交易信息是对应于具体交易内容的信息,例如可以包括交易总金额信息和权益金额信息。权益金额信息可以是能够享受优惠的金额,可以根据终端11所在的商家的设置计算。例如当终端11为餐饮行业的终端时,商家设定为酒水不参加优惠活动,此时权益金额信息为消费总金额减去酒水消费金额。交易总金额信息和权益金额信息均可以 由终端11生成,或者由终端11接收。
身份信息为对应于用户的身份识别标识:可以是证件号码、手机号、银行***、会员***、用于苹果支付的标识信息、用于华为支付的标识信息、用于三星支付的标识信息等标识;也可以是用户的指纹、声纹、面部特征信息等生理性标识性数据,利用用户生理性标识数据作为身份信息,同时也具有较高的安全性。
终端11可以通过多种方式来获取身份信息,例如可以通过直接输入的方式、扫描识别卡的方式或者以用户的智能设备为中介获取。
在本发明一实施例中,用户的身份信息以用户的智能设备为中介获取,例如可以通过用户的智能手机获取。
具体地,可以通过(Near Field Communication,NFC)的方式,或者可以通过磁力安全传输技术(Magnetic Secure Transmission,MST)从用户的智能设备获取用户身份信息;身份信息可以是第三方生成的标识信息,可以是用于苹果支付(Apple Pay)、华为支付(Huawei Pay)、三星支付(Samsung Pay)的标识信息(例如用于标识用户的标识号)。
例如:苹果支付和华为支付均利用NFC技术;在苹果支付或华为支付的应用场景中,终端11通过NFC技术获取用户智能手机中作为身份信息的标识信息,该标识信息通常与银行账号绑定以用于支付。
又例如,三星支付通过MST进行数据的传输,在三星支付的应用场景中,终端11可以通过MST从用户的三星智能设备中获取身份信息。
在现有的手机商进行支付时,往往还需要进行安全性验证,例如需要在指纹验证成功后,才可以发送身份信息以进行支付;可以展望的是,若结合本发明实施例,采用用户生理性标识数据作为身份信息,则可以省略安全性验证的过程,提高支付效率。
在本发明另一实施例中,终端11通过识别用户标识卡来确定所述身份信息。用户标识卡可以是银行卡和/或会员卡,相应地,所述身份信息可以是与用户标识卡对应的银行***或会员***。
在本发明另一实施例中,也可以通过脸部识别设备扫描用户脸部,声纹识别设备识别用户声音,虹膜识别设备扫描用户眼部等方式来确定用户的身份信息。上述脸部识别设备、声纹识别设备、虹膜识别设备可以是专用的设备,或者也可以位于收款终端内,例如位于POS机内。
在具体实施中,交易***可以关联对应同一用户的所有身份信息,也可以对应该用户的所有身份信息生成交易***的用户ID,以便于用户识别和用户管理。
权益渠道信息表征用户期望或能够享受权益的渠道,可以是指向商家会员***或指向某个优惠平台的信息。
交易服务器12适于根据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库,以生成实际支付信息,向所述终端11发送所述实际支付信息。
由于权益渠道信息表征用户期望享受权益的渠道,不同的权益渠道信息可以指向不同的权益信息库,结合身份信息查询所述权益信息库,交易服务器12可以确定该用户可以享受的优惠,从而可以生成实际支付信息。
图2是本发明实施例中一种交易服务器的结构示意图。
交易服务器12可以包括:第一查找单元21,适于根据所述权益渠道信息在所述权益信息库中确定由所述权益渠道信息指向的权益信息子库;第二查找单元22,根据所述身份信息,在所述权益信息子库中查询与所述身份信息关联的权益信息;计算单元23,根据所述交易信息和权益信息,计算得到所述实际支付信息;通信单元24,将所述实际支付信息发送至所述终端。
在具体实施中,所述权益信息可以包括折扣信息和/或积分兑换信息。
继续参照图1,在具体实施中,交易***还可以包括远程权益渠道服务器13。虽图1中仅示出一个远程权益渠道服务器13,但交易服务器12可以和多个远程权益渠道服务器13相连接。
远程权益渠道服务器13可以是商家的服务器,或者是优惠平台服务器,例如是各种团购活动的服务器,也可以是银行服务器。
不同的权益信息子库可以位于不同的远程权益渠道服务器13中,通过权益渠道信息,由第一查找单元21确定对应的权益信息子库的位置。
权益信息子库位于远程权益渠道服务器13时,在计算单元23计算实际支付信息之前,均会由第二查找单元22对与所述身份信息关联的权益信息进行查找,实时性较强,可以保障实际支付信息的准确性。
在具体实施中,权益信息库可以是本地权益信息库。在计算单元23计算实际支付信息之前,均由第二查找单元22对与所述身份信息关联的权益信息进行实时查找,对网络的依赖性较高。在网络通信质量较差时,可能难以及时完成实际支付信息的计算,为提高交易***的效率,并兼顾网络状况较差时的客户体验,可以在本地设置包含多个权益信息子库的本地权益信息库。
在另一具体实施中,交易服务器12可以在定时向远程权益渠道服务器13查询,也就是在特定的时刻向远程权益渠道服务器13查询,以更新本地权益信息库。例如可以设定固定的时间间隔,向远程权益渠道服务器13查询;也可以根据交易服务器12的运行状况,在交易服务器12任务较少时,向远程权益渠道服务器13查询;或者根据网络环境,在合适的时刻向远程权益渠道服务器13查询,以更新本地权益信息库。
通过更新本地权益信息库,可以提升本地权益信息库与远程权益渠道服务器13中信息的同步性,进而在提升交易效率的同时提升计算实际支付信息的准确性。
在本发明另一实施例中,交易***中既包含本地权益信息库,也包含位于远程权益渠道服务器13的权益信息子库,可以根据需要进行设定第二查找单元22运用的权益信息子库。例如,可以根据网络通信质量来设置:在网络质量较好时,优先查询位于远程权益渠道服务器13的权益信息子库;在网络质量较差时,优先查询本地权益信息库。
权益信息是指用户在交易中能够对最终的实际支付信息产生影响的信息,这样的影响可以是折扣、抵扣等。在具体实施中,权益信息可以包括折扣信息和/或积分兑换信息。权益信息可以通过远程权益渠道服务器13设定,例如:商家可以通过远程权益渠道服务器13设定对应于不同会员的商品折扣,或设定积分兑换规则;银行也可以通过远程权益渠道服务器13设定会员积分兑换规则;优惠平台同样可以通过远程权益渠道服务器13设定折扣或其它优惠规则。
第二查找单元22可以通过查询与身份信息关联的权益信息;计算单元23可以根据所述交易信息和权益信息,计算得到所述实际支付信息。例如,当身份信息为会员***时,第二查找单元22通过查找通过权益渠道信息指向的权益信息子库,查询到对应该会员***的权益信息为五折,则计算单元23将交易信息中的可享受权益金额按照五折进行计算,得到实际支付信息。
在本发明一实施例中,所述第二查找单元22可以包括:类型确定子单元,确定所述权益信息子库中索引身份信息的类型;转换子单元,将所述身份信息转换为与所述索引身份信息的类型相同的匹配身份信息;查询子单元,根据所述匹配身份信息查询所述权益信息子库,以获得所述权益信息。
可以理解的是,交易服务器12可以关联对应同一用户的所有身 份信息,生成身份信息库,可以将该用户的所有身份信息关联至交易***内使用的用户ID,以便于用户识别和用户管理。故当终端11获取的身份信息与权益信息库中作为索引的身份信息类型不匹配时,交易服务器12可以根据权益信息库要求的身份信息类型,查询身份信息库,若身份信息库中包含对应同一用户的该类型的匹配身份信息,则利用该匹配身份信息对权益信息库进行检索,以获得所述权益信息。
例如,当终端11接收的身份信息为银行***时,而对应的权益信息库以会员***为索引,此时交易服务器12查询身份信息库,看是否有与该银行***相关联的会员***,若存在与该银行***相关联的会员***,则用该会员***进行权益信息库的检索,以获得权益信息。
通过在交易服务器12中设置身份信息库,关联对应同一用户的各种身份信息,选取与所述权益信息库中索引身份信息的类型相匹配的身份信息进行检索,可以减少交易过程中的人工干预,提高交易***的效率。
在具体实施中,所述交易服务器12还包括:记录生成单元(未示出),用于生成交易记录,所述交易记录包含所述终端11的标识和所述权益渠道信息。
通过记录生成单元生成交易记录,可以使得后续的数据分析和处理有确切依据。
由于现有的交易***,例如包含优惠平台在内的交易***,支付和实体消费的过程是分离的,不能很好的统计实体消费的时间和金额,为后续数据分析和处理带来极大的不便。
本发明实施例中,由交易服务器12生成支付信息,可以明确获知实体消费的时间和金额,通过记录单元进行记录,生成交易记录,可以为后续的数据分析和处理提供依据和证据。例如可以为后续进行 的用户行为的大数据分析,或者商家、优惠平台基于交易记录进行的后续结算行为提供依据。
本发明实施例通过终端接收交易信息、身份信息以及权益渠道信息,由交易服务器根据权益渠道信息以及身份信息查询权益信息库,生成支付信息,并向终端发送实际支付信息。利用交易服务器对不同主体间信息进行汇总和计算,最终统一将支付信息发送至终端,可以减小多个主体间的平台差异,无需终端对应权益渠道信息和身份信息进行不同的处理,为终端提供统一的接口,简化终端操作,从而提高交易***的效率。
本发明实施例还提供一种交易处理方法,其流程图参见图3。
在步骤S31中,终端接收或生成交易信息、身份信息以及权益渠道信息。
在具体实施中,所述交易信息可以包括交易总金额信息和权益金额信息。
在具体实施中,所述身份信息可以包括以下至少一种:银行***、会员***、用于苹果支付的标识信息、用于华为支付的标识信息、用于三星支付的标识信息、用户生理性标识数据。
在步骤S32中,根据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库,以生成实际支付信息,向所述终端发送所述实际支付信息。
参见图4,在具体实施中,步骤S32可以包括:
步骤S321,根据所述权益渠道信息在所述权益信息库中确定由所述权益渠道信息指向的权益信息子库。
步骤S322,根据所述身份信息,在所述权益信息子库中查询与所述身份信息关联的权益信息。
在具体实施中,步骤S322可以包括:确定所述权益信息子库中索引身份信息的类型;将所述身份信息转换为与所述索引身份信息的 类型相同的匹配身份信息;根据所述匹配身份信息查询所述权益信息子库,以获得所述权益信息。
步骤S323,根据所述交易信息和权益信息,计算得到所述实际支付信息。
继续参见图3,所述交易处理方法还可以包括:
步骤S33,生成交易记录,所述交易记录包含所述终端的标识和所述权益渠道信息。
本发明实施例中交易处理方法的具体实施可以参照交易***中描述,不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:ROM、RAM、磁盘或光盘等。
虽然本发明披露如上,但本发明并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种交易***,其特征在于,包括:终端以及交易服务器;其中:
    所述终端适于接收或生成交易信息、身份信息以及权益渠道信息;
    所述交易服务器适于根据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库,以生成实际支付信息,向所述终端发送所述实际支付信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述交易服务器包括:
    第一查找单元,适于根据所述权益渠道信息在所述权益信息库中确定由所述权益渠道信息指向的权益信息子库;
    第二查找单元,根据所述身份信息,在所述权益信息子库中查询与所述身份信息关联的权益信息;
    计算单元,根据所述交易信息和权益信息,计算得到所述实际支付信息;
    通信单元,将所述实际支付信息发送至所述终端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述第二查找单元包括:
    类型确定子单元,确定所述权益信息子库中索引身份信息的类型;
    转换子单元,将所述身份信息转换为与所述索引身份信息的类型相同的匹配身份信息;
    查询子单元,根据所述匹配身份信息查询所述权益信息子库,以获得所述权益信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述交易服务器还包括:
    记录生成单元,用于生成交易记录,所述交易记录包含所述终端的标识和所述权益渠道信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述权益信息子库位于远程权益渠道服务器。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述权益信息库是本地权益信息库。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述交易服务器定时向远程权益渠道服务器查询,以更新所述权益信息库。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述权益信息包括折扣信息和/或积分兑换信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述交易 信息包括交易总金额信息和权益金额信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述终端通过识别用户标识卡来确定所述身份信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述身份信息包括以下至少一种:银行***、会员***、用于苹果支付的标识信息、用于华为支付的标识信息、用于三星支付的标识信息、用户生理性标识数据。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的交易***,其特征在于,所述用户标识卡为银行卡和/或会员卡。
  13. 一种交易处理方法,特征在于,包括:
    终端接收或生成交易信息、身份信息以及权益渠道信息;
    根据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库,以生成实际支付信息,向所述终端发送所述实际支付信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,所述据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库,以生成实际支付信息包括:
    根据所述权益渠道信息在所述权益信息库中确定由所述权益渠道信息指向的权益信息子库;
    根据所述身份信息,在所述权益信息子库中查询与所述身份信息 关联的权益信息;
    根据所述交易信息和权益信息,计算得到所述实际支付信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份信息,在所述权益信息子库中查询与所述身份信息关联的权益信息包括:
    确定所述权益信息子库中索引身份信息的类型;
    将所述身份信息转换为与所述索引身份信息的类型相同的匹配身份信息;
    根据所述匹配身份信息查询所述权益信息子库,以获得所述权益信息。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:生成交易记录,所述交易记录包含所述终端的标识和所述权益渠道信息。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,所述权益信息包括折扣信息和/或积分兑换信息。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,所述交易信息包括交易总金额信息和权益金额信息。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,所述身份信息包括以下至少一种:银行***、会员***、用于苹果支付的 标识信息、用于华为支付的标识信息、用于三星支付的标识信息、用户生理性标识数据。
