作为优选的实施例,所述通信端子3包括多个端子31,如图1所示,所述端子31的数量为两个,当然端子31的数量里可根据实际需要设计两个以上或者两个以下。每个端子31均与其他端子31间隔设置。每个所述端子31均由金属制成,例如铜、银、金或者合金等金属材料。由于用于安装通信端子3的基板1由柔性板制成,而通信 端子3由金属材料制成,该两者在制作的难道相对比较低,所以相对于现有技术来说,本实施例的制作成本较低。
以下以佳能C250系列打印机粉盒芯片为例对本实用新型中的一种信息存储装置的原理进行说明:
C250系列打印机的原装粉盒上用于原装芯片的安装位非常小,而现有代用芯片的尺寸通常比原装粉盒的安装位尺寸大,因此现有的代用芯片不能安装于原装粉盒上。而本实用新型提出的信息存储装置是通过柔性的基板1安装信息存储单元21、通信电路22及通信端子3,仅需将通信端子3及安装通信端子3的安装部11的尺寸设置成与将原装粉盒安装芯片的安装位或者原装芯片尺寸一致,避免调整整个信息存储装置的尺寸。因此将本实用新型的信息存储装置的通信端子3及安装部11安装于原装粉盒的安装位,而信息存储装置上除通信端子3及安装部11以外的部分安装在粉盒其他非预定的且不影响粉盒正常工作的位置,即可将本实用新型的信息存储装置代替原装芯片使用。由于仅改变通信端子3及安装部11的尺寸及形状,因此可以有效的降低生产成本。
另外,本实用新型的信息存储装置通过将基板1设置为柔性板,在安装时,基板1上除了安装部11之外的部分可以用于拿捏或者握持,然后将安装部11上的通信端子3对准安装位101之后,先讲安装部11安装于安装位11,将安装部11及其上面的零部件均安装于其他载体11上之后,再将基板1的其他部分安装于其他载体100上。由于信息存装置时,拿捏或者握持比较方便,所以容易调整信息存储 装置的位置,因此非常方便。
参照图3,本实用新型还提供一种显影剂容器200,其包括显影剂容器本体201与信息存储装置。该信息存储装置以可拆卸的方式安装于显影剂容器本体201上。所述显影剂容器本体201可调色剂瓶体、调色剂存储容器本体或粉盒的盒子等。所述信息存储装置可为以上实施例所述的信息存储装置,如此使得该显影剂容器200的生产成本较低,安装方便。所述信息存储装置安装于显影剂容器200上之后,可通过安装显影剂容器200一起安装于成像设备内,使得通信端子3与成像设备内的端子接触通信。由于信息存储装置以可拆卸的方式安装于显影剂容器本体201上,所述该信息存储装置可以根据需要更换,使得显影剂容器200可以循环利用,达到节约成本及环保的效果。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种信息存储装置,包括基板、存储组件及通信端子,所述存储组件及通信端子均安装于基板上;其特征在于:所述基板为具有变形能力的柔性板;所述存储组件包括信息存储单元、与信息存储单元连接的通信电路;所述通信端子与通信电路连接,该通信端子用于传输存储组件与成像设备之间的通信数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述基板上设置有胶黏层,该胶黏层用于将基板以可拆卸的方式安装在其他载体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述其他载体上开设有安装位;所述通信端子的全部或者部分安装于安装位内。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述信息存储装置还包括垫片;该垫片固定在基板上;所述垫片上设置有胶黏层。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述基板上设置有安装通信端子的安装部;该安装部包括两个相互平行的侧面,其中一个侧面用于安装所述通信端子,另一侧面安装所述垫片。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述信息存储装置还包括安装件;所述基板以可拆卸的方式安装于安装件上,所述安装件上开设有安装位;所述基板上设置有安装通信端子的安装部;所述安装部以可拆卸的方式安装于安装位内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述安 装部的形状及尺寸与安装位一致。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述通信端子包括多个端子,每个所述端子均由金属制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述信息存储单元为微控制单元。
  10. 一种信息存储装置,包括存储组件及通信端子,所述存储组件与通信端子通过电路连接;其特征在于:所述存储组件包括信息存储单元、与信息存储单元连接的通信电路;所述通信端子与通信电路连接,该通信端子用于与成像设备的信号接收端子连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:还包括基板,存储组件和/或通信端子安装于基板上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述基板为柔性板,该基板上设置有胶黏层,该胶黏层用于将基板以可拆卸的方式安装在其他载体上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述其他载体上开设有安装位;所述通信端子的全部或者部分安装于安装位内。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述信息存储装置还包括垫片;该垫片固定在基板上;所述垫片上设置有胶黏层。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述基板上设置有安装通信端子的安装部;该安装部包括两个相互平行的 侧面,其中一个侧面用于安装所述通信端子,另一侧面安装所述垫片。
  16. 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述信息存储装置还包括安装件;所述基板以可拆卸的方式安装于安装件上,所述安装件上开设有安装位;所述基板上设置有安装通信端子的安装部;所述安装部以可拆卸的方式安装于安装位内。
  17. 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述通信端子包括多个端子,每个所述端子均由金属制成。
  18. 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的信息存储装置,其特征在于:所述信息存储单元为微控制单元。
  19. 一种显影剂容器,包括显影剂容器本体,其特征在于:还包括信息存储装置,该信息存储装置以可拆卸的方式安装于显影剂容器本体上;所述信息存储装置为权利要求1-18任一项所述的信息存储装置。
