如图1所示,本发明的一实施例的通话建立方法,包括:
S11、根据接收的通话信令确定主叫设备信息和被叫设备信息;
S12、根据预先存储的设备信息/处理机房映射关系确定相应于所述主叫设备信息和被叫设备信息的处理机房,所述设备信息/处理机房映射关系至少根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定;
S13、配置所述处理机房以当被叫处于空闲状态时发送所述通话信令至相应于所述被叫的所有通话设备。
本公开的通话建立方法在接收到用户通过通话设备发送来的通话信令后,首先确定通话双方的特征信息,即主叫特征信息和被叫特征信息,然后根据预先存储的根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定的设备信息/处理机房映射关系确定分别相应于主叫和被叫的目标处理机房,从而在确定目标处理机房处于空闲状态时发送通话信令至相应于被叫的所有通话设备,以完成通话的建立;本公开预先存储了根据通话设备第一次上线时所确定的设备信息/处理机房映射关系,而不需要通话设备每一次上线时都同步设备信息,因此避免了因通话设备频繁上下线而造成的数据的频繁同步,同时也避免了数据同步不及时的问 题。
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,设备信息/处理机房映射关系至少根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定包括:
S21、根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定所接入的机房为处理机房;
S22、将所述通话设备的设备信息和确定的所述处理机房存储为设备信息/处理机房映射关系;
S23、将所述设备信息/处理机房映射关系同步至全球机房。
本实施例的步骤S21、根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定所接入的机房为处理机房中,设备上线所接入的机房就是设备所处地区的机房,例如用户设备在中国大陆登陆,则中国大陆的机房就是接入机房,这时就确定中国大陆的这个机房为本用户设备的处理机房;本实施例中通过仅仅在通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定本通话设备所接入的机房为本通话设备的处理机房,然后根据本通话设备的设备信息和确定的处理机房生成设备信息/处理机房映射关系并同步至全球的机房,从而达到通知全球机房,本通话设备的处理机房在哪里,从而保证了无论本通话设备在全球各地的任何地区通过本地区的机房上线时,本地区的机房都能够确定本通话设备的处理机房,从而即使在通话设备在不同的地区进行频繁的上下线,而不再同步设备信息,也能保证随时被呼叫后都能立即与本通话设备建立通话。
在上述实施例中的通话设备为一种智能终端,并且智能终端可以是手机(例如,乐视手机),也可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,也可以是PC(personal computer,个人计算机)、平板电脑等,还可以是能够连接到互联网的智能电视(例如,乐视超级电视)、机顶盒等。
在一些实施例中,设备信息为设备特征码,所述处理机房信息为处理机房的IP地址。例如,智能手机或者智能电视的特征码,每一部智能手机出厂时都有自己唯一对应的特征码或者说是标识码,以用于唯一性的代表该智能手机;处理机房信息为处理机房的IP地址,以用于根据确定被叫的处理机房IP地址 后根据IP地址路由到被叫的处理机房,从而发送通话信令至处理机房实现通话的建立。
在一些实施例中,根据接收的通话信令确定主叫设备信息和被叫设备信息包括:
根据接收的通话信令确定主叫用户信息和被叫用户信息;
根据主叫用户信息确定该主叫所绑定的多个通话设备,从而确定相应于多个通话设备的多个设备信息,即多个主叫设备信息;
根据被叫用户信息确定该被叫所绑定的多个通话设备,从而确定相应于多个通话设备的多个设备信息,即多个被叫设备信息。
本实施例中考了当同一个用户同时拥有多个通话设备时,可以采用一个账户来绑定该多个通话设备,例如,通过用户的手机号码或者身份证号码等唯一性信息来绑定多个通话设备。
在一些实施例中,相应于主叫特征信息和被叫特征信息的处理机房为同一处理机房。
本实施例中主叫通话设备和被叫通话设备可能同时处在处理机房所在的地区,也可能都不在处理机房所在的地区,或者只有一方在处理机房所在的地区;上述三种情况中的第一种,通话双方只需通过本地的同一个处理机房就可以获得最优质的通话质量;第二种情况时需要通话双方分别通过各自实际所处区域的机房作为代理机房,与通话双方的实际处理机房进行通信以实现最优质的通话质量;第三种情况时不在处理机房所在区域的一方需要其实际所在区域的机房作为代理机房与处理机房之间进行通信以从而实现与另一方的高质量的通信。上述三种情况中的后两种是极少发生的,属于小概率时间,距离来说明,通话双方A和B,如果A和B都是在中国第一次上线的通话设备,则一般情况下必然是生活的大部分时间都在中国的用户才会有的行为,当出现上述所列后两种情况时,必然是A和B双方都身处国外或者有一方身处国外,而当中国的长久居住用户到国外时,实际的停留时间往往也是很短暂的,另一方面在加之实 际在国外的同通话次数也是比较少的,因此,出现上述后两种情况的概率实际是很少的。
在一些实施例中,相应于主叫特征信息和被叫特征信息的处理机房包括:相应于主叫的主叫处理机房和相应于被叫的被叫处理机房。
在本实施例中主叫通话设备和被叫通话设备可能同时各自处在各自的处理机房所在的地区,也可能都刚好不在各自处理机房所在的地区,或者只有一方在自己处理机房所在的地区;上述三种情况中的第一种,通话双方只需各自通过本地的处理机房就可以获得最优质的跨机房通话质量;第二种情况时需要通话双方分别通过各自实际所处区域的机房作为代理机房,与通话双方各自的实际处理机房进行通信以实现最优质的通话质量;第三种情况时不在处理机房所在区域的一方需要其实际所在区域的机房作为代理机房与其处理机房之间进行通信以实现与另一方的高质量的跨机房通信。
如图3所示,在一些实施例中,配置所述处理机房以当被叫处于空闲状态时发送所述通话信令至相应于所述被叫的所有通话设备包括:
S31、配置所述被叫处理机房以当所述被叫处于空闲状态时调用所述被叫处理机房的远程调用接口;
S32、配置所述被叫处理机房以通过所述远程调用接口发送所述通话信令至相应于所述被叫的所有通话设备。
上述实施例中,被叫处于空闲状态为:相应于所述被叫的所有通话设备都没有进行通话。
本实施例中通过被叫的处理机房的远程调用接口将通话信令发送至相应于被叫的所有通话设备,实现了跨机房的通话信令的交互。具体地,本实施例中首先进行逻辑判断,判断相应于当前被叫的所有的通话设备是否处于空闲状态,如果是则忽略本次通话,如果否则通过被叫的处理机房的远程调用接口将通话信令发送至相应于被叫的所有通话设备,实现了跨机房的通话信令的交互。
本公开实施例中可以通过硬件处理器(hardware processor)来实现相关 功能模块。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作合并,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本公开并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本公开,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本公开所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
如图4所示,本公开的实施例还提供一种通话建立***,包括:
设备信息确定模块,用于根据接收的通话信令确定主叫设备信息和被叫设备信息;
处理机房确定模块,用于根据预先存储的设备信息/处理机房映射关系确定相应于所述主叫设备信息和被叫设备信息的处理机房,所述设备信息/处理机房映射关系至少根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定;
处理机房配置模块,用于配置所述目标处理机房以当被叫处于空闲状态时发送所述通话信令至相应于所述被叫的所有通话设备。
如图5所示,在一些通话建立***的实施例中,还包括映射关系确定模块,用于至少根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定设备信息/处理机房映射关系,所述映射关系确定模块包括:
处理机房确定单元,用于根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定所接入的机房为处理机房;
映射关系生成单元,用于将所述通话设备的设备信息和确定的所述处理机房存储为设备信息/处理机房映射关系;

上述本发明实施例的通话建立***可用于执行本发明实施例的通话建立方法,并相应的达到上述本发明实施例的通话建立方法所达到的技术效果,这里不再赘述。
另一方面,本发明的实施例还公开一种服务器,本公开的服务器布设了本发明上述任一实施例所述的通话建立***,并相应的执行本发明上述实施例所述的通话建立方法。
另一方面,本发明的实施例还公开一种机房,本公开的机房中包括了多个服务器,本实施例中的多个服务器中的至少一个布设了本发明上述任一实施例所述的通话建立***,并相应的执行本发明上述实施例所述的通话建立方法。

如图7所示,为本发明上述实施例中用服务器一实施例的结构示意图,本申请具体实施例并不对用服务器700的具体实现做限定,其包括:
处理器(processor)710、通信接口(Communications Interface)720、存储器(memory)730、以及通信总线740。其中:
处理器710、通信接口720、以及存储器730通过通信总线740完成相互间的通信。
通信接口720,用于与比如第三方访问端等的网元通信。
处理器710,用于执行程序732,具体可以执行上述方法实施例中的相关步骤。
具体地,程序732可以包括程序代码,所述程序代码包括计算机操作指令。

图8是本发明实施例提供的通话建立方法的硬件结构示意图,如图所示,该设备包括一个或多个处理器810以及存储器820。以一个处理器810为例。该设备还可以包括:输入装置830和输出装置840。
处理器810、存储器820、输入装置830和输出装置840可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图5中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器820作为一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非暂态软件程序、非暂态计算机可执行程序以及模块。处理器810通过运行存储在存储器820中的非暂态软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行电子设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例的处理方法。
存储器820可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作***、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储数据等。此外,存储器820可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非暂态存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非暂态固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器820可选包括相对于处理器810远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至处理装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。

  1. 一种通话建立方法,应用于电子设备,包括:
    根据接收的通话信令确定主叫设备信息和被叫设备信息;
    根据预先存储的设备信息/处理机房映射关系确定相应于所述主叫设备信息和被叫设备信息的目标处理机房,所述设备信息/处理机房映射关系至少根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定;
    配置所述目标处理机房以当被叫处于空闲状态时发送所述通话信令至相应于所述被叫的所有通话设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述设备信息/处理机房映射关系至少根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定包括:
    根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定所接入的机房为处理机房;
    将所述通话设备的设备信息和确定的所述处理机房存储为设备信息/处理机房映射关系;
    将所述设备信息/处理机房映射关系同步至全球机房。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述相应于主叫特征信息和被叫特征信息的目标处理机房为同一处理机房。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述相应于主叫特征信息和被叫特征信息的目标处理机房包括:相应于主叫的主叫处理机房和相应于被叫的被叫处理机房。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述配置所述目标处理机房以当被叫处于空闲状态时发送所述通话信令至相应于所述被叫的所有通话设备包括:
    配置所述被叫处理机房以当所述被叫处于空闲状态时调用所述被叫处理机房的远程调用接口;
    配置所述被叫处理机房以通过所述远程调用接口发送所述通话信令至相应 于所述被叫的所有通话设备。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述被叫处于空闲状态为:相应于所述被叫的所有通话设备都没有进行通话。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述设备信息为设备特征码,所述处理机房信息为处理机房的IP地址。
  8. 一种通话建立***,包括:
    设备信息确定模块,用于根据接收的通话信令确定主叫设备信息和被叫设备信息;
    处理机房确定模块,用于根据预先存储的设备信息/处理机房映射关系确定相应于所述主叫设备信息和被叫设备信息的处理机房,所述设备信息/处理机房映射关系至少根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定;
    处理机房配置模块,用于配置所述目标处理机房以当被叫处于空闲状态时发送所述通话信令至相应于所述被叫的所有通话设备。

    处理机房确定单元,用于根据通话设备第一次上线时所处地区确定所接入的机房为处理机房;
    映射关系生成单元,用于将所述通话设备的设备信息和确定的所述处理机房存储为设备信息/处理机房映射关系;
    映射关系同步单元,用于将所述设备信息/处理机房映射关系同步至全球机房。

    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
  16. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于:所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
