随着科技和经济的发展,移动设备的普及程度得到的极大的提高。目前,在我国的智能手机、 ipad 、平板电脑等移动终端的拥有量不断上升,在发达的城市几乎是人手一部手机,甚至部分人同时拥有手机和 iPad 等移动终端。近几年,移动终端正往屏幕最大化发展。键盘,这个我们耳熟能详的物体已经逐渐淡出移动终端,取而代之的是越来越大的触摸屏。因此一个舒适易懂的手势对于电子设备设备来说尤其重要。而智能手机、 iPhone 、 iPad 等移动终端采用的连接方式一般是通过蓝牙或 wifi 技术搜索局域网内可能出现的其他用户,并根据用户的选择再进行连接 ( 通常是第二用户把用户名告诉第一用户,然后第一用户在通过用户名进行筛选 ) ,这些方式对移动终端菜单的选择次数较多,操作过程较为繁琐。
技术问题
通过对现有技术的了解,发明人认为,现有技术至少存在如下问题:
第一、两电子设备在建立连接时,操作的界面或操作过程的次数过多,操作过程较为繁琐。
第二、用户名复杂或出现重名会影响用户连接速度。
第三、若多用户同时使用,必须频繁地进行点对点连接,浪费用户时间。
技术解决方案
本发明提出了电子设备通信方法及电子设备通信***,可以采用很简单的手势让电子设备进行连接,大大减少用户在连接时操作界面的次数,同时还可以减少一用户连接多用户时多次连接其他用户的操作,使得连接的界面操作更加简单易懂。
有益效果
相较于现有技术,本发明提供的电子设备通信方法操作简单,大大减少用户的连接时间。即使出现用户名复杂或出现重名的情况也不会影响用户连接速度,提高沟通的效率,用户体验较好。

图 1 中示出了本发明的电子设备通信方法实施例的流程示意图。
如图 1 所示,本实施例中的方法包括步骤:
S101 :进入操作界面;在本实施例中进入操作界面是为了确保每一个电子设备(也可以叫做电子装置,目前智能手机、平板电脑、 pc 都可以作为本发明的实现装置)都有一个共同的服务网络。在明确电子设备之间的连接关系后,其操作界面可以理解为电子设备的***示页面。
S102 :第一电子设备检测触摸手势,根据触摸手势的滑动方向信息生成请求数据包并发送该数据包到网络中;在本实施例中,第一电子设备检测是否有一个或多个手指(或触摸物)触摸屏幕,若在预设之间内( 100ms )手指由触摸点向左滑动,则产生的请求数据包包括一个左移的信息。若有多个手指往不同方向移动,而产生的请求数据包括不同方向的移动信息。此时,第一电子设备会根据不同的滑动方向信息生成相应的请求数据包,并将该请求数据包发送至网络中,等待第二电子设备的响应。这里说的网络,包括局域网或者广域网中。作为较优实施例,这里采用了局域网中的无线网络。在此步骤中,请求数据包也可以不发送到网络中,仅仅作为一个标记数据保存。作为标记数据,主要是在预设时间内告知***可以开始接受网络传送过来的数据包,并作为判断响应数据包中的数据是否为预设数据的标识。
S103 :若在预设时间内第一电子设备接收由第二电子设备触摸手势滑动方向信息生成的响应数据包,建立连接;所述响应数据包中的第二电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息为预设滑动方向信息。
第二电子设备检测触摸手势,根据用户触摸手势方向信息生成响应数据包并发送该数据包到网络中。一般来说,第二电子设备在接受到第一电子设备的请求包后(步骤 S102 若请求数据包不发送到网络,则不会出现这种状况),会有所提示,用户只须通过提示触动相应的手势或按下相应的提示按键即可。但是,一方面这种提示由于同一时间内可能有多个用户同时发来请求,逐个提示会浪费时间,也可能让不想接收的信息的用户接收信息提示造成用户困扰;另一方面,第一电子设备用户也不能第一时间与想连接的用户进行连接。这里所说的第二电子设备生成的响应数据包括检测到第二电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息。第二电子设备检测触摸手势时,触摸手势包括在触摸屏上放置一个或一个以上手指达预定时间量,并朝着一个方向或一个以上方向移动,根据滑动方向信息生成响应数据包。在本实施例中,第二电子设备不采用主动提示方式。第二电子设备检测是否有一个或多个手指(或触摸物)在触摸屏幕,并在预设时间内( 100ms )手指由触摸点向左滑动。若有多个手指往不同方向移动,而产生的请求数据包括各个不同方向的移动信息。此时,第二电子设备会根据不同的滑动方向信息生成相应的响应数据包,发送该数据包到网络中。第一电子设备接收到响应数据包后,会判断响应数据包中的滑动方向信息是否为预设滑动方向信息,若是,建立连接,若否,返回 S102 。
在响应数据包中的滑动方向信息是第一电子设备所要求的滑动方向信息时,第一电子设备才会与第二电子设备建立连接。在这里,建立连接的概念相当于相互加为'好友',即在***中建立添加好友的数据库,当第一电子设备和第二电子设备符合连接条件后,***则可以将其辨认为'好友'且存储链接条件。这个建立连接技术可用于目前绝大部分聊天交友软件,如 qq 、微信、米聊、飞信等等;具体实施可以是用户各自打开 qq 软件,并选择'滑动交友'功能后,进入操作界面,通过界面操作即可实现加好友的功能。
一般来说,响应数据包中的滑动方向信息有下面几种情况:
1 、第二电子用户按下按键或触动屏幕按键生产响应数据包为第一电子用户请求数据包所要求数据一致;
2 、响应数据包的滑动方向信息与请求数据包的方向信息大致相同或大致相反,如请求数据包与响应数据包的移动方向信息都是'左',则认为其方向信息大致相同,请求数据包的移动方向信息是'左',响应数据包的移动方向信息为'右',则认为其方向信息大致相反;
3 、响应数据包的移动方向信息与请求数据包的方向信息大致垂直向上或大致垂直向下,如请求数据包的移动方向信息是 '左',而要求的响应数据包的移动方向信息是 '上',则认为其要求方向信息为'垂直向上'信息;
4 、因手指多次往不同方向移动而产生请求数据包的移动方向信息,响应数据包中的多次移动的方向信息与请求数据包中的移动方向信息大致相同或大致相反。
上述的情况可认为是第二电子设备跟第一电子设备进行了匹配。这些匹配规则可以设置成多种匹配模式,由用户自己选择。使用时,第一电子设备用户选择对应匹配模式,并将规则告知第二电子设备用户,第二电子设备用户可通过其规则产生相应手势。最后通过数据包匹配进行连接。当然,匹配规则或者匹配模式都可以根据实际情况进行修改及改进,不局限于上述这几种模式。
作为更好的实施例,响应数据包中的预设滑动方向信息与第一电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息大致相同或大致相反。由于第一电子设备和第二电子设备在实际操作时,不可能获得百分之百相同的滑动方向信息,因此,在本发明中,大致相同或大致相反是指第一电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息与预设滑动方向信息的角度相差不超过 45o(4 个方向 ) 或 22.5o(8 个方向 ) 。在其他的应用场景中,这个角度范围也可以有所不同,另外也可以通过***校准滑动方向信息(如通过判定其与水平方向的夹角是否大于 45o ,若大于则***判定为垂直方向,若小于则***判定为水平方向)。预设滑动方向信息主要是第一电子设备用户与第二电子设备用户约定的一个连接信息,比如第一电子设备用户触摸手势的滑动方向信息为'左',他可以告诉第二电子设备用户在第二电子设备上进行触摸手势的滑动方向信息为'左'(相反为'右')的操作。同理若同时告诉第三电子设备用户、第四电子设备用户……也可以轻易与他们进行连接。这比传统地依次搜索出他们的用户名,再依次连接的效率提高了很多。第一电子设备通过所述滑动方向信息将所连接的其他电子设备进行分类,有助于精准地连接到目标用户。按实际的操作方向(即滑动方向信息)对用户进行分类,有利于联系人数据的分类管理。
由于在相同局域网中,同一时间段产生相同滑动方向信息可能比较多,响应数据包采用相同或相反滑动方向信息,一方面是由于手势简单便于大众使用,另一方面,可减少 '误连接'。本技术方案可以让局域网内特定的用户进行'可识别'的连接和交互,进而提高沟通的效率。在广域网内,同一时间段产生相同滑动方向信息是非常多的,这种匹配可以用于交友,即可找寻在当前广域网中,在同一时间段内执行相同滑动操作的个人的。比起'摇一摇'交友来说,可以省去手机中陀螺仪的使用,并增加交友的趣味性。
本发明的实施方式
以下结合其中的较佳实施方式对本发明方案进行详细阐述。
图 1 中示出了本发明的电子设备通信方法实施例的流程示意图。
如图 1 所示,本实施例中的方法包括步骤:
S101 :进入操作界面;在本实施例中进入操作界面是为了确保每一个电子设备(也可以叫做电子装置,目前智能手机、平板电脑、 pc 都可以作为本发明的实现装置)都有一个共同的服务网络。在明确电子设备之间的连接关系后,其操作界面可以理解为电子设备的***示页面。
S102 :第一电子设备检测触摸手势,根据触摸手势的滑动方向信息生成请求数据包并发送该数据包到网络中;在本实施例中,第一电子设备检测是否有一个或多个手指(或触摸物)触摸屏幕,若在预设之间内( 100ms )手指由触摸点向左滑动,则产生的请求数据包包括一个左移的信息。若有多个手指往不同方向移动,而产生的请求数据包括不同方向的移动信息。此时,第一电子设备会根据不同的滑动方向信息生成相应的请求数据包,并将该请求数据包发送至网络中,等待第二电子设备的响应。这里说的网络,包括局域网或者广域网中。作为较优实施例,这里采用了局域网中的无线网络。在此步骤中,请求数据包也可以不发送到网络中,仅仅作为一个标记数据保存。作为标记数据,主要是在预设时间内告知***可以开始接受网络传送过来的数据包,并作为判断响应数据包中的数据是否为预设数据的标识。
S103 :若在预设时间内第一电子设备接收由第二电子设备触摸手势滑动方向信息生成的响应数据包,建立连接;所述响应数据包中的第二电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息为预设滑动方向信息。
第二电子设备检测触摸手势,根据用户触摸手势方向信息生成响应数据包并发送该数据包到网络中。一般来说,第二电子设备在接受到第一电子设备的请求包后(步骤 S102 若请求数据包不发送到网络,则不会出现这种状况),会有所提示,用户只须通过提示触动相应的手势或按下相应的提示按键即可。但是,一方面这种提示由于同一时间内可能有多个用户同时发来请求,逐个提示会浪费时间,也可能让不想接收的信息的用户接收信息提示造成用户困扰;另一方面,第一电子设备用户也不能第一时间与想连接的用户进行连接。这里所说的第二电子设备生成的响应数据包括检测到第二电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息。第二电子设备检测触摸手势时,触摸手势包括在触摸屏上放置一个或一个以上手指达预定时间量,并朝着一个方向或一个以上方向移动,根据滑动方向信息生成响应数据包。在本实施例中,第二电子设备不采用主动提示方式。第二电子设备检测是否有一个或多个手指(或触摸物)在触摸屏幕,并在预设时间内( 100ms )手指由触摸点向左滑动。若有多个手指往不同方向移动,而产生的请求数据包括各个不同方向的移动信息。此时,第二电子设备会根据不同的滑动方向信息生成相应的响应数据包,发送该数据包到网络中。第一电子设备接收到响应数据包后,会判断响应数据包中的滑动方向信息是否为预设滑动方向信息,若是,建立连接,若否,返回 S102 。

4 、因手指多次往不同方向移动而产生请求数据包的移动方向信息,响应数据包中的多次移动的方向信息与请求数据包中的移动方向信息大致相同或大致相反。
上述的情况可认为是第二电子设备跟第一电子设备进行了匹配。这些匹配规则可以设置成多种匹配模式,由用户自己选择。使用时,第一电子设备用户选择对应匹配模式,并将规则告知第二电子设备用户,第二电子设备用户可通过其规则产生相应手势。最后通过数据包匹配进行连接。当然,匹配规则或者匹配模式都可以根据实际情况进行修改及改进,不局限于上述这几种模式。

上述步骤中,第一电子设备在预设的时间内未接收到响应数据包,或者接收到响应数据包的时间超出预设时间,则返回步骤 S102 ,若第一电子设备在预设时间内接收到第二电子设备回复的响应数据包,且响应数据包中的方向信息为预设方向信息,它们匹配成功,第一电子设备与第二电子设备建立通信连接。
在实际应用时,用户将两个电子设备并排放在一起(第一电子设备在左第二电子设备在右),然后将两个手指分别放在两个电子设备相应的触摸屏内,左边手指在第一电子设备触摸屏中往右滑动触摸,右边手指在第二电子设备触摸屏中往左滑动触摸,进行'合二为一'的动作,若符合第一电子设备预先的规则,这样即可建立连接。
作为多点滑动或者多方向滑动的例子,一个以上触摸手势的滑动方向信息是指按触摸时间顺序依次记录的滑动方向信息。如第一电子设备可以在屏幕上依次写下'王'这个字的笔画顺序,此时,根据不同的时间顺序,其记录到的滑动方向的信息为第一秒'右'、第二秒'右'、第三秒'下'、第四秒'右',第二电子设备在匹配时,可以通过依次写下'王'这个字的笔画顺序来获取与第一电子设备连接的权限,进而建立连接。而同一时间,用多个手指同时触摸屏幕,再进行滑动,按时间顺序则可能产生第一秒'左',第一秒'左',第一秒'上',第二电子设备在匹配时,须产生第一秒'左',第一秒'左',第一秒'上'的信息,这样才能获取第一电子设备连接的权限,进而建立连接。需要指出的是,多个手指同时移动可以产生比较好的身份识别效果,对于多用户同时应用此技术具有一定的隐私保护作用。
依照上述步骤,可以产生如下效果:第一,通过单手指触摸移动触摸,具备方向信息,使得其可与其建立连接关系的用户至少分成 4 个类别(分别是上下左右四个方向,若用户关系分组多的时候可以分成 8 个方向,呈'米'字状),每个类别都可以有多个不同的电子设备。这样,用户在共享文件或者数据的时候就具有一定的目的性,可大大提高资源的有效利用率。第二,连接用户需要用预定的滑动触摸手势才能与同本电子设备连接,减少在同一区域内发生'误连接'的几率;
作为一种网络交友平台添加好友的方法,与本实施例中提到的电子设备通信方法的区别是将所述第一电子设备与第二电子设备建立连接的步骤替换成为第一电子设备的网络交友平台用户添加第二电子设备的网络交友平台用户为好友的步骤。

一种电子设备通信***,应用于第一电子设备,包括 :
触摸手势检测模块,用于检测用户在触摸屏上点击的触摸点以及滑动之后的触摸点的位置信息,并根据触摸点的位置产生滑动方向信息 ;
数据处理模块,用于根据所述触摸点滑动方向信息生成一个请求与第二电子设备建立通信连接的请求数据包 ;
响应检测模块,用于检测第一电子设备是否在预设的时间间隔内接收到第二电子设备的响应数据包,检验响应数据包中的第二电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息是否为预设滑动方向信息 ;
第一通信模块,用于接收响应检测模块的信息,并根据信息与所述第二电子设备建立连接。
一种电子设备通信***,应用于第二电子设备,包括 :
触摸手势检测模块,用于检测用户在触摸屏上点击的触摸点以及滑动之后的触摸点的位置信息,并根据触摸点的位置产生滑动方向信息 ;

在本实施例中,各个模块的工作原理是:触摸手势检测模块检测用户在触摸屏上点击的触摸点以及滑动之后的触摸点的位置信息,并根据触摸点的位置产生滑动方向信息,数据处理模块接收触摸手势检测模块生成的滑动方向信息,并生成一个请求与第二电子设备建立通信连接的请求数据包,将该请求数据包通过第一通信模块发送至网络。此时,第二电子设备接收到该请求数据包,其通过触摸手势检测模块检测用户屏幕进行操作动作,并根据触摸手势的滑动方向信息生成响应数据包。第二电子设备再将响应数据包通过网络发送给第一电子设备的响应检测模块,若检测到第一电子设备在预设的时间内接收到第二电子设备回复的响应数据包,且响应数据包中的第二电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息为预设滑动方向信息,则发送相应的信息到第一通信模块,第一通信模块根据信息与第二电子设备的第二通信模块通信,并建立连接。
另外,若在第二电子设备没有接收到第一电子设备请求数据包下进行时,第二电子设备检测到的触摸手势的滑动方向信息生成响应数据包,若检测到第一电子设备在预设的时间内接收到第二电子设备回复的响应数据包,若响应数据包中的第二电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息为预设滑动方向信息,则控制第一通信模块与第二电子设备的第二通信模块通信,建立通信连接。
与本技术方案方法实施例类似,本实施例的响应数据包中的预设滑动方向信息与第一电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息大致相同或大致相反。如果要使得连接的保密性增强,可以设置触摸手势的滑动方向信息有一个或一个以上滑动方向信息,而一个以上触摸手势的滑动方向信息是指按触摸时间顺序依次记录的滑动方向信息。第一电子设备通过所述滑动方向信息将所连接的其他第二电子设备进行分类。通过这样的分类,第二电子设备可以结合滑动方向信息给自己想要的第二电子设备发送信息。
作为一种网络交友平台添加好友***,与本实施例中提到的电子设备通信***的区别是将所述第一电子设备与第二电子设备建立连接替换成为第一电子设备的网络交友平台用户添加第二电子设备的网络交友平台用户为好友。

进入操作界面;第一电子设备检测触摸手势,根据触摸手势的滑动方向信息生成请求数据包 , 若在预设时间内第一电子设备接收由第二电子设备触摸手势滑动方向信息生成的响应数据包,所述第一电子设备与所述第二电子设备建立连接;
所述响应数据包中的第二电子设备触摸手势的滑动方向信息为预设滑动方向信息。

第一通信模块,用于接收响应检测模块的信息,并根据信息与所述第二电子设备建立连接。
