Abstract
An automotive engine coolant composition includes: a silicone oil compound; a polyether-modified silicone; a non-silicone surfactant; and a base, in which the silicone oil compound contains: at least one type selected from organopolysiloxanes represented by a following general formula (1); and a filler, the polyether-modified silicone is at least one type selected from polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxanes represented by a following general formula (2), and the base includes at least one alcohol selected from the group consisting of a monohydric alcohol, a dihydric alcohol, a trihydric alcohol, and a glycol monoalkyl ether and/or water and has a kinematic viscosity of 8.5 mm2/s or more at 25 °C and at 2.0 mm2/s or less at 100 °C.
