Abstract

Soporte compuesto de una lámina troquelada, de cartón, plástico flexible o similar, que presenta, en correspondencia con su borde superior, una elevación en su zona central, y colateralmente a dicha elevación sendas depresiones cóncavas, con la especial particularidad de que los extremos de la lámina cuentan con medios complementarios de enganche para formar en el cierre un cuerpo soporte tubular cuya elevación intermedia define un apoyo para la parte posterior del dispositivo móvil, mientras que las depresiones colaterales a dicha elevación constituyen un medio de estabilización para el borde inferior del dispositivo móvil.

Description

SOPORTE PARA DISPOSITIVOS MÓVILES
D E S C R I P C I Ó N OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un soporte para dispositivos móviles, tales como teléfonos, tablets y similares.
El objeto de la invención es proporcionar un dispositivo que permita disponer el dispositivo de una forma estable y con una inclinación apropiada para poder visualizar con comodidad y de forma clara su pantalla, todo ello en base a una estructura sumamente económica.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como es sabido, las prestaciones que ofrecen los teléfonos móviles, tablets y similares son cada día más sofisticadas y completas, si bien, la tendencia a minimizar su volumen, o al menos su grosor, hacen que su estabilización en disposición óptima de visionado para su pantalla resulte complejo.
Si bien son conocidas fundas cuya tapa puede plegarse con respecto de la zona media de la cara posterior de la carcasa para definir una superficie de apoyo para el dispositivo, a modo de atril, al tratarse de superficies lisas y pulidas, el dispositivo tiende a resbalarse al más mínimo roce, no resultando todo lo eficaces que deberían ser.
Si bien se conocen dispositivos para inmovilizar este tipo de aparatos, mediante abrazaderas, que pueden asociarse a un pequeño trípode, obviamente estos dispositivos resultan caros y por lo tanto no suelen ser atractivos para el público en general. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El soporte para dispositivos móviles que se preconiza ha sido concebido para resolver la problemática anteriormente expuesta, en base a una estructura sencilla pero sumamente eficaz.
Para ello, y de forma más concreta, el dispositivo de la invención se constituye a partir de una lámina troquelada que puede ser de cartón, plástico o incluso papel, y que se suministra desplegada para que mediante elementos extremos de fijación obtener un cuerpo tubular que podrá ser de cualquier sección, en función de si se prevén líneas de plegado transversales o no para el mismo, en el que se definen dos partes de apoyo laterales para el borde inferior del dispositivo móvil y una parte central y posterior, sobreelevada, que define el respaldo para el dispositivo.
La lámina troquelada podrá tener diferentes dimensiones dependiendo del dispositivo concreto para el que esté previsto, bien sea para un Smartphone, una Tablet, etc. En cualquier caso, el cuerpo presenta una configuración alargada, con una parte central elevada a través de su borde longitudinal superior, y dos partes laterales rematadas en rehundidos que en el plegado del dispositivo definen los medios de enganche y estabilización para el dispositivo móvil, de manera que al formar el cuerpo tubular, por cierre de esos extremos, se obtiene una parte posterior sobreelevada, que define la superficie de apoyo de la zona central y posterior del dispositivo móvil, y dos apoyos inferiores sobre los que estabilizar el borde inferior del dispositivo móvil.
Los ángulos y dimensiones de la plantilla original estarán debidamente estudiados para obtener una óptima estabilidad y un ángulo de visión de la pantalla igualmente óptimo.
El dispositivo no solo permite visualizar la pantalla de forma cómoda, sino que permite estabilizar la cámara de dicho dispositivo para la realización de autorretratos, hacer video conferencias, etc. También supone un elemento mediante el que se sobreeleva el dispositivo móvil, protegiendo a éste de vertidos que pudieran darse sobre la superficie en la que está dispuesto, como en ocasiones ocurre en mesas de terraza, piscinas y similares.
En la configuración tubular prismática, es decir poligonal, la lámina troquelable o plantilla presentará líneas debilitadas de doblez para formar las distintas caras previstas para dicho cuerpo poligonal.
Se consigue de esta manera un soporte sumamente económico pero no por ello menos eficaz, fácilmente personalizable, así como ideal como soporte publicitario.
El dispositivo puede utilizarse igualmente como servilletero, al formar un cuerpo tubular, bien a modo de vitola o bien como soporte vertical, pudiéndose utilizar incluso como soporte para cubiertos para evitar que éstos contacten con la mesa cuando no se utilizan. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de planos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura 1.- Muestra una representación correspondiente a una vista en planta del desarrollo de la lámina o plantilla troquelable a partir de la cual se obtiene un soporte para dispositivos móviles realizado de acuerdo con el objeto de la presente invención.
La figura 2.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva del soporte montado en una configuración tubular circular.
Las figuras 3 y 4.- Muestran sendas vistas de la aplicación práctica del soporte de la figura anterior, mostrando como quedaría dispuesto según una vista anterior y posterior un teléfono móvil dispuesto sobre el soporte.
La figura 5.- Muestra, finalmente, una vista en perspectiva del soporte en una configuración tubular de contorno poligonal.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como se puede ver en las figuras reseñadas, el soporte de la invención se constituye a partir de una lámina (1 ) troquelable, que puede ser de cartón, plástico flexible u otro material apropiado, que presenta una configuración alargada y presenta una zona central y elevada (2) en correspondencia con uno de sus bordes, así como sendas depresiones (3) laterales a dicha elevación (2), a continuación de cuyas depresiones (3) se establecen sendos sectores extremos (4) rematados en medios de acoplamiento machihembrado (5-5' ) previstos en uno y otro de los extremos, de manera que el acoplamiento entre sí de estos medios de acoplamiento machihembrado (5-5' ) hace que el dispositivo adopte una configuración tubular, que puede ser de contorno circular, tal y como se representa en la figura 2, o bien de contorno poligonal como se muestra en la figura 5, y donde las depresiones (3) definen un apoyo y asiento para el borde inferior (6) de un teléfono móvil (7), mientras que la elevación (2) que se define en el sector central, establece un apoyo posterior para la superficie trasera del teléfono móvil, a fin de estabilizar este en una orientación y angulación óptimos.
La lámina troquelada (1) es susceptible de estar dotada de líneas debilitadas (8) transversales, para poder obtener en su plegado la configuración poligonal de que se trate, por ejemplo la mostrada en la figura 5, pudiendo ser mayor el número de líneas de debilitamiento (8) para formar cuerpos tubulares de mayor número de lados.
Por último decir que la superficie que define la lámina o plantilla troquelable (1) admite cualquier tipo de impresión, ya sea publicidad, información, motivos ornamentales, etc., por lo que el soporte en su conjunto puede ser perfectamente personalizable, tanto para su uso en eventos como para uso particular, etc.

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1a.- Soporte para dispositivos móviles, caracterizado porque está constituido a partir del desarrollo de una lámina troquelable alargada, de cartón, plástico flexible o similar, cuya lámina presenta, en correspondencia con su borde superior, una elevación en su zona central, y colateralmente a dicha elevación sendas depresiones cóncavas, con la especial particularidad de que los extremos de la lámina cuentan con medios complementarios de enganche para formar en el cierre un cuerpo soporte tubular cuya elevación intermedia define un apoyo para la parte posterior del dispositivo móvil, mientras que las depresiones colaterales a dicha elevación constituyen un medio de estabilización para el borde inferior del dispositivo móvil.
2a.- Soporte para dispositivos móviles, según reivindicación 1a, caracterizado porque el cuerpo laminar incorpora líneas de debilitamiento y doblez transversales para que el mismo en su acoplamiento defina un elemento tubular de contorno poligonal.
