背景技术
众所周知,建筑装饰材料主要包括天然石材如大理石、花岗岩;烧制的砖类,典型的如瓷砖(细分有釉面砖、同质砖等各种地砖)、青砖等;竹木制品,如实木地板、复合木地板、竹地板等。
在具体施工的时候,都是将材料制造成单元,进行现场施工。铺装材料由于加工难度和材质伸展性能的差异,竹木制品一般直接采用拼装方式,具体手段是在竹、木或竹木复合材质制成的单元制品上直接加工,一般是对四边进行加工,开出槽、沟、凸起等,制造成榫卯配合、“咔哒”结构快速连接结构,使得乡邻两单元可快速拼接。安装的时候,就是采用拼接的方式,而不需要粘合剂、水泥砂浆等其他辅料,安装速度也比较快。之所以能够采用直接拼接的方式,同时也是这类材料本身特性决定的,因为具有一定的弹性,可以紧密配合保证整体性,遇到热胀冷缩也不容易脱开或膨胀拱起。
砖、石类的材料由于硬度高、加工难度高等原因,无法对其进行边缘加工的,即不采用拼接方式施工安装。普遍采用的是铺装方式,有干铺法和湿铺法,不论是哪种方法,都需要水泥、砂浆作为辅材垫在下方作为结合层,然后将单元材料平铺上去(称为面层)。施工的时候,主要技术要求就是对齐和找平,与结合层之间不能有空鼓,所以规范的施工方式需要进行试铺,再正式施工。由于地砖、大理石这些砖石类材料体积大、质量重,所以施工强度很大,速度也较慢。
现有一些改进技术,已经对降低工作强度、提高铺装速度提出了改进方法,如中国专利文献CN205134875U公开的一种安装快速的地砖,其技术方案是:“设有地砖本体,其特征在于所述的地砖本体的四条边的侧面的两端分别设有定位凹槽,地砖本体相邻两边的定位凹槽相互连通,相邻两边的定位凹槽内设有可滑动拆卸的十字形定位架,十字形定位架的两个边分别与地砖本体相邻的定位凹槽相连接,所述的定位凹槽的深度为十字形定位架的两边宽度的一半,定位在凹槽内的十字形定位架的两边凸出并连接在相邻地砖本体的定位凹槽内,相邻的地砖本体通过十字形定位架进行固定连接。”这个技术方案揭示了一种定位装置,并且需要对地砖进行结构改造,可以减少试铺的工作,但是最终还是不能避免水泥砂浆的辅 料结合层的存在,对成本控制帮助不大。又如CN202644932U中国专利文献,揭示的同样是一种具备相互拼接结构的地砖,但局限于聚氯乙烯地砖,因其具有的加工性,该方案制造了凹、凸配合结构用来实现拼接。但是这个方案无法在天然石材、瓷砖、地砖上使用。
也有一些技术方案,提出来一种石材装饰面的地板,但是其核心内涵是一种地板,而不是石材,整个方案的加工和技术要素都是按照竹木地板的基础进行的,也表现出来竹木地板的特性:防水性差、而且表面是装饰层,而不是功能层,最终是无法替代石材地面铺装的。
所以现有技术中,并没有地砖、瓷砖、大理石等砖石类(还包括氧化镁板、高压水泥板、碳晶板等各种无机材料的板)地面铺装材料的拼接安装技术及启示。同样,将上述材料铺设到墙上去,难度更大,还额外需要模板固定;墙壁上的瓷砖,由于很薄,更加无法加工装配结合结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于发明一种可以快速安装,特别是采用拼接方式安装的砖石类表面装饰材料,发明点在于特殊的结构,以及这种新型材料的快速安装方法。
为达上述目的,本发明的技术手段是:包括有表面层,其特征在于,在表面层的背面,固定连接有一层拼装用基材层。
这里所说的表面层就是瓷砖、石材、氧化镁板(MGO板)、高压水泥板、碳晶板等各种无机材料的一种或多种组合,属于硬度高的材质,加工难度大,区别于竹木等易加工材料。
所述的拼装用基材层是防水的塑料材料或橡胶材料。
优选的是木塑材料、PC、PE、PVC、PP、橡胶中的一种或多种层叠。
所述的拼装用基材层上设有拼接配合结构;
优选的是设有可配合契合的槽和凸起;
进一步优选的是四边中的两边开平口槽、另外两边设置对应的凸起;也可以优选为在拼装用基材层的四边设置锁扣或平口槽。
为了方便将本发明的这种材料用于墙面装饰,另一个优选的是在拼装用基材层的外层,还设有黏贴面,黏贴面优选为不干胶。
优选的黏贴面上还设有容胶位。所述的容胶位是通孔。
本发明创造性的采用了硬质防水材料作为石材、瓷砖类建筑装饰材料的基材,赋予了本发明的新型建材额外的特性,使其可以像竹木地板一样可加工四边、可配合安装。本发 明的这种新型表面装饰材料,表面层还是原有的瓷砖、地砖或大理石等传统物质,不改变任何视觉或接触感受;而优点在于可以通过基材层的拼接结构,可以按照竹木类地板、墙面板的安装方式一样,配合拼装而无需水泥、砂浆结合层垫底,大大降低了建筑成本;在配合拼接的同时,自动根据拼接基材层的精度标准完成了找平、对齐工艺,大幅度降低了人工和工作强度。拼装完成后直接可以使用,无须等待水泥干。整个工作效率提高近10倍,是对这种砖石类表面装饰材料施工的革命性突破。而且具有防水效果,基材不变形,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
结合附图,说明本发明的具体构成。
如图1,本发明包括有表面层1,与之层叠的,在其背面,固定连接有一层拼装用基材层2。本发明使用的是防水材料作为拼装基材层2,然而为了提高防水性能,本实施例中,在拼装基材层2的外面还能增加一层防水层4。
如前述,表面层可以是各种砖、石类的材质,实践中,氧化镁板(MGO板)、高压水泥板、碳晶板等一般做基材,但也不排除因其具备砖石类特性,而直接做本发明的面层使用。本实施例以常见的铺地瓷砖为例,这种材料的特点是硬度高、重量重,能防水、不变形,但是加工难度大,实践中没有对其进行直接铣边加工的,无法进行榫卯结构的加工,而且没有柔性,也不能拼接施工(镶嵌困难),这就造成了竹木地板和瓷砖地面的施工方式的完全不同。为了达到一般的铺设强度要求,该表面层1具有一定的厚度,比如常见的15mm左右,表面层1不是仅做装饰用,而是功能面,承重和平面、尺寸要求都依靠其实现,是本发明的基本组成面。
本实施例中,拼装用基材层是防水的新型木塑类。其具体制造方法可以按照中国专利文献CN200610041029.X、CN200610041030.2公开的方法制备。其他PC、PVC、PE、PP或橡胶类材料也可以胜任,并且可以将多种材料叠加使用。只要具备防水、可按地板加工手段加工出榫卯拼接配合结构即可。
图2是所述的拼装用基材层2上的拼接配合结构的一种实施例:常见的平口槽(也 就是T/G扣),这是一个常见的四边形单元材料,四边中选择相邻的两边开凹槽21,另外两边设置凸起22,凹槽和凸起是尺寸配合设计的,两块单元材料上的凹槽和凸起可以相互稳定牢固契合,以过盈配合为佳。根据施工效果,拼装用基材层2延伸出表面层1的距离可以变化确定:如果需要无缝铺设,就不超出表面层(即凸起22长度和凹槽21深度一致,凹槽外边沿不超出表面层;如果需要有缝铺设,则基材2根据设计的缝宽度以整个基材2延伸出表面层1,或凸起22长于凹槽21深度的方式实现。
安装方法如图3,和一般的竹木类地板一样,按照榫卯配合的方式,凹凸配合镶嵌,即可完成安装。由于基材层2的尺寸和精度,自然实现表面层1的对齐和找平。当然需要地平的基本平整度。
本发明在用于墙面装饰的时候,除了具有安装优势以外,还因为契合为整体,更加牢固和稳定。不过在墙面应用中,需要粘合物质粘合,可以是胶水、水泥,传统工艺,需要使用模板包覆固定,待粘合物质干。
图4是本发明用于墙面应用的结构优选实施例,即在拼装用基材层2的背面还设有一层黏贴面3,黏贴面3为带有不干胶的发泡塑料,基于功能,自然黏贴面是朝外的。为了能提高粘合强度,黏贴面3上还设有容胶位31用于额外涂布粘合剂。如图5,所述的容胶位31是圆形的通孔。当然其他形状也可以。使用的时候,将容胶位31内涂布粘合剂,然后将本发明直接贴覆于墙面,各片瓷砖拼接固定,同时在不干胶的作用下,能够附着于墙面,等粘合剂干透自然完成施工贴覆。
除了本实施例揭示的平口槽(T/G扣)结构,还可以是其他可应用于竹木地板上的各种锁扣结构,可以增加连接牢固度,这是轻易可以知悉的。
本发明是基于防水材质的拼装基材层2的应用,对现有的地砖、瓷砖、大理石、花岗岩等铺地装饰材料进行了改革,增加了可加工性,为瓷砖、大理石材料增加了拼接部分,以拼接部分的厚度替代原有的砂浆水泥厚度,虽然从根本上改变了这种材料的施工方法,却不需要改变原有的加工尺寸和位置习惯。若厚度降低却也不会影响强度。铺设精度还能提高、也不易变形,具备显著的进步,综合效率提高10倍以上,施工速度更快、成本更低,而且无需水泥、砂浆,节能环保。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,包括有表面层(1),其特征是在表面层的背面,固定有一层拼装用基材层(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的表面层(1)是瓷砖、石材、氧化镁板、高压水泥板、钛晶板等无机材料的一种或多种组合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的拼装用基材层(2)是防水材料。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的拼装用基材层(2)是木塑材料、PC、PE、PVC、橡胶中的一种或多种层叠。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的拼装用基材层(2)上设有拼接配合结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的拼接配合结构是可配合契合的槽和凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的槽和凸起是平口槽结构。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的拼接配合结构是锁扣结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1、3或5任一条所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的拼装用基材层(2)的外层,还设有黏贴面(3)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的黏贴面(3)为不干胶。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的黏贴面(3)上还设有容胶位(31)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的容胶位(31)是通孔。
  13. 根据权利要求1、3或5任一条所述的可快速安装的建筑表面装饰材料,其特征是:所述的拼装用基材层(2)外层还设有防水层(4)。
