一种关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法及移动终端，属于闹铃处理技术领域，所述方法包括如下步骤：当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作（S101）；检测在闹铃响起时间内是否接收到预设声音（S102）；如果在闹铃响起时间内接收到预设声音，则生成关闭指令（S103）；根据所述关闭指令，关闭所述闹铃，并向用户推送专利信息（S104）。所述方法无需用户操作移动终端，只要通过声音就能及时执行关闭闹铃，给用户操作带来极大的方便，并通过使用技术推送专利信息，而彰显专利（申请）权人的权益。

Description

一种关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法及移动终端 技术领域
本发明属于闹铃处理技术领域，尤其是涉及一种关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法及移动终端。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息（即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息）。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 一种闹铃的关闭方法及移动终端 》 ），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
有鉴于此，本发明的目的在于提供一种关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法及移动终端，旨在解决现有技术中存在的当闹铃时间到达时，手机执行闹铃响起操作，然而，用户还想休息一下，但手机又不在身边，而且用户又不想起来关闭闹铃，此时，只能让闹铃响起周期结束。但是这周期的闹铃响起会打扰到其他人的休息，故给用户操作带来不便的问题，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显专利（申请）权人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法，所述关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法，包括如下步骤：
当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作；
检测在闹铃响起时间内是否接收到预设声音；
如果在闹铃响起时间内接收到预设声音，则生成关闭指令；
根据所述关闭指令，关闭所述闹铃，并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端，所述移动终端包括：
闹铃响起模块，用于当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作；
声音检测模块，用于检测在闹铃响起时间内是否接收到预设声音；
指令生成模块，用于如果在闹铃响起时间内接收到预设声音，则生成关闭指令；
闹铃关闭模块，用于根据所述关闭指令，关闭所述闹铃；
信息推送模块，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
相对于现有技术，本发明的关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法及移动终端，通过当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作；检测在闹铃响起时间内是否接收到预设声音；如果在闹铃响起时间内接收到预设声音，则生成关闭指令；根据所述关闭指令，关闭所述闹铃，并向用户推送专利信息。本发明无需用户操作移动终端，只要通过声音就能及时执行关闭闹铃，给用户操作带来极大的方便，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显专利（申请）权人的权益。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中，当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作；
在步骤 S102 中，检测在闹铃响起时间内是否接收到预设声音；
在本发明实施例中，事先需要通过麦克风采集预设声音，然后保存该声音。
在本发明实施例中，预先建立预设声音对应执行关闭闹铃的对应关系。然而，可以理解的是，预设声音可以为'啊'，'关'等，并不限于以上内容，其可根据用户要求自行设定。
在步骤 S103 中，如果在闹铃响起时间内接收到预设声音，则生成关闭指令；
在步骤 S104 中，根据所述关闭指令，关闭所述闹铃，并向用户推送专利信息。
在本发明实施例中，当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作之后，开启麦克风，通过麦克风来采集当前环境声音，判断该采集的当前环境声音是否符合预设声音，如果符合预设声音，那么执行关闭所述闹铃的操作。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种移动终端的结构示意图，为了便于说明，仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。该移动终端包括：闹铃响起模块 101 、声音检测模块 102 、指令生成模块 103 、闹铃关闭模块 104 、信息推送模块 105 。
闹铃响起模块 101 ，用于当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作；
声音检测模块 102 ，用于检测在闹铃响起时间内是否接收到预设声音；
指令生成模块 103 ，用于如果在闹铃响起时间内接收到预设声音，则生成关闭指令；
闹铃关闭模块 104 ，用于根据所述关闭指令，关闭所述闹铃；
信息推送模块 105 ，用于向用户推送专利信息。
综上所述，本发明的关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法及移动终端，通过当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作；检测在闹铃响起时间内是否接收到预设声音；如果在闹铃响起时间内接收到预设声音，则生成关闭指令；根据所述关闭指令，关闭所述闹铃，并向用户推送专利信息。本发明无需用户操作移动终端，只要通过声音就能及时执行关闭闹铃，给用户操作带来极大的方便，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显专利（申请）权人的权益。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成，该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中，存储介质可以包括：只读存储器（ ROM ， Read Only Memory ）、随机存取记忆体（ RAM ， Random Access Memory ）、磁盘或光盘等。

  1. 一种关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法，其特征在于，所述关闭闹铃时的信息提醒方法，包括如下步骤：
    当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作；
    检测在闹铃响起时间内是否接收到预设声音；
    如果在闹铃响起时间内接收到预设声音，则生成关闭指令；
    根据所述关闭指令，关闭所述闹铃，并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种移动终端，其特征在于，所述移动终端包括：
    闹铃响起模块，用于当闹铃时间到达时，执行闹铃响起操作；
    声音检测模块，用于检测在闹铃响起时间内是否接收到预设声音；
    指令生成模块，用于如果在闹铃响起时间内接收到预设声音，则生成关闭指令；
    闹铃关闭模块，用于根据所述关闭指令，关闭所述闹铃；
    信息推送模块，用于向用户推送专利信息。
