一种生成导航路线图时的信息推送方法以及路线规划***，所述方法包括：记录旅游攻略（S100）；解析所述旅游攻略中的地名（S101）；根据所述旅游攻略中的地名自动制定线路图，并向用户推送专利信息（S102）。该方法通过解析出旅游攻略中的地名，根据地名在导航地图中自动生成旅游线路图，从而让用户更加方便、快速的制定旅游出行计划，并通过使用技术后，推送专利信息而彰显了专利权人或申请人的权益。

Description

生成导航路线图时的信息推送方法以及路线规划*** 技术领域
本发明属于 计算机软件领域 ，尤其是涉及 一种生成导航路线图时的信息推送方法以及路线规划*** 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 根据车型推荐资源时的信息推送方法以及推荐*** 》 ），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供一种操作简单且能够根据旅游攻略自动生成路线图方法， 从而让用户不需要人工干预就能自动生成路线图，更加方便、快速的制定旅游出行计划，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的： 一种生成导航路线图时的信息推送方法 ，包括以下步骤：
记录旅游攻略；
解析所述旅游攻略中的地名；
根据所述旅游攻略中的地名自动制定线路图，并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了路线规划***，所述路线规划***包括：
记录单元，解析单元，规划单元，信息推送单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录旅游攻略；
解析单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于解析所述旅游攻略中的地名；
规划单元，其输入端与所述解析单元输出端连接， 用于 根据所述旅游攻略中的地名自动制定线路图；
信息推送单元，其输入端与所述规划单元输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
该发明通过解析出旅游攻略中的地名，根据地名在导航地图中自动生成旅游线路图，从而让用户更加方便、快速的制定旅游出行计划，并通过使用技术后，推送专利信息而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是本发明实施例提供的一种生成导航路线图时的信息推送方法 的流程示意图 ，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S100 中 , 记录旅游攻略。
目前， 网络、自助书籍是背包客最喜欢的工具，但网络要方便快捷得多。比如要去新疆的哈纳斯，在百度或者谷歌等一些搜索引擎里面一搜，输入 ' XXX 攻略 ' ，或者 ' XXX 住宿推荐 ' 等，一长串网友们的图文并茂的资料包括吃、住、行、游、购，就全部出来了，用户可以将搜索到的 ' XXX 攻略 ' ，或者 ' XXX 住宿推荐 ' ，保存到本地文本例如txt文件或者word文件，方便后续步骤中的解析。
在步骤 S101 中 , 解析所述旅游攻略中的地名。
该技术为现有技术， 命名实体识别（Named Entity Recognition，简称NER），又称作 ' 专名识别 ' ，是指识别文本中具有特定意义的实体，主要包括人名、地名、机构名、专有名词等 。
在步骤 S102 中，根据所述旅游攻略中的地名自动制定线路图，并向用户推送专利信息。
该技术为现有技术，可以通过类似'百度地图'，'凯立德地图'，在所述地图中输入关键地名，地图软件会根据地名自动计算最佳路径。通过自动规划路线，用户就能轻松的制定出行计划。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过解析出旅游攻略中的地名，根据地名在导航地图中自动生成旅游线路图，从而让用户更加方便、快速的制定旅游出行计划，并通过使用技术后，推送专利信息而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的路线规划***的结构示意图，所述路线规划***包括：
记录单元 21 ，解析单元 22 ，规划单元 23 ，信息推送单元 24 ，其中：
记录单元 21 ，用于记录旅游攻略；
解析单元 22 ，其输入端与所述记录单元 21 的输出端连接，用于解析所述旅游攻略中的地名；
规划单元 23 ，其输入端与所述解析单元 22 输出端连接， 用于 根据所述旅游攻略中的地名自动制定线路图；
信息推送单元 24 ，其输入端与所述规划单元 23 输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：用户在记录单元 21 记录旅游攻略，检测单元 22 解析所述旅游攻略中的地名，规划单元 23 根据所述旅游攻略中的地名自动制定线路图，同时，信息推送单元 24 向用户推送专利信息。

    记录旅游攻略；
    解析所述旅游攻略中的地名；
    根据所述旅游攻略中的地名自动制定线路图，并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种路线规划***，其特征在于，所述路线规划***包括：
    记录单元，解析单元，规划单元，信息推送单元，其中：
    记录单元，用于记录旅游攻略；
    解析单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于解析所述旅游攻略中的地名；
    规划单元，其输入端与所述解析单元输出端连接， 用于 根据所述旅游攻略中的地名自动制定线路图；
    信息推送单元，其输入端与所述规划单元输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
