发送的第一社交信息。
可以理解的是,在本发明实施例中,第一设备可以向任何接收到第一探测帧并与该第一可穿戴设备建立社交信息交互连接的第二可穿戴设备传输第一社交信息,而无需第一用户特意选择信息交互目标,从而增大了第一社交信息的传输范围。同理,第二可穿戴设备也可以向任何广播携带社交标识的第一探测帧的第一可穿戴设备传输第二社交信息,也无需第二用户特意选择信息交互目标,从而也增大了第二社交信息的传输范围。
以一种可能的场景为例,假设,第一用户和第二用户都希望传输自己的交友信息,第一用户将第一交友信息保存在第一可穿戴设备中,第二用户将第二交友信息保存在第二可穿戴设备中。
当第一用户穿戴上第一可穿戴设备与穿戴了第二可穿戴设备的第二用户相遇时,第一可穿戴设备和第二可穿戴设备即可通过上述S101-S105中的社交信息交互方法,交换第一社交信息与第二社交信息,从而以使得第一用户和第二用户达到传输自己的交友信息的目的。
在一个示例中,当第一可穿戴设备通过社交信息交互连接接收到第二可穿戴设备发送的第二社交信息后,第一可穿戴设备还可以发送提示信息给第一用户,以使得第一用户能够及时获知已经获取到第二用户的社交信息,并进行查看。同理,若第二可穿戴设备通过社交信息交互连接接收到第一可穿戴设备发送的第一社交信息后,也可以发送提示信息给第二用户,以使得第二用户也能及时查 看第二用户的社交信息。
在一个示例中,第一可穿戴设备和第二可穿戴设备在接收到社交信息后,也可以为不发送提示信息,第一用户和第二用户可以在任何时候查看其穿戴设备接收到的社交信息。
值得说明的是,通过本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法,提供了一种新的交友模式以及广告传输模式,以满足人们发布交友信息以及广告信息的需求。
可以理解的是,在本发明实施例中,第一用户可以直接将第一社交信息输入到第一可穿戴设备中,也可以通过对该第一可穿戴设备进行控制的手机App,将该第一社交信息输入到第一可穿戴设备中。
进一步的,当第一可穿戴设备与第二可穿戴设备完成信息交互后,即可断开第一可穿戴设备与第二可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接,以节省第一可穿戴设备和第二可穿戴设备的连接资源。
在本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法中,第一可穿戴设备能够通过广播携带社交标识的第一探测帧,使得任何接收到该第一探测帧的第二可穿戴设备都能够识别出该第一可穿戴设备为具备社交信息交互需求的可穿戴设备,并与第一可穿戴设备建立社交信息交互连接,从而与第一可穿戴设备交换社交信息。由于任何接收到第一探测帧的第二可穿戴设备,都可以选择与第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互,而无需用户特意选择信息交互目标,因此,增大了社交信息的传输范围。
进一步的,在第一可穿戴设备与第二可穿戴设备之间建立社交信息交互连接后,第一可穿戴设备与第二可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互之前,为了保证第一可穿戴设备的通信安全,第一可穿戴设备可以对第二可穿戴设备进行鉴权,确定第二可穿戴设备是否合法。
若第一可穿戴设备确定第二可穿戴设备为合法,第一可穿戴设备则与第二可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互;若第一可穿戴设备确定第二可穿戴设备不合法,第一可穿戴设备则断开第一可穿戴设备与 第二可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接。
示例性的,第一可穿戴设备可以指示第二可穿戴设备发送鉴权消息,并判断该鉴权消息中携带的数据是否满足第一可穿戴设备中预设的算法规则,若该鉴权消息中携带的数据满足该算法规则,则第二可穿戴设备合法,否则,第二可穿戴设备不合法。
需要说明的是,第一可穿戴设备还可以通过其他方式对第二可穿戴设备进行鉴权,例如,第一可穿戴设备和第二可穿戴设备与云端服务器连接后,从云端服务器获取密钥,第一可穿戴设备生成随机数,并将该随机数发送给第二可穿戴设备,第二可穿戴设备采用该密钥对该随机数进行加密,并将加密后的随机数发送给第一可穿戴设备,若第一可穿戴设备能够根据该密钥解码出该随机数,则说明第二可穿戴设备合法。
同理,为了保证第二可穿戴设备的通信安全,第二可穿戴设备与第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互之前,第二可穿戴设备也可以对第一可穿戴设备进行鉴权,确定第一可穿戴设备是否合法;若第二可穿戴设备确定第一可穿戴设备合法,第二可穿戴设备则与第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互;若第二可穿戴设备确定第一可穿戴设备不合法,第二可穿戴设备则断开第二可穿戴设备与第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接。需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,第一可穿戴设备可能支持同时收发广播帧,例如,当第一可穿戴设备支持传统蓝牙通信,或者WIFI通信时,第一可穿戴设备可以实时发送第一探测帧,并同时接收第二可穿戴设备发送的第二探测帧。第一可穿戴设备也可能不支持同时收发广播帧,例如,当第一可穿戴设备支持BLE通信时,第一可穿戴设备的工作模式为从模式时,第一可穿戴设备能够广播第一探测帧。第一可穿戴设备的工作模式为主模式时,第一可穿戴设备能够接收第二可穿戴设备广播的第二探测帧。
进一步的,在本发明实施例中,若第一可穿戴设备不支持同时收发广播帧,则第一可穿戴设备可以对第一可穿戴设备的工作模式 进行随机切换。当第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换到从模式时,第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧,当第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换到主模式时,第一可穿戴设备接收第二可穿戴设备广播的第二探测帧。
可选的,第一可穿戴设备对第一可穿戴设备的工作模式进行随机切换的方法,具体可以包括:
第一可穿戴设备生成随机数,若该随机数为偶数,第一可穿戴设备即可将该第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换为从模式。

可选的,在本发明实施例中,第一可穿戴设备在将该第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换为从模式后,还可以检测该第一可穿戴设备周围是否存在工作模式为主模式的通信设备,即检测该第一可穿戴设备周围是否存在能够在广播信道接收第一探测帧的通信设备,例如,工作模式为主模式的第二可穿戴设备,或者服务设备。
具体的,当第一可穿戴设备的工作模式为从模式时,第一可穿戴设备可以实时广播探测信号,若第一可穿戴设备能够接收到该探测信号的反馈信号,则第一可穿戴设备检测到工作模式为主模式的通信设备,即第一可穿戴设备周围存在工作模式为主模式的通信设备。若第一可穿戴设备没有接收到该探测信号的反馈信号,则第一可穿戴设备未检测到工作模式为主模式的通信设备,即第一可穿戴设备周围不存在工作模式为主模式的通信设备。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,工作模式为主模式是指能够通过广播信道接收广播帧的模式,工作模式为从模式是指能够通过广播信道广播广播帧的模式,当可穿戴设备支持同时收发广播帧时,则可以理解为该可穿戴设备可以同时工作在从模式和主模式。
进一步的,在本发明实施例中,上述S101具体可以包括:
第一可穿戴设备在预设时间段内检测到工作模式为主模式的通 信设备,第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧。
其中,预设时间段可以根据实际需求进行设置,本发明实施例不对此进行限定。

具体的,当第一可穿戴设备的工作模式为主模式时,第一可穿戴设备可以实时接收工作模式为从模式的第二可穿戴设备广播的探测信号,若第一可穿戴设备能够接收到探测信号,则说明第一可穿戴设备周围存在正在广播第二探测信号的第二可穿戴设备,即第一可穿戴设备检测到工作模式为从模式的第二可穿戴设备。若第一可穿戴设备没有接收到探测信号,则说明第一可穿戴设备周围没有工作模式为从模式的第二可穿戴设备,即第一可穿戴设备未检测到工作模式为从模式的第二可穿戴设备。
进一步的,若第一可穿戴设备在预设时间段内未检测到工作模式为从模式的第二可穿戴设备,第一可穿戴设备则重新生成随机数, 以再次进行工作模式的切换。
可选的,本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法,还可以应用于如图4所示的信息交互***中,该信息交互***中包括第一可穿戴设备、第二可穿戴设备以及服务设备,该服务设备可以为设置在一些景点、商场、或者建筑内的服务站点。

示例性的,以一种可能的应用场景为例,第一用户与商家达成协议后,商家将需要传输的第一广告信息与第一用户的标识信息绑定,并在服务设备中建立该标识信息和第一广告信息以及第一用户的第一交友信息的对应关系。当第二用户与第一用户相遇时,第二可穿戴设备通过上述S101至S105中的方法,在与第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互的过程中,通过第一可穿戴设备与第二可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接,接收到第一可穿戴设备发送的该标识 信息。当第二用户想要获取第一用户的第一交友信息时,第二用户需要通过第二穿戴设备向服务设备发送该标识信息,以请求服务设备反馈第一交友信息。此时,服务设备在反馈第一交友信息的同时,向第二可穿戴设备发送第一广告信息,使得第二用户在获取第一交友信息的同时,也可以了解第一广告信息,从而达到通过第一用户传输第一广告信息的目的。
可选的,本发明实施例提供的社交信息交互方法,还可以应用于如图6所示的信息交互***中,该信息交互***中包括第一可穿戴设备和服务设备,该服务设备可以为设置在一些景点、商场、或者建筑内的服务站点,也可以为门禁设备,公路缴费设备等。

当第一可穿戴设备经过该服务设备,并与该服务设备进行社交信息交互时,该服务设备即可将用户A、用户B以及用户C的交友信息携带在第三社交信息中发送给第一可穿戴设备,以使得第一用户能够获知用户A、用户B以及用户C的交友信息。
可以理解的是,当第一穿戴设备将第一交友信息携带在第一社交信息中发送至服务设备后,该服务设备也会对该第一交友信息进行保存,并发送给其他经过该服务设备且具备社交信息交互需求的可穿戴设备,从而增大了第一交友信息的传输范围。
本发明实施例提供一种社交信息交互方法,服务设备能够通过接收携带社交标识的第一探测帧,以对广播该第一探测帧的第一可穿戴设备进行识别,并与该第一可穿戴设备建立社交信息交互连接,从而自动完成与第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互。由于服务设备接收到任何一个具备社交信息交互需求的可穿戴设备广播的第一探测帧,该服务设备都可以与该可穿戴设备自动完成社交信息交互,因此,增大了社交信息的传输范围。

如图16所示,本发明实施例提供一种可穿戴设备,可以用于实 施上述图3、图5以及图7所示的本发明各实施例中第一可穿戴设备或者第二可穿戴设备实现的方法,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分,具体技术细节未揭示的,请参照3、图5以及图7所示的本发明各实施例。
该可穿戴设备可以为智能手环、智能手表、智能眼镜等可穿戴设备。
下面结合图16对本发明实施例提供的可穿戴设备的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
RF电路40可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,还可以将接收到的信息给处理器41处理等。通常,RF电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)、双工器等。此外,RF电路40还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(global system of mobile communication,全球移动通讯***)、GPRS(general packet radio service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(code division multiple access,码分多址)、WCDMA(wideband code division multiple access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(long term evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(short messaging service,短消息服务)等。
存储器42可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器41通过运行存储在存储器42的软件程序以及模块,从而执行可穿戴设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器42可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作***、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据可穿戴设备的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、图像数据等)等。此外,存储器42可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元43可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与可 穿戴设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入单元43可包括触摸屏431以及其他输入设备432。触摸屏431,也称为触控面板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触摸屏431上或在触摸屏431附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触摸屏431可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器41,并能接收处理器41发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触摸屏431。除了触摸屏431,输入单元43还可以包括其他输入设备432。具体地,其他输入设备432可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、电源开关按键等)等的一种或多种。
显示单元44可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及可穿戴设备的各种菜单。显示单元44可包括显示面板441,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板441。进一步的,触摸屏441可覆盖显示面板441,当触摸屏441检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器41以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器41根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板441上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图16中,触摸屏441与显示面板441是作为两个独立的部件来实现可穿戴设备的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触摸屏441与显示面板441集成而实现可穿戴设备的输入和输出功能。
处理器41是可穿戴设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个可穿戴设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器42内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器42内的数据,执行可穿戴设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对可穿戴设备进行整体监控。 可选的,处理器41可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器41可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作***、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器41中。
可穿戴设备还包括给各个部件供电的电源45(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理***与处理器41逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理***实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
可穿戴设备还包括WiFi模块46、蓝牙模块47、BLE模块48中的至少一种模块。
尽管未示出,可穿戴设备还可以包括音频电路、扬声器、麦克风等可提供用户与可穿戴设备之间的音频接口,此处不再赘述。
如图17所示,本发明实施例提供一种服务设备,该服务设备包括:处理器50、存储器51、***总线52和通信接口53。
所述存储器51用于存储计算机执行指令,所述处理器50与所述存储器51通过所述***总线52连接,当所述服务设备运行时,所述处理器50执行所述存储器51存储的所述计算机执行指令,以使所述服务设备执行如图5或图7所述的社交信息交互方法。具体的社交信息交互方法可参见上述如图5或图7所示的实施例中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
所述处理器50可以为中央处理器(英文:central processing unit,缩写:CPU)。所述处理器50还可以为其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(英文:digital signal processing,简称DSP)、专用集成电路(英文:application specific integrated circuit,简称ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(英文:field-programmable gate array,简称FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述存储器51可以包括易失性存储器(英文:volatile memory),例如随机存取存储器(英文:random-access memory,缩写:RAM);所述存储器51也可以包括非易失性存储器(英文:non-volatile memory),例如只读存储器(英文:read-only memory,缩写:ROM),快闪存储器(英文:flash memory),硬盘(英文:hard disk drive,缩写:HDD)或固态硬盘(英文:solid-state drive,缩写:SSD);所述存储器51还可以包括上述种类的存储器的组合。
所述***总线52可以包括数据总线、电源总线、控制总线和信号状态总线等。本实施例中为了清楚说明,在图17中将各种总线都示意为***总线52。
所述通信接口53具体可以是所述服务设备上的收发器。所述处理器50通过所述通信接口53与其他设备,例如其他可穿戴设备之间进行信息交互。
在具体实现过程中,上述如图5或图7所示的方法流程中的各步骤均可以通过硬件形式的处理器50执行存储器51中存储的软件形式的计算机执行指令实现。为避免重复,此处不再赘述。
本实施例还提供一种存储介质,包括计算机执行指令,当服务设备的处理器执行所述计算机执行指令时,所述服务设备执行如上述如图2、图4或图6所述的社交信息交互方法。该存储介质可以包括所述存储器51。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。上述描述的***,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的***,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块或单元的划分,仅仅为一 种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个***,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。所述存储介质是非短暂性(英文:non-transitory)介质,包括:快闪存储器、移动硬盘、只读存储器、随机存取存储器、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种社交信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧,所述第一探测帧中包括社交标识,所述社交标识用于表征所述第一可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求;
    所述第一可穿戴设备接收到通信设备发送的连接建立请求消息后,建立与所述通信设备之间的社交信息交互连接,所述通信设备为接收到所述第一探测帧的设备;
    所述第一可穿戴设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述通信设备进行社交信息交互。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一可穿戴设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述通信设备进行社交信息交互之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一可穿戴设备发送提示信息给用户,所述提示信息用于提示所述用户所述第一可穿戴设备接收到所述通信设备中保存的社交信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一可穿戴设备接收第二可穿戴设备广播的第二探测帧。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一可穿戴设备对所述第一可穿戴设备的工作模式进行随机切换,
    其中,当所述第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换到从模式时,所述第一可穿戴设备广播所述第一探测帧,当所述第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换到主模式时,所述第一可穿戴设备接收所述第二可穿戴设备广播的所述第二探测帧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一可穿戴设备对所述第一可穿戴设备的工作模式进行随机切换,包括:
    所述第一可穿戴设备生成随机数,所述随机数为偶数;
    所述第一可穿戴设备将所述第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换为所述从模式。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一可穿戴设备广播第一探测帧,包括:
    所述第一可穿戴设备在预设时间段内检测到工作模式为所述主模式的所述通信设备,所述第一可穿戴设备广播所述第一探测帧。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一可穿戴设备对所述第一可穿戴设备的工作模式进行随机切换,包括:
    所述第一可穿戴设备生成随机数,所述随机数为奇数;
    所述第一可穿戴设备将所述第一可穿戴设备的工作模式切换为所述主模式。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一可穿戴设备在所述预设时间段内未检测到工作模式为所述从模式的所述第二可穿戴设备,所述第一可穿戴设备重新生成随机数。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一可穿戴设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述通信设备进行社交信息交互之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一可穿戴设备对所述通信设备进行鉴权;
    所述第一可穿戴设备确定所述通信设备不合法,所述第一可穿戴设备断开所述社交信息交互连接,或者,
    所述第一可穿戴设备则通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述通信设备进行社交信息交互,包括:
    所述第一可穿戴设备确定所述通信设备合法,所述第一可穿戴设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述通信设备进行社交信息交互。
  10. 一种社交信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    通信设备接收第一可穿戴设备发送的第一探测帧,所述第一探测帧中携带社交标识,所述社交标识用于表征所述第一可穿戴设备具备 社交信息交互需求;
    所述通信设备根据所述社交标识建立与所述第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接;
    所述通信设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通信设备为第二可穿戴设备,所述通信设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二可穿戴设备向服务设备发送标识信息,所述标识信息为所述第二可穿戴设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互时,所述第一可穿戴设备发送给所述第二可穿戴设备的;
    所述第二可穿戴设备接收并保存所述服务设备发送的与所述标识信息对应的社交信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通信设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述通信设备对所述第一可穿戴设备进行鉴权;
    所述通信设备确定所述第一可穿戴设备设备不合法,所述通信设备断开所述社交信息交互连接,或者,
    所述通信设备则通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互,包括:
    所述通信设备确定所述第一可穿戴设备合法,所述通信设备通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互。
  13. 一种可穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括:
    广播单元,用于广播第一探测帧,所述第一探测帧中包括社交标识,所述社交标识用于表征所述第一可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求;
    建立单元,用于在接收到通信设备发送的连接建立请求消息后, 建立所述可穿戴设备与所述通信设备之间的社交信息交互连接,所述通信设备为接收到所述第一探测帧的设备;
    信息交互单元,用于通过所述建立单元建立的所述社交信息交互连接与所述通信设备进行社交信息交互。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备还包括发送单元,
    所述发送单元,用于发送提示信息给用户,所述提示信息用于提示所述用户所述信息交互单元接收到所述通信设备中保存的社交信息。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备还包括接收单元,
    所述接收单元,用于接收第二可穿戴设备广播的第二探测帧。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备还包括切换单元,
    所述切换单元,用于对所述可穿戴设备的工作模式进行随机切换,
    其中,当所述切换单元将所述可穿戴设备的工作模式切换到从模式时,所述广播单元广播所述第一探测帧,当所述切换单元将所述可穿戴设备的工作模式切换到主模式时,所述接收单元接收所述第二可穿戴设备广播的所述第二探测帧。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,
    所述切换单元,具体用于生成随机数,所述随机数为偶数,将所述可穿戴设备的工作模式切换为所述从模式。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,
    所述广播单元,具体用于在预设时间段内检测到工作模式为所述主模式的所述通信设备,广播所述第一探测帧。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,
    所述切换单元,具体用于生成随机数,所述随机数为奇数,将所述可穿戴设备的工作模式切换为所述主模式。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,
    所述切换单元,还用于在所述预设时间段内未检测到工作模式为所述从模式的所述第二可穿戴设备,重新生成随机数。
  21. 根据权利要求13-20任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备还包括鉴权单元,
    所述鉴权单元,用于在所述信息交互单元通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述通信设备进行社交信息交互之前,对所述通信设备进行鉴权;
    所述建立单元,还用于在所述鉴权单元确定所述通信设备不合法之后,断开所述可穿戴设备与所述通信设备之间的社交信息交互连接,或者,
    所述信息交互单元,具体用于在所述鉴权单元确定所述通信设备合法之后,通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述通信设备进行社交信息交互。
  22. 一种通信设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第一可穿戴设备广播的第一探测帧,所述第一探测帧中携带社交标识,所述社交标识用于表征所述第一可穿戴设备具备社交信息交互需求;
    建立单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的所述社交标识建立与所述第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接;
    信息交互单元,用于通过所述建立单元建立的所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述通信设备为第二可穿戴设备,所述通信设备还包括发送单元,
    所述发送单元,用于在所述信息交互单元通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互之后,向服务设备发送标识信息,所述标识信息为所述信息交互单元通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互时,所述第一可穿戴设备发送给所述信息交互单元的;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收并保存所述服务设备发送的与所述标识信息对应的社交信息。
  24. 根据权利要求22或23所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述通信设备还包括鉴权单元,
    所述鉴权单元,用于在所述信息交互单元通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互之前,对所述第一可穿戴设备进行鉴权;
    所述建立单元,还用于在所述鉴权单元确定所述第一可穿戴设备设备不合法之后,断开所述通信设备与所述第一可穿戴设备之间的社交信息交互连接,或者,
    所述信息交互单元,具体用于在所述鉴权单元确定所述第一可穿戴设备合法之后,通过所述社交信息交互连接与所述第一可穿戴设备进行社交信息交互。
