本发明第二方面提供一种人机交互装置,所述装置包括:用户复制内容类别获取模块、第二页面类别获取模块、匹配模块以及提示操作模块;其中,用户复制内容类别获取模块,用于获取第一页面上用户复制操作的内容,确定所述内容所属的类别;第二页面类别获取模块,用于获取第二页面的类别;匹配模块,用于将所述内容的类 别与所述第二页面的类别进行匹配;提示操作模块,如果匹配结果不为空,则在所述第二页面上显示至少一个操作选项,所述至少一个操作选项具有在所述第二页面上对所述内容执行一种操作的功能,并在用户选择该操作选项后直接执行该功能。
在第二方面第一种可能的实现方式中,所述用户复制内容类别获取模块,将用户复制的文本内容进行语义分析得到复制文本内容的关键词,并将所述关键词与关键词类别库进行匹配,从而提取所述关键词的类别。
在第二方面第二种可能的实现方式中,所述匹配模块将所述关键词的一种或多种类别与所述第二页面的一种或多种类别分别进行匹配,得到一个或多个匹配成功的所述关键词与所述第二页面的组合。
上述装置包括手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)。
本发明实施例通过提取复制文本内容的类别与关键词的类别进行匹配,并将匹配成功的组别作为提示操作,以对话框的形式弹出;来提示用户可能进行的下一步动作,降低了用户操作的繁琐度,提高粘贴文本信息的准确度。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
本发明实施例中用户复制文本时,对复制的文本内容中关键词归类;用户在进入应用软件的页面时,获取应用软件页面的类别,并与关键词的类别进行匹配;最后将匹配成功的类别作为提示操作选项,以对话框的形式弹出,用户对提示操作选项进行点击操作。从而解决了现有技术中复制粘贴方法中所存在的操作复杂、准确度低、操作繁琐的问题。
本发明实施例的方法应用于终端的***软件(***软件是指支持应用软件开发和运行的***,是无需用户干预的各种程序的集合)中,终端包括若干个应用软件(应用软件是使用各种程序设计语言编制的应用程序集合,其是为解决各种应用问题而设计出的计算机软件程序,如导航APP、word等)。
终端可以包括处理器、存储器、输入模块、显示模块、网络通信模块、***总线;***总线用于使终端各部件之间进行信息传递。输入模块可以包括键盘、触摸屏、鼠标等部件中的一个或多个,其用于接收用户输入信息,并将接收的信息发送至处理器进行处理;显示模块用于显示终端需要显示的内容。输入模块和显示模块可以集成在一个触摸显示屏中。网络通信模块用于实现终端与外部设备之间相互通信的功能。存储器可以包括一个或多个计算机可读存储介质,其可存储操作***、应用软件等相应程序。例如,终端安装了一款导航APP,则安装该导航APP的应用软件存储至该手机终端的存储器中。处理器通过运行存储在存储器中的软件程序以及模块,执行终端的各种功能应用并进行数据处理。
下面以图1为例对此进行说明,图1为本发明实施例提供的一种智能粘贴的框架图,其包括***软件101与应用软件102。本发明实施例是基于终端操作***开发的***软件101,终端上的应用软件102的开发是基于***软件101开发的。也就是说,用户在复制文本后,将复制文本内容中关键词COPYKEY的类别与应用软件102页面的类别进行匹配;因为一个应用软件102包括多个应用软件页面,且应用软件页面的属性上会预置页面的类别ACTIVITYTYPE,也就是在应用软件页面ACTIVITY上增加类别属性TYPE;因此,***软件101在运行时,可以直接读出应用软件102页面的类别ACTIVITYTYPE与关键词的类别COPYTYPE进行匹配。最后将匹配成功的类别作为可操作选项弹出对话框,完成整个复制粘贴过程。这里所说的粘贴不是现有技术中的将缓存在剪贴板中文本进行粘贴操作,而是***软件101会将匹配成功的类别作为对 话框弹出,供用户选择的过程。
需要说明的是,本发明实施中,终端可以是手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等具有安装应用软件功能的终端设备,对此并不限定。
本发明提供一种人机交互的方法,应用于电子设备上,包括:
获取第一页面上用户复制操作的内容,确定所述内容所属的类别;
获取第二页面的类别;
将所述内容的类别与所述第二页面的类别进行匹配;
如果匹配结果不为空,则在所述第二页面上显示至少一个操作选项,所述至少一个操作选项具有在所述第二页面上对所述内容执行一种操作的功能,使得所述电子设备在用户选择该操作选项后直接执行该功能。
本发明实施例是基于Android操作***;第一页面和第二页面都指应用软件页面,第一页面和第二页面可以是同一应用软件页面,也可以是不同的应用软件页面。下面以电子地图APP为例进行说明,图2为本发明实施例提供的一种智能粘贴的方法流程示意图。如图2所示,本方法包括步骤S601-S608:
步骤S601:开始复制
用户在终端上的应用软件页面上,选择复制文本,复制的文本内容缓存在剪贴板上。
需要说明的是,终端中的一个应用软件可能包括一个或多个应用软件页面,比如电子地图中,既有定位的应用软件页面,也有导航的应用软件页面,还有查看实时路况的应用软件页面;在本发明实施例中统称为应用软件页面。应用软件包括电子地图APP、电子通讯录APP、浏览器APP等,在此不一一列举。
本发明实施例中复制的文本是指计算机的一种文档类型,其主要用于记载和储存文字信息,而不是图像、声音和视频数据,常见的文本文档的扩展名有.txt、.doc.、.docx、.wps等;对此不作限定,统称为文本。
步骤S602:提取复制文本内容的关键词
如图2a所示,图2a为本发明实施例提供的一种提取关键词的流程示意图,用户复制的文本内容经过语义分析后,从复制的内容中提取N(N为大于或等于1的整数)个关键词。
比如:从复制文本内容“旅客可乘坐南京地铁1号线至南京南站到达”中提取关键词“南京南站”;因为在复制文本内容中,可能提取到多个关键词,建立关键词索引,提取后的关键词如表1所示,表1为本发明实施例提供的一种提取关键词后的示意图。

需要说明的是,用户在复制文本内容时,也可以选择直接复制“南京南站”,然后对复制的文本内容“南京南站”进行语义分析得到关键词“南京南站”。也就是说,进行语义分析是为了从复制文本内容中,得到关键词的过程变得更为简便和准确。例如:用户在进行复制操作时,即使复制的文本内容为“至南京南站到达”,通过语义分析,仍然可以得到关键词“南京南站”。
步骤S603:对关键词进行分析后归类
如图2b所示,图2b为本发明实施例提供的一种关键词与关键词类别库进行匹配的示意图。
将提取的关键词与关键词类别库进行匹配,确定关键词的类别。
需要说明的是,关键词类别库存储在终端的存储器中,关键词类别库的路径写入本发明实施例的***软件的程序中,***软件的程序在运行时,处理器直接调用该关键词类别库与提取的关键词进行匹配;且关键词类别库是预先设定,并支持扩载。关键词类别库包括地点类、联系人类、搜索类、网址类、文本路径类、视频资源路径类、音频资源路径类等;且每个关键词的类别中,预存了属于该类特征多个属性,例如:地点类中有“南京南站”、“北京西站”等。
本发明实施例中每个关键词可能有多个类别;比如,关键词“南京南站”,既属于地点类,对“南京南站”进行导航或者定位;也属于搜索类,在浏览器页面进行搜索。关键词的类别确定后,如表2所示,表2为本发明实施例提供的一种关键词与关键词类别库匹配后的示意图。在表2中显示了一个关键词“南京南站”,有两个关键词类别,分别为关键词类别1“地点类”和关键词类别2“搜索类”。

步骤S604:打开应用软件页面,判断关键词是否在时效内
用户在复制文本后,经过一定的时间,然后打开应用软件的页面。也就是,复制文本后且在打开应用软件操作前,会有一段时间,用户在打开应用软件时,***软件的程序需要判断缓存在剪贴板中的关键词,在复制文本后与打开应用软件操作时的时间间隔是否在预定的时间内。
若判断的结果是,复制文本后与打开应用软件操作前的时间间隔在预定的时间内或者等于预定的时间,那么将进行步骤S605;若判断的结果是,复制文本后与打开应用软件操作前的时间间隔超出了预定的时间,那么将不能进行步骤S605,因此执行步骤S608。
在本发明实施例中,上述预定的时间为***软件的程序默认设置的时间;用户也可以根据自己的需求,对上述预定的时间进行个性化的设定,比如:通过手机终端的设置菜单栏,设定复制操作后与打开应用软件操作前的时间间隔为5分钟,那么复制操作完成后,复制的文本的时效就是5分钟;若复制操作后与打开应用软件操作前的时间间隔超出5分钟,复制的文本就失效,不能再进行后续步骤,直接执行步骤S608。
需要说明的是,步骤S601-步骤S603这段时间与步骤S603-步骤S604这段时间相比,步骤S601-步骤S603的这段时间可以忽略不计;本发明实施例中所提到的复制操作后与打开应用软件操作前的时间间隔为,步骤S603-步骤S604之间的时间。例如:步骤S603-步骤S604之间,用户在复制文本后,长时间内并没有打开应用软件,而选择关机;此时,复制的文本就会失效。
步骤S605:获取所述应用软件页面的类别
应用软件通过开放接口给***软件商或者是终端设备制造商,或者通过支持一个***架构,比如安卓的一个intent架构之类,来实现终端设备获取和使用应用软件页面的类别。
应用软件页面的类别包括地点类、联系人类、搜索类、网址类、文本路径类、视频 资源路径类、音频资源路径类等。
应用软件页面与应用软件页面类别如表3,表3为本发明实施例提供的一种应用软件页面及其类别的示意图。

需要说明的是,上述应用软件页面的类别与关键词类别库中的类别一致,以便于在步骤S606中进行匹配。因为在应用软件页面ACTIVITY上增加类别属性TYPE,***软件的程序会读取该应用软件页面的类别ACTIVITYTYPE;但是在应用软件页面ACTIVITY上,没有增加类别属性TYPE时,***软件的程序会获取应用软件的类别作为应用软件页面的类别。这里获取的应用软件的类别,是预先对市场上用户数量排名靠前的应用软件APP进行类别划分后形成类别表,存储在服务器或云上,在终端安装应用软件APP时存储到终端存储器中;也可以在终端查询应用软件的类别时从服务器或云端获取;还可以是用户手动为应用软件添加类别,用户手动添加类别时***可以提示可以添加的类别,以供用户从中选择和添加;还可以从其他终端处获取应用软件的类别,比如通过蓝牙,wlan等方式获取应用软件的类别信息。***软件的程序在进行步骤S605时,直接从终端的存储器中读取该类别表,或者从网络侧获取应用软件的类别,或者从其他终端处获取信息,从而得到应用软件的类别。例如:百度地图APP、高德地图APP、搜狗地图APP等即使没有在应用软件的页面上定义TYPE,但是可以人为将其归于地点类形成类别表存储。
步骤S606:判断所述应用软件页面的类别与关键词的类别是否匹配
获取应用软件页面的类别后,需要与复制文本中提取的关键词类别进行匹配。匹配是指,复制文本中提取的关键词在一个或多个类别中逐个查找,判断是否与应用软件页面的类型一致。
需要说明的是,应用软件页面的类别与关键词的类别都不止一个,因此需要两层循环来对比每一种组合。
以下以图2c为例,描述实现获取所述应用软件页面的类别的一个具体实施例,具体的,如图2c所示android***维护的每个Activity的生命周期,第一次进入某个Activity,会执行其onCreate()方法。可以在Activity.java类的onCreate()方法中添加获取Activity类别以及与剪切板内容匹配的操作。
在AndroidManifest.xml文件内配置有每个Activity的类别,如下:

下面以图2d为例进行说明,图2d为本发明实施例提供的一种关键词类别与应用软件页面类别进行匹配的示意图。
如图2d所示,在复制的文本中提取的关键词可能有多种类别,关键词类别N(N为大于0的整数);应用软件的页面也可能有多种类别,应用软件页面类别M(M为大于0的整数);关键词的每一个类别都需要与应用软件页面的的每一个类别进行匹配。若匹配失败,就忽略匹配的组合,执行步骤S608;若匹配成功,就将所有匹配成功的组合保存起来,将匹配成功的组合保存在终端处理器为本发明实施***软件分配的缓存中,执行步骤S607,这里匹配成功的组合可能有多种,匹配成功组别X(X为大于0的正整数)。
匹配的结果如表4所示,表4为本发明实施例提供的一种关键词类别与应用软件页面类别进行匹配后的示意图。

步骤S607:弹出可操作选项
当应用软件页面类别与关键词的类别匹配成功后,可能存在多种匹配成功的组别X,此时弹出所有的匹配成功的组别。也就是完成“粘贴”操作。

如表5所示,关键词“南京南站”的类别有地点类和搜索类;电子地图页面属于地点类,匹配成功后,将匹配成功的组别以对话框的形式弹出,即在提示操作时,会弹出“定位:南京南站”、“导航:南京南站”;浏览器页面属于搜索类,匹配成功后,将匹配成功的组别弹出对话框,即在提示操作时,会弹出“搜索:南京南站”。
下面以电子地图为例,对此进行说明。图2e为本发明实施例提供的一种终端电子地图弹出的提示操作示意图。
如图2e所示,电子地图上弹出匹配成功的组别,也就是关键词“南京南站”的地点类,与电子地图页面的地点类匹配成功。因电子地图页面属于地点类,但是电子地图的类别中有更精准的分类,“导航”和“定位”;故用户打开电子地图页面后,会弹出“定位:南京南站”“导航:南京南站”。显然,这里不可能显示用户所有想要进行的操作;也就是说,用户想要进行的操作可能不是“导航”或“定位”,因此弹出的对话框中有“忽略”选项,供给用户选择。用户点击“导航”或“定位”,则可直接进行导航或定位到南京南站的操作。
下面以通讯录应用软件为例对本发明实施例的智能粘贴的方法进行说明。
在应用软件的页面上,用户复制一条文本信息“小明的电话号码是12312345678”;***软件的程序会对复制的文本信息进行语义分析,得到关键词“小明/12312345678”;此时,***软件的程序会调用关键词类别库,对该关键词与关键词类别库进行匹配,得到该关键词的类别为“联系人类”;用户打开通讯录应用软件页面时,对缓存在剪贴板上的关键词的时效进行判断,若不在时效内,直接终止***软件的程序运行;若在时效内,获取通讯录应用软件的页面类别为“联系人类”,将得到关键词的“联系人类”与通讯录应用软件的页面类别进行匹配,得出匹配结果“联系人类,匹配成功”。
如图3所示,图3为本发明实施例提供的一种通讯录弹出的提示操作示意图。在通讯录应用软件的页面上会弹出对话框,显示可操作选项:“自动添加联系人:小明/12312345678”、“忽略”,供用户选择。用户点击“自动添加联系人:小明/12312345678”,可直接进行添加联系人的操作。
本发明实施例通过提取复制文本内容的类别与关键词的类别进行匹配,并将匹配成功的组别作为提示操作,以对话框的形式弹出;智能推送用户可能进行的下一步动作,降低了用户操作的繁琐度,提高粘贴文本信息的准确度。
下面以智能终端对本发明实施例进行说明,图4为本发明实施例提供的一种人机交互装置的结构示意图。
如图4所示,该装置包括用户复制内容类别获取模块401、第二页面类别获取模块402、匹配模块403以及提示操作模块404;其中,
用户复制内容类别获取模块401,用于获取第一页面上用户复制操作的内容,确定所述内容所属的类别;
第二页面类别获取模块402,用于获取第二页面的类别;
匹配模块403,用于将所述内容的类别与所述第二页面的类别进行匹配;
提示操作模块404,如果匹配结果不为空,则在所述第二页面上显示至少一个操作选项,所述至少一个操作选项具有在所述第二页面上对所述内容执行一种操作的功能,并在用户选择该操作选项后直接执行该功能。
在上述装置中,用户复制内容类别获取模块401还包括:将用户复制的文本内容进 行语义分析得到复制文本内容的关键词,并将所述关键词与关键词类别库进行匹配,从而提取所述关键词的类别。
在上述装置中,匹配模块403还包括:将所述关键词的一种或多种类别与所述应用软件页面的一种或多种类别分别进行匹配,得到一个或多个匹配成功的所述关键词与所述应用软件页面的组合。
在上述装置中,将关键词的类别与应用软件页面的类别匹配成功的组合,作为可操作选项,并以对话框的形式弹出,就完成了本发明实施例的“粘贴”操作。
本发明实施例通过提取复制文本内容的类别与关键词的类别进行匹配,并将匹配成功的组别作为提示操作,以对话框的形式弹出;智能推送用户可能进行的下一步动作,降低了用户操作的繁琐度,提高粘贴文本信息的准确度。
专业人员应该还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

  1. 一种人机交互的方法,应用于电子设备上,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取第一页面上用户复制操作的内容,确定所述内容所属的类别;
    获取第二页面的类别;
    将所述内容的类别与所述第二页面的类别进行匹配;
    如果匹配结果不为空,则在所述第二页面上显示至少一个操作选项,所述至少一个操作选项具有在所述第二页面上对所述内容执行一种操作的功能,使得所述电子设备在用户选择该操作选项后直接执行该功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述内容所属的类别包括:
    对复制的文本内容进行语义分析,提取复制操作内容的关键词,并对所述关键词与关键词类别库进行匹配,得到所述内容所属的类别。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述复制的文本内容包括一个或多个关键词,且关键词的类别包括一种或多种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二页面的类别包括一种或多种。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内容所属的一种或多种类别与所述第二页面的一种或多种类别分别进行匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在获取第二页面的类别步骤之前,
    确定所述用户复制操作与所述第二页面打开之间的时间间隔在预设时限范围内。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述复制操作的内容为文字信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二页面的类别是预先定义的,且所述第二页面的类别划分与所述关键词的类别划分一致。
  9. 一种人机交互装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:用户复制内容类别获取模块(401)、第二页面类别获取模块(402)、匹配模块(403)以及提示操作模块(404);其中,
    用户复制内容类别获取模块(401),用于获取第一页面上用户复制操作的内容,确定所述内容所属的类别;
    第二页面类别获取模块(402),用于获取第二页面的类别;
    匹配模块(403),用于将所述内容的类别与所述第二页面的类别进行匹配;
    提示操作模块(404),如果匹配结果不为空,则在所述第二页面上显示至少一个操作选项,所述至少一个操作选项具有在所述第二页面上对所述内容执行一种操作的功能,并在用户选择该操作选项后直接执行该功能。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户复制内容类别获取模块(401)将用户复制的文本内容进行语义分析得到复制文本内容的关键词,并将所述关键词与关键词类别库进行匹配,从而提取所述关键词的类别。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述匹配模块(403)将所述关键词的一种或多种类别与所述第二页面的一种或多种类别分别进行匹配,得到一个或多个匹配成功的所述关键词与所述第二页面的组合。
  12. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器和总线;
    所述存储器用于存储执行指令,所述处理器与所述存储器通过所述总线连接,当所述电子设备运行时,所述处理器执行所述存储器存储的所述执行指令,以使所述电子设备执行权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质存储有程序,所述程序被执行时实施如权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法。
