本发明实施例提供的消息处理的方法,终端根据预设策略生成显示策略,然后根据显示策略确定未读消息的显示区域,相比于现有技术中不能对未读消息进行分类推送导致现有的未读消息的推送方法的智能度较低,本发明实施例可以根据用户对未读消息的历史处理行为以及处理行为的重要程度生成显示策略,将处理行为为重要的推送到第一显示区域,将处理行为为非重要的推送到第二显示区域,或者当监控到用户将具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息设置为推送到第一显示区域时,可自动将后续接收到的具有第二特征的其他联系人的未读消息也推送到第一显示区域,使得用户可以及时查看未读消息,并对未读消息进行处理,提高了对未读消息推送的智能度。
对应于图1所示的方法流程,为了提高对未读消息推送的智能度,本发明实施例提供一种消息处理的装置30,如图3所示,该装置30包括:生成单元301、确定单元302。
生成单元301,设置为根据预设策略生成显示策略。
确定单元302,设置为根据显示策略确定未读消息的显示区域。
在本发明另一实施例中,生成单元301,还设置为将用户输入的策略设置为显示策略;或者,监控用户对未读消息的处理行为;根据用户对未读消息的处理行为生成显示策略;或者,获取云端服务器根据自身存储的数据生成的策略;将从云端服务器获取的策略设置为显示策略;或者,从云端服务器获取用户对未读消息的处理行为;根据从云端服务器获取的用户对未读消息的处理行为生成显示策略。
其中,用户输入的策略包括以下至少一项:将指定应用和/或指定联系人的未读消息推送到第一显示区域,将非指定应用和/或非指定联系人的未读消息推送到第二显示区域;将包含预设关键字的未读消息推送到第一显示区域,将未包含预设关键字的未读消息推送到第二显示区域;当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,将具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第一显示区域;当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,将具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第二显示区域。
在本发明另一实施例中,生成单元301,还设置为当监控到用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第一次数时,根据第一处理行为的重要程度生成显示策略。
其中,显示策略为当第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,将后续接收到的具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第一显示区域,当第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,将后续接收到的具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第二显示区域;或者,显示策略为当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,将具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第一显示区域;当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,将具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第二显示区域。
在本发明另一实施例中,生成单元301,还设置为当监控到用户将具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息推送到第一显示区域时,生成显示策略,显示策略为将后续接收到的具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息推送到第一显示区域。
其中,第一显示区域为多屏终端的主屏或者能够与移动终端通信的可穿戴设备的显示屏,第二显示区域为多屏终端的侧屏或者能够与可穿戴设备进行通信的终端的显示屏。
本发明实施例提供的消息处理的装置,生成单元根据预设策略生成显示策略,确定单元根据显示策略确定未读消息的显示区域,相比于现有技术中不能对未读消息进行分类推送导致现有的未读消息的推送方法的智能度较低,本发明实施例可以根据用户对未读消息的历史处理行为以及处理行为的重要程度生成显示策略,将处理行为为重要的推送到第一显示区域,将处理行为为非重要的推送到第二显示区域,或者当监控到用户将具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息设置为推送到第一显示区域时,可自动将后续接收到的具有第二特征的其他联系人的未读消息也推送到第一显示区域,使得用户可以及时查看未读消息,并对未读消息进行处理,提高了对未读消息推送的智能度。
图4是本发明实施例提供的另一种消息处理的装置的结构示意图。
如图4所示,本发明实施例提供的另一种消息处理的装置30可以是不同类型的电子设备,例如:智能手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑以及移动互联网设备、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、智能电视、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能手环等。如图4所示,本发明实施例中的装置30包括:至少一个处理器310,例如CPU,至少一个接收器313,至少一个存储器314,至少一个发送器315,至少一个通信总线312。其中,所述通信总线312用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,所述接收器313和所述发送器315可以是有线发送端口,也可以为无线设备,例如包括天线装置,用于与其他设备进行数据通信。所述存储器314可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
所述处理器310可执行所述装置30的操作***以及安装的各类应用程序、程序代码等,例如,上述的各个单元,包括所述生成单元301、所述确定单元302等。
所述存储器314中存储有程序代码,且所述处理器310可通过通信总线312,调用所述存储器314中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图3中所述的各个单元(例如,所述生成单元301、所述确定单元302等)是存储在所述存储器314中的程序代码,并由所述处理器310所执行,从而实现所述各个单元的功能以实现对消息的处理。
在本发明的实施例中,所述存储器314存储多个指令,所述多个指令被所述处理器310所执行以实现消息处理。具体而言,所述处理器310根据预设策略生成显示策略;所述处理器310根据所述显示策略确定未读消息的显示区域。
在进一步的实施例中,所述处理器310将用户输入的策略设置为所述显示策略;或者,所述处理器310监控用户对未读消息的处理行为;所述处理器310根据用户对未读消息的处理行为生成所述显示策略;或者,所述处理器获取云端服务器根据自身存储的数据生成的策略;所述处理器310将从所述云端服务器获取的策略设置为所述显示策略;或者,所述处理器310从所述云端服务器获取用户对未读消息的处理行为;所述处理器310根据从云端服务器获取的用户对未读消息的处理行为生成所述显示策略。
在进一步的实施例中,所述用户输入的策略包括以下至少一项:所述处理器310将指定应用和/或指定联系人的未读消息推送到第一显示区域,将非指定应用和/或非指定联系人的未读消息推送到第二显示区域;所述处理器310将包含预设关键字的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域,将未包含所述预设关键字的未读消息推送到所述第二显示区域;当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,所述处理器310将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域;当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,所述处理器310将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到第二显示区域。
在进一步的实施例中,当监控到用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第一次数时,所述处理器310根据所述第一处理行为的重要程度生成所述显示策略;其中,所述显示策略为当所述第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,所述处理器310将后续接收到的具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第一显示区域,当所述第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,所述处理器310将后续接收到的具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第二显示区域;或者,所述显示策略为当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行所述第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,所述处理器310将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域;当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,所述处理器310将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到所述第二显示区域。
在进一步的实施例中,当监控到用户将具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息推送到第一显示区域时,所述处理器310生成所述显示策略,所述显示策略为将后续接收到的具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域。
在进一步的实施例中,所述第一显示区域为多屏终端的主屏或者能够与移动终端通信的可穿戴设备的显示屏,所述第二显示区域为多屏终端的侧屏或者能够与可穿戴设备进行通信的终端的显示屏。
具体地,所述处理器310对上述指令的具体实现方法可参考图1至图2对应实施例中相关步骤的描述,在此不赘述。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中,如计算机的软盘,硬盘或光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种消息处理的方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于具有至少两个显示区域的设备或***中,所述方法包括:
    根据预设策略生成显示策略;
    根据所述显示策略确定未读消息的显示区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的消息处理的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预设策略生成显示策略,包括:
    将用户输入的策略设置为所述显示策略;或者,
    监控用户对未读消息的处理行为;
    根据用户对未读消息的处理行为生成所述显示策略;或者,
    获取云端服务器根据自身存储的数据生成的策略;
    将从所述云端服务器获取的策略设置为所述显示策略;或者,
    从所述云端服务器获取用户对未读消息的处理行为;
    根据从云端服务器获取的用户对未读消息的处理行为生成所述显示策略。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的消息处理的方法,其特征在于,所述用户输入的策略包括以下至少一项:
    将指定应用和/或指定联系人的未读消息推送到第一显示区域,将非指定应用和/或非指定联系人的未读消息推送到第二显示区域;
    将包含预设关键字的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域,将未包含所述预设关键字的未读消息推送到所述第二显示区域;
    当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域;
    当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到第二显示区域。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的消息处理的方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户对未读消息的处理行为生成所述显示策略,包括:
    当监控到用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第一次数时,根据所述第一处理行为的重要程度生成所述显示策略;
    其中,所述显示策略为当所述第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,将后续接收到的具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第一显示区域,当所述第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,将后续接收到的具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第二显示区域;或者,
    所述显示策略为当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行所述第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域;当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到所述第二显示区域。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的消息处理的方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户对未读消息的处理行为生成所述显示策略,包括:
    当监控到用户将具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息推送到第一显示区域时,生成所述显示策略,所述显示策略为将后续接收到的具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的消息处理的方法,其特征在于,所述第一显示区域为多屏终端的主屏或者能够与移动终端通信的可穿戴设备的显示屏,所述第二显示区域为多屏终端的侧屏或者能够与可穿戴设备进行通信的终端的显示屏。
  7. 一种消息处理的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    生成单元,设置为根据预设策略生成显示策略;
    确定单元,设置为根据所述显示策略确定未读消息的显示区域。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的消息处理的装置,其特征在于,
    所述生成单元,还设置为将用户输入的策略设置为所述显示策略;或者,监控用户对未读消息的处理行为;根据用户对未读消息的处理行为生成所述显示策略;或者,获取云端服务器根据自身存储的数据生成的策略;将从所述云端服务器获取的策略设置为所述显示策略;或者,从所述云端服务器获取用户对未读消息的处理行为;根据从云端服务器获取的用户对未读消息的处理行为生成所述显示策略。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的消息处理的装置,其特征在于,所述用户输入的策略包括以下至少一项:
    将指定应用和/或指定联系人的未读消息推送到第一显示区域,将非指定应用和/或非指定联系人的未读消息推送到第二显示区域;
    将包含预设关键字的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域,将未包含所述预设关键字的未读消息推送到所述第二显示区域;
    当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域;
    当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到第二显示区域。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的消息处理的装置,其特征在于,
    所述生成单元,还设置为当监控到用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第一次数时,根据所述第一处理行为的重要程度生成所述显示策略;
    其中,所述显示策略为当所述第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,将后续接收到的具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第一显示区域,当所述第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,将后续接收到的具有第一特征的未读消息推送到第二显示区域;或者,
    所述显示策略为当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行所述第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为重要时,将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域;当用户对具有第一特征的未读消息连续进行第一处理行为的次数达到第二次数,且所述第一处理行为的重要程度为不重要时,将具有所述第一特征的未读消息推送到所述第二显示区域。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的消息处理的装置,其特征在于,
    所述生成单元,还设置为当监控到用户将具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息推送到第一显示区域时,生成所述显示策略,所述显示策略为将后续接收到的具有第二特征的联系人的未读消息推送到所述第一显示区域。
  12. 根据权利要求7至10任一项所述的消息处理的装置,其特征在于,所述第一显示区域为多屏终端的主屏或者能够与移动终端通信的可穿戴设备的显示屏,所述第二显示区域为多屏终端的侧屏或者能够与可穿戴设备进行通信的终端的显示屏。
