为了解决上述技术问题,根据本发明的另一实施例,提供了一种播放控制装置,包括:
特征获取模块,用于按照设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始内容特征;
记录模块,用于根据用户的智能跳回指令,记录所述第一内容对应的标识信息;
判断模块,与所述特征获取模块连接,用于在检测到从所述第一内容切换为第二内容的情况下,根据所述第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,判断是否满足跳回条件;
跳回模块,与所述记录模块和所述判断模块分别连接,用于在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,根据所述标识信息从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。
对于上述装置,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述特征获取模块还用于在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的多个初始截取图像;
所述判断模块还用于在所述第一内容的当前图像与多个所述初始截取图像存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
对于上述装置,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述特征获取模块还用于在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制画面;
所述判断模块还用于在所述第一内容的当前画面与所述初始录制画面存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
对于上述装置,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述特征获取模块还用于在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制声音;
所述判断模块还用于在所述第一内容的当前声音与所述初始录制声音存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
对于上述装置,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述跳回模块包括:
提示单元,用于在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,向所述用户返回广告播放结束的提示窗口;
跳回单元,用于在接收到所述用户的确认跳回指令的情况下,根据播放所述第一内容的频道标识或窗口标识,将当前频道或当前窗口从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。

本发明实施例的播放控制方法,通过智能跳回指令,在播放过程中能够更合理的控制内容切换,提高用户体验。

实施例1
图1示出根据本发明一实施例的播放控制方法的流程图。如图1所示,该播放控制方法主要包括:
步骤101、按照设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始内容特征;
步骤102、根据用户的智能跳回指令,记录所述第一内容对应的标识信息;
步骤103、检测用户是否选择从第一内容切换为第二内容,在检测到从 所述第一内容切换为第二内容的情况下,执行步骤104;
步骤104、根据所述第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,判断是否满足跳回条件;在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,执行步骤105;
步骤105、根据所述标识信息从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。
其中,在步骤101中,获取第一内容的初始内容特征的方式有多种,具体示例如下:
方式一、截取图像。
假设第一内容为某一视频。采用方式一,则步骤101可以为在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的多个初始截取图像;采用这种方式,则在步骤104中,需要对第一内容的当前图像继续进行截取,并将第一内容的当前图像与所截取的初始截取图像进行比较,在所述第一内容的当前图像与多个所述初始截取图像存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,说明广告已经播放完毕,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
方式二、录制画面。
假设第一内容为某一视频。采用方式二,则步骤101可以为在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制画面;采用这种方式,则在步骤104中,需要对第一内容的当前画面继续进行保存或录制,并需要将第一内容的当前画面与所录制的初始录制画面进行比较,在所述第一内容的当前画面与初始录制画面存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
方式三、录制音频。
假设第一内容为某一音频。采用方式三,则步骤101可以为在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制声音。采用这种方式,则在步骤104中,需要对第一内容的当前声音继续进行录制,并 需要将第一内容的当前声音与所录制的初始录制声音进行比较,在所述第一内容的当前声音与所述初始录制声音存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
举例而言,第一内容可以是当前播放的电视节目、网络视频等,播放过程中可能出现插播广告的情形,影响用户的观看心情、浪费观看时间。播放设备可以在当前频道或当前窗口开始播放第一内容的过程中一直循环的获取其初始内容特征。例如每间隔1秒对所播放的视频进行一次截屏,并保留例如15秒内的截屏图像。再如,循环录制10秒长度的视频,保留最近1次录制的画面作为初始录制画面。再如,循环录制5秒长度的音频,保留最近1次录制的音频作为初始录制声音。
在第一内容中***播广告时,用户可以通过遥控器或鼠标等选择智能跳回操作,向播放设备发出智能跳回指令。这时,播放设备例如电视机、电脑、手机等可以记录当前所播放的视频的频道标识(例如频道号、台号、频道名称等)、窗口标识(例如网页窗口的地址或编号等)。然后,如果用户选择切换到第二内容,例如:切换到其他频道、网页窗口、应用等,则可以继续在后台对第一内容进行截取,从而比较第一内容当前播放的图像或声音与截取的初始图像、画面、声音等是否相同或相似,从而确定是否满足跳回条件。这是由于,有些电视剧等节目,为了让剧情衔接流畅,在广告后重新播放电视剧时会重播一小段广告前的电视剧内容。因此,如果出现与之前截取的内容相同或相似的内容,可以认为广告已经结束,重新进入剧情的播放。在满足跳回条件的情况下,播放设备可以自动跳回,也可以由用户决定是否跳回。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,步骤105包括:向所述用户返回广告播放结束的提示窗口;在接收到所述用户的确认跳回指令的情况下,根据播放所述第一内容的频道标识或窗口标识,将当前频道或当前窗口从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。
具体而言,播放设备可以在当前界面上显示提示窗口,以通知用户第一内容所播放的广告已经结束,由用户决定是否跳回继续观看第一内容。当然,提示窗口可以显示“频道A广告结束,是否跳回”、“剩余n秒跳回频道A”等类似的提示文字和选择按钮,由用户选择后续操作。
本实施例,根据播放的第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,能够判断是否满足跳回条件,如果满足跳回条件,就可以根据第一内容的标识信息从第二内容跳回第一内容,从而在播放过程中能够更合理的控制内容切换,提高用户体验。具体地,在播放视频时插播广告的情况下,采用智能跳回,用户可以在浏览或观看其他内容的情况下,准确且方便的知道先前观看的视频中插播的广告是否结束,从而合理的规划观看时间,提高用户体验。
实施例2
有的电视台在广告期间会在屏幕上显示广告倒计时,对于这种情况,可以通过图像识别的方法找出广告时间并设置***倒计时返回。然而,还有许多电视台没有明显的广告倒计时标识。本实施例中以电视剧为例说明对于无法识别广告倒计时的视频如何合理的进行内容切换。
图2示出根据本发明另一实施例的播放控制方法的应用示例图。如图2所示,一般电视剧的播放场景大概如下:
从T0时刻开始播放电视剧,到T2时刻开始播放广告,T3时刻重新播放电视剧。为了让剧情衔接流畅,在广告后重新播放电视剧A时会重播一小段广告前的电视剧内容,即图2所示的T1至T2间的内容会在T3到T4时间段内重新播放。这两部分的视频内容是重叠的,可以作为分辨广告和电视剧内容的依据。
如图3所示,为根据本发明另一实施例的播放控制方法的流程图。该播放控制方法可以包括:
步骤301、正常播放电视剧时,***每隔一定时间如1秒自动截屏一次并 保存。这样一直循环,只保存最近截屏的一定数量的图像如15张,称这一定数量的图像组成一个图像库。优选地,为了减少储存空间,可以将截屏后的图像压缩后再保存,或者只固定截取屏幕的某个区域的内容,如在中间部分取一个矩形。上述的截取间隔1秒、保存图像15张、压缩以及部分截取图像仅是示例,而非限制。
步骤302、当播放广告时用户可以主动调用“智能跳回”功能,一般认为用户可以在开始播放广告时的前几秒(比如5秒)内就使用这个“智能跳回”功能。也可以播放广告后再使用“智能跳回”功能。
步骤303、如果是开始播放广告时用户再使用“智能跳回”功能,图像库中的图像有几张是广告视频截图,也有几张是电视剧的截图。此外,还需记录当前频道的编号,称为原始频道,以备返回时使用。
步骤304、屏幕提示用户可以换台了。
步骤305、在检测到用户切换频道后,开始在后台录制原始频道的画面,并持续检测图像库中的照片是否在视频的画面中再次出现。
步骤306、若检测到图像库中的图像例如之前保存的15张图像中的一张或多张再次在录像内容中出现,则认为是处于T3-T4时刻,即广告已经结束。
步骤307、广告结束,返回之前频道。可以自动跳回原始频道,或者让用户自己选择是否要跳回。
实施例3
图4示出根据本发明另一实施例的播放控制方法的流程图。本实施例可以将每隔一定时间截取一张屏幕图像改为循环录制一定时长的屏幕视频。如图4所示,该播放控制方法如下。
步骤401、循环录制一定时长的屏幕视频(称为初始录制画面或后台视频)。
步骤402、当播放广告时用户可以主动调用“智能跳回”功能。
步骤403、保存当前的视频(可以称为标准视频等),记录当前频道的编号,称为原始频道,以备返回时使用。
步骤404、屏幕提示用户可以换台了。
步骤405、在检测到用户切换频道后,开始在后台录制原始频道的画面(也可以从之前录制的后台视频中获取最近的一个),并持续标准视频是否与后台视频中的画面中再次出现。
步骤406、若检测到标准视频出现在录像内容(后台视频)中,则认为是处于T3-T4时刻,即广告已经结束。
步骤407、广告结束,返回之前频道。可以自动跳回原始频道,或者让用户自己选择是否要跳回。
此外,上述识别的图像可以替换成识别的音频,从而通过进行音频比对进行广告回避。
在播放视频时插播广告的情况下,采用智能跳回,用户可以在浏览或观看其他内容的情况下,通过广告前后的内容特征对比,能够准确且方便的知道先前观看的视频中插播的广告是否结束,从而合理的规划观看时间,提高用户体验。
实施例4
图5示出根据本发明一实施例的播放控制装置的结构框图。如图5所示,该播放控制装置主要包括:特征获取模块11,用于按照设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始内容特征;记录模块13,用于根据用户的智能跳回指令,记录所述第一内容对应的标识信息;判断模块15,与所述特征获取模块11连接,用于在检测到从所述第一内容切换为第二内容的情况下,根据所述第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,判断是否满足跳回条件;跳回模块17,与记录模块13和所述判断模块15分别连接,用于在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,根据所述标识信息从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述特征获取模块11还用于在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的多个初始截取图像。所述判断模块15还用于在所述第一内容的当前图像与多个所述初始截取图像存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。具体原理和示例可以参见上述播放控制方法实施例中方式一的相关描述。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述特征获取模块11还用于在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制画面。所述判断模块15还用于在所述第一内容的当前画面与所述初始录制画面存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。具体原理和示例可以参见上述播放控制方法实施例中方式二的相关描述。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述特征获取模块11还用于在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制声音。所述判断模块15还用于在所述第一内容的当前声音与所述初始录制声音存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。具体原理和示例可以参见上述播放控制方法实施例中方式三的相关描述。
在一种可能的实现方式中,如图6所示,所述跳回模块17包括:提示单元171,用于在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,向所述用户返回广告播放结束的提示窗口;跳回单元173,用于在接收到所述用户的确认跳回指令的情况下,根据播放所述第一内容的频道标识或窗口标识,将当前频道或当前窗口从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。跳回过程的具体原理和示例可以参见上述播放控制方法实施例中的相关描述。
本实施例的播放控制装置,根据播放的第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,能够判断是否满足跳回条件,如果满足跳回条件,就可以根据第一内容的标识信息从第二内容跳回第一内容,从而在播放过程中能够更合理的控制内容切换,提高用户体验。
实施例5
图7示出根据本发明另一实施例的播放控制装置的结构框图。所述播放控制装置1100可以是具备计算能力的主机服务器、个人计算机PC、或者可携带的便携式计算机或终端等。本发明具体实施例并不对计算节点的具体实现做限定。
所述播放控制装置1100包括处理器(processor)1110、通信接口(Communications Interface)1120、存储器(memory)1130和总线1140。其中,处理器1110、通信接口1120、以及存储器1130通过总线1140完成相互间的通信。
通信接口1120用于与网络设备通信,其中网络设备包括例如虚拟机管理中心、共享存储等。
处理器1110用于执行程序。处理器1110可能是一个中央处理器CPU,或者是专用集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被配置成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。
存储器1130用于存放文件。存储器1130可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器1130也可以是存储器阵列。存储器1130还可能被分块,并且所述块可按一定的规则组合成虚拟卷。
在一种可能的实施方式中,上述程序可为包括计算机操作指令的程序代码。该程序具体可用于:执行上述实施例1至实施例3中任意一种的播放控制方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,本文所描述的实施例中的各示例性单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件形式来实现,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以针对特定的应用选择不同的方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
如果以计算机软件的形式来实现所述功能并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,则在一定程度上可认为本发明的技术方案的全部或部分(例如对现有技术做出贡献的部分)是以计算机软件产品的形式体现的。该计算机软件产品通常存储在计算机可读取的非易失性存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各实施例方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种播放控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    按照设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始内容特征;
    根据用户的智能跳回指令,记录所述第一内容对应的标识信息;
    在检测到从所述第一内容切换为第二内容的情况下,根据所述第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,判断是否满足跳回条件;
    在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,根据所述标识信息从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,按照设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容初始内容特征,包括:在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的多个初始截取图像;
    根据所述第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,判断是否满足跳回条件,包括:在所述第一内容的当前图像与多个所述初始截取图像存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,按照设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容初始内容特征,包括:在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制画面;
    根据所述第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,判断是否满足跳回条件,包括:在所述第一内容的当前画面与所述初始录制画面存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,按照设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容初始内容特征,包括:在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制声音;
    根据所述第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,判断是否满足跳回条件,包括:在所述第一内容的当前声音与所述初始录制声音存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,根据所述标识信息从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容,包括:
    在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,向所述用户返回广告播放结束的提示窗口;
    在接收到所述用户的确认跳回指令的情况下,根据播放所述第一内容的频道标识或窗口标识,将当前频道或当前窗口从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。
  6. 一种播放控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    特征获取模块,用于按照设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始内容特征;
    记录模块,用于根据用户的智能跳回指令,记录所述第一内容对应的标识信息;
    判断模块,与所述特征获取模块连接,用于在检测到从所述第一内容切换为第二内容的情况下,根据所述第一内容的初始内容特征与当前内容特征,判断是否满足跳回条件;
    跳回模块,与所述记录模块和所述判断模块分别连接,用于在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,根据所述标识信息从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述特征获取模块还用于在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的多个初始截取图像;
    所述判断模块还用于在所述第一内容的当前图像与多个所述初始截取图像存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述特征获取模块还用于 在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制画面;
    所述判断模块还用于在所述第一内容的当前画面与所述初始录制画面存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述特征获取模块还用于在第一时间段内,按照所述设定时间间隔获取所播放的第一内容的初始录制声音;
    所述判断模块还用于在所述第一内容的当前声音与所述初始录制声音存在相同或相似的内容的情况下,判定为满足所述跳回条件。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述跳回模块包括:
    提示单元,用于在满足所述跳回条件的情况下,向所述用户返回广告播放结束的提示窗口;
    跳回单元,用于在接收到所述用户的确认跳回指令的情况下,根据播放所述第一内容的频道标识或窗口标识,将当前频道或当前窗口从所述第二内容跳回继续播放所述第一内容。
