时下停车难已成为城市管理者与市民头疼的问题,且有愈演愈烈的趋势,不仅给市民正常生活和出行带来很大的不便利,同时也对城市交通造成了不好的影响。究其原因,固然有机动车保有量上升、停车设施建设投入不足的因素,但同时,现有停车设施管理手段落后也难辞其咎。停车场提供服务的能力并不仅仅取决于物理车位数量,还和停车场的车位利用率,各车位的周转率等有关。调查表明已建成的停车场并没有得到充分利用,特别是位于核心商圈、医院附近、大型文体活动场所等地的停车场,车位利用率和周转率不高;一方面是停车设施未得到充分利用,另一方面却是用户找不到停车场、停车困难。市民在目的地附近巡游找寻停车场和停车位,也给本来繁忙的城市交通增加了压力,在靠近停车场附近的路口更常见排队等候或拥堵等情况。
当前停车管理方法存在无法提供车位预订功能,市民在停车时具有很大的盲目性,要么在一个停车场入口盲目等待,要么反复巡游寻找各个可用的停车场,无法查询空闲车位的位置或用户停车位置等问题。
因此,如何提供一种可以解决现有停车管理方法无法提供车位预订功能的停车管理方法,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。

本发明实施例解决现有停车场无法提供车位预约、自动停车计费等问题,建立一套能自动识别用户身份和用户车辆的停车管理***,为用户提供个性化的停车服务,包括:车位预订、停车引导、车辆位置反查、自动 计费等,实现无人值守的自动化停车过程。
本发明实施例提供的一种自动预约的停车场管理***包括以下模块:智能停车控制中心,用于管理多个停车场及场内车位的动态和静态数据;停车场运营***,用于停车场内的数据采集,信息管理,以及设备控制,并与控制中心进行数据交换;用户终端,用于从控制中心或停车场数据获取,信息显示,实现定位和导航等功能。
智能停车控制中心进一步包括停:停车管理模块,设置为管理各个停车场的收费、泊位等静态信息以及车位状态等动态信息,并提供相应的业务服务;导航模块,设置为管理电子地图、各停车场内无线定位指纹数据,提供定位功能和路径规划功能;用户管理模块,设置为管理用户注册信息和登录信息,并向用户终端推送消息。
智能停车控制中心停车管理模块,保存全部停车场的位置信息、收费情况、车位数量、车位占用情况等信息。提供车位信息的查询功能,可查询所有停车场信息列表,各停车场内车位列表。提供车位的手工预订功能,根据用户选择的车位进行预订,向车位所在的停车场发车车位锁定信号,并将预订结果返回用户手机客户端。停车管理模块还提供车位自动预约功能,根据用户选定的预订条件,实时检测泊位状态信息变化情况,当有满足用户设定条件的车位时,后台自动进行预订,并将预订结果推送到用户手机客户端。
停车场运营***进一步包括:运营服务器,用于保存停车场内的终端和车辆对应关系,车辆停放位置及时长等信息,并负责向控制中心同步数据;车辆识别模块,使用图像采集及图像识别***对场内车辆进行识别;客户端识别模块,设置为对场内的用户终端进行身份识别,该身份用于向控制中心查询用户预订信息、查询是否停车及停车位置、对用户停车过程进行计时计费等操作;客户端定位模块,设置为对用户手机客户端进行实时定位已提供导航等服务;泊位锁定***,用于对已预订车位进行锁定或状态提示,防止其它用户使用;泊位停车检测模块,设置为检测各车位的状态检测,判断车位当前是否有车辆停入或驶出,当有车辆停入或驶出车 位则发出相应信号。泊位停车检测***配合客户端定位***可以确定用户的停车位置,因定位精度影响而不能区分相邻车位时,通过车辆识别模块最终确认具体停车位置。
停车场运营***车辆识别模块,包含一套多个图像采集设备和一个图像识别软件,该模块分别设置为出入口车辆识别和停车位上的车辆识别:当用户车辆进入停车场入口道闸位置,采集车辆图像,并通过图像识别软件识别车牌号码、车型、颜色等信息;当车位上的泊位停车检测模块检测到有车辆进入停车位时,控制中心调度相应位置的车辆识别模块,获取该车的车辆信息和所在车位。
停车场运营***客户端识别模块,使用用户设备上的无线网卡MAC(Medium/Media Access Control)地址作为唯一识别代码,用户使用手机客户端登录时,同时向控制中心提供注册id和本机MAC地址。当用户进入某停车场,客户端软件向停车场发送携带MAC地址的定位请求,停车场运营***根据该用户终端的MAC地址即可获取用户注册id,并进一步获得用户注册信息和预约信息。
停车场运营***客户端定位模块,使用基于信号强度的室内定位技术。典型方案为wifi定位,在停车场内部署多个wifi定位ap(Wireless Access Point),客户端根据收到的wifi信号强度或者信号到达时差计算出客户端位置。停车场内由于存在障碍物干扰,会引起定位精度下降。优选的方案是采用基于RF指纹识别的定位方法实现室内高精度定位。即通过在停车场内选取一定数量的特征点,以这些特征点为定位基准点,根据预先采集这些特征点的信号特征作为参考,可大幅提高室内定位精度。这些停车场内的特征点定位信号强度分布图,也叫wifi指纹库。停车场内部空间封闭,格局固定,无线定位网络部署后基本不会发生变动,因此有条件预先建立精确的wifi定位指纹库,从而实现场内客户端精确定位。
停车场运营***的泊位锁定***,用于根据预约情况或者车辆到达情况对车位进行锁定和解锁。当用户通过控制中心预订某车位后,泊位锁定***对该车位进行锁定或发出提示信号,如灯光信号红色,提示该车位已 被预订,防止其他用户使用。当用户到达车位时,泊位锁定***对用户所预订车位解锁或发出提示信号,引导用户停入。
停车场运营***的泊位停车检测模块,设置为实时监测各个车位的停车变化情况,当有车辆进入或者驶离车位时,向停车场运营服务器发送相关状态信息,以便进行对应操作。
用户终端,进一步包括用户手机硬件和安装在用户手机上的客户端软件。本方案需要使用手机进行网络通讯和室内外定位,因此要求用户手机硬件支持定位、具有数据通讯功能、wifi功能。
客户端软件进一步包括:导航及路径规划模块,设置为根据地图规划路径并引导用户至指定地点;室外定位模块,根据用户手机硬件情况采集用户位置信息,如基于卫星的一个或多个定位***(GPS/GOLNASS/Galilean System/北斗)或者使用基于基站的网络定位***等;室内定位模块,使用用户手机的wifi无线功能进行室内位置;
本发明实施例停车场管理***自动预约方法包含如下步骤:
1用户注册并登录停车管理***,***根据登录信息建立id和此次登录的设备无线MAC地址之间的对应关系。
2用户设定预约条件,如停车地点、停车时长、预计到达时间、具体停车场名称、车位筛选条件(是否靠近电梯或出入口、车位大小、地面/立体车位等)。
3停车管理***检测到有符合用户设定条件的车位时自动预约并向用户推送预约结果和导航路线。
用户收到推送消息后,可选择:a)接受预订结果;b)拒绝并重新预订;c)将当前结果作为备选方案当有更优预订方案时自动修改等操作。
若用户在车位预订保留期间未到达,提示用户选择:a)放弃预订;b)重新预订;c)付费保留车位等操作。
4当用户进入停车场入口时,停车场内运营管理***对用户客户端及车辆进行识别,并向控制中心查询预订结果。若已预订则允许进入,建立客户端-车辆关联关系,开始停车计时。若未预订,则后台自动分配车位 并要求用户确认。
5根据位置信息,当用户进入所预订的停车场范围内,导航方式切换为室内导航,并将用户导航至所预订车位。

2适用范围广:用户无需办理身份识别卡,仅需注册并使用手机登录停车管理***,即可在任意停车场停泊,特别适用于商圈、医院等人流量大、用户群体不固定的停车场。
3用户体验好:本发明实施例可自动计时和扣费,实现用户不停车出入,提升用户体验;
4运营成本低:停车场不需要引导人员,根据用户身份提供室内定位和停车导航、或反查停泊位置,日常运营无人值守,降低成本。
下面结合附图对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述:
如图3所示,该停车场管理***包括一个智能停车控制中心10,复数个停车场运营***20和复数个用户终端30,其中一个停车控制中心10可以管辖多个停车场,每个停车场单独部署一套停车场运营***20,停车控制中心10和各停车场的运营***20通过网络连接。
智能停车控制中心10包括导航模块101,停车管理模块102和用户管理模块103。导航模块101存储管辖区域内地图以及各停车场地理位置信息,同时存储各停车场内部地图和wifi定位指纹库。停车管理模块102保存各停车场内所有车位占用情况,并提供车位状态查询和车位预订功能。用户管 理模块103保存用户的基本信息,用户登录所使用的设备信息,用户预订信息以及账户信息等。用户在使用停车***前需要注册并登录,同时可设定缴费账户用于停车后的自动缴费。用户登录***时会提交登录设备的MAC地址,***保留用户设备和注册id的关联关系。该关联关系在每次用户登录时更新,用户退出登录时清除。该关联关系用于停车场运营***20根据用户设备查询到注册账户,并进一步获取用户信息、用户id以及车位预订情况等。
停车场运营***20包含车辆识别模块201,客户端识别模块202,客户端定位模块203,泊位锁定机构204,停车检测模块205,运营服务器206。车辆识别模块201包含出入口车辆识别和停车位车辆识别,出入口车辆识别用于在将车辆与客户端用户终端建立关联关系;停车位车辆识别用户建立车辆与具体停车位的关联关系。车辆识别模块201优选视频采集配合图像识别软件方案。当用户进入某停车场时,停车场内的定位ap可以获得客户端手机的MAC地址,客户端识别模块202根据该MAC地址向控制中心10查询所登录的注册用户。客户端定位模块203根据客户端收到的定位信号强度得到客户端在的精确定位结果。泊位锁定机构204用户根据控制中心10的预订请求锁定车位,或者使用灯光信息提示车位的可用状态,如红色为不可用、绿色为可用状态。停车检测模块205用户检测是否有车辆进入或驶离停车位,并在停车状态发生改变时向控制中心更新状态,停车检查模块205优选方案为地磁探测器。运营服务器206用于管理停车场内所有车辆的停车位位置信息、停车时长信息,同时根据客户端识别结果向控制中心10查询预订和账户信息,以便向停车场道闸、车位锁定***204发车相关指令,同时对车辆进行计费和接收用户网络支付等。
用户终端30包含用户手机硬件31和安装在手机上的客户端软件32。用户手机硬件要求具有wifi模块311和定位模块312如GPS等。由于需要使用wifi信号进行室内定位,因此wifi模块311是必须的,目前智能手机已普及wifi功能。
客户端软件32包含导航及路径规划模块321,室外定位模块322和室内 定位模块323。导航及路径规划模块设置为制定行车路线,室外定位模块322获取用户的位置信息并提供给导航及路径规划模块321使用。由于室内停车场通常无法通过GPS等卫星定位信号获取位置,因此室内定位模块323使用用户手机的无线功能进行定位。控制中心10所管理的所有停车场内,都事先部署多个无线定位信号热点(ap),并建立场内定位指纹库。室内定位模块323根据无线定位信号强度及指纹库信号图谱得出用户在停车场内的精确定位结果,并提供导航及路径规划模块321使用。使用该定位方案的无线接入点ap仅用于定位,不进行数据通信,无带宽限制,部署和使用成本低。结合定位指纹库数据,可得到高精度的用户定位结果。
如图4所示,该自动预约的智能停车场管理***的工作流程如下:
一、停车流程
1.1用户登录停车管理***,查看泊位信息并设定预订条件。
1.2***根据用户设定找到可预订车位后,向该车位所在的停车场运营***发出预订请求。
1.3停车场运营***根据收到的预订请求锁定相关车位,返回预订成功结果。
1.4***获取地图和导航数据并发送到用户终端。
1.5用户在终端导航信号引导下前往所预订的停车场。
2.1用户到达目的停车场,客户端启用室内定位模块,通过wifi获取该停车场内的无线定位信号。
2.2停车场运营管理***根据连接定位信号的设备MAC地址向控制中心查询该设备对应的用户id,并获取用户信息和预订结果。如果用户已预订停车位则允许用户进入。
2.3用户获准进入停车场后,停车场运营***对用户进行实时定位。
2.4当用户到达目标车位,为用户解锁车位,等待用户停车。
2.5停车检测模块检测到有车辆停入,通知车辆识别设备对该位置的车辆进行识别。
2.6身份识别模块获取车辆牌照和特征信息后,将车位-车辆对应关系 和车位已占用状态同步至控制中心。
二、取车流程
3.1用户向控制中心查询车辆位置。
3.2控制中心返回用户车辆位置。
3.3导航模块引导用户至泊位。
3.4当用户行驶至停车场出口,对用户及车辆分别进行身份识别。根据身份识别结果,判断用户与车辆的对应关系是否正确,以防车辆被盗。
3.5计算车辆的停车时间和应缴费情况,后台自动扣费或接收用户网络支付后放行。
3.6停车检测模块检测到车辆离开车位后,把车位状态同步到控制中心。
综上可知,通过本发明实施例的实施,至少存在以下有益效果:
本发明实施例提供了一种停车管理方法,停车管理平台接收用户终端的停车请求,分配合适的停车场,并进行车位预定,解决现有停车场无法提供车位预约的问题,增加了泊位利用率和周转率,用户可以使用实时查看停车场泊位信息,并手工预定或自动预定停车位,缩短寻找车位时间、提高停车效率,增强了用户的使用体验。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
步骤S1,接收用户终端的停车请求;
步骤S2,根据停车请求匹配停车场;
步骤S3,向停车场的停车管理平台发送车位预定请求;
步骤S4,发送停车场的导航数据至用户终端。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

工业实用性
本发明实施例,应用于停车管理领域,解决了现有停车场无法提供车位预约的问题,增加了泊位利用率和周转率,用户可以使用实时查看停车场泊位信息,并手工预定或自动预定停车位,缩短寻找车位时间、提高停车效率,增强了用户的使用体验。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种停车管理方法,包括:
    接收用户终端的停车请求;
    根据所述停车请求匹配停车场;
    向所述停车场的停车管理平台发送车位预定请求;
    发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的停车管理方法,其中,在发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端之前,还包括:判断是否接收到所述停车场的停车管理平台返回的车位锁定响应,若是,则发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的停车管理方法,其中,在发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端之后,还包括:获取所述用户终端的位置信息,当检测到所述用户终端进入所述停车场范围时,发送已锁定车位的室内导航数据至所述用户终端。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的停车管理方法,其中,在接收用户终端的停车请求之后,还包括:获取登录账户的账户标识与所述用户终端的设备标识,建立所述账户标识与所述设备标识的对应关系。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的停车管理方法,其中,在发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端之后,还包括:获取所述用户终端的位置信息,当检测到所述用户终端进入所述停车场范围时,获取与所述用户终端对应的车辆标识,建立所述设备标识与所述车辆标识的对应关系。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的停车管理方法,其中,还包括:获取与所述车辆标识对应的车位标识,建立所述车辆标识与所述车位标识的对 应关系。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的停车管理方法,其中,所述根据所述停车请求匹配停车场包括:提取所述停车请求中的停车条件,根据所述停车条件确定合适车位,并将合适车位发送至所述用户终端;接收所述用户终端的选取操作,确定目标车位;查找所述目标车位所属停车场,作为匹配到的所述停车场。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的停车管理方法,其中,还包括:接收用户终端的提车请求;确定与所述用户终端对应的车位信息,根据用户终端的位置信息及车位信息,生成提车导航地图;发送所述提车导航地图至所述用户终端。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的停车管理方法,其中,还包括:接收所述停车场发送的停车消费信息,发送至所述用户终端;接收所述用户终端发送的停车支付信息,发送至所述停车场。
  10. 一种停车管理平台,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收用户终端的停车请求;
    匹配模块,设置为根据所述停车请求匹配停车场;
    预定模块,设置为向所述停车场的停车管理平台发送车位预定请求;
    发送模块,设置为发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的停车管理平台,其中,所述发送模块在发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端之前,还设置为判断是否接收到所述停车场的停车管理平台返回的车位锁定响应,若是,则发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的停车管理平台,其中,所述发送模块在发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端之后,还设置为获取所述用户终端的位置信息,当检测到所述用户终端进入所述停车场范围时,发送已锁定车位的室内导航数据至所述用户终端。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的停车管理平台,其中,所述接收模块在接收用户终端的停车请求之后,还设置为获取登录账户的账户标识与所述用户终端的设备标识,建立所述账户标识与所述设备标识的对应关系。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的停车管理平台,其中,所述发送模块在发送所述停车场的导航数据至所述用户终端之后,还设置为获取所述用户终端的位置信息,当检测到所述用户终端进入所述停车场范围时,获取与所述用户终端对应的车辆标识,建立所述设备标识与所述车辆标识的对应关系。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的停车管理平台,其中,所述发送模块还设置为获取与所述车辆标识对应的车位标识,建立所述车辆标识与所述车位标识的对应关系。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的停车管理平台,其中,所述匹配模块设置为提取所述停车请求中的停车条件,根据所述停车条件确定合适车位,并将合适车位发送至所述用户终端;接收所述用户终端的选取操作,确定目标车位;查找所述目标车位所属停车场,作为匹配到的所述停车场。
  17. 如权利要求10至16任一项所述的停车管理平台,其中,所述接收模块还设置为接收用户终端的提车请求;确定与所述用户终端对应的车位信息,根据用户终端的位置信息及车位信息,生成提车导航地图;发送所述提车导航地图至所述用户终端。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的停车管理平台,其中,所述接收模块还设置为接收所述停车场发送的停车消费信息,发送至所述用户终端;接收所述用户终端发送的停车支付信息,发送至所述停车场。
  19. 一种停车管理***,包括用户终端、停车场平台、以及如权利要求10至18任一项所述的停车管理平台。
