所述刀座1的体部1C上设置有锁合部;
驱动部装4驱动锁合件3,锁合件3的锁合孔31与锁合部配合。
所述锁合孔31内的内螺纹,所述锁合部为设置在体部1C上的外螺纹。
所述锁合孔31内有两个沿轴向的内锁合平面32均匀分布,内圆弧形面和内锁合平面32相间设置;
所述刀座1的体部1C的外表面上有均匀分布的至少两个沿轴向的外锁合平面1D,外圆弧形面和外锁合平面1D相间设置构成锁合部;内锁合平面32和外锁合平面1D滑动配合,内、外圆弧形面滑动配合;
刀座1的外锁合平面1D和外圆弧形面分别与锁合孔31的内圆弧形面和内锁合平面32配合,所述刀座1的体部1C穿过锁合孔31。
刀座1穿过锁合孔31后,最初状态是,内锁合平面32与外锁合面1D相对,内圆弧形面和外圆弧形面相对;锁合件3转动,刀座1的外圆弧形面与锁合孔31的内锁合平面32配合,刀座1的外圆弧形面与锁合孔31的内锁合平面32配合,达到锁合的目的。
所述锁合件3的外周向面上有齿轮齿;
还包括传动装置,传动装置包括若干个齿轮组5,如图3所示,从箭头方向向下俯视看,齿轮组呈圆弧形分布;齿轮组5包括定轴51和二个沿轴线的轴线上下设置的上、下齿轮521、522;定轴51的上端与所述座板2固定连接;下齿轮522的直径大于上齿轮521的直径;
如图3所示,齿轮组5呈左旋或右旋方式分布,由螺旋底部的齿轮组到顶部的齿轮组,相邻二个齿轮组5相对于水平面有高度差,相邻二个齿轮组5中,位于螺旋上部的齿轮组5的下齿轮522与螺旋下部的齿轮组5的上齿轮521啮合;
位于螺旋底部的齿轮组5的下齿轮522与驱动部装4配合,位于螺旋顶部的齿轮组5的上齿轮521与所述锁合件3的齿轮齿啮合。
如图9所示,所述驱动部装4包括上开口的圆形壳41、位于圆形壳内中空的下开口的座体42和位于套筒43;套筒43上端支撑所述锁合件3、锁合件3上表面与所述座板2滑动配合;
所述座体42的外周向面上有齿轮齿,座体42上的齿轮齿与所述螺旋底部的齿轮组4的下齿轮522啮合;
或所述圆形壳41的内壁上有齿轮齿,圆形壳41上的齿轮齿与与所述螺旋底部的齿轮组 4的下齿轮522啮合;
圆形壳41上端与座板2的下表面转动配合。
如图8所示,作为进一步改进:所述驱动部装的圆形壳41的周向壁上有导向孔411、底板上有导向槽412;
还包括一带定位柱121的滑动块12和压力弹簧13,
滑动块12与导向槽412滑动配合,定位柱121与导向孔411配合定位;压力弹簧13一端与滑动块12配合、另一端与导向槽412的端板配合。采用这样的结构,保证定位准确,快捷;
作为更进一步改进:还包括一圆环盘14和滚珠15,圆环盘14上呈圆形均匀分布有若干个滚珠孔,滚珠15设置在滚珠孔内;
圆环盘14设置在所述座板2上的刀座的穿过孔内,所述锁合件3的上表面与滚珠15配合。滚珠15与锁合件3滑动配合;
使用时,滚珠15与杯体6的底板配合。当杯体6的底板和座板2之间设置隔热硅垫11时,圆环盘14位于隔热硅胶11和座板2的穿过孔内。
本发明的目的也可以这样的实现:所述驱动部装包括主动齿轮和微型电机,
所述锁合件3的外周向部上有齿轮齿;主动齿轮驱动锁合件转动。
实施例2
如图9所示,一种破壁机,包括杯体6、杯座7、杯座盖8、主机盖9、刀组件和锁合装置,杯体6固定在杯座7上,杯座7与主机盖9可拆卸配合;杯体6包括上玻璃杯体61、下不锈钢杯体62和设置在下不锈钢杯体上的发热管63,上玻璃杯体61和下不锈钢体62连接并液密封,不锈钢杯体62的底板上有刀座孔;锁合装置包括座板2、锁合件3和驱动部装4;刀组件包括刀座1和刀轴10,刀座1包括头部1A、颈部1B和体部1C。
还包括隔热硅垫11,
所述刀座1与穿过刀座孔、隔板硅胶11和座板2,刀座1的体部1C穿过锁合件3,刀座1的体部1C的下端位于驱动部装4内;刀轴10穿过驱动部装伸出;
座板2固定在杯座7上,所述驱动部装4上外折沿位于座板2和杯座7构成的导向槽内,并转动配合。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种破壁机的刀组件的锁合装置,包括刀组件的刀座,刀座包括头部、颈部和体部,其特征在于:还包括一座板、锁合件和驱动部装,
    座板的中心有刀座的穿过孔;
    锁合件包括位于中心的锁合孔;
    所述刀座的体部上设置有锁合部;
    驱动部装驱动锁合件,锁合件的锁合孔与锁合部配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种破壁机的刀组件的锁合装置,其特征在于:所述锁合孔内的内螺纹,所述锁合部为设置在体部的外螺纹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种破壁机的刀组件的锁合装置,其特征在于:所述锁合孔内有至少两个沿轴向的内锁合平面均匀分布,内圆弧形面和内锁合平面相间设置;
    所述刀座的体部的外表面上有均匀分布的至少两个沿轴向的外锁合平面,外圆弧形面和外锁合平面相间设置构成锁合部;内锁合平面和外锁合平面滑动配合,内、外圆弧形面滑动配合;
    刀座的外锁合平面和外圆弧形面分别与锁合孔的内圆弧形面和内锁合平面配合,所述刀座的体部穿过锁合孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种破壁机的刀组件的锁合装置,其特征在于:还包括一圆环盘和滚珠,圆环盘上呈圆形均匀分布有若干个滚珠孔,滚珠设置在滚珠孔内;
    圆环盘设置在所述穿过孔内,所述锁合件的上表面与滚珠配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的一种破壁机的刀组件的锁合装置,其特征在于:所述锁合件的外周向面上有齿轮齿;
    还包括传动装置,传动装置包括若干个齿轮组,齿轮组呈圆弧形分布;齿轮组包括定轴和二个沿轴线的轴线上下设置的上、下齿轮;定轴的上端与所述座板固定连接;
    齿轮组呈左旋或右旋方式分布,由螺旋底部的齿轮组到顶部的齿轮组,相邻二个齿轮组相对于水平面有高度差,相邻二个齿轮组中,位于螺旋上部的齿轮组的下齿轮与螺旋下部的 齿轮组的上齿轮啮合;
    位于螺旋底部的齿轮组的下齿轮与驱动部装配合,位于螺旋顶部的齿轮组的上齿轮与所述锁合件的齿轮齿啮合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种破壁机的刀组件的锁合装置,其特征在于:所述驱动部装包括上开口的圆形壳、位于圆形壳内中空的下开口的座体和位于套筒;套筒上端支撑所述锁合件、锁合件上表面与所述座板滑动配合;
    所述座体的外周向面上有齿轮齿,座体上的齿轮齿与所述螺旋底部的齿轮组的下齿轮啮合;
    或所述圆形壳的内壁上有齿轮齿,圆形壳上的齿轮齿与与所述螺旋底部的齿轮组的下齿轮啮合;
    圆形壳上端与座板的下表面转动配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种破壁机的刀组件的锁合装置,其特征在于:所述驱动部装的圆形壳的周向壁上有导向孔、底板上有导向槽;
    还包括一带定位柱的滑动块和压力弹簧,
    滑动块与导向槽滑动配合,定位柱与导向孔配合;压力弹簧一端与滑动块配合、另一端与导向槽的端板配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种破壁机的刀组件的锁合装置,其特征在于:所述驱动部装包括主动齿轮和微型电机,
    所述锁合件的外周向部上有齿轮齿;主动齿轮驱动锁合件转动。
  9. 一种应用权利要求1所述的破壁机的刀组件的锁合装置的破壁机,包括杯体、杯座、杯座盖、主机盖、刀组件和锁合装置,杯体固定在杯座上,杯座与主机盖可拆卸配合;杯体的底板上有刀座孔;锁合装置包括座板、锁合件和驱动部装;刀组件包括刀座和刀轴,刀座包括头部、颈部和体部;其特征在于:所述刀座与穿过所述刀座孔所述座板
    刀座的体部穿过锁合件,刀座的体部的下端位于驱动部装内;刀轴穿过驱动部装伸出;
    座板固定在杯座上,所述驱动部装上外折沿位于座板和杯座构成的导向槽内,并转动配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的破壁机,其特征在于:所述杯体由塑料或玻璃或不锈钢等材料一体成型制成。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的破壁机,其特征在于:所述杯体包括上玻璃杯体、下不锈钢杯体和设置在下不锈钢杯体上的发热管,上玻璃杯体和下不锈钢体连接并液密封,不锈钢杯体的底板上设置所述刀座孔;
    还包括隔热硅垫,
    所述刀座与穿过刀座孔、隔板硅胶和所述座板。
