本发明涉及射频信息处理领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于酒店门卡的信息处理方法和装置。
背景技术
随着对酒店安全的重视程度的提高,越来越多的酒店增加了电梯门禁等安全设备,客人办理入住后,通过房卡进入电梯,电梯中的读卡设备读取房卡中的信息,控制电梯到达房间所在楼层,从而提高酒店的安全性。
现有的电梯控制***存在多种规格,不同厂商的电梯控制***使用的门卡规格、数据格式也有区别,对于拥有多家门店的连锁酒店或者拥有多家合作酒店的互联网平台而言,若新开一家酒店,则在选择电梯时只能从众多的电梯供应商中选择一个,而对于已经开业的酒店而言,其电梯控制***则可能与新开酒店的不同,且由于其电梯控制***已经安装完毕而无法更换,或者对于新的加盟酒店而言,其原有电梯和电梯控制***无法更换改造,在连锁酒店对这些使用不同电梯控制***的酒店进行集中管理时就会存在一定困难,为了便于进行统一管理而对电梯和电梯控制***进行改造,可以进行硬件更换和软件升级,但是,改造的成本会较高。
针对相关技术中,为了便于对酒店进行统一管理而对电梯和电梯控制***进行改造的成本较高的技术问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种用于酒店门卡的信息处理方法和装置,以至少解决相关技术中,为了便于对酒店进行统一管理而对电梯和电梯控制***进行改造的成本较高的技术问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种用于酒店门卡的信息处理方法,该方法包括:获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息,其中,酒店管理***用于管理多个酒店,每个酒店具有一个酒店名称;基于订单信息确定目标酒店和目标楼层信息,其中,目标酒店为多个酒店中用户入住的酒店,目标楼层信息为用户的入住房间所在楼层的标 识信息;从数据库中获取目标酒店的目标格式,其中,数据库用于存储多个酒店中各个酒店的酒店名称、多个数据格式以及各个酒店名称与多个数据格式的对应关系,每个酒店名称对应于一种数据格式,数据格式为酒店智能卡的通讯数据包的格式,酒店智能卡用于启动酒店电梯和开启入住房间门锁,目标格式为目标酒店的数据格式;按照目标格式将目标楼层信息和入住房间的门锁密钥写入目标智能卡,其中,目标智能卡为目标酒店的酒店智能卡。

图1是根据本发明实施例的用于酒店门卡的信息处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S101,获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息,其中,酒店管理***用于管理多个酒店,每个酒店具有一个酒店名称。

具体地,步骤S104中的按照目标格式将目标楼层信息写入目标智能卡可以通过下述步骤实现:按照目标格式生成包括目标楼层信息和门锁密钥的目标通讯数据包;通过预设读写卡器将目标通讯数据包写入目标智能卡。
在实际使用中,酒店前台在发卡时向智能卡的特定存储区写入楼层信息和门锁密钥,需要进入电梯时,在电梯读卡区刷卡,电梯控制***的读卡器读取智能卡储存区中的楼层信息,并根据楼层信息搭乘用户至指定楼层。

为了解决多种电梯控制***统一管理控制的问题,实际使用中,不同酒店因为使用的电梯品牌不同,电梯控制软件、门卡规格也可能不相同,但是这些酒店可能属于同一个连锁品牌或者使用相同的酒店管理***(即PMS***),那么需要使用PMS***给顾客发门卡(即上述智能卡),同时给门卡赋予电梯控制的功能,需要PMS***能够 对接梯控***的发卡器,为了解决这一问题,本申请使用能够同时兼容不同类型射频卡的读写卡器(即预设读写卡器),以确保对不同规格的门卡均能进行读写操作。该读写卡器能够以多种频率传输数据,以兼容采用不同制式的门卡。另外,在获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息之前,该信息处理方法还包括:获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入数据库。
需要说明的是,上述PMS***可以包括如下的各个单元:数据格式解析单元,该单元通过读写卡器读取梯控门卡的卡内信息,通过卡内信息分析出楼层信息数据的存储位置和存储格式;格式记录单元,该单元将梯控门卡的楼层信息数据格式进行记录存储,为后续制卡发卡提供正确的数据格式;订单信息获取单元,用于录入房间信息或者从互联网服务器获取网上订单的房间信息数据;数据生成单元,根据订单信息和楼层信息数据格式生成要写入门卡的数据,并发送给读写卡器,读写卡器将数据写入门卡,使卡同时具有开门和控制电梯的功能。
上述的酒店管理***可以是传统的安装在本地计算机的PMS***,也可以是使用云端服务器架构的PMS***。
通过上述实施例,获取电梯控制装置的数据格式,将数据格式信息与酒店信息对应,存储在服务器中,获取酒店房间订单信息,从订单信息中获取房间的门锁信息和楼层信息,通过门锁信息、楼层信息和数据格式,生成要写入门卡的数据,将数据发送到酒店前台的读写卡器,通过读写卡器写入房卡。从而实现了对不同酒店、不同门卡的统一管理。
在一个可选的实施例中,获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入数据库包括:获取新增酒店所用电梯的射频感应装置的通讯数据包的格式为第三数据格式;将新增酒店的第三酒店名称、第三数据格式以及第三酒店名称与第三数据格式的对应关系存入数据库。当酒店管理***安装在本地计算机端时,计算机连接读写卡器,PMS***通过读卡器读取或写入门卡数据,酒店管理人员可以在***中实现对门卡各数据存储区的定义,管理人员可以根据电梯厂商提供的数据自定义门卡某个数据存储区的数据的含义,从而可以确定第三数据格式,如根据门锁指定门卡特定扇区为门锁密钥存储区,或根据电梯控制器的控制方式定义某个特定储存区为电梯楼层权限数据存储区,并将定义好的数据格式(即第三数据格式)存入数据库中。
在另一个可选的实施例中,获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入数据库包括:获取新增 酒店的多张用户智能卡,其中,用户智能卡为新增酒店的酒店智能卡,每张用户智能卡具有乘坐一个已知电梯楼层的权限;分别读取各张用户智能卡的智能卡数据;通过比较各张用户智能卡的智能卡数据确定新增酒店的第一数据格式;将新增酒店的第一酒店名称、第一数据格式以及第一酒店名称与第一数据格式的对应关系存入数据库。即读取多张已知房间和楼层的门卡数据,通过对比获得房间和楼层信息的存储地址和格式,从而获得门卡数据格式(即第一数据格式),具体地,由于是同一家酒店的门卡,只有楼层信息和房间信息的数值不同,因此,可以逐个比较得到的门卡数据,通过比较得到多个门卡数据的各个数据段中值不同的数据段所在的地址即上述存储地址,然后比较该存储地址的值与实际楼层值或房间号,即可得到实际楼层与存储值之间的转换关系,及房间号与存储值之间的转换关系,一般为直接将实际楼层或房间号的数值转换为二进制数进行存储。
例如,一种典型的梯控门卡的控制器权限信息区的数据格式如表1所示,该区域可以包括8个控制器的相关信息(如控制器逻辑地址号和对应的时间权限号),逻辑地址号和时间权限号分别占用一个字节,表中的“地址”是指控制器的相关信息在门卡存储区域的物理逻辑地址。

普通用户卡权限信息区数据格式如表2所示,1个楼层的权限占用1为二进制数据,这里每部电梯可以按照64层来计算,仅需用8字节即可实现对64层电梯的控制。
如经过对比多张门卡可知,若这几张卡的某个存储区的内容不同,且该区域的字节数为8,则可确定该区域为表示楼层权限的信息区,同理,一般酒店房间较多,因此,对应的用于表示房间的区域所占字节数也较大,经过对比也可确定对应的信息区。
在确定了卡的数据格式之后,即可根据梯控卡的数据格式、房间信息、楼层信息,生成要写入卡内的数据,将数据写入房卡,完成入住的发卡过程。

可选地,获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入数据库包括:通过新增酒店的原有发卡***所提供的数据接口获取新增酒店的第二数据格式;将新增酒店的第二酒店名称、第二数据格式以及第二酒店名称与第二数据格式的对应关系存入数据库。即PMS***通过酒店原有发卡***提供的数据接口获取门卡数据的存储格式(即第二数据格式),并将其存入数据库中。然后在客户入住时,管理人员可以手动分配酒店房间,酒店管理***根据分配的房间和楼层以及入住时间等权限信息生成写入门卡的数据,由读写卡器写入门卡,完成入住发卡操作。
如图2所示,对于使用云端服务器30的PMS***,预订网站的服务器20可直接接收各种联网终端10的订单,并将订单信息、门卡数据格式等信息储存在云端服务器中,云端服务器还可以同时存储多家酒店的数据,每家酒店可以具有不同的门锁类型、电梯控制***类型,对应的,每家酒店门卡数据格式可以是各不相同的;每家酒店使用酒店前台的终端40(如电脑、智能手机、平板电脑等)通过互联网连接云端服务器,可以对酒店的房间信息、门卡数据格式信息等进行维护和修改;酒店门卡数据格式的获取方式如:通过自定义方式、解析门卡数据方式、通过数据接口获取等方式获取。生成写入门卡数据的处理也在云端服务器完成,客户在酒店前台办理入住发卡时,在酒店前台的PMS终端从云端服务器获取门卡数据,通过读写卡器写入门卡。
对于使用云端服务器的PMS***来说,当房间订单来自互联网时,PMS***可以通过云端服务器从预订网站自动获取订单信息,酒店经营者可以选择自动确认订单或***自动分配房间,当酒店经营者选择自动确认订单和自动分房时,PMS云端服务器自动确认网站预订订单并自动为预订订单分配房间,从而确认了订单的房间和楼层信息,进一步的,通过房间、楼层信息以及门卡数据格式生成写入门卡的数据;当酒店经营者选择手动确认订单时,PMS云端服务器将订单信息推送给PMS客户端,等待酒店管理者进行分房和订单确认,确认后的订单包含经营者手动分配的房间和楼层信息;PMS的云端服务器通过房间、楼层信息和数据格式生成要写入的数据并存储,客户办理入住时,将数据发送到读写卡器以写入房卡。
另外,若订单来自线下时,酒店管理者直接创建订单并分配房间,然后将包含房间和楼层信息的订单信息发送到PMS云端服务器,PMS的云端服务器通过房间、楼层信息和数据格式生成要写入的数据发送到读写卡器写入房卡。
使用本发明的方法和***,可以实现在线预订***、云端PMS服务器和不同类型梯控***的匹配,目前的酒店管理***越来越多的采用云端服务器的架构,当本地终端进行数据的录入、显示等操作后,酒店管理***与在线预订***或在线预订网站之间的对接也通过云端服务器完成,即数据的储存、处理均在云端服务器进行。对于一家使用具有云端服务器的PMS***的酒店来说,房间信息、订单信息等均存储在云端服务器,带有梯控数据的房卡数据格式也存储在云服务器,房卡的数据格式可以通过读取已知信息的房卡内数据获取,或者从电梯梯控***供应商获取。对于使用不同梯控***的不同酒店,每个酒店均可以在云端服务器存储于酒店对应的房卡数据格式,在获取订单信息后,云端服务器可以针对不同酒店的不同梯控***生成要写入房卡的数据,实现对不同梯控***的对接和兼容。
另外,本申请的方法还可用于对梯控***的管理和权限的控制,通过对房卡数据格式的解析和写入,同样能够使云端PMS***实现对酒店本地其他资源访问权限的控制,例如,酒店提供的自助餐服务、健身房、SPA、娱乐设施等资源的访问权限控制,均可以通过对房卡数据的读写来获取和赋予。
例如,酒店只对入住高档房间的客户开放健身房,健身房使用权限通过房卡控制实现,健身房设有读卡器,读取房卡信息,房卡数据中某特定扇区的数据代表健身房访问权限,云端服务器获取该酒店房卡数据格式后,可以根据订单信息确定是否具有健身房访问权限,从而生成房卡数据,实现对健身房访问权限的管理。
通过本申请提供的PMS***和酒店本地梯控***进行匹配的方法和***,可以在酒店不更换本地硬件设备的基础上方便的实现PMS***和不同类型酒店梯控***等硬 件资源之间的对接,特别是使用云端服务器的PMS***和不同酒店梯控***之间的对接,使PMS***能够方便的实现对更多不同类型的酒店的支持。进一步的,可以实现不同网站预订订单通过PMS***自动确定和分配房间,提高了酒店管理者的效率和客户的预订入住体验。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
本发明实施例还提供了一种用于酒店门卡的信息处理装置。需要说明的是,本发明实施例的用于酒店门卡的信息处理装置可以用于执行本发明实施例所提供的用于酒店门卡的信息处理方法,本发明实施例的用于酒店门卡的信息处理方法也可以通过本发明实施例所提供的用于酒店门卡的信息处理装置来执行。
图3是根据本发明实施例的用于酒店门卡的信息处理装置的示意图。如图3所示,该装置可以包括:第一获取单元310、确定单元320、第二获取单元330以及处理单元340。
第一获取单元310,用于获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息,其中,酒店管理***用于管理多个酒店,每个酒店具有一个酒店名称。
确定单元320,用于基于订单信息确定目标酒店和目标楼层信息,其中,目标酒店为多个酒店中用户入住的酒店,目标楼层信息为用户的入住房间所在楼层的标识信息。
第二获取单元330,用于从数据库中获取目标酒店的目标格式,其中,数据库用于存储多个酒店中各个酒店的酒店名称、多个数据格式以及各个酒店名称与多个数据格式的对应关系,每个酒店名称对应于一种数据格式,数据格式为酒店智能卡的通讯数据包的格式,酒店智能卡用于启动酒店电梯和开启入住房间门锁,目标格式为目标酒店的数据格式。
处理单元340,用于按照目标格式将目标楼层信息和入住房间的门锁密钥写入目标智能卡,其中,目标智能卡为目标酒店的酒店智能卡。
上述的处理单元的功能可以通过如下模块实现:生成模块,用于按照目标格式生成包括目标楼层信息的目标通讯数据包;写入模块,用于通过预设读写卡器将目标通讯数据包写入目标智能卡。
通过上述实施例,通过第一获取单元获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息,其中,酒店管理***用于管理多个酒店,每个酒店具有一个酒店名称;确定单元基于订单信息确定目标酒店和目标楼层信息,其中,目标酒店为多个酒店中用户入住的酒店,目标楼层信息为用户的入住房间所在楼层的标识信息;第二获取单元从数据库中获取目标酒店的目标格式,其中,数据库用于存储多个酒店中各个酒店的酒店名称、多个数据格式以及各个酒店名称与多个数据格式的对应关系,每个酒店名称对应于一种数据格式,数据格式为酒店智能卡的通讯数据包的格式,酒店智能卡用于启动酒店电梯和开启入住房间门锁,目标格式为目标酒店的数据格式;处理单元按照目标格式将目标楼层信息和入住房间的门锁密钥写入目标智能卡,其中,目标智能卡为目标酒店的酒店智能卡,从而解决了相关技术中,为了便于对酒店进行统一管理而对电梯和电梯控制***进行改造的成本较高的技术问题,达到了以较小的成本实现对酒店进行统一管理的技术效果。
在一个可选的实施例中,为了获取酒店电梯数据格式,该信息处理装置还包括:第三获取单元,用于在获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息之前,获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入数据库。
在另一个可选的实施例中,为了获取酒店电梯数据格式,第三获取单元包括:获取模块,用于获取新增酒店的多张用户智能卡,其中,用户智能卡为新增酒店的酒店智能卡,每张用户智能卡具有乘坐一个已知电梯楼层的权限;读取模块,用于分别读取各张用户智能卡的智能卡数据;确定模块,用于通过比较各张用户智能卡的智能卡数据确定新增酒店的第一数据格式;保存模块,用于将新增酒店的第一酒店名称、第一数据格式以及第一酒店名称与第一数据格式的对应关系存入数据库。
可选地,处理单元可以包括:生成模块,用于按照目标格式生成包括目标楼层信息和门锁密钥的目标通讯数据包;写入模块,用于通过预设读写卡器将目标通讯数据包写入目标智能卡。
通过本申请提供的PMS***和酒店本地梯控***进行匹配的方法和***,可以在酒店不更换本地硬件设备的基础上方便的实现PMS***和不同类型酒店梯控***等硬件资源之间的对接,特别是使用云端服务器的PMS***和不同酒店梯控***之间的对接,使PMS***能够方便的实现对更多不同类型的酒店的支持。进一步的,可以实现不同网站预订订单通过PMS***自动确定和分配房间,提高了酒店管理者的效率和客户的预订入住体验。
本实施例中所提供的各个模块与方法实施例对应步骤所提供的使用方法相同、应 用场景也可以相同。当然,需要注意的是,上述模块涉及的方案可以不限于上述实施例中的内容和场景,且上述模块可以运行在计算机终端或移动终端,可以通过软件或硬件实现。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
在本发明的上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的技术内容,可通过其它的方式实现。其中,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如所述单元的划分,可以为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个***,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,单元或模块的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性或其它的形式。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于酒店门卡的信息处理方法,其中,包括:
    获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息,其中,所述酒店管理***用于管理多个酒店,每个酒店具有一个酒店名称;
    基于所述订单信息确定目标酒店和目标楼层信息,其中,所述目标酒店为所述多个酒店中用户入住的酒店,所述目标楼层信息为所述用户的入住房间所在楼层的标识信息;
    从数据库中获取所述目标酒店的目标格式,其中,所述数据库用于存储所述多个酒店中各个酒店的酒店名称、多个数据格式以及各个所述酒店名称与所述多个数据格式的对应关系,每个所述酒店名称对应于一种所述数据格式,所述数据格式为酒店智能卡的通讯数据包的格式,所述酒店智能卡用于启动酒店电梯和开启入住房间门锁,所述目标格式为所述目标酒店的数据格式;
    按照所述目标格式将所述目标楼层信息和入住房间的门锁密钥写入目标智能卡,其中,所述目标智能卡为所述目标酒店的酒店智能卡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将所述新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入所述数据库。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将所述新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入所述数据库包括:
    获取所述新增酒店的多张用户智能卡,其中,所述用户智能卡为所述新增酒店的酒店智能卡,每张所述用户智能卡具有乘坐一个已知电梯楼层的权限;
    分别读取各张所述用户智能卡的智能卡数据;
    通过比较各张所述用户智能卡的智能卡数据确定所述新增酒店的第一数据格式;
    将所述新增酒店的第一酒店名称、所述第一数据格式以及所述第一酒店名称与所述第一数据格式的对应关系存入所述数据库。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将所述新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入所述数据库包括:
    通过所述新增酒店的原有发卡***所提供的数据接口获取所述新增酒店的第二数据格式;
    将所述新增酒店的第二酒店名称、所述第二数据格式以及所述第二酒店名称与所述第二数据格式的对应关系存入所述数据库。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将所述新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入所述数据库包括:
    获取所述新增酒店所用电梯的射频感应装置的通讯数据包的格式为第三数据格式;
    将所述新增酒店的第三酒店名称、所述第三数据格式以及所述第三酒店名称与所述第三数据格式的对应关系存入所述数据库。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的方法,其中,按照所述目标格式将所述目标楼层信息和入住房间的门锁密钥写入目标智能卡包括:
    按照所述目标格式生成包括所述目标楼层信息和所述门锁密钥的目标通讯数据包;
    通过预设读写卡器将所述目标通讯数据包写入所述目标智能卡。
  7. 一种用于酒店门卡的信息处理装置,其中,包括:
    第一获取单元,被设置为获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息,其中,所述酒店管理***用于管理多个酒店,每个酒店具有一个酒店名称;
    确定单元,被设置为基于所述订单信息确定目标酒店和目标楼层信息,其中,所述目标酒店为所述多个酒店中用户入住的酒店,所述目标楼层信息为所述用户的入住房间所在楼层的标识信息;
    第二获取单元,被设置为从数据库中获取所述目标酒店的目标格式,其中,所述数据库用于存储所述多个酒店中各个酒店的酒店名称、多个数据格式以及各个所述酒店名称与所述多个数据格式的对应关系,每个所述酒店名称对应于一种所述数据格式,所述数据格式为酒店智能卡的通讯数据包的格式,所述酒店智能 卡用于启动酒店电梯和开启入住房间门锁,所述目标格式为所述目标酒店的数据格式;
    处理单元,被设置为按照所述目标格式将所述目标楼层信息和入住房间的门锁密钥写入目标智能卡,其中,所述目标智能卡为所述目标酒店的酒店智能卡。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第三获取单元,被设置为在获取酒店管理***生成的订单信息之前,获取新增酒店的酒店名称和数据格式,并将所述新增酒店的酒店名称、数据格式及酒店名称与数据格式的对应关系存入所述数据库。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述第三获取单元包括:
    获取模块,被设置为获取所述新增酒店的多张用户智能卡,其中,所述用户智能卡为所述新增酒店的酒店智能卡,每张所述用户智能卡具有乘坐一个已知电梯楼层的权限;
    读取模块,被设置为分别读取各张所述用户智能卡的智能卡数据;
    确定模块,被设置为通过比较各张所述用户智能卡的智能卡数据确定所述新增酒店的第一数据格式;
    保存模块,被设置为将所述新增酒店的第一酒店名称、所述第一数据格式以及所述第一酒店名称与所述第一数据格式的对应关系存入所述数据库。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9中任意一项所述的装置,其中,所述处理单元包括:
    生成模块,被设置为按照所述目标格式生成包括所述目标楼层信息和所述门锁密钥的目标通讯数据包;
    写入模块,被设置为通过预设读写卡器将所述目标通讯数据包写入所述目标智能卡。
