本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及采集路线提示技术的方法以及提示***。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示,OPPO公司在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期的腾讯公司的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《 住宅小区提示路线的方法以及提示*** 》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例针对当前住宅小区普遍规模大,经常发生找不到路的情况,需要提供一种简单、有效的方法能帮助访客快速到达目的地的方法,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种采集路线提示技术的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录住宅小区楼宇位置信息、停车场位置信息及出入口位置信息;
用户驾驶车辆行驶到小区入口时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
检测用户目的地;
根据用户当前所处入口位置,向用户推送停车场及目的地路线,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种提示***,包括:
记录单元,用于记录住宅小区楼宇位置信息、停车场位置信息及出入口位置信息;
连接单元,用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到小区入口时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;

路线推送单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端及所述检测单元输出端连接,用于根据用户当前所处入口位置,向用户推送停车场及目的地路线;
数据发送单元,其输入端与所述路线推送单元连接,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
有益效果
本发明通过记录住宅小区楼宇位置信息、停车场位置信息及出入口位置信息,自动向用户推送路线,从而让用户更轻松、快速的到达目的地,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

小区规划相对简单,一般都设置有楼宇,停车场,出入口,规模比较大的会有购物区,娱乐休闲区,但是都会集中安排在特定位置。
在步骤 S102 中,用户驾驶车辆行驶到小区入口时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机。
进入小区都需要经过入口,进入小区入口时提示用户是否连接,如果经常进入小区,熟悉小区环境的用户可以拒绝连接。
在步骤 S103 中,检测用户目的地。
在步骤 S104 中,根据用户当前所处入口位置,向用户推送停车场及目的地路线,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。

路线推送单元 24 ,其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端及所述检测单元 23 输出端连接,用于根据用户当前所处入口位置,向用户推送停车场及目的地路线;
数据发送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述路线推送单元 24 连接,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录住宅小区楼宇位置信息、停车场位置信息及出入口位置信息,连接单元 22 用户驾驶车辆行驶到小区入口时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机,检测 23 检测用户目的地,路线推送单元 24 ,根据用户当前所处入口位置,向用户推送停车场及目的地路线,同时,数据发送单元 25 向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。

    记录住宅小区楼宇位置信息、停车场位置信息及出入口位置信息;
    用户驾驶车辆行驶到小区入口时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
    检测用户目的地;
    根据用户当前所处入口位置,向用户推送停车场及目的地路线,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  2. 一种提示***,其特征在于,所述提示***包括:
    记录单元,用于记录住宅小区楼宇位置信息、停车场位置信息及出入口位置信息;
    连接单元,用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到小区入口时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
    检测单元,其输入端与所述连接单元的输出端连接,用于检测用户目的地;
