Description

用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种模切刀,尤其是用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是由挂面纸和通过瓦楞棍加工而形成的波形的瓦楞纸粘合而成的板状物。瓦楞纸具有成本低、质量轻、容易加工、强度大、存搬运方便等优点,因而经常被用来制作各种包装箱。在制作包装箱的过程中,有一个常见的工序:模切。即把瓦楞纸根据包装箱的形状进行裁切,裁切后经过适当的折叠、粘合或铆接,即可形成包装箱。目前,对瓦楞纸进行模切的刀具,都是平板刀,即刀刃连成一条直线,鲜见其他形式的刀具。平板刀接触瓦楞纸的面积较大,在裁切过程中,容易对瓦楞纸形成较大的压力,直至瓦楞纸破裂,从而被切开;此过程,会对瓦楞纸形成挤压,使其被裁切处被压缩。被压缩的瓦楞纸,减震性,强度都会有所减弱,造成产品参数不达标。如何有效减少瓦楞纸被压缩的高度是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本实用新型提供一种瓦楞纸压缩量小的用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀。
本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀,其包括板形的模切板,所述膜切板上设置若干个模切刀,其特征在于:所述膜切刀包括锯齿状的刀刃。
优选的,所述模切板上开设有至少一个贯穿的圆孔,每个所述圆孔内设置一可伸缩的顶杆。
优选的,所述模切刀至少一侧设置有压条,所述压条的高度低于所述模切刀。
优选的,所述模切刀两侧均设置有所述压条。
优选的,所述压条与所述模切刀之间的间距为3-12mm。
优选的,所述模切刀包括S字形弯曲的基板,所述基板的一侧设置有所述刀刃。
本实用新型的用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀在板形的模切板上设置锯齿形模切刀,从而在模切的过程中,避免形成较大的压力,造成瓦楞纸被压缩。本实用新型的用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀具有结构简单,瓦楞纸压缩量小等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本实用新型的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本实用新型的保护范围。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供一种用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀20。其包括模切板10,模切板10为平板结构。模切板10上根据被裁切的瓦楞纸的形状设置若干个纵长的模切刀20,每个膜切刀12包括锯齿状的刀刃22。锯齿状的刀刃22可以有效增加裁切时的压强,实现较快裁切,避免刀刃22和瓦楞纸之间形成较大的压力,从而对瓦楞纸进行压缩。
进一步地,模切板10上开设有多个贯穿的圆孔30,每个圆孔30内设置一可伸缩的顶杆(未图示)。该顶杆可以在裁切后,模切板10复位时,下压,从而顶住瓦楞纸,以便进行分离。
进一步地,模切刀20两侧设置有压条40,压条40的高度低于模切刀20。压条40用于裁切时,压住瓦楞纸,避免瓦楞纸裁切线的两侧因模切刀20的挤压而抬起,影响裁切后瓦楞纸的外观。
进一步地,经过试验压条40与模切刀20之间的间距为3-12mm时,按压效果较佳。
进一步地,模切刀20包括S字形弯曲的基板24,基板24的一侧设置有刀刃 22。S形结构,有助于增加基板24的强度。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀,其包括板形的模切板,所述膜切板上设置若干个模切刀,其特征在于:所述膜切刀包括锯齿状的刀刃。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀,其特征在于:所述模切板上开设有至少一个贯穿的圆孔,每个所述圆孔内设置一可伸缩的顶杆。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀,其特征在于:所述模切刀至少一侧设置有压条,所述压条的高度低于所述模切刀。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀,其特征在于:所述模切刀两侧均设置有所述压条。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀,其特征在于:所述压条与所述模切刀之间的间距为3-12mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于瓦楞纸加工的锯齿模切刀,其特征在于:所述模切刀包括S字形弯曲的基板,所述基板的一侧设置有所述刀刃。
