Description

多功能节能环保装置 技术领域
本发明属于废液/废气处理技术领域,特指一种多功能废液/废气的节能环保处理装置。
背景技术
随着国内工业化的进程的加快,废液/废气处理成为当今社会亟待解决的技术问题,虽然也有一些针对特殊行业的三废排放的专用设备用于进行废液/废气的处理,例如有毒气体、液体的处理,含有酸碱气体、液体的处理等等,但是这些设备仅仅可以作为专用设备解决专用问题使用,由于其设备复杂,生产成本高,不能作为通用设备用于含尘的废液/废气处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多用途废液/废气处理装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
多功能节能环保装置,用隔板将箱式容器的内腔由左到右依次分割成五个以上的舱室,每个隔板的上部设置有通风孔、下部设置有通水孔,箱式容器的顶壁或/和侧壁上设置有带有密封盖的加水口,箱式容器的左侧壁上设置有带有阀门的介质进口,右侧壁上设置有带有阀门及过滤网的介质通过口,箱式容器的下侧设置有集污箱,集污箱通过带有阀门的排污管与介质进口侧的舱室底部连通,溢流管的一端与集污箱连通、另一端开口于一个以上的舱室内的水位线处,每个舱室的底壁上均设置有清洗槽,集污箱的侧壁上设置有带有阀门的排污管,至少第一个隔板和最后一个隔板上的通风孔上设置有空气过滤网。
上述箱式容器的容器壁为夹层结构,容器壁的夹层内设置有保温材料,介质进口侧的舱室的箱式容器侧壁上设置有清洗口及连接在清洗口上的清洗盖,所述集污箱内腔的中部通过带有通水孔的隔离板分割成左右腔,左右腔的集污箱侧壁上均设置有清洗口及连接在清洗口上的清洗盖,左腔或右腔的集污箱侧壁上设置有水位表,前部隔板上的通风孔靠上设置,后部隔板上的通风孔靠下设置。
上述的隔板的下部设置的通水孔有两个以上,两个以上的通水孔在隔板的下部横向间隔设置。
上述的介质进口上设置有网罩,网罩内设置有空气过滤网,空气过滤网内侧的网罩内设置有外风机;介质通过口上设置有网罩,网罩内设置有空气过滤网,空气过滤网内侧的网罩内设置有内风机;中部的三个以上的舱室的顶盖上连通的出风管与出风总管连通,出风总管的出口上设置有网罩,网罩内设置有空气过滤网,空气过滤网内侧的网罩内设置有内风机;介质进口侧的舱室内设置有制冷机,介质通过口侧的舱室内设置有加热器。
上述的介质进口上设置有网罩,网罩内设置有空气过滤网,空气过滤网内侧的网罩内设置有外风机;介质通过口上设置有网罩,网罩内设置有空气过滤网,空气过滤网内侧的网罩内设置有内风机;中部的三个以上的舱室的顶盖上连通的出风管与出风总管连通,出风总管的出口上设置有网罩,网罩内设置有空气过滤网,空气过滤网内侧的网罩内设置有内风机;介质进口侧和介质通过口侧的舱室内均设置有制冷机,所述的介质通过口和出风总管的出口均与冷冻室的内腔连通。

上述的溢流管至少有两个,其中:一个溢流管由集污箱连通至介质进口侧的舱室内、一个溢流管由集污箱连通至介质通过口侧的舱室内。
上述的介质进口侧的舱室内设置有沉淀池,沉淀池的上部侧壁上设置有出水口及罩在出水口上的过滤网,所述的舱室与沉淀池之间设置有过水间隙,所述的第一个隔板和最后一个隔板上的通水孔上设置有过滤网,最后一个隔板分割出的两个舱室均通过导管引出箱式容器外并与回收池连通,箱式容器与回收池之间的导管上均设置有阀门,两个舱室内的导管均开口于水位线之下的水位线附近。
上述的介质进口侧的第一、二隔板之间的舱室内支撑有蒸汽发电机,蒸汽发电机与介质进口之间设置有内风机,形成节能环保装置主体,介质进口与太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽的夹层上部连通,太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽的内壁上设置有人工检查窗门及两个以上带有阀门的进气管,夹层的底部内腔为储水腔,过滤池分别与太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽底部的内腔、储 水腔底部、储水腔的水位线处及储水池连通,水泵的进水口与储水池连通、出水口分别通过带有阀门的导管与夹层顶部的喷淋头和储水腔连通,太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽的开口上铰接有吸热盖,吸热盖上设置有压力表和温度表,吸热盖通过一侧立杆上的吊绳带动其启闭,所述的节能环保装置主体在太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽的四周环设有三个以上。
上述的介质进口延伸到烟囱内并在介质进口上设置有空气过滤网,空气过滤网内设置有外风机;烟囱内的介质进口上侧设置有隔板、前侧设置有挡板,隔板的上侧设置有喷淋头及连通过滤池的回水管,水泵的进水口通过导管与水池内腔连接、出水口通过导管与喷淋头连通,过滤池与水池连通,箱式容器内的介质进口侧的隔板上通过支架支撑有蒸汽发电机,形成废气回收净化利用装置;
所述的介质进口延伸到烟囱内并在介质进口上设置有空气过滤网,空气过滤网内设置有外风机;烟囱内的介质进口上侧设置有隔板、前侧设置有挡板,隔板的上侧设置有喷淋头及连通过滤池的回水管,过滤池与水池连通,水泵的进水口通过导管与水池内腔连接、出水口通过导管与喷淋头连通,形成废气净化装置;所述烟囱的顶部用顶盖封闭,所述的废气回收净化利用装置在烟囱下部的烟囱上设置有两个以上,所述的废气净化装置在废气回收净化利用装置上侧的烟囱上间隔设置有两个以上,两个以上的废气净化装置或/和废气回收净化利用装置用一个水泵及水池为对应的喷淋头提供喷淋用高压水。
本发明相对于现有技术突出的优点是:
本发明的结构简单,废气或废气处理利用成本低、效益高,用途广,特别适用于含有灰尘杂质的废水或废气处理以及回收利用。

多功能节能环保装置,用隔板23将箱式容器20的内腔由左到右依次分割成五个以上的舱室,每个隔板23的上部设置有通风孔25、下部设置有通水孔231,箱式容器20的顶壁或/和侧壁上设置有带有密封盖27的加水口26,箱式容器20的左侧壁上设置有带有阀门11的介质进口10,右侧壁上设置有带有阀门11及过滤网13的介质通过口12,箱式容器20的下侧设置有集污箱35,集污箱35通过带有阀门11的排污管34与介质进口10侧的舱室21底部连通,溢 流管24的一端与集污箱35连通、另一端开口于一个以上的舱室内的水位线29处,每个舱室的底壁上均设置有清洗槽30,集污箱35的侧壁上设置有带有阀门11的排水管40,至少第一个隔板23和最后一个隔板23上的通风孔25上设置有空气过滤网22;上述箱式容器20的容器壁为夹层结构,容器壁的夹层内设置有保温材料,介质进口10侧的舱室21的箱式容器20侧壁上设置有清洗口及连接在清洗口上的清洗盖31(当然,根据需要,也可以在每个舱室的箱式容器20侧壁上设置有清洗口及连接在清洗口上的清洗盖),所述集污箱35内腔的中部通过带有通水孔231的隔离板38分割成左右腔,左右腔的集污箱35侧壁上均设置有清洗口及连接在清洗口上的清洗盖36,左腔或右腔的集污箱35侧壁上设置有水位表14,前部隔板23上的通风孔25靠上设置,后部隔板23上的通风孔25靠下设置(即前三个隔板23上的通风孔25靠上设置、后两个隔板23上的通风孔25靠下设置);上述的隔板23的下部设置的通水孔231有两个以上,两个以上的通水孔231在隔板23的下部横向间隔设置(参见图2)。
该装置通过舱室内注入的水来调整舱室内的空气温度,通过排污管34和排水管40上的阀门11、加水口26调整舱室内的水温,通过溢流管24控制水位线29的高低,通过清洗盖31定期的清洗舱室内和集污箱35内的杂质或沉淀物,通过空气过滤网22、13过滤空气中的杂质粉尘,通过上下错开设置的通风孔25使得依次进入每个舱室内的空气得到降压、降温及紊流,同时使得空气中的杂质粉尘沉淀在舱室内的水中,通过清洗槽30可以快速清洗该舱室内腔底部的沉淀物,容器壁的夹层内设置的保温材料可以使得容器内外的温度互不影响,通过上述结构的有关措施,当被处理的空气从介质进口10进入、从介质通过口12排除后,使得流过每个舱室的空气及水进行逐级过滤,在箱式容器20内通过的 空气及水得到了有效的过滤以及空气压力、温度得到了较好的调整。
上述的介质进口10上设置有网罩41,网罩41内设置有空气过滤网42,空气过滤网42内侧的网罩41内设置有外风机43;介质通过口12上设置有网罩53,网罩53内设置有空气过滤网54,空气过滤网54内侧的网罩53内设置有内风机55;中部的三个以上的舱室的顶盖上连通的出风管46与出风总管47连通,出风总管47的出口上设置有网罩50,网罩50内设置有空气过滤网49,空气过滤网49内侧的网罩内设置有内风机48;介质进口10侧的舱室21内设置有制冷机44,介质通过口12侧的舱室28内设置有加热器39,形成图3所示的带空气净化功能的空调装置,无论是用加热器39加热空气为室内送暖,还是用制冷机44降温空气为室内送凉气,都后由于箱式容器20内的舱室内含有水,使得热空气或冷气均能够含有适当的水分,湿度合理,而且空气也得到了较好的净化,适于人们的正常生理需求。
上述的介质进口10上设置有网罩41,网罩41内设置有空气过滤网42,空气过滤网42内侧的网罩41内设置有外风机43;介质通过口12上设置有网罩53,网罩53内设置有空气过滤网54,空气过滤网54内侧的网罩53内设置有内风机55;中部的三个以上的舱室的顶盖上连通的出风管46与出风总管47连通,出风总管47的出口上设置有网罩50,网罩50内设置有空气过滤网49,空气过滤网49内侧的网罩50内设置有内风机48,每个出风管46上均设置有阀门11;介质进口10侧和介质通过口12侧的舱室21、28内均设置有制冷机44、52,所述的介质通过口12和出风总管47的出口均与冷藏室70的内腔连通,形成图4所示的带空气净化功能的冷藏设备,该装置的内风机48、55间隔启闭,可形成冷藏室与箱式容器20内的舱室的空气循环,实现通风换气,消除异味2。
上述的介质进口10上设置有网罩41,网罩41内设置有空气过滤网42,空气过滤网42内侧的网罩41内设置有外风机46;介质通过口12上设置有网罩,网罩内设置有空气过滤网13,形成图5所示的吸尘及废气回收装置。
上述的介质进口10上设置有网罩41,网罩41内设置有空气过滤网42,空气过滤网42内侧的网罩41内设置有外风机43;介质通过口12上设置有网罩53,网罩53内设置有空气过滤网54,空气过滤网54内侧的网罩53内设置有内风机55;出风总管47的两侧分别设置有阀门56,两阀门56之间的出风总管47上通过出风管46与中部三个以上的舱室的顶盖连通,出风总管47的两端出口上均设置有网罩50,网罩50内设置有空气过滤网49,空气过滤网49内侧的网罩50内设置有内风机48;出风总管47的至少一端出口和介质进口10均与室内71连通,形成图6所示的大棚的室内空气净化装置;使用时:关闭出风总管47两侧上的阀门11,打开介质进口10及介质通过口12上的阀门11及外风机43、内风机55,可以将室内71的空气向外排放;打开出风总管47上的阀门56及出风管46上的阀门11,打开介质进口10及介质通过口12上的阀门11上的阀门11及外风机43,可以将室内71外的空气形成循环,室内压力高则可通过介质通过口12向室外泄压,室内压力低则可通过介质通过口12向室内补充空气;也可以仅打开出风总管47上的阀门56,通过出风总管47上的内风机48的启闭实现室内外的空气交换或压力平衡。
上述的溢流管24至少有三个,其中:两个与集污箱35连通的溢流管24分别连通至箱式容器20两侧的舱室21、28内、至少一个与集污箱35连通的溢流管24连通至箱式容器中部的舱室内,两侧舱室内的溢流管开口高于水位线29,中部舱室内的溢流管开口位于水位线29上,形成图7所示的汽车尾气处理装置, 两侧舱室内的溢流管用于车辆上下坡时适用于水位线29的改变,利用该装置可以有效吸收车辆尾气中的PM2.5粉尘颗粒物的排放量,减低车辆尾气对大气的污染。
上述的介质进口10侧的舱室21内设置有沉淀池90,沉淀池90的上部侧壁上设置有出水口及罩在出水口上的过滤网91,所述的舱室21与沉淀池90之间设置有过水间隙,所述的第一个隔板23和最后一个隔板23上的通水孔231上设置有过滤网92,最后一个隔板23分割出的两个舱室28均通过导管94、95引出箱式容器20外并与回收池93连通,箱式容器20与回收池93之间的导管94、95上均设置有阀门11,两个舱室内的导管94、95均开口于水位线29之下的水位线附近。
上述的介质进口10侧的第一、二隔板之间的舱室内支撑有蒸汽发电机64,蒸汽发电机64与介质进口10之间设置有内风机43,形成节能环保装置主体100,介质进口10与太阳能集热锅120或长方形集热槽的夹层109上部连通,太阳能集热锅120或长方形集热槽的内壁上设置有人工检查窗门及两个以上带有阀门105的进气管103,进气管103的开口上设置有过滤网104,过滤网104的外侧设置有挡板102,夹层109的底部内腔为储水腔116,过滤池112分别通过带有阀门11的导管111与太阳能集热锅120或长方形集热槽的内腔117、储水腔116底部、储水腔116的水位线处及储水池114连通,水泵113的进水口与储水池114连通、出水口分别通过带有阀门11的导管115与夹层109顶部的喷淋头107和储水腔116连通,太阳能集热锅120或长方形集热槽的开口上铰接有吸热盖101,吸热盖101上设置有压力表和温度表,吸热盖101通过一侧立杆121上的吊绳119带动其启闭,启闭吸热盖101可以用人工 启闭也可以用液压或电动启闭,吸热盖101既可以吸热又可以方风沙灰尘进入太阳能集热锅120或长方形集热槽内,所述的节能环保装置主体100在太阳能集热锅120或长方形集热槽的四周环设有三个以上,本发明图10所示的是在太阳能集热锅120的四周环设有九个节能环保装置主体100,并通过支架118固定,太阳能集热锅120或长方形集热槽可以用不锈钢材料制造,以防止材料因腐蚀、锈蚀而降低使用寿命,喷淋头107用于人工降雨除尘降温等功能,太阳能集热锅120或长方形集热槽的占地面积为10-2000平方米,可以根据发电量的不同进行设计;太阳能集热锅120或长方形集热槽的储水腔116也可以用于太阳能热水器加热水使用。

所述的介质进口10延伸到烟囱82内并在介质进口10上设置有空气过滤网42,空气过滤网42内设置有外风机43;烟囱82内的介质进口10上侧设置有隔板60、前侧设置有挡板61,隔板60的上侧设置有喷淋头62及连通过滤池68的回水管69,过滤池68与水池67连通,水泵66的进水口通过导管与水池66内腔连接、出水口通过带有阀门11的导管65与喷淋头62连通,形成图12所 示的废气净化装置81;所述烟囱82的顶部用顶盖83封闭,所述的废气回收净化利用装置80在烟囱82下部的烟囱上设置有两个以上,所述的废气净化装置81在废气回收净化利用装置80上侧的烟囱上间隔设置有两个以上,两个以上的废气净化装置81或/和废气回收净化利用装置80用一个水泵66及水池67为对应的喷淋头62提供喷淋用高压水,形成图13所示的烟囱内的废气除尘及余热回收利用装置。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能节能环保装置,其特征在于:所述的溢流管至少有三个,其中:两个与集污箱连通的溢流管分别连通至箱式容器两侧的舱室内、至少一个与集污箱连通的溢流管连通至箱式容器中部的舱室内,两侧舱室内的溢流管开口高于水位线,中部舱室内的溢流管开口位于水位线上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能节能环保装置,其特征在于:所述的介质进口侧的舱室内设置有沉淀池,沉淀池的上部侧壁上设置有出水口及罩在出水 口上的过滤网,所述的舱室与沉淀池之间设置有过水间隙,所述的第一个隔板和最后一个隔板上的通水孔上设置有过滤网,最后一个隔板分割出的两个舱室均通过导管引出箱式容器外并与回收池连通,箱式容器与回收池之间的导管上均设置有阀门,两个舱室内的导管均开口于水位线之下的水位线附近。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能节能环保装置,其特征在于:所述的介质进口侧的第一、二隔板之间的舱室内支撑有蒸汽发电机,蒸汽发电机与介质进口之间设置有内风机,形成节能环保装置主体,介质进口与太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽的夹层上部连通,太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽的内壁上设置有人工检查窗门及两个以上带有阀门的进气管,夹层的底部内腔为储水腔,过滤池分别与太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽的内腔、储水腔底部、储水池的水位线处及储水池连通,水泵的进水口与储水池连通、出水口分别通过带有阀门的导管与夹层顶部的喷淋头和储水腔连通,太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽的开口上铰接有吸热盖,吸热盖上设置有压力表和温度表,吸热盖通过一侧立杆上的吊绳带动其启闭,所述的节能环保装置主体在太阳能集热锅或长方形集热槽的四周环设有三个以上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能节能环保装置,其特征在于:所述的介质进口延伸到烟囱内并在介质进口上设置有空气过滤网,空气过滤网内设置有外风机;烟囱内的介质进口上侧设置有隔板、前侧设置有挡板,隔板的上侧设置有喷淋头及连通过滤池的回水管,水泵的进水口通过导管与水池内腔连接、出水口通过导管与喷淋头连通,过滤池与水池连通,箱式容器内的介质进口侧的隔板上通过支架支撑有蒸汽发电机,形成废气回收净化利用装置;
    所述的介质进口延伸到烟囱内并在介质进口上设置有空气过滤网,空气过 滤网内设置有外风机;烟囱内的介质进口上侧设置有隔板、前侧设置有挡板,隔板的上侧设置有喷淋头及连通过滤池的回水管,过滤池与水池连通,水泵的进水口通过导管与水池内腔连接、出水口通过导管与喷淋头连通,形成废气净化装置;所述烟囱的顶部用顶盖封闭,所述的废气回收净化利用装置在烟囱下部的烟囱上设置有两个以上,所述的废气净化装置在废气回收净化利用装置上侧的烟囱上间隔设置有两个以上,两个以上的废气净化装置或/和废气回收净化利用装置用一个水泵及水池为对应的喷淋头提供喷淋用高压水。
