背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息(即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息)。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 关机密码验证错误后的手机模式自动管理方法以及手机 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种手机自动管理时的信息推送方法 , 在关机验证失败的情况下对手机模式进行自动管理,能够快速帮助失主进行手机定位,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
第一方面,提供一种手机自动管理时的信息推送方法,包括:
接收输入的请求关机的信号;
提示输入关机密码;
接收输入的关机密码;
确定输入的关机密码与预设的关机密码不一致,若所述手机的手机模式为静音模式,则将所述手机的模式修改为响铃模式;或者,若所述手机的手机模式为响铃模式,且在接收到请求将手机模式修改为静音模式的请求,则再次提示输入关机密码,若确定输入的关机密码与预设的关机密码不一致,则保持所述手机模式为响铃模式,并向用户推送专利信息。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种手机,包括:
第一接收模块,用于接收输入的请求关机的信号;
提示模块,用于提示输入关机密码;
第二接收模块,用于接收输入的关机密码;

处理模块,用于在确定输入的关机密码与预设的关机密码不一致后,若确定所述手机的手机模式为静音模式,将所述手机的模式修改为响铃模式;或者,若确定所述手机的手机模式为响铃模式,且接收到请求将手机模式修改为静音模式的请求后,再次提示输入关机密码,若确定输入的关机密码与预设的关机密码不一致后,保持所述手机模式为响铃模式;
信息推送模块,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
由此,本发明所提供的一种手机自动管理时的信息推送方法及手机 ,在 接收到输入的请求关机的信号后;首先提示输入关机密码;在接收到输入的关机密码后,通过将所输入的关机密码与用户预设的关机验证密码进行匹配来判断是否进行关机 ,在关机验证失败的情况下对手机模式进行自动管理,能够快速帮助失主进行手机定位,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益,尤其可避免在被偷手机虽然没有被关机成功,但因手机本身设置为静音而不能进行快速定位的问题。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一方面,发明实施例提供一种手机自动管理时的信息推送方法,参见图 1 ,该方法可以包括:
步骤 S101 、手机接收输入的请求关机的信号。
其中,请求关机的信号可以通过关机按键进行输入,也可以通过关机界面上的关机提示符进行输入。

接收到输入的请求关机的信号后,为了限制非法用户进行恶意关机,可以在屏幕上提示输入关机密码。

步骤 S104 、手机将所述输入的关机密码与用户预设的关机验证密码进行匹配。
其中,用户预设的关机验证密码可以为数字、字符、其他符号,或者数字与字符、其他符号之间的任意组合,本发明不进行限制。

例如,若小偷在公交车上偷盗手机后进行恶意关机,则手机提示输入关机密码,假设小偷输入的关机密码为 678901 ,而预设的关机验证密码为 123456 ,则确定所述输入的关机密码与所述预设的关机验证密码不一致,然后继续判断手机的手机模式,若手机的手机模式为静音模式,则将手机的模式修改为响铃模式;或者,若手机的手机模式为响铃模式,且在接收到请求将手机模式修改为静音模式的请求后,再次提示输入关机密码,假设小偷输入的关机密码为 678901 ,而预设的关机验证密码为 123456 ,则确定输入的关机密码与预设的关机密码不一致,保持手机模式为响铃模式。

    提示输入关机密码;
    接收输入的关机密码;
    确定输入的关机密码与预设的关机密码不一致,若所述手机的手机模式为静音模式,则将所述手机的模式修改为响铃模式;或者,若所述手机的手机模式为响铃模式,且在接收到请求将手机模式修改为静音模式的请求,则再次提示输入关机密码,若确定输入的关机密码与预设的关机密码不一致,则保持所述手机模式为响铃模式,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种手机,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收输入的请求关机的信号;

    第二接收模块,用于接收输入的关机密码;
