Abstract
본 발명에 따른 영상 부호화/복호화 장치는, 모션 벡터 보정 관련 정보를 획득하고, 현재 블록의 모션 벡터를 기반으로 모션 보상을 수행하며, 모션 벡터 보정 관련 정보 또는 모션 보상 수행 결과 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 상기 현재 블록의 모션 벡터를 보정하고, 보정된 모션 벡터를 이용하여 모션 보상을 재수행할 수 있다.
