本发明涉及一种旋切机，具体涉及一种新型木材旋切机。
背景技术
旋切机分为有卡和无卡旋切机，有卡旋切机主要是通过左、右卡轴将木段夹紧，在主电机的驱动下由卡轴带动木段旋转，同时带动安装了旋刀的刀床向木段作匀速进给运动，借此把木段旋切出连续的、厚度均匀的单板带，剪切以后供制作胶合板等各种人造板之用。其中压板按压力度不均衡使得木材表面有破碎，造成对木材的浪费，只由主电机来控制卡轴的转动工作效率不高。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种新型木材旋切机，其目的在于：提高主电机的工作效率，同时提高压板的压紧效果。
本发明的技术解决方案：
一种新型木材旋切机，包括机架、主电机、卡轴以及机架上方的压板，其特征在于：还包括变速机，所述变速机与主电机连接，所述压板包括顶层、中间层和保护层，所述顶层与中间层之间通过粘合剂连接，所述中间层与保护层之间通过粘合剂连接，所述中间层为板材层，所述保护层为橡胶层。
所述压板与压紧动力机构连接，所述压紧动力机构由电机控制。
所述压紧动力机构为万向联轴器。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明通过在主电机上连接变速机来提高旋切机的工作效率，通过压板的橡胶保护层来保护木材外边面不被磨损，同时，压板通过压紧动力机构来保证圆木旋切均匀，从而提升生产质量。

如图1所示，一种新型木材旋切机，包括机架1、主电机2、卡轴3以及机架上方的压板4，为了提升主电机2的工作效率，还包括变速机5，所述变速机5与主电机2连接，所述压板4包括顶层4-1、中间层4-2和保护层4-3，所述顶层4-1与中间层4-2之间通过粘合剂连接，所述中间层4-2与保护层4-3之间通过粘合剂连接，所述中间层4-2为板材层，所述保护层4-3为橡胶层，橡胶保护层4-3来保护木材外边面不被磨损，中间板材层可以缓冲旋切板材时机器带来的振动。所述压板4与压紧动力机构6连接，所述压紧动力机构6由电机7控制，其中压紧动力机构6为万向联轴器，电机7通过皮带控制万向联轴器使得压板自动下压，并且压力均匀，保证了旋切的质量。
综上，本发明达到预期目的。

  1. 一种新型木材旋切机，包括机架、主电机、卡轴以及机架上方的压板，其特征在于：还包括变速机，所述变速机与主电机连接，所述压板包括顶层、中间层和保护层，所述顶层与中间层之间通过粘合剂连接，所述中间层与保护层之间通过粘合剂连接，所述中间层为板材层，所述保护层为橡胶层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型木材旋切机，其特征在于：所述压板与压紧动力机构连接，所述压紧动力机构由电机控制。
